Everything was perfect. The house is rustic and has a very unique energy. It has privacy, comfort and love and is very elegant. José was very attentive, we felt at home.

We had a phenomenal time in the hut. It was hard to leave! You’re right on top of the ocean and can sleep to the crashing waves with everything you need right there in the place. They were very responsive to everything I needed, especially during check in. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

This place is exactly as it looks on the photos and is highly recommended. You will be waking up to an amazing view and be even closer to the beach than the luxurious resorts around, which feels quiet exceptional! If you are coming in winter months (I visited in February, weather perfectly fine) though, you may want to rent a car and to explore more and go to restaurants rather than cooking at home (for which all kitchen equipent is provided by the host, by the way) as the house is located in a small town.

We had an amazing stay, wish it could have lasted longer. Hosts went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. This was our first Interntional Airbnb and I would recommend it to anyone. Way better then staying at a resort.

Enjoyed a wonderful 9 day stay here. Looks even better than the photos show! Such a romantic setting - the sound of the ocean, the wooden carved furniture, the away from it all feeling, and the bed is huge and very comfortable! Loved it. The host was very helpful and friendly and the fridge was very well stocked when we arrived. Couldn't wish for more. We are missing being there. Awesome holiday.

Agua is such a nice host, she showed me around and allowed me to arrive a little early and got me some transport to the airport at the end of my stay when my shuttle didn't show up. Moreover her place has a perfect location. It is very close to the beach (1 or 2 minutes walk), has restaurants even closer and is very well equipped. Loved my stay and would totally recommend the place!

Great location, practically standing on the sand, surrounded by nature and a beautiful pool in the condominium. Condominium offers beach chairs on the strip. Excellent for people who want to escape the expensive resorts and get to know the beaches of Punta Cana and the surrounding area. But if you want to stay there, the beach is beautiful and the same beach that the resorts are on.

Very clean. Agua is super helpful and such a nice person. Took the time to show us around and give us local tipa. She was available all the time and even sent us transportation to pick us at the airport.

Well located, the place is in a quiet location near the beach and several restaurants. Our host was very pleasant and responsive, it was even possible to arrange a transfer from the airport. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I highly recommend Vera’s home. Perfect location to beach and good restaurants. We love the beach but we don’t like all inclusive resorts so this was a perfect way to get away. The home was immaculate and the neighborhood is very safe. Walking distance to a very clean and safe village with coffee shops and restaurants. Further down the road is Bachata Rosa. That was our favorite restaurant. Beach was amazing and excellent friendly service!

A great clean place with access to the best beaches in about 10min by car. I love the Village, this place is right for you if you want to have an exclusive vacation and not an all inclusive resort experience which I don’t like.

Our stay at Sotogrande condos was fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet beach getaway then this is the spot. We spent 5 nights here and barely saw anyone or heard any noise. The pool was practically ours for most of the days. The apartment is very well organized, clean and the view is spectacular (sunrise ocean view). Leonardo picked us up from the airport and gave us a quick tour of the area before heading to the apartment. Things to note: There's no restaurant at Sotogrande and you will definitely need to rent a car if you are going out of Cap Cana. Taxi rates in Cap Cana range from $3-6 dollars. But if you are leaving Cap Cana they range between $30-45. There are lots of good restaurants in Cap Cana and also a mini market just outside but the minimarket isn't sufficient to be honest. Make sure to reserve a car before arriving otherwise you will be hit with steep prices. The beach at Sotogrande is small and we suggest that you visit Juanillo beach and definitely spend time at API beach club in the Marina. Scape Park is also a highlight of the area (although pricey). Make sure to brush up on your Spanish or use a translation app since many locals don't speak English.

My friend and I had a great stay at Antonio’s place. The apartment is spacious and provided with everything you need. The location is great, 20 min from the airport, next to the beach and there’s a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Communication with Antonio was quickly and clear, check in and check out was very easy and we were able to contact him throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place!

The place is beautiful, we have stayed in Cap Cana multiple times and now have found another hidden gem - although Cap Cana as a whole is a hidden gem. The apartment is classy and thoughtful- his and hers matching nightgowns, welcome basket are all the things which make it special. And the view each moment from the balcony is incredible- soak up every moment and then longe by the pool which is well maintained and very big for floating around on a nice inflatable bed :-) overall very impressed with the complex and the apartment would recommend.

Beautiful! We loved this loft apartment, it is exactly as it looks in the photos and much better. The communication with our host was excellence was always attentive, Alejandro, Antonio's father, received us in a very special way, with a large tray of different delicious fruits, and what was necessary for our first days. My husband and I went there for a weekend for our aniversary. The place was awesome! Very neat, and everything as described. The only complains we had were that there was a water leak on the wood ceiling (only noticeable if it rains a lot) that made us slide dangerously a few times and we needed to clean it up with a mop everytime. The other thing is that it would be awesome if the bathtub outside was heated, because the water was too cold to enjoy the tub and we couldn’t really enjoy it at all. Other than that the place was very quiet, clean, had everything we needed, the pool was very clean and everything looked spotless! Would definetely go again in the future!

Loved our stay here. So beautiful and everything is provided. Hosts were easy to reach and accommodating. Highly suggest renting a car as nothing is within walking distance. Even getting off the compound requires a vehicle. I guess the perk for some would be the peace, quiet, and seclusion.

The staff was amazing, the hospitality was excellent,and the rooms were exactly what we wanted, cleaned, spacious, confortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. There’s no doubt guys,it was a very reasonable price for such a quality stay and very close to the center of the town. Francisco and Miguel went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. Whatever we needed, they were right there to help. My friend had a late flight and they were very helpful in allowing him a late check out.The location can't be beat, walking distance to everything, yet Serena village felt very peaceful. Thanks a lot guys!

Great apartments. Good protected area. No aircraft can be heard. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Bavaro and Cap Can. The apartments have absolutely everything that may be needed - not only a microwave and gas oven, but also a washing machine, mixer, coffee machine. The owner of the apartment is a decent person. You can trust him. You can contact him for any help.

Francisco's apartment is an excellent option to stay when visiting Punta Cana. It is very well located, about 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers in the area. The apartment is as shown in the photos and excellent attention. Highly recommended!!

I loved the accommodation! Everything was super comfortable, a lot of cleanliness, hospitality and communication. It is in a central point of Punta Cana, which allows you to enjoy everything easier. I would rent again without a doubt.

The apartment is clean and very well located for the beach and nearby bar and restaurants. What I liked most about staying here was that the location was great and had a ‘real-ness’ to it that you don’t get when staying in resorts. Staying here put in me into contact with some of local people which I really enjoyed - rather than being somewhere like a resort that whilst they can offer more luxury, they do often lack in character and you feel you could be anywhere. That wasn’t the case in this spot and I was able to get a feel for the place. Good vibes everywhere. Plus everything you need on your door step too. I really like staying here.

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful beach! I suggest you visit Super Pola Grocery Store first and buy supplies there (great deals). Both Bernardo and Nuria were very kind and helpful! Please ask them for recommendations. You must see the Natural Pool at Soana Island! Macao Beach was awesome too! Try to support the local economy by purchasing seashells, T-shirts, hats, art or anything to help the locals (get help from staff first). Awesome trip!

This apartment is an ideal space for a couple's rest, access to the beach deserves a 10/10. We really enjoyed the welcome of the first day, the suggestions to make some tours in a safe and reliable way, the security of the place and the silence at night to rest. We stayed at Flori's for 10 days. The apartment was as described, very clean. Includes 2 bedrooms with full bathroom and a small terrace for each of them. The apartment is located in a nice area near excellent restaurants, bars and small grocery stores. The area is secured by guards 24 hours a day. The beach is accessible, located max 2 minutes walk. Electricity is not included in the price, but for our 10 days, we paid 55 $ CAN. I highly recommend this place. PS An excursion agency is located directly on the building. Very practical and Melvin is very nice.

I must say that my stay at Flori's place was very relaxing. The location is a short stroll to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal and supermarkets are but a short peaceful walk. Romana is a great host, location was excellent. This place has direct beach access! The view from the room is beautiful! One of the bonuses of this room is Romana provides drinking water. No trips to the store to get plastic water bottles!

Romana’s place was a beautiful experience. This was my first trip to DR and it was a short quick weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. The place is right off the beach and looks exactly like the photos. Our weekend was extremely windy so we left the windows open pretty much the entire time except for when it rained. My only complaint is that there weren’t enough bed pillows. I’m 6 months pregnant so I had to get a little creative in order to be comfortable. Other than that the place is perfect . Keep in mind this is an air bnb and not a 5 star resort. If you know what you are booking your expectations will be right on target. Thank you Romana for an amazing weekend.

Amazing love the place definitely coming back :))

This was our second visit and we felt even more comfortable knowing what to expect. Romana's driver was at the airport waiting for us, took us to the grocery store and also exchanged money for us. Romana greeted us at the apartment to show us around and answer any questions and was available at any time for questions or concerns. Since things are quite simple and organized, we never saw our hosts until departure. Like last year, the apartment was spotless and located within steps of the private beach which is clean and monitored all day by their groundskeeper. We always felt comfortable leaving our belongings at our chair under a shaded palapa for hours at a time. Next to the beach is the beachfront restaurant Soles which has a variety of food and drinks all day and into the evening. No shoes needed. Music was kept low as a background to the gentle sound of the surf. Of all the beaches in Punta Cana, we have enjoyed this one the best for unwinding. Since it is a gated community, safety has never been an issue. Access into the area is limited to guests in Los Corales Village. Everyone is pretty laid back and it is a quiet area. Locals welcome visitors and there are a variety of restaurants, shops and stores in town, all within a 10 min walk. We enjoyed the walk into town each evening with over a dozen excellent restaurants available that are reasonably priced and authentically done. We hated to leave since it immediately felt like home and the world slowed to a therapeutic crawl. We love the location, apartment, and the way our hosts make you feel welcome. This is why we plan to come back each year.

This may be my favorite airbnb ever -- and I have stayed in quite a few! Pretty much right on the beach, and it's a beautiful beach. I kept the windows open the entire time except for the 5 minute afternoon rainstorm one day - I felt both protected and immersed in the palm trees and the sand and the ocean. All tile floors are perfect for beach life. I stayed 3 extra days just because. A comfortable bed, wonderful hosts, just book it.

This was a wonderful spot to stay. Romana and Mandy are wonderful hosts, with great communication before and during. They helped us with a car rental, transfers to the airpot, and suggestions for off the beaten track adventures. The location is stunning. Recommend very highly

Fantastic apartment on the beach and a huge roof terrace with amazing ocean views, good and quick response from hosts that can organise anything you want , we got groceries delivered and the only time we wore shoes was to go to an atm machine for money and try different restaurants , good ocean breeze through the apartment and the electricity we payed was very reasonable , thanks to vasiliy and his team , we would recommend this apartment for everyone

Great place, we had an amazing time!!! Beach is gorgeous!!! Vasiliy and Ana were just the best hosts ever. Do not pay attention about minor imperfections as the apartment is right on the beach (salt quickly destroys things so it is literally impossible for everything to be perfect). If you came for beautiful spacious place, beach and sun, you’re at the right place. Apartment is located centrally and you don’t need a car, everything is within walking distance. It is also very safe! Gated community! Ana and Vasiliy thank you so much!!!

This place is highly recommended for its location, it is on the same beach, the view from the terrace is amazing and not to mention combining that with a BBQ at sunset. The room is very spacious and bright, the bed in the room is a bit stiff but nothing that prevents you from having a good time. There are bars, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The answers were very fast from Anna and always available. We will definitely go back.

This is a great place to stay. It's on the beach, has a nice rooftop where you can hang out, and has everything you need. The view of the ocean is just stunning and a there are a lot of restaurants around.

Great location, literally steps from the beach. Check in was easy, Anna met me down stairs and showed me the place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and even has a washing machine which was great. There is plenty of parking available, restaurants, places to get fresh juices, coffee, the market and pharmacy are just a block away. Just be aware the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Anna has someone come and help me bring my suitcase up, which I really appreciate.

My husband and I just got home from two weeks in this beautiful apartment on the white sand beach in Punta Cana. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and ideally situated. The complex sits right on the beach, where there is a private area with palapas and beach chairs for the use of people in the complex. The large pool reopened while we were there. There are padded beach chairs and umbrellas around the pool for guests' use. There was room for everyone in each sunning space without feeling crowded. There are several small grocery stores within easy walking distance of the apartment and many restaurants. Communication with Silvia was very quick and easy. She is a joy to work with. I highly recommend this apartment for a couple looking for a completely relaxing break from real life!

Tatiana's place is perfect for a stay in Bavaro. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with a lovely covered balcony. We stayed at other places in Green Village and you could see how this one was a lot better in terms of furniture, appliances and extras that we didn’t expect, it had everything we needed and more! the hot tub outside was also a lot better than the ones in the other bungalows of the village. Super comfy bed and Estefani was lovely and available at all times making checking in and out easy for us. Would come back anytime!

Great place! My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and we loved it! Gabriel was very easy to reach and if any problems came up he was there right away to fix it. This place was very cozy and outstanding, we were sad we had to leave.

My girlfriend and I did not know what to expect exactly from bnb service in Dominican Republic, apart from other places that we have traveled to. This experience goes on the top of our favourite travels. Victoria went above and beyond to make our stay positive and complete. From her prompt responses, greetings when we arrived at the door, the local tips, the superb cleanliness of the bnb and the amenities including the security. It honestly felt like staying at a hotel for a much cheaper price!!! The Apartment is located in a residential area with a beautiful Golf course and it also has a pool, very close from everything you would like to see from punta cana, the room is very confortable and it has its own bathroom everything was very clean and well decorated, the hosts were very friendly and helpful at all times, I highly recommend this room!!

My experience was great. The house is wonderful.  There are two bedrooms,  and a pull out bed in the living room. It has all the accommodations of home- Hot water, modern. The place has security guards on grounds. There are several places to eat, shop nearby. It is centrally located. Lastly, Nick left a binder with all the information on things to do, see or eat. Safe, clean secure, highly recommended.

Nicholas is by far the best host I’ve ever had, period. I live in Toronto and I work from home so I decided for the month of September I want to be in another country and work remotely. I checked out a few options in DR as I’ve been here before but to resorts. I wanted to experience the country and also feel safe doing so. I came across this listing on Airbnb and I’m thankful it was available and I chose to stay here. The community is gated, armed security walking through the complex day and night. I even had security sitting outside my building all night which made me feel extremely safe and I slept like a baby. Nicholas’s home is exceptional! He has everything you’ll need for a long/ short stay to make you feel at home. His beds were comfortable and his A/C was the cherry on top for those 35+ days! I loved the swimming pool outside the building and the basketball court. I played basketball every morning with a few tourists and locals. During my second week there the builders in the area had put up lights in the basketball court so you could even play once the sun goes down. Miguel is amazing - he is a local who lives in the same community, a great friend of Nicholas. He is super responsive and he was able to give me many valuable tips; where to shop, cell phone plans, groceries, excursions, and more. Nicholas checked in on me at least once a week while I was there, twice at start since I was new and he was making sure I’m feeling comfortable. I never really spend the time to type out reviews as I either forget or I had a mediocre experience but this was just one of those unforgettable trips for me. Thank you Nicholas. Thank you Miguel. I hope to stay at your place again in the near future! 🙏🏽

Very nice apartment security with all necessary amenities (well equipped kitchen, nexflix, functional and quiet air conditioning, beds with memory foam very comfortable, swimming pool a few steps, etc.) Cleanliness and assistance from both Miguel and Nicholas impeccable! We spent 12 nights at Roye's, everything was perfect, on our arrival despite the late hour following a change in the airline's schedule, Roye received us and presented us with the apartment, the bedroom, the bathroom bathroom and the apartment correspond to the photos in the ad, it's a great apartment, we had a balcony directly from our room overlooking the pool and the entrance to the residence, Roye is very attentive and responds quickly to our requests. The location of the apartment is very good with a lot of restaurants and bars within 2 minutes and the beach is 3 minutes on foot. I recommend this apartment for your vacation and Roye is a very nice person. You even have parking in the residence if you rent a car as we did to explore the surroundings at our own pace.

Roye was very kind to us from the arrival, the impeccable room and the bathroom too, always open to what we needed and respected our privacy, near Bavaro beach 3 minutes walk, restaurants nearby and supermarkets. it was a wonderful experience.

It was incredible, Roye and her husband were super attentive and friendly, the few times we saw them. They left us totally at ease, the accommodation is much better than it looks, it is spacious, clean, organized and has all the necessary kitchen utensils. A clean and private bathroom, a very good room with towels, bedding, TV and everything, and a huge balcony. It was 8 days and we felt at home. Paola waited for us until almost 00:00 and it was a very pleasant reception with several tips. What about the location? Great, bars, markets, shops, currency exchange, and beach all very close. I indicate with my eyes closed, thank you for the wonderful hosting.

Roye and her partner’s place was outstanding. Way better than expected. Everything was clean. They have everything you need. Hospitality was great from the couple. If you don’t mind staying somewhere where there isn’t AC, this is the best place to stay. She gave us awesome local tips. She recommend us a tiki bar with really good drinks and awesome live music and she recommend a rooftop pool bar that was pretty. Everything you are looking for is walking distance. The beach is like a 4 min walk.

It is a comfortable apartment, with everything you may need, located in a residential complex with two swimming pools, there is not much to see or restaurants or commercial areas nearby, you must travel by taxi or public transport to reach the beach, shopping centers and Sites of interest, but not difficult. It is very advisable to request domicile to the nearby grocery stores (minimarket), there is also where to ask for addresses in restaurants, Kenny leaves you a guide. I recommend it, we felt comfortable and could enjoy the city and surroundings. Tip do not change money at the airport, it is better at informal exchange houses.

Widely recommended, with everything you need for an excellent vacation, I will definitely return one day to this place. Thank you for all your attention

My family and I stayed for 9 days in this home and all I can say is WOW!! I’d recommend this home to anyone! PLENTY of room! Perfect for big families or even just couples.. Best view ever in the mornings and through the entire day.. Direct access to the beach! Vasiliy and Anna were Amazing hosts! Anything I needed, they answered right away! They even went above and beyond my own expectations! I’d stay here again!

Apartment well located, safe, a few steps from the beach, in a gated community. Anna is very attentive, responds quickly to all messages, is very helpful and helped us with transfers and local tips. Good and different breakfast every day (there is a lady who prepares it every day). We were very satisfied and would return to stay in this apartment.

Very nice and modern apartment, very good location, directly on the beach, restaurants at 5min. Perfect for a mini vacation or a longer stay. Among the few apartments that offer breakfast. Romana and Mandy are such a lovely people! Apartment was very clean. It takes around 15 seconds to get to the amazing beach with private sunbeds. Shops and restaurants are around. Apartment is located in gated community which makes it very safe. Mandy was happy to show us the best places where we could go with car and they can help you to organize the best trips in the island :) Definitely would recommend to everyone and I wish to come back as soon as possible!

Perfect hosts! Always available and helpful. Romana gave us lots of tips and was incredibly flexible with the check out. We could leave our bags in the apartment until late in the afternoon and even use the shower :)

Transat available to enjoy a beautiful beach & by the way of a turquoise water. No additional fees to add to the price listed on the ad. The little attention for a neat arrival: fresh bananas on arrival - very nice from Romana. Finally Romana really takes the time to give advice on the surroundings, restaurants & activities. Also very accommodating to make life easier on site. I appreciate a lot. Online service with my expectations. Thanks Romana The small least: no pool in the residence it can miss even if the sea is 2 steps.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. It has a terrace that is amazing, ideal to rest at night after a day at the beach. The location is excellent. Very central and ideal to know Punta Cana. The attention to the guests was immediate, always responding in the best way no matter what time, and willing to help with anything. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

An overall perfect experience and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Punta Cana! The place was exactly as captured through the pictures, spotlessly clean, and all rooms were airconditioned. The location was also a great plus as it was only a few minutes away from the airport and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants around town. Lastly, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Responses were extremely quick to any questions we had and they provided great help to book any activities or day trips.

I’ve stayed at two of Zorba’s homes and they are stylish, clean and are in great locations. Zoe is always willing to assist with suggestions on places to go and awesome restaurant recommendations.

Sergio's place is a go to without any doubts. Near everything.Easy access to the property from the airport.

This condo in on a great location, super clean, and very safe. Everything you need is here, especially if you have kids. (Pool, basket ball court, park, bbq area). Its a gated community so you can even walk around. Wifi was excellent, and even Netflix. Sergio was always available for any questions. Quick response and very nice. Stop looking around, this is your place to stay. Oh, also, a lot of place to eat around, (with delivery too). (Supermarket, pharmacy, ...) I never write review, but this guy deserves it, and will definitely return and recommend to others.

I loved this apartment. It was all in perfect order, clean, easy to reach and yet exactly how it is in the publication. The common area was super clean as were the pools. Sergio and Esmeralda's attention was always very timely. And last but not least, take care of the beds, they are so comfortable that you will want to sleep the whole day.

What a wonderful condo! Rita and Johnny were very helpful as we checked in. They gave us a thorough tour and explained everything we'd need to know for our week at Nancy's place. The car was very helpful as well. We had the pool to ourselves the whole week! The location is very secure - we felt safe the entire time. The grocery store and great local restaurants are just a short drive away. We really appreciated the airport shuttle too - that made our travel much easier. I highly recommend this location!

I stay 2 to 3 times a year in the house of Nancy, it is the best place that I found for a golf stay in Punta Cana. Without hesitation a wonderful place for a short or long stay.

Amazing property in a beautiful environment of the Cocotal Golf and Country Club. The house fully lived up to (and even exceeded) our expectations. The place has everything you need for a great family holiday if you don’t need to live right by the beach. The nearby mall and supermarket made things easy, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which is practically private as the other houses are very quiet. We had our own car and enjoyed exploring nearby beaches, especially the Macao Beach 10 miles north and the Playa Blanca about the same distance to the south. Services are spectacular at Playa Blanca, and the entry fee of $30 per person can be fully redeemed on meals and drinks at the bar. The host Nancy lives away but is always available online, and the local couple who manages the property were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had.

Nancy was a great host. She arranged our pickup to the airport and stayed in touch to ensure we were taken care of. Beautifully decorated home in a highly secured community. The SUV rental with the house was very convenient. Beautiful deco, lots of towels. Spanky clean. Air conditioned everywhere.

Really an incredibly beautiful place to stay! Pure relaxation, everything very nicely and detailed and extremely clean. Roos is extremely nice and offers a lot of tips on what to do in the area. Really only recommendable!

Roos place blew us away the second we walked through the door. The decor is tasteful and the outside space is designed superbly and for maximum enjoyment at all times of day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the choice of indoor and outdoor shower was fun. Her communication was excellent and the place was pretty clean. It is worth noting that mosquitoes are everywhere and it is hard to avoid being bitten - but this is the Caribbean. Also, as other reviews say there are no supermarkets, shops or restaurants within walking distance so make sure you go to Nacional supermarket on your way from the airport. Internal taxis will take you to places close by for $3 and you will need to be able to speak/translate into Spanish to make sure they understand. The local beaches are perfect, we couldn’t recommend Api beach highly enough and if you want your own quiet, tranquil, slice of paradise then this is the stay for you.

Roos's Slice of Heaven was the perfect getaway for those who want a quiet place to relax. The private pool was amazing and the beach just a 5 minute drive up the road was beautiful. What a wonderful experience. This place is definitely a gem. We had one of the most relaxing winter vacations we have ever had. The beaches were amazing, the best hospitality and beach food one can imagine. A day at the beach then an evening by the pool sipping wine. Wake up in the morning and have a leisurely breakfast by the pool, debating the weather of the day and deciding which beautiful beach you will head to today. The golf courses are spectacular, Espada was an experience in and of itself. We had an amazing dinner at Eden Roc, not cheap but a great meal. The community is safe and quite! Its like a little Shangri-La. If you are looking for a party down place this is probably not your place, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some beautiful beaches and time together this place is perfect! The host was top notch and always available by text.

The hotel rooms are fairly basic, but large, clean & having coffee/breakfast each morning was nice! The internet was a little frustrating, but it seemed that they were working on it so that might have been temporary. The staff were all really friendly and kind. They were patient with my Spanish as I tried to use it, but also could help in English as needed. I would recommend the Green Coast Beach Hotel!!

Loved my stay here . Very simple and clean and 1 min walk to the beach ! Breakfast is free and excellent many options from avocado toast , egg omelettes to a traditional Dominican breakfast ! Definitely a great location if your looking to soak in the sun and hang out by the beach ! Also small markets and restaurants nearby ! (3min walk)

We love Cap cana / punta cana!! the house was perfect for my family of 5 a comfortable 2 bedroom villa with a nice size pool, the kids really enjoy the backyard space to play around. The host was super attentive at all times and gave us the easy instructions to check in along with all the details to have a great stay . This Villa is absolutely beautiful! It's very peaceful and serene; a perfect place to relax. Carlos and Nidia are very accommodating, attentive and helpful through the entire stay. Definitely highly recommend it!

Would I rent this place again? ABSOLUTELY. I've been coming to the DR at least twice a year since 2009. I've stayed at some really nice places in terms of value, cleanliness, and location and this place have all three. Read the other reviews and rent with confidence. The one con some people may find is the music at night from the local clubs. If you're the type of person that needs to go to bed early and wants TOTAL SILENCE than this place is not for you. Personally, I had no issues with the music and had no problem sleeping.

Super well equipped apartment to spend a few days on the beach, the apartment is in a private complex with security, you can use the pools and you reach the beach which is one block all inside the apartment complex, on the beach there Exclusive lounge chairs for those residing in the residence, highly recommended! According to the price, I would go back a thousand times! A very beautiful and well-kept beach, there is a supermarket next to the apartment and outside the complex there are restaurants to eat, such as a bar on the beach. Very very beautiful everything! I highly recommend it, the host expected me to receive as in other Airbnb experiences, but I explain how to get there by Wasap and in the complex there is security and an office where they explain everything, very beautiful, I want to return! I delivered the room at 10 am but they let me stay at the resort and the beach until 6 pm they came to look for me, super recommended!

you are careful not to put air conditioning during your absence and that you use it only in your room and close the lights and unplug appliances, coffee maker and toaster after use you will not pay much. 7 nights cost me 29.00 us. . The beach at 4 minutes. Then Carlos is very friendly and responds quickly to your requests. I want to go back there of course free. Very safe and very clean places. I rent since January and this apartment is my favorite. See you soon Carlo
