After you'll discover 3 different cellars, The Vinsantaia, the place where the Vinsanto (dessert wine) is made, La Tinaia where the Chianti DOCG and SuperTuscan ferment and the last is the Barriccaia, a 200 years old cellar totally underground, where the wine age in french oak barrell. At the end you'll taste 5 different wines with typical salami, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato from our organic garden and cantuccini cookies. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We will show you how to clean truffles and prepare typical truffle recipes, such as crostini al tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo, and more.

In the kitchen of a charming and artistic apartment of my friends right on the promenade of the city, two steps from the iconic Terrazza Mascagni, you will craft the traditional art of home made fresh pasta making with an innovative and funky twist that will allow you to create amazing fresh pasta dishes, fabulous to taste and wonderful to see (and show to friends)! Katia and Fulvio welcome you to their family county house. The activity is an introduction to scuba diving. A quick but explanatory lesson will be held on the techniques for diving with cylinders and all the safety concepts. Subsequently the necessary equipment will be provided. The material will be tested and studied, finally there will be a boat trip to reach one of the most beautiful diving areas of the island (inside the National Park) to perform a real dive together 1 to 1 by an experienced diving instructor. The excitement of breathing underwater, the beauty of the environment and marine life that you encounter will make this experience unique. My experience is set out on the eastern promontory of the Island of Elba (Tuscany), here is a private landlord where I would offer a journey through the flavors and aromas of the typical grape variety of the Island of Elba, so loved by Napoleon: Aleatico wine and its variations. In collaboration with a Winery, a beautiful building designed by a famous Italian architect Tobia Scarpa, I arrange a winery&vineyards tour with wine&food tasting. We start walking among the vineyard rows stretching towards the Tuscan Archipelago and I will tell the story of winemaking on the island of Elba, fascinating my guests with the legends of our estate that hover around the beautiful nineteenth-century Villa. We will visit the design cellar, the work of the architect Tobia Scarpa, with a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and we will taste the wines made from Aleatico grapes: Brut Spumante Rosato; Rosato delle Ripalte and the famous Aleatico Passito dell’Elba. I also teach how to pair the wines with typical Tuscan products. My guests will live a wonderful experience in a magical atmosphere of a private natural oasis, chilling out on a panoramic terrace.

Easy to do, children and adult can enjoy a safe tour around the Baratti gulf onboard of a SUP. Discover the beautiful tuscan landscape from the water point of view, listening to the paddle that dive on the water and the waves that touch your board. Sailing along Etruscan coast of Livorno on beautiful super equipped sailing boats. Starting from the morning 10am, sailing, sun bathing or simply relax in the shade, or active participating helping the skipper in the manoeuvring, learning or exercising, whatever you prefer while you are enjoying the beautiful blue and purple water. The anchorage for lunch, included in the experience, and swimming will be at the Meloria ship light and Tower, out the coast of Livorno or at the bay of Sidney Sonnino Castel, South Livorno just before Quercianella, depending on the weather forecast. After lunch, more relax and swimming then sailing back to port around 6pm. Lunch is a typical Italian summer one: rice salad, ham and melon or caprese, caffè, desert, fruit, water and a bottle of wine. The menu can be changed on request. Pretty proud to say that I’ve been the first on the market area to offer the daily sailing and the chance to sleep on the water in Livorno :-). We can offer a unique experience for unique occasions: anniversaries, hen or stag parties with menú on request, aperitifs and romantic day.
