This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable studio flat. Despite being located in the heart of the action in PV it is so very quiet so that a peaceful night's rest is guaranteed. The building is well maintained, secure and has a beautiful roof top pool area.

It is a comfortable and cozy loft, excellent location, deal with the excellent host. I highly recommend it.

The Best in Puerto Vallarta! I had the tremendous fortune of staying at Juan’s place over the Thanksgiving holiday, and I could not have possibly asked for a better base from which to explore this FANTASTIC gem on earth! The apartment was perfect, possessing everything that I could possibly need or want. Furthermore, the building amenities (rooftop, infinity pool, mini gym, etc.) were second to none! Lastly, I could not have asked for a better location...perfectly situated just a 5-min walk from the beach and around the corner from exciting nightlife! When I visit next, I will DEFINITELY check here first for availability!

This is a very nice interior unit in a wonderful building. Both Alex ( property manager) and Juan (owner) are very responsive and accommodating. The unit was impeccably clean when we arrived.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft and Juan made certain that we were well taken care of. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and cozy - not to mention beautifully decorated. Alex was wonderful - friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions regarding the unit itself, the amenities throughout the complex, as well as providing us with some excellent references for dining and transportation options. The staff at the Loft were always friendly and helpful; and the view from the rooftop pool/spa is incredible! The Loft 268 is centrally located, making it an easy walk throughout the Romantica Zone. To stay at Will & Mikes apartment is like a dream is becoming real. The apartment is beautifully located just a few minutes from the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves, can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from Puerto Vallarta from the terrace. It's just breathtaking. In my opinion, this place is located at the very best place in Puerto Vallarta. You have amazing views and you are just minutes away from everything. Check in worked perfectly. Due to a large delay of our flight we arrived very late at night. A member of the staff that cares about the place was there to welcome us. The communication with Mike was perfect at any time. He was answering quickly and was very helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated, great kitchen, two bright bathrooms, Wifi is working perfectly. The bed is huge and very comfortable. When it's getting hot outside, the air conditioning cools down within minutes and there are also fans that ensure a perfect air circulation. Best cooling system I have experience in Mexico. The apartment itself has all the amenities one can wish and even more. By the way, enjoying the jacuzzy when watching the sunset is like living in a movie. We also enjoyed very much the infinity pool at the roof top. I have no words to really describe this place. I can just say, that we were very lucky that Will & Mike gave us the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you so much!!!

We had the best week of our lives in Will and Mike’s condo in Puerto Vallarta. It’s in an incredible location within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the beach in a city full of culture. The rooftop pool has amazing views of the city and is absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets from the condo deck were incredible too. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Do not miss out on this if you have the chance.

Will and Mike's home is a little piece of heaven perched high above playa, but just minutes below via stairs. You won't want for anything in this full stocked condo; the gym has all you need to keep the taco weight at bay. Convenient shops, restaurants, bars are within a few minutes walk. Sunset soaks in the rooftop pool; morning coffee in the balcony tub.... could you want anything else? If you're lucky enough to find an open slot on their availability calendar, book it, because we will again.

We really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. Their place was very clean and the decor was very nice. We spent a lot of time in the rooftop pool and the private jacuzzi which were both really nice. The location was perfect by Old Town and the beach. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Perfect location! Awesome response time.

If you're looking for a fantastic location and a stylish space, this is the place! Two full bathrooms were appreciated and the unit has a washer and dryer for beach towels after a day in the sun! There are plenty of local places within a block or two for breakfast including La Palapa (my favorite). The beach is a short walk from this building, so that was great, too. Checking in and getting into the unit are both simple. There is a small security desk to monitor entry and exit, and the unit has a coded door lock for automated entry without having to worry about keys! I think everyone should do this because it makes things so easy. We had a few issues with the internet in this building and a friendly technician did stop by to have a look. It wasn't a huge problem as we weren't using the internet all that much. Another item to note was the lack of additional blankets in the unit, which would have helped a lot, as well. Alonso provides beach towels (thank you!) and full kitchen amenities which is fantastic. As this is a condominium, the noise of the neighbors can be heard from time to time, but the master bedroom was especially quiet at night, which I appreciate. Note that this unit does not overlook the ocean as it's on the other side of the street, but I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to be near food and near the beach but who wants peace and quiet at the end of the day. Rooftop space is wonderful. I wasn’t sure about staying in a place with no outdoor views,windows and doors were to the interior of the building. If we were staying too long in the condo it could have felt claustrophobic, but we were out and about or at the pool so it was ok

Out of the four AirBnB stays we’ve had so far, this is the best one. Excellent location. We only had to walk a few minutes to attend our gay friendly events at Almar. And the rooftop is stunning. It had amazing sunset views, a heated pool, and a nicely equipped gym. It was a great size unit, with two clean, modern full-size bathrooms. Awesome! Two things to note. One—the bedroom does not have black out curtains so it’a fairly bright in the morning. So, if you stay out and want to sleep in, make sure you bring eye masks. Two—there isn’t a view of the outside. This is an interior unit, so there is only a patio that faces their interior courtyard. These two items were far outweighed by the positives, so we still give this stay 5 stars.

Great Location beach is literally 3 min walk. Alonso was very accommodating and professional. The roof top over looks everything is beautiful. The security was helpful in proving great local spots and very professional as well in all my fiancé and I would absolutely stay here again and are honestly looking to rent a place here.

Our stay and Angela’s home was amazing and we will return next your trip. There was 8 of us who rented the home for 2 weeks vacation. The house was huge, so much room for my family, easily could have slept much more. The house was a 5 min walk to the beach and if the walk is too much for you there was a city bus who went by the house and there is beach front parking for 50 peso. The compound that has three homes with pool was very safe. It’s front gate locks and there is an approximate 7 foot fence around the whole property. The other two homes were rented out when we were there but with sighting trips and days at the beach we felt like no one was really around and we never had to share the pool because everyone was out and about. When we did meet the other renters they were very friendly and respectful. The house had everything we needed to live there very comfortably. Everything was in great working order for us. There was always hot water and we never ran out. Angela was an amazing host, she responded quickly to any questions we had and helped us in every way. I strongly recommend hiring the house keeper, I forgot her first name but she was amazing. The house is honestly huge and she cleaned it top to bottom, changed the linens for only 300 peso a day. Only 5 mins walk there is an Oxxo that carried everything you need with a taco stand inside and local vendors selling tacos and tamales, which were amazing. The only problem we had at the end was we couldn’t stay longer at the amazing property.

Alfredos place was amazing. It is right on the beach with and amazing bifold window to see the beach and ocean. It’s located in a spot that is close to many restaurants. Alfredo was very quick to respond and was nice enough to let us check out a little later since we had scheduled an experience that lasted past checkout.

Excellent location with an amazing sea-view where you can hear the waves through a full floor to ceiling window at the front. Loved this place!

I cannot say enough about the space and the location! Whether you want to just relax on the beach or explore all PV has to offer, this condo has it all! Nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and the beach are all steps away. Other neighborhoods/attractions are a short bus or taxi ride. Uber is also readily available. The condo itself is amazing with a stunning ocean view. It also has AC, which definitely came in handy. Purified water is available in the common area, the kitchen has everything needed, and everything was comfortable. The deck and pool area are also nice and relaxing. Overall a perfect place to stay in PV!!

If you are thinking about staying In PV, appreciate amazing ocean views, privacy, 2 separate decks with views and a private outdoor hot tub on top (third) floor, then reserve this place as soon as you see that it is available. Almost don’t want people to know about it, as it is simply amazing

This a wonderful home nestled in the hills overlooking downtown, Puerto Vallarta. The house is centrally located. One can easily walk to the start of the Malecon with its restaurants, shops and popular beaches like Los Muertos. Old Town Puerto Vallarta can also be reached by walking along the Malecon. The picturesque southern beaches such as Conchas Chinas are a short taxi or Uber ride away. You will also need to take a taxi or Uber if you've booked whale watching or snorkeling excursions. If you wish to shop for more than trinkets and t-shirts, La Isla and the Galleria are ideal. Again, these are short Uber or taxi rides. The Uber and taxi rides are reasonable. However, during our stay the taxi rides tended to be cheaper than Uber. The only drawback I would say about this beautiful home is that it is set in the hills overlooking the city and the bay. Although, that makes for a beautiful view to wake up to and relax to in the evening the walk up the hill and stairs in the home may be much for someone much older or the very young. It was no problem for my family and I. Lastly, Adan (the property manager) is terrific. He is responsive and prompt when it comes to communication. He picked us up from the airport for a small fee and informed us of the many treasures there was to see in Puerto Vallarta on and off the beaten path. I highly recommend this home to anyone contemplating a stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The view is amazing, with tons of windows and lots of privacy from the surrounding buildings. The inside atrium was incredible and so peaceful and the layout of the home is really cool and unique. We loved our brief stay here!

We stayed for five night’s and it made our stay in PV incredible. Hector’s house is at a phenomenal location (away from the resorts) and is in one of the older areas of PV. Cobblestone streets and lots of excellent restaurants abound. Furthermore, it’s one of the tallest buildings in the area and has incredible views of the bay and city. Pictures don’t do the view justice, especially from the rooftop hot tub or master bedroom. The biggest downside I’d say is there are tons of stairs and sketchy railings. Not a safe space for kids or those enjoying lots of alcohol. The streets around the house are also very steep and the house is non-accessible for a person with a mobility disability. All in all, an extraordinary home that exceeded our expectations!

This is a great house, the view is incredible and the staff was kind and helpful. Responses and communication was great too. It’s very humid there, and the AC units in the main room created quite a bit of moisture, so heads up for that. There is no French press so be sure to bring your own, or walk down to town for your coffee. They do have a drip but it’s pretty small. This house has a lot of stairs and is quite a workout to get around in, it’s also at the top of a big hill. It was no problem for us but could be difficult. Was in a great location and a superb view. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at Hecor's house, and we cannot recommend it enough! The location is fantastic just above the North end of Malecon, and the views cannot be beat. Communication is excellent and all the accommodations are top notch.

Myself and a group of 14 friends stayed at Villa Azul for two weeks. This is our second stay here in the past 2 years. The house is wonderful! Tons of space for everyone. An amazing common area with a decent sized pool. The onsite team of four is outstanding!!!! Augustine is a wonderful Chef and our meals were always top notch. Our rooms were maintained daily and the house was always clean. Would 100% recommend for any group! We will definitely be going back again one day!

This place has everything. Our group was a mix of old friends and new looking to escape for 4 nights. The enormous space and layout made it possible for both communal events and private space. The family style dinners with the ocean view prepared by Chef Augustin were simply phenomenal. You enter the house at the street from the top. Immediately you get a sense of being near the ocean as the expanse of the house opens up from the multiple staircases. There are 3 bedrooms in the upper level, One the next level down, and the 3rd level is best for social/communal events with a full kitchen, pool, bar, and living area, along with multiple large tables and pool chairs. Below that are two identical levels each with another kitchen/pool area and 2 bedrooms each. These potentially could be rented out separately. We did most of our living on the 3rd level though we occupied all 8 bedrooms. We will definitely be back.

More beautiful than the photos. We had an amazing time and found the villa to be the perfect space for our friends and family to hangout both privately and together. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The area was ideal as it was so close to the beach. We felt safe as it’s in a great area and the 24 hour security was nice to have. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and hottub and the lounging area was very inviting. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Check in was smooth and Mary greeted us as soon as we got there and was amazing. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This was my first stay in Puerto Vallarta and I had an amazing stay. The place itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone and hope to return for another stay soon.

We were positively surprised about the apartament. It was cosy, really well equiped and photos were matching reality. Flat was super clean and even has washing machine and dryer for clothes! We have not met The owner, but his representant Mary welcomed us warmly. Location is perfect just next to the ocean. Need to be mention that all the windows are for internal patio and passage around the apartament so you need to use rollers all the time, but was not bothering us much. I would recommend this apartment and would come back definitely.

The location of the condo is amazing. Just a short walk to the beach. The amenities of the condo are top-notch. The check-in and check-out processes are simple.

This place is very close to the beach and has dozens of delicious restaurants. There is a corner store very close by which will have your basic food needs and huge jugs of drinking water. The pool/gym access on the roof was a real treat. Do bring ear plugs if you’ll be there Friday/Saturday night as the adjacent restaurant has live music on occasion. It quieted down by midnight and really wasn’t a problem.

We loved staying at Carlos place. Carlos was so helpful and a very nice person. We only stayed at the apartment for one night, but we stayed in contact with Carlos and he ended up driving us to Guadalajara for a very fair price.

Much bigger and nicer than in pictures, this place was built to impress. Even the minimal decor and being on the third floor adds the the experience. Everything was provided and the location was wonderful. The doormen were really nice and helpful. I would note that because of the light and noise in the living room, the pullout couch isn’t really a viable option, but I didn’t need it. Great experience!

This was a great Casa in Puerto Vallarta. It was nicely located in a neighborhood 15 min. walk from a public beach and from a grocery store. There are several good, local restaurants nearby. Be aware, some of them close at 7pm. The kitchen was very nice for cooking meals if you’d like. It had all the essentials. We met some very nice other travelers while we stayed there. We’d stay again.

We have stayed here twice now and will book again and again. What we love is that this house feels like a home, with a great big kitchen. The fact that the large kitchen is shared is no problem because the house itself is pretty enormous. Some rooms even have a kitchen so the large communal kitchen is mostly empty. There are several areas to dine away from other guests. You can even dine on your own balcony (if your room has one) or in the little nook in the kitchen, by the pool or in the dining room. The great thing about this house is all the space. It’s always clean and is nicely furnished with lovely ornaments scattered throughout. We’ve had no problem with noise or anything. Highly recommended

This place is very nice, everything is very well organized, and it's near from everywhere.

First things first, the fact that they are powered by solar energy meant a lot to me since I try to support sustainable-eco friendly businesses. Alkaline water is also a plus! The place was so clean and so much art in the entire home we were amazed and was more than we expected we kept taking pictures in all their wall art they had, so many pretty colors it gives such a great vibe. We didn’t get to meet any host but that’s not an issue at all, they have their smart check in and check out which made things very easy for us. Is not very centrical but it wasn’t an issue either since we had a rental car we were 10-15 min away from all our destinations. Secure, beautiful, eco friendly, ADORABLE! We would definitely come back to this airbnb if we are ever around. Hermoso lugar!

Such a beautiful place to stay! The upstairs is all to yourself! With a beautiful view to just relax after a long day of exploring. The bus is near. Uber is a really decent price! Even the pool was great! Not cold at all but warm! Very clean place and safe neighborhood. Would recommend to someone else and most definitely be staying there again!!

Great place, quick access to tacos and the bus line is right down the street. There is just a sheet on the bed, so if you like to be warm when sleeping, just message the host and ask for a blanket and they'll get it for you!

The decoration is very tasteful. Very clean, the house is spectacular. The space where we stay is also private and has everything you need to rest. The comfortable bed, we could cook and rest on the terrace. I definitely recommend it.

It is an "impeccable" place. Jay and his team have worked hard for me as their guest. Everything 100. I felt at home. I loved the order, cleanliness, fulfillment in the offer and service. I rate it with a 5 star service of good taste and service. Without falling into luxuries.

Nice and clean place-some renovation would be great specially in the bathroom, perfect Location, everything is close, very safe. Friendly staff, Fernando's quick responses really helped. The view was awesome and relaxing. Something we did not like was that common areas closes too early compared to other places, Internet was terrible.

The condo has a view of the sea and the pool, it is small, I would say that max 6 people, however it has everything you need and a little more, you receive the April cosierge that is also an excellent person very effective in resolving conflicts , I leave satisfied and grateful.

This location is very father and the place is super fun

The department is wide. The rooms are comfortable, however I think they need some maintenance in terms of paint. The bathroom is spacious. The view of this apartment is great. The services of the Hotel where the apartment is located are quite good, as are the staff. There are things that must be renovated in the apartment as appliances, however it is an ideal space for no more than 5 or 4 people.

Eliseo’s place is a great location close to great restaurants and lots of shops and entertainment. If you’re looking for a great rooftop with an infinity pool and lovely tenants to converse with, you will not be disappointed. His unit is well equipped for an extended stay with a full kitchen and washer and dryer right in the unit. For any future trips to Puerto Vallarta, my husband I would never hesitate to stay in Alicia‘s unit. He is very prompt with responses to your questions and concerns. The bed is king size and extremely comfortable. You will not be disappointed in staying at Eliseo’s place for a great vacation in Paradise, Puerto Vallarta!

The location is perfect, one stair well away from the beach and beach clubs. The pool on the roof has an amazing view and the service to check in and how the communication on how to get there was amazing. Can’t wait to stay again!

Eliseo’s condo, and 353 Amapas in general, are a hidden gem! A few steps from the beach but quiet enough at night to avoid the craziness! The space was huge, amazing deck with a wonderful view, large rooftop with a beautiful pool , and a fully functional gym which I used daily. My only regret was I only stayed three nights!

This was our second time at Eliseo’s place —and likely won’t be our last! Outstanding location, killer rooftop pool with incredible view, and super-comfortable apartment. For the price, it’s the best place we’ve found in PV. Gracias Eliseo!

Best rooftop pool in PV. Would def stay again.

The apartment is centrally located and absolutely beautiful. The amenities are perfect; the pool on the top floor is the best part of this apartment - wow what an amazing view. It is super clean and the washer and dryer were a lifesaver. The building is safe and secure and there is parking on the premises. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of Alfredo - super attentive and helpful. Don’t wait one more second, this place will not disappoint.

Impeccable accommodation, with everything you need to feel great! A spacious, extremely clean studio, beautifully decorated, with quality furniture and objects that complement the image. The kitchen is very well equipped. Superb terrace, with lots of greenery, to disconnect you in the evening. The house is in a very safe area of houses! Means of transport are just a few streets away, and up to the shopping centers and the beach, a 15-minute walk. From the host, everything to the superlative: friendly, prompt and interested to make your stay as pleasant as possible! This one!

Good location, about 15 minute walk to Aramara Market area, 10 minute walk along nice pathway to a nearby Soriano's. Bus stop at top of the street. Nice layout, protected by a good amount of shade so always seemed a bit cooler and usually had a nice breeze. Uber was used quite a bit, I think our longest wait was maybe 3 minutes and was approx 47 pesos to the Walmart by the marina. Friendly host who was always quick to respond and looked after us extremely well.

We recently stayed at Roberto’s one bedroom villa. Upon checking we were a little disappointed as the place was very dated and not entirely clean. Floors could have been swept better and mopped. King size bed was perfectly clean and well made. Once we settled in and accepted the place as it was we realized all charm and beauty that this place had. Beautiful view of the ocean thru the trees. Large deck overlooking the property and a view of the ocean was a great place to rest and enjoy the ocean breezes. There was a TV however no local stations only Netflix. So later in the evening we would watch some Netflix series. The villa is in its original state and Roberto has plans to start renovating in the off season. Once renovated it will be a real gem. Excellent location in the marina. Lots to do and all within walking distance. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Two large pools on ocean were a short walk away. We never even went to the large pool at the main resort overlooking the marina. We met lots of nice people some of whom we have already friended on Facebook.

Enjoyed our stay at Valarias. Wonderful fresh breakfast every morning Valero's father made for us. Clean room and bathrooms. I would be happy to return again for my next vacation. Made great friends with other guests . We would have liked to stayed longer if our plans would not have changed.I recommend Valerias to short and long stays. Father Chris makes our day..............

Totally recommended this accommodation. Extreme cleaning, comfortable and very well equipped. You just have to consider that there is a corridor with enough stairs and maybe it can be a problem for people with disabilities, if your condition is regular, you don't have to worry.

Dean’s place is great. This is the second time we have stayed there and hope to do so again. Everything about his place is great. The amenities are amazing and the view is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

I had a great time staying at Dean’s condo at Sunscape. The space was very clean, the views were amazing, and the workers at the resort were very friendly. There is a shopping mall right next door with a Starbucks. There is also a food court across the street from the condo with delicious local food and a coffee shop. I purchased the all-inclusive day pass at the resort twice. The food was delicious, and so were the drinks! I highly recommend this place to others visiting Puerto Vallarta. 10/10!

The location was great and the views overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the condo. Checkout the food park right opposite the resort - the fish tacos place was great. My only gripe was that the resort people were not helpful to the condo guests ( as opposed to the resort guests) - we had to pay to leave the luggage at the reception for an hour on the last day.

It is very nice, it was better than I expected, its design is cold, but perfect to relax after a long day at the beach, the beds are very comfortable, when you open the balcony door, everything changes, you can feel on the shore of the beach. It is the ideal place to rest, and it is a private enough place. I loved .

Deans condo was an excellent space near the airport and the hotel zone, it is also about a 15 min drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta (malecón) where you’ll find food and all sorts of shopping and entertainment. On deans end everything was fantastic and the space was very homey. The condo and hotel resort sections can be a bit confusing, as the resort has very strict rules and one must be careful about following them. Otherwise great location! Thanks dean!

Comfortable for 4 people, quiet, easy to reach

We loved this place, and have stayed in several in Vallarta. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking in, the whole place was super clean, and the extra details like hooks on the doors for clothing, and the hammock and cute little patio were all perfect. Both beds were cozy and very comfortable. The view outside the patio is filled with trees and the building was quiet. We will definitely reserve with them again!

Everything was perfect!!!! Vero went above and beyond and provided all the necessary information for an enjoyable stay! Easy, simple, super clean and welcoming!!! Expect a very nice place with a host on the lookout. The subdivision is quiet and is close to the bus stops. They will not regret it.

Vero‘s place was very comfortable, and the hammock was a great touch. I loved being in the hammock at the end of the day and watching the sky change colors as the sun went down. The shower was excellent, the bed comfortable, and the place had a tranquil feel. In everyday life I live in a very quiet place, so I can be extra sensitive to sound, and since this is Mexico, there are often barking dogs and crowing roosters in urban areas. If this is an issue for you, be prepared with sound masking of some kind, like rain sounds or relaxing music that you can play on your phone.

The hostess Vero is very attentive and with a quick response, the department has everything to make your stay as complicated as possible, and the subdivision is very quiet, so it is very easy to relax

Absolutely loved it! It was in a great area just walking distance from the beach and right between the malecón and airport. The apartment is clean and spacious, everyone in my group loved it!

The place was big and spacious. The only con was that the WiFi was down but other than that everything was perfect.

The perfect host

This was so surprisingly easy. The unit is in a safe location with lots to offer in walking distance. Check in was a dream!!! We felt safe. There was more than enough room to move around and the patio is huge. I would definitely stay here again. Julian and his team were very kind and professional. It took away a lot of the worry about being in a strange place. Thanks Julian!

This condo has amazing views and is in a prime location on the Malecon. It is loud in the evening with the night vendors that set up right outside the building, so not a place if you are looking for a quiet evening. There is not always staff around, but you get an access key to get in and out of the secure building and staff is friendly. You can access cleaning services for an affordable fee if you want the room cleaned during your stay. There is a convenience store right on the corner if you need to grab basic items, like toilet paper. Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Alexander was very fast and kind in all communication. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the sea view balcony a lot. The building felt very safe. Highly recommended!

Alexander is an outstanding host who always makes our time in PV special. Beautiful condo with outstanding ocean view from our balcony. The rooftop pool has one of the best views in Puerto Vallarta We have stayed here before and will be back again next year. Highly recommend.

Convenient to all restaurants. The only annoying thing is we had to provide our own toilet paper when we ran out before our 9 day stay. Also no shower soap is provided.

This is my second time staying here, that speaks for itself. I love the location, right on the malecon and the the view from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment is nice and clean and well appointed. Hopefully I will be back next year.

Alexander's place is an excellent location with a very comfortable, clean living space. The condo was a much larger place than we expected. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, especially at night when we had few drinks on the balcony and watched occasional performances on the boardwalk. Fantastic place for the price!

This place is better than a hotel. It’s clean and stylish. The building staff is very accommodating and Alonso was a wonderful host.

The apartment was an absolutely fabulous place to stay in the heart of the romantic district. Only minutes to walk to the beach, and close to everything! I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and large apartment… Would definitely stay here again!

Wow - this place exceeded our expectations and is even better than the pictures! The condo is located in a relatively new, super safe building in a central location. There is 24/7 security, and you are just steps from restaurants, bars, and the beach. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the water and downtown PV. We were sad to only stay one night, and will definitely be back!

This was my 10th time to PV and we have always done the big resorts in the hotel zone or Nuevo, this was our first time staying downtown and it was fantastic. Tons of walkable bars / restaurants / variety, and Alonso's place is only 2 blocks from the beach. His condo was very clean and updated, as well as incredible views from the rooftop pool. His will be my first choice when we return to PV.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this location in the center of all the action. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the large open windows and sunset views. It made a big difference to have the filtered water and use of a washer and dryer. Jorge the manger was very easy to work with and all of the doormen are very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a great vacation.

My favourite place to stay in PV. In Zona Romantica close to the best shops, restaurants, the Malecon and Los Muertos Pier. Lovely hosts and staff, comfortable king bed, high end modern furnishings and art, super clean, blender and filtered water, cozy towels, big windows and view with patio. We spent most of our time on the rooftop in the infinity pools, lounging and in the sauna. Highly recommended.

Our family of five had a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony had a nice view as well. We used the pool area a few times, it has a wonderful view and was a great place to watch the sunset! The pool was clean and cool and there was lots of seating available. The condo is within walking distance to everything we needed: the beach, Walmart, Sams club, the mall, great restaurants, and oxxos of course. The neighborhood was safe, we did a lot of walking around at night with no issues. The one downside is that it can be a bit noisy, between the Walmart and the road noise. But with the windows closed it was fine. We would defiantly stay there again.

Jessi and Karim are great hosts, easy to get in touch with, always reply in a timely manner and their unit is great! We had four of us in the condo, very clean, lots of space, wonderful deck, view is amazing. It looks out over one of the smaller onsite pools and the creek to the side which means there's always lots of activity to watch if you get tired of looking at the ocean. We were there in early January and saw humpback whales right from the balcony enjoying our coffee! The pools are amazing, a titch cold for us but refreshing on a hot/humid day...not so great for night swimming but neither Jessi nor Karim control that part and there are several hot tubs to choose from. We found there were lots of pillows of varying softness which is nice so we were all very comfortable, we had two teenage girls with us and there were LOTS of towels which is great. The kitchen was stocked very well for what we needed, coffee cups, spoon, bottle opener lol. There was a coffee maker, blender and assorted pots and pans but we didn't cook much outside of breakfast. Lots of shampoo/conditioner...we can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there already. A quick stop at the grocery store and we spent about 1100 pesos (just as an FYI for you budgeters out there) on bread/milk/coffee/jam/beer/fruit/chips.

Very nice condo located on the 5th floor with sea view and identical to the photos, large bedroom with comfortable king bed. For the information of those who do not like noise, there is music in the restaurant just downstairs which can disturb occasionally and in the parking lot, Mexicans gather to party some of the night. (Little advice, bring caps), but we and our guests were not really bothered by that .... you see !. Very nice staff, very clean and very safe complex, small restaurant serving three meals a day, very practical when you don't want to cook. I cannot ignore our dear, dear Carlos, who makes sure you have everything you need for a memorable stay. To communicate with Carlos I recommend the WatsApp application which will allow you to text or call Carlos for free on WIFI only, Carlos will ALWAYS answer you very quickly. On occasion the wifi is not functional, it seems that it is a problem experienced by all residents but it is never very long. It is a privilege to be able to live in beautiful places like this, I highly recommend it. Thanks to Jessi and Karim it was a very nice trip ......

Such an amazing place, you can't beat this condo. It's so convenient to everything. Walking distance or a cheap cab ride. Quick response from the hosts. No worries staying here. Everyone is so friendly at the Gran Venetian. I will stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The Marbella complex was pretty. The pool was nice though not too sunny due to tall vegetation which made the complex very private. It was on the main road but you never felt you in the middle of the city. It is in an ideal location next to a mall and across the street from 2 fancy restaurants that we went to. And there was a food truck adjacent that we also bought food. The unit was very clean. The amenities were all one needs on vacation. Rodrigo let us go in early as we traveled from Mazatlan. We sat on the deck while the cleaning woman finished her work. Rodrigo was quick to respond and very accommodating. I felt fortunate to rent this condo as we were vacationing from Boston with a late change that required two nights in an Airbnb. Met mostly retired Americans and Canadians at the pool. We left early Sunday morning. My only concern is that it is on the 5th floor and no elevator! Got my exercise in with four trips a day! There were many stray cats that were pretty and did not bother anyone. Someone explained they caught the cats, had them neutered , and re-released them. I love cats so it was a pleasure to see that the residents took care of them.

Rodrigo was wonderful. Quick to respond and easy instructions to the condo. Great restaurant right across the street and grocery store very close by. The beds were super comfy and the grounds are lush and beautiful. We didn’t get to use the pool much, but it looked wonderful and clean. I’d recommend you stay at Rodrigos place.

Great place the gardens are what really make it beautiful and a cool place to be at. It has an amazing view being on the top floor of the building but do be prepared for a little bit of a walk up those flights of stairs haha 😆. Close to the beach 🏖 and the mall. Overall great experience. Rodrigo is very helpful and quick to respond.

This place is in such a cool neighborhood! It’s gated with guards, and basically sits inside of a jungle.

Everything went extremely well during our stay. Although this place is about a mile from the Malacon, using Uber turned out to be very quick and cheap (only $2.46 for a trip either down to the Malacon area or back). A local grocery store saved us money on breakfasts, and we even had pizza delivered a couple of times. Overall, we had a lot more room than we would have had at a resort, and avoiding the all-inclusive fees saved us a bunch. We highly recommend Javier and his AirBnB.

Fantastic location! Just down the hill to The Malecon. Clean, modern with great beds.

There were 4 of us "ladies" sharing this spacious, third-floor condo, high up on the hill, where we experienced life as it is in most neighborhoods in PV: roosters crowing, dogs barking, construction noises, and some road traffic. However, we acclimated and chose to embrace this Mexican lifestyle vacation with our walks down the hill (and cab rides back up). We enjoyed the sun and the salt water pool time, moon watching, and even the fireworks from the Pirate Ship in the Bay several nights. Javier and his family were super hosts and attentive to our needs throughout our week's stay. A nice secure building with an elevator. Plenty of room inside and out for each of us to find our own space and togetherness for game playing at the high table. We loved the floral decor, paintings, mirrors, lighting, fans, and bottled water. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (plus the rock salt, coffee and Corona's in the fridge). Very clean and comfy king-size beds.

This is a great condo to stay in while in PV. Very modern and spacious and the hosts are the best. Quick responses and so kind. The maid service was also excellent with clean beds, fresh sheets, and new supply of water every four days or so. Must mention the hill. It’s steep but so are lots of other hills. When we were tired a cab up the hill was so cheap that it shouldn’t keep you from staying here. Also there’s some construction going on across the road but again this won’t last forever. Just be aware it’s there. Certainly wouldn’t keep me from going back. Javier is a great host and the condo is very nice with large bedrooms and a beautiful view. And most important is that after a short walk down the hill you are at the Malecon and you can walk anywhere from there. No hesitation recommending this for sure.

Great stay at Alexander’s flat! The location, the view and the pool were excellent. Alex also responded quickly and send us a few items that were missing (hand towels and bath mats). It gets a bit noisy during the day because of a few buildings construction around, but it didn’t bother us.

Alex was great in every way. Very helpful. Place comfortable and super clean. Bit away from the action but Uber and taxis cheap.

The AirBnB was exactly as shown and described in the listing. The views were amazing. The place was very clean. The combination washer/dryer was great. Having two bathrooms was a nice convenience. Tons of space and a great closet to hang clothes. A quick 10 minute walk to the north end of the Malecon. The hill is very steep like everyone says but Ubers are plentiful and cheap.

This airbnb is wonderful! Though we never met the host Alexander in person, he was very attentive to our communication and prompt with his responses. The view is so beautiful, the pool is very refreshing, the accommodations were lovely. There is a lot of construction in the area so perhaps bring some ear plugs but otherwise everything was fantastic. And there is SO much to explore in PV! What a fun city:)

Excellent apartment! I decided to buy the date pass! It is an excellent place !! Since you can use the common areas of the hotel! And the apartment is great! Very clean! Spacious and you can do many things like buying the pantry and cooking and so on! I highly recommend the place !!

Angels apartment is clean and well appointed. There is a front desk for easy check in/check out It has a good location with a Mall, restaurants and Soriana nearby. Pool access and towel service was hassle free. We also had access to free daily activities and nightly entertainment at the hotel. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants sun and fun.
