Great place to stay

Excellent choice of accomodation. The bottle of wine on arrival was delish, local and a thoughtful touch. Property is well connected as it is central to most sights of the island with no more than 40min drive. Property was clean and well laid out with all that we required and more. A fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Yaiza’s place is perfect for a quiet holiday or very central for access to the whole island. It is very comfortable and clean and well equipped.

A lovely place. Clean and comfortable for our two week stay and nicely located to travel around the island. Double bed was comfortable as was the sofa. We ate in a lot of the time and there were sufficient cooking utensils for basic meals. No gripes at all. Well done Yaiza.

A very clean and spacy house, everything you need.

A beautiful, sparkling clean and spacious apartment with all amenities a family on holiday may need from drying rack to juicer. The photo doesn't do justice to the swimming pool - it's real and is lightened at night! My kids loved it. The location is easy to find and very calm. It's walking distance to the mill and village museum and 10 min drive to Timanfaya National park. A supermarket is a short walk away, next door there's a good restaurant whose vicinity isn't disturbing at all. Free parking is on premises. High speed Wi-Fi works well. We appreciated wine and snacks provided by the hosts too. We had a great time at Yaiza's place.

A great place for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The location is brilliant as you can reach all parts of the island in less than half an hour and it’s so convenient for the airport. there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy and the views are amazing.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Borge and Dinas little piece of paradise in Lanzarote. The villa was extremely clean ,well equipped and beautifully decorated. I can highly recommend this villa for an idyllic holiday in the sun.

We stayed a couple of days in the Teiga house and loved it. Just beautiful as in the pictures. The pool area is amazing, but the outside terrace is also so relaxing. This is like if you stay in an different planet. The location is great to explore north and south. If you want to relax: very nice beaches very close in Costa Teguise. A few nice restaurants too, very close by with a car, that is a must have in Lanzarote to explore the island. I can only recommend ! Wonderful house and also greeted by wonderful people! This house is a true wonder to stay at, clean, stylish, calm,... best vacation spot ever! Supermarket also very close. I recommend it to everyone!

We (family with two kids) spent 11 days in the biggest house of Casa Teiga which is really spacious, beautifully furnished and provided for anything we needed and even more. Also it was very clean and the pool area inspired by Manrique is a dream and just the perfect spot to relax after one of the many possible excursions on this fascinating Island. Dina and Börge are very nice and friendly hosts. They always responded quickly and also provided us with a lot of information on restaurants and excursions. They even allowed us an early check-in because our flight was rescheduled to the early morning. Even though Casa Teiga is situated perfectly to discover all of the island, you definitely will need a car. Thanks Dina and Börge for a beautiful holiday!

I do not have enough words to describe the warmest feelings about Yeneire's place. Starting from check-in and to our last minute at this place me and my family feel safe, cozy, relaxed and heart-warming atmosphere. A lot of space even for big families or groups, easy communication with host, great entertainment options, perfect outside view, very private location yet close to everything you need. I hope I will have an opportunity to return to this great place one day. Thank you Yeneire for hosting us.

This villa is beautiful, it is spacious, well thought out and has everything you need. It’s clean and very comfortable. You do need a car to get around, it’s very hilly, but that is why you have an amazing panoramic view. The host, Yeneire, was always quick to respond and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this villa to families and friends.

An outstanding host family. The villa is 15 minutes from the airport and even though we had arrived earlier than check in, Yeneire’s husband Sergio was so courteous allowing us to leave our luggage until villa was cleaned. Everything you could possibly need is in the villa and so nice each having a bathroom. A very clean and very comfortable villa. Lots of space and with a pool table and table tennis table on the veranda. I advise hiring a car for the week and Sergio kindly recommended a company which was so competitively priced. Quick responses to any messages, Yeneire was so friendly yet professional. A wonderful stay. I highly recommend this lovely villa. We will come back to stay again. Thank you.

Apartment super as in the photos, new and located 2 steps from the city center. The plus is the parking at the "gran hôtel", where you can leave the rental car in peace and away from the heat. Grégorio is super responsive to each request and accommodating for departure. He sent us very complete instructions and advised us on restaurants and other shops. For my part, I found the bed a little too firm but other people will find it to their liking. I am not thick; ) As a little extra care, there were beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler available. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Gregorio

So what can I say except that the apartment is really top, the arrival is extremely easy and everything went very well, the apartment is remarkably clean and everything you need for lunch, dinner, and breakfast are present in the apartment, really top. The location of the apartment is superb, 2 or 3 minutes from the beach side of pubs, restaurants, the information that Gregório gave us for good restaurants and that doing in Arrecife was perfect, we had a stay of 10 days and the return was difficult. Thanks again for everything to Gregório

Gregorio's house is perfect if you want to discover both Arrecife and the island of Lanzarote. The location is very central, next to all interesting places of the city, and the place is sparkling clean and has everything that ones needs. Gregorio was very nice and friendly, always responding very quickly to all my enquiries. I totally recommend him for a great stay in Lanzarote!

The view is magnificent, the location is strategic for visiting Lanzarote. The bed is comfortable, the terrace is pleasant as is the swimming pool. We did not meet Nieves. We had a problem with internet connection during our stay. Near the accommodation you will find a small supermarket and restaurants.

The apartment is set in a quiet complex with lovely views of the sea. The permanent residents were very helpful also. We didn’t meet Nieves but she always responded very quickly. It’s a lovely walk to the Harbour where there are lots of restaurants and bars. We also walked to Avenida de la Playas which took about 15mins. We had a lovely holiday here and would recommend this apartment.

The location was perfect with a supermarket, bars and a restaurant in the complex next door. It is only a few minutes walk to the port and old town with lots of choice for food and drink. It is quite steep which may be an issue for some. The location is so peaceful and the bed so comfortable that relaxation is guaranteed! We hope to stay here again.

I am delighted with my stay at Nieves. The apartment with its superb sea view terrace is very pleasant. Ideal for a good rest. The residence is very quiet and well located near the port. I will come back.

The apartment is as described. Snow super friendly and accessible at all times. The best is the calm there is because nothing is heard but 10 minutes walking is Puerto del Carmen. In general everything very well.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, 15 minutes far from the airport in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen with a lot of parking. One minutes walk from the apartment you can find a supermarket, restaurants and a lot of shops. There is a fantastic terrace where you can see the sea and have your breakfast with a special view. Nieves is very kind and answers in a few hours at every message. I really reccomend it!

The house is as it appears in the photos. Welcome from the first moment and you feel at home. The wonderful kitchen! Daniel is a charm and responds immediately to all doubts. We will repeat!

I honestly think the pictures here don’t do this place justice! It was a great stay in a beautiful house. Great location and with great views. Sunrise and sunset from the garden were some of the highlights. We were there end of December and we still used the pool every single day which was one of the highlights for the little one. Daniel’s amazing hospitality is another level. He is beyond a super host! We loved every second of our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Daniel's villa. It is close to the airport, local shop and restaurant and major supermarkets whilst being in a very quiet location. As others have said, the terrace is an excellent spot to relax at any time of the day. The close proximity to the airport does mean you can hear planes taking off but only when the wind is from the north, which was the case for most of our stay. However this in no way detracted from our enjoyment of the villa and it's lovely pool.

I Can not rate Luis and his team any lower than a 5 star :) the villa was amazing and so were the hosts. I will definitely go again and am thinking of going back next year. Thanks guys for an amazing holiday

Magnificent villa, decorated with style and with all the comforts. Angeles a charm in our reception explained everything and provided any help. The island is wonderful and the house makes the trip a unique experience. We will repeat!

The house is beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean. It is really well furnished and designed individually and yet is still practical for a holiday home. There is much space and the house is equipped with everything you need. The owner is absolutely charming and lives close by. We did not really need any help but she would have been able to offer help if necessary. There is also another member of her team who speaks fluent English which is useful for answering questions about the area and the island. The immediate area is close to the sea and has lovely walks along the coast which we did every day. The area feels extremely safe and it is great to see joggers and young people and families out walking at all times of the day and evening. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, too many from which to choose. The island is quiet and relaxing, so it's ideal for an escape from the winter weather further north. Driving around the island is very easy and there is little traffic. There are lots of supermarkets which sell almost everything you can buy at home. The house is only ten minutes' drive from the airport which is a great bonus. I would definitely go there again and wish our hosts a great 2020!!

The villa is spectacular, fully equipped, wonderfully appointed in a perfect location. We loved the layout, the outside space and the easy access to the promenade beside the sea. We walked towards Arrecife and Playa Honda, just passing the time of day and enjoyed super meals in restaurants in both places. We had a great visit to El Grifo wine tasting, ate lunch beside the sea at El Golfo and braved the cold water in the villa pool to swim every day! Our hosts were beyond helpful, friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you, we’d love to return.

We had a wonderful stay in Luis & Angeles' villa. It was our son's first holiday at 3 months old and we couldn't have wished for a better villa, which offered us the ideal location, amenities and hospitality. We hired a car for all of our holiday. The travel cot was perfect for our son and he adapted to the change of location so well. The beds were comfortable. Our son loved the palm tree in the garden (pool area) which was swaying in the breeze. There's plenty of shade outside for little ones, whilst the family sunbathe. The pool was cleaned twice during our week, which was nice as Lanzarote is quite windy. The cleaner was discreet and we wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't been up early feeding our baby. The kitchen has all the equipment you'd expect in your own home, and all clean and good quality. The space is huge, and there are 3 lounges if you need time out! There's a large laundry room with iron/ironing board and pool towels. Our master bedroom had access directly onto the pool area and the bathroom had a sea/horizon view. Communication with Luis, Angeles, Esther and their family was fast and helpful. They really looked after us. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for four nights on a girlie break. We all loved it! The villa is large and very stylish. The pool area is always in the sun so great for sun bathing but also has a comfy seating area in the shade. We spent a lot of time at the villa because it was so relaxing. We normally switch between beach and pool when we're away but we loved the pool so much we preferred to stay. It was easy enough to get to shops, bars and restaurants. We didn't hire a car but it was easy enough to get around. Its about a 30 min walk in either direction to get to shops etc. It's a nice walk along the coast but at night we took a taxi (didn't fancy walking that far in heels) the host left a taxi number for us, be warned though the taxi company didn't speak English, we still managed by using the phrase book in the back of our lonely planet guide. Highly recommend staying at this villa. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Esther even did our airport transfer for 10€ each way which was very handy. She also stopped at the shop on the way so we could pick up supplies. Esther and Angeles gave us a very warm welcome and we would happily go back again!

Maria's Apartment was great for us, a family of 5. It was quiet and is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants only minutes away. The beach is located at the end of the street only 5 minutes walk. The private pool was great. I hope to return.

A nice location. Near the sea, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and taxi rank. Everything is doing well on foot, but it is a steep road. A perfect location to relax and enjoy beautiful Lanzarote. We didn't rent a car. Everything can be done well by bus or taxi and not expensive. There are also plenty of booking offices where you can also book excursions. We only did Tymanfaya national park through a booking office and the rest by bus or taxi.

Fantastic location, right on the seafront with the sound of the ocean at night. We had everything we needed for a great stay, and found Pablo charming and responded remarkably quickly to any request.

What a great place to stay to explore Lanzarote, whatever people say the location and view is worth the price of admission alone, The beds and sofa are comfortable, could have done with some extra pillows but we managed, we stayed 10 days and it was cleaned twice in that period, only thing I was disappointed about was that in the listing it states there is a dishwasher and there isn't and I hate washing up, Pablo's communication is excellent, we had a power cut issue while we were there and Pablo knew about it when I phoned him and it was cleared up extremely quickly, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

2nd year on a row that we stay here, great place! It's just on the beach, it has all the amenities needed (including WiFi), there's a swimming pool, it's close to shops+bars+restaurants, free parking on the street or buses stop 2 min away -> it's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Apartment is ideally situated for both of the main areas in Puerto Del Carmen, the beach and the harbour. There is everything you would need in the apartment and it’s really stylish. View from the apartment was great. Pool area was good and never any issue when we stayed in September to get a sun lounger. The host Ana is great, nothing is too much trouble and her responses when contacting her are instant. Apartment is value for money and we were lucky to have found Ana’s apartment.

Angela’s place was perfect for us! Was very clean and kitchen and toilet have everything you need (she left a bottle of water in the fridge, wine and lots of towels)! There is a place to park in the garden, and that’s really good because sometimes can be really difficult to find parking! It is also perfectly located, 2 minutes walk from Playa Chica, beautiful beach where you can snorkelling or scuba diving, and 5 minutes to restaurants and the harbour! We really loved her house and we will definitely come back!!

Angela was very kind and hospitable. His apartment is small but super practical, it is not lacking in anything, it is very well located in Puerto del Carmen and the garage makes things much easier. It is perfect for a trip for two.

Nicole's apartment is very well located, next to the port with bars and restaurants, next to a supermarket. It has everything you need for two people and has a terrace with incredible views. Nicole's apartment is ideal to get to know Lanzarote, it is very quiet, it has everything you could need, the beach and the port are 2 minutes away, although the apartment has two swimming pools in the complex. Nicole is always willing to help and pending.

Lovely clean apartment in a quiet location

We had really great time at José flat,there is everything that you need and great view from balcony. There are shops near flat,restaurants and bus stop.To the beach around 10min.

The apartment is in a special position, because from the terrace you can see both the sea and the mountains. Moreover is a crucial position to go everywhere on the island! The village of Tías is very nice, I really suggest a stay here if you go to lanzarote!

The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything needed in the kitchen (pans, pots, microwaves, toasters, dishes etc ...), while in the bathroom was the washing machine and had a small clothes iron. The pool was small but enough for a quick bath and the terrace with a table and chairs for breakfast, dinner ... In the area you park without problems, usually even at the door. The center or area with the closest restaurants and supermarkets is about 15 minutes walk and if you get on the lap you get lazy (it is on a steep slope) you can take a taxi, which leaves you in the apartment for about € 3. José Domingo lives in an adjacent plot so any problem is very easy to communicate with him.

The floor was clean, neat and with everything necessary. Views to the sea and a nice terrace for breakfast. Easy to park in the same street. The communication with the host very easy and cordial.

Mandy’s apartment is fantastic it has everything you could possibly need from tv to iron (although I’m not on holiday to iron 😳) there really was nothing to want for . Location was great even taking into account the dreaded cardiac hill , it is after all only 100 yards up a hill from the beach!! Can’t get much closer without paying an arm or leg!! It was very quiet which is perfect for us . We will be back x

The house is really at an excellent point and contains every necessary service. Punctuality in the answers, absolutely perfect cleaning and accommodation!

Very convenient location for beach, promenade and just a 10 minute walk to the harbour and old town. Small supermarket less than 100 metres away but an easy walk to both Lidl and Super Dino.. Also close to bus stops for buses to Arrecife, Playa Blanca and a regular airport service. Good size apartment with small outside area with room for a small table and two chairs. When we were there in January the sun did not ever strike the balcony but I'm sure when the sun is higher this is different. We knew from other comments that you need to bring or buy some things but with supermarkets nearby this was easy. Lot of restaurants very close but if you want to self cater there is a good two ring induction hob and microwave with plenty of pots and utensils.

The accommodation has a great location and a beautiful view. The check-in was very easy and fast thanks to the key box. The apartment is very clean and is equipped with everything important, such as a washing machine. If there were any ambiguities, we got a response from Adam within a short time. Personally, I would book this accommodation again at any time!

Adams place is great as I'm sure others have wrote its right by the harbour with great sea views the apartment its self is small but has everything you'd need tv with sky English channels cooker iron ironing board bathroom with good shower, a double bed with a sofa bed if needed, perfect for two adults or a family with small children, two min walk to the old town then another maybe 10 into the main resort with loads of bars mostly Irish themed plenty of good restaurants and a nice beach for the family to enjoy, all round well worth going to Adams place hope this helps

A small studio very well located, facing the sea, but close to the old town, the port and everything, so, well equipped, nothing was missing; and as soon as we reported a small problem, (tv and wifi did not work), Adam went up and quickly helped us out, with kindness. The only thing that bothered us was the daylight that woke us very early in the morning because no shutters or curtains thick enough or dark to be in the dark at sunrise. But we are aware that it is cultural: in many countries there are no shutters or thick curtains for the night, and it does not bother anyone! In France, most people like to sleep in rooms where the morning light can not wake them up ....

Good location. It's a bit away from the old town but plenty of bars, restaurants and a wide sandy beach nearby with a Spar store only a 3 minute walk. Access on arrival was easy. Only about 12 minutes drive from the airport and a Javier provided a key code to get in. All ship shape when we got there. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely and clean.

Had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment. Very near Los pocillis beach and convenient Spar and bike rental close by.

Javier's apartment is a very comfortable, comfortable, spacious, bright place. The apartment was super clean. It is located in a very quiet urbanization, with easy parking, very nice common areas with a communal pool. At 500 meters we have the beach of the wells and a beautiful promenade, there are also many bars and shops of all kinds. In the apartment we can find everything to have a very pleasant stay, from table and chairs on the terrace, in the kitchen there is no lack of detail, there is everything. The bathroom is very nice, has a very spacious shower and washing machine for clothes. It has a very comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed. There is wifi that works well, TV smart tv, dvd. In the bedroom we can find a very large double bed and a very comfortable mattress as well as pillows. There is a spacious built-in closet with drawers and clothes hangers. There is also an ironing board and iron for clothes. The arrival was very easy, with a code you access the urbanization and with another code we access the key box at the entrance of the apartment.

The apartment is amazing, we liked it even more than in the pictures! The location is also very good, in a quiet area but close to where there is movement (about 10 min walk). And very easy to move around the island from the apartment. The views of the apartment are spectacular and breakfast is a luxury. All very clean and full kitchen with many cooking utensils. We are sure that if we return to Lanzarote we will go to this apartment.

Ellin's apartment is very close to the beach and restaurants. In addition everything was very clean, very bright and equipped with what is necessary to spend a few days there. The bed is very large and super comfortable and the dining table is located in front of a window overlooking Puerto del Carmen. Everything was great and I would repeat without a doubt!

The apartment had exactly what we needed for our holiday. There was an overall very homey feel about the apartment. There was a fan, fresh towels, shower gel and water in the fridge when we arrived. It’s a very short walk to the beach & has multiple shops, restaurants and bars beside it without it being noisy at night. The area was quiet & we honestly couldn’t recommend the apartment more. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Do not hesitate! The accommodation is ideally located, close to all shops and beaches. The whole island is quickly accessible from the accommodation, which is considerable. Nothing to say about the interior, the facilities were present, there is even something to eat breakfast is rather nice. Patricia is a great host, she made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice on the do's and don'ts. Go there without hesitation it's worth it!

Patricia was very helpful in helping us and made us find supplies in the refrigerator which were very useful for us arriving late in the evening, for which we also thank her very much. The location is convenient if you want to get around the island a bit. A little far from social life, at least in December, but for us it was perfect!

Almost don't want to review this place, as it's a real hidden gem, and we want it to be available to us, the next time we come to Lanzarote. Leigh and Domingo are wonderful hosts, and go all out to make you feel at home and offer great advice to make your stay a pleasure. Spotlessly clean, with a lovely well kept garden and the pool is a real bonus. Being able to take a dip, after a little bit of sunbathing is great. We will be great, assuming this review hasn't convinced others to book at the same we want to go ;-)

The stay with Leigh and Domingo was amazing. It felt like a second home and it was really cosy staying there. They are lovely people and make you feel welcome immediately. Room was good, house was clean and the pool is warm and amazing. A great location. it is maybe a 10-15 min walk for restaurants. Supermarket and bus is right around the corner. It's a no-brainer.

Home away from home. Leigh and Domingo are just wonderful hosts who made is feel very welcome and provided us with great tips on where to go and what to see. The house and room are spotless and homely. Their dogs and kitten are adorable and very well behaved. Loved having breakfast in the sunshine. Even took a little swim in the pool behind the house (December, 26 degrees Celsius outside).The location is brilliant as well, a few steps away from the promenade. Parking in front of the house was easy to find. 5star plus recommendation!

The house is in the middle of a paradise. Very comfortable, everything is there. Kitchen, oven, washing machine, beach and bathroom towels, parking, swimming pool, outdoor area with drying rack, TV oven. All perfect. We had a great time Thanks Mandy

The apartment is located within a very well maintained complex with a nice large pool. This is not heated, but offers a beautiful view to the sea and free beach chairs and umbrellas. The way into the village is a bit tedious, as the apartment complex is located right up on the hillside. It did not bother us much, as we explored the island from here and were mostly only there to sleep. The Wi-Fi worked very well, which was very important for our other bookings.

The accommodation was nickel, as in the photos. It was well located, not too far from the beach of Puerto del Carmen and in the center of everything. Main starting point for excursions. In addition, Mandy was very available and very friendly.

Great value. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is wonderful and has a view on the ocean. It's close to the supermarket and a few nice restaurants in the harbor. If you want to get to Puerto del Carmen it's a little walk - about 3 km. We had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

A bit of a climb up from the Old Town/beach/ shops but well worth it. A very relaxed complex with everything you could need. No need to worry about getting a spot at the pool over the Easter holidays. Some days we were the only family about. Great that there is a washing machine and dish washer and plenty of sun in the front porch to dry clothes.

We had a very nice 10-day stay in this accommodation. The flat is really well located, with a rental car you can visit the whole island within a 45 minute drive (off-street parking), whilst being a five minute drive to the airport . We appreciated having space to cook, A large fridge and even a freezer! The flat contains everything you need and it was sparkling clean on arrival. We really appreciated the fact that it is in a safe enclosed area which is great when you have children. The pool may not be heated but still warm enough for them to swim there every day ! On the plus side, it is located in a very quiet street so no noise with cars or music in the evening. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Lanzarote !!!

The Villa was spotless, perfect location, local amenities a 2 minute walk away, buses, shops and cafes. Would thoroughly recommend it and would be my first choice to stay should we return to Lanzarote. Having Angela arrange the luggage to be taken to the airport should you have a late flight is ingenious and made the last day relaxing and worry free. Thank you Ross.

This apartment has everything you would need to have an extremely comfortable stay in PDC. It’s close to the harbour and strip and has access to a well stocked supermarket for all necessities. The apartment has a massive sun terrace which was amazing for having a bite to eat, watching the world go by and obviously getting the sunshine ☀️ I stayed for 11 nights and was extremely surprised to have a cleaner come in mid way through our holiday which I wasn’t expecting but a massive plus point in my eyes. Couldn’t recommend this place more it’s great

I would recommend this lovely little apartment to any couple on holiday in Lanzarote. It's perfectly located walking distance from the main strip in puerto del Carmen, but has it's own set of great restaurants nearby. Beatriz is a fantastic host, and was on hand to help whenever we needed her. The apartment was super clean and overlooked the harbour. 10/10

Mingo is a super host, kind and precise communicative. The house is delightful, I was alone but 2/3 is perfectly fine. Convenient area for the routes of communication with the car and in just 5/10 minutes on foot you arrive on the beach of Puerto del Carmen .... all types of services (supermarkets and restaurants) are very close! There is a private swimming pool in front of the accommodation

The accommodation corresponds to the photos of the ad, moreover, the bathroom, which I did not see in any photo, is what was best, in my case it seemed newly renovated. The apartment had the right kitchen utensils, and for putting a catch, nothing more, than parts of zero in a matter of elements such as scourer, ballet, dishwasher, salt, sugar ... etc, which is always appreciated when you arrive at the accommodation and there is, since most of the time the stay does not give to exhaust all those things that you then have to leave almost unused, but it is only an opinion, in no case anything that includes in the state of the apartment facilities, which It was all right. Notably, cleaning was done daily. Highly recommended.

Mingo's accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions, it is spacious and comfortable for 2 people and perfectly equipped. The structure, in general, is well maintained, the pool tidy and clean, and communications with Mingo have always been perfect and fast. If I have to find a small defect, the daily cleaning was a little brief in the house. The location is very convenient, in 5 minutes on foot you arrive on the seafront of p.to del Carmen, and with the rental car, each destination is convenient as the house is well located near the main road junctions. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, we stayed 12 days and we were always calm and relaxed! Thanks Mingo, see you soon!

The perfect apartment! Clean, Beutifully decorated with excellent faciltites and a communa pool on the site, the location was perfect between the old town and the new town and beaches, we couldnt have been in a better location!!

Flat is well equipped, comfortable and clean. Modern appliances and good shower. Convenient location for shops and restaurants.

Everything was as described. We had an amazing time and everything is within walking distance. The apartment was bright spacious and very very clean. Contact prior to arrival gave us a video of the apartments location which was really helpful. Although, don’t judge the video, as it’s more beautiful than the video portrays. The apartment faces a very busy road, so noise could be an issue, but the bedroom(with a very comfortable bed) is at the back of the property, so it’s really wasn’t an issue. Steps, plus a ramp,gets you up to the apartment itself, but lots of steps to the pool area.....totally worth it, but wouldn’t be suitable to someone of reduced mobility!! Lovely and reasonable food/drink at the pool side bar and also the Vu restaurant is located under the apartment block and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!

Hi, myself and my husband stayed here for over 3 weeks in September 2019. The apartment is FABULOUS, very modern with a full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Also included a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The location is excellent with a 2 minute walk to the old town, and 5 minute walk to the port and harbour. There are also numerous bars, restaurants and a large Superdino on the same street. The balcony is huge and we had a lovely view over the harbour. The pool is small but perfect for the amount of people that were there. Plenty of loungers, there are no cushions or parasols but we bought these separately as we were there for 3 weeks, so it was worth it for us. Downsides: Its on a busy street and it can get noisy, but you filter this out after a couple of days. However there is a nightclub that opens every Friday and Saturday night between 3am and 6am and the noise is UNBELIEVABLE. You can not sleep through this. The pool bar is not great, with a very limited choice on the menu, but there are plenty of bars underneath the complex that you can use if you get peckish. Really enjoyed the stay, but not to keen on booking this again due to the service charge, which is a shame. Enjoy!

Absolutely loved the apartment, the balcony is huge! the location was perfect for us, the restaurant down stairs the vu does the best strawberry daiquiris and Christian the manager is the best! Would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment for a week, and agree this is a fantastic base for a stay in Lanzarote. The location is great, the journey from the airport is only ten minutes by taxi (approx cost 20 euros). A decent sized supermarket is just up the hill from the apartment, and it’s only a few minute walk to the old town harbour, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very modern and spacious, with a huge balcony. The air con works well, however you only get a limited supply before you have to pay for your own (that or we had left over aircon credit from the last person). The box by the front door tells you how much time you have left on the air con meter, it took us a while to work this out! The charge for extra air con is 1 euro for 4 hours, and for a week stay we only ended up paying 2 euros extra as the apartment stays cool. We used the pool numerous times during our stay, as it is a residential complex rather than a hotel it was never busy and we were always able to get a sun lounger. The only improvement we think the host could make would be to increase the amount of cleaning supplies available. There were no bin bags, washing machine powder or dishwasher tablets available to use, and we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper. Given we were only there for a week we wouldn’t have bought supplies for the washing machine or dishwasher, so if some were left that would have been a nice touch. If you choose to stay in here we would recommend Bar U&I for cocktails, which is just down the road, and restaurant Casa Del Parmigiano. The walk from Puerto del Carmen to Puerto Calero is also lovely thing to do in the morning, and for the return journey you can get the boat back. If we were to return to Lanzarote we would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Great location

We spent six nights in Yvonne's apartment and didn't want to leave. We were collected by Michael from the airport and I would reccommend this 100% as he is very friendly and easy to talk to. The location is excellent for old town, harbour, the Puerto Calero walkway and some very good restaurants. The view from balcony is out to sea and you can see the golden beaches of Fuerteventura on a clear day. Large king bed and plenty of storage in bedroom, kitchen has everything you need including toaster, microwave, juicer and coffee maker. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The whole area is very quiet at night and with locked gates it is also secure. The two pools looked inviting though we didn't use them ourselves. Everywhere is well cared for and clean, there are a lot of steps but will only be a problem if you have mobility problems already, I would have no reservations coming back here again.

Our first time in Lanzarote could not have been spent in a better place. Yvonne and Michael's apartment had everything we needed for a really wonderful and comfortable stay: excellent complex facilities - the sunbeds and pool areas were a much appreciated bonus. The apartment has great views of the harbour and the coastal horizon which we were able to appreciate at all times of day from the lovely balcony. The scenic Puerto del Carmen harbour and town are a short walk away where there is a wealth of bars and restaurants - many more than we had the opportunity to visit. Yvonne's communication was first class throughout and Michael provided an excellent taxi service cum tourist information service into all the island has to offer. A fantastic week - we hope to return!

Just got home after staying for a week at this apartment and we loved every minute. The apartment was fantastic, sparkling clean and had everything you needed as well as the location being spot on. The views from the balcony were amazing and we loved looking out across the harbour every morning. Michael picked us up from the airport when we arrived and gave us some great tips on where to go and gave us a brief tour of the area, super useful for us as first timers to PDC. The pool area was a real sun trap and also had great views, can’t wait to go back!

Very clean apartment, looks as it is in the photos. The pool is directly outside the small seating area to the rear of the apartment. The complex is quiet at night. Only 10 mins walk from a lovely big beach where you can rent loungers for the day. There's a smaller little alcove for swimming even closer. Few minutes walk from spar and some bars and restaurants. Lovely place would stay again.

Lovely quiet residential area within 5 mins of an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. 1 minute walk to seafront. Apt was private from the house, airy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom also very clean . Ample outside space to sit or lie in sun. Cristina was always contactable with any queries we had. She very kindly booked us a taxi to our next destination. We had a nice stay in this apartment. Apartment located overlooking the swimming pool. Good wifi. Check in went easily through a key safe. Located near the harbor where various restaurants are located, the boulevard is about a 20-minute walk away. Halfway through the stay our blankets and towels were still replaced, good service.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in my case and we go with a girl and put us a crib. The apartment is very well located and the pool is very large and beautiful. It's a little hot inside but you sleep very well. It is a very quiet place, I did not know Louise personally but he has been very kind and very quick in his answers. I didn’t meet Louise in person, but she gave me all info to check-in. The house is located in a lovely residence complex, mostly occupied by families, which make the place a quiet spot to spend your holidays. The apartment itself is very clean and equipped with all you the amenities you need for your stay. The location is priceless! You are just 15mins away from the airport (taxi), walking distance to the village centre and the beach. It was also very easy to rent a car and travel around the island. Super recommended!

We were only there a couple of days but found it to be a perfect location. Quiet, but within walking distance to lots of bars - would definitely recommend. I'm 6 months pregnant so didn't walk to be walking up too many hills/too far to go get some food, but everything was easy. Neighbours were all very nice too which was a bonus. We booked a taxi from the reception which was simple and the journey from the airport was very easy, probably the quickest we have been out and in a taxi from any airport.

The appliances and the kitchen are fully functional. Everything is exactly as reported in the description of the house. The directions provided by Michela to reach the house after arriving at the airport are very detailed, it is impossible to be wrong. The house is located just outside Porto del Carmen, very close to playa grande, in an area with little confusion and little traffic, but leaves the possibility to reach the center by taking a walk along the promenade. The location of the house, about halfway up the island, also allows you to easily reach every point of Lanzarote. I will definitely recommend Michela's accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in Lanzarote! It was a perfect holiday!

A real home from home. The only thing you need is some English electrical adapters. Beautifully clean and well appointed. Not too far from shops restaurants and beaches. I would return tomorrow if I could!

Joan is a very good and effort host. The Appartement is modern and very clean. The balcony and the pool are great, but the street is noisy sometimes. The supermarkets in the neighborhood are benefits, city centre and beach aren’t far away. We recommend to book the Appartement!

Fab location, walkable distance from old town and beach Avenue (new town). Modern interior, perfect for a couple of people- the host was amazing and very friendly. My favourite thing was how homely it felt - Joan had left containers in the kitchen so could easily cook something and take with us if wanted. Very thoughtful. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had fantastic hospitality during our stay with you over the last 9 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the apartment and the location. We were especially impressed at Joan's speedy response when I accidentally locked us out of the apartment!! We have no hesitation in recommending Joan and his apartment to our family and friends.

Joan is a wonderful host, he responded quickly to any questions or issues. There’s plenty of parking outside the property and is walking distance to a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. It is in a great location, the area is quiet and people are friendly. The property is clean and nicely decorated, a good space for two people. There’s a balcony and a pool downstairs which is nice if you are staying in.

Fantastic apartment which is situated perfectly in Puerto Del Carmen. We were roughly 12 euros in a taxi from the airport and just far enough away from the main centre meaning it was quiet and secluded. There is a Lidl and 2 x Supermarkets all within 50 metres for food and drink and we were 5-10 minutes walk to the Old Town Harbour or New Town. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and ideal for a couple or small family. Whilst the pool was a little cold, it was generally empty and so plenty of beds to choose from. Additionally, I contacted Joan about half way through our stay and the team came in and completely cleaned the apartment, leaving fresh bedding and towels. Would definitely consider returning here should we come back to Lanzarote.
