Already upon arrival, the building has its pleasant imprint to see (neat lawn, clean entrance hall). We were welcomed by 2 guards / reception with incredible kindness and dedication. They explained to us the use of the locations, how to use the elevator (there are elevators that go to different towers), they showed a map of which was the garagge that corresponded to us. When climbing, the apartment dazzled us with the view and the luminosity, in addition to a modern and super warm decoration. Agustina's responses and service demonstrated what we then live in our own flesh. Really a unique experience from the beginning. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very close to the beach and the view is unmatchable. You can actually see a gorgeous sunset from the room window. The check in is extremely easy and the building is modern and new. This place is ideal for Small solo or couple travelers. The apartment is small but very cozy.

We where nicely met in the reception by arrival. The room was cleaned everyday by a sweet cleaning lady. Some questionable stains on the pillows, but it did not really matter due to the rest of the great cleaning with new towels and soap everyday. The location was a little to far from the center to walk therefor far from restaurants and stores. Over all a great stay with the pool right outside your door and not far from the beach!

Cosy place. Perfect for a relax vacation. Small rooms but life happens in the shared parts of the facility, where we met some amazing people. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and you are not allowed to really cook but there is great place for urugayo asado. A problem for us was a missing outdoor shower at the pool, which resulted in a mediocre water quality.

We were very well received and hosted, I recommend.

We love staying at the Hotel, the breakfast in the sun is delicious, the atmosphere is very fragrant and stylish and the people are very polite.

The space is very well maintained, clean and organized. The 24-hour coffee is better than many coffees we've tasted, it's worth it! The staff is very kind and attentive, and met us on all our requests. The space has a pool and hot tub for those who want to use. It has parking next to the hostel. The shower is excellent, the air conditioner is quiet.

Great location, incredible view, comfortable beds, quality Wi-Fi, accessible hosts, has a garage, cleaning service available. It has great fans, and the climate in Punta is always cooler at night, eliminating the need for air conditioning (and this is what my husband can't do without !!). It is also possible to wash clothes in the building's laundry. I recommend!

Perfect location! It is close to several tourist spots, you can do many things on foot. The region has restaurants, markets, shops, etc. The view from the apartment yields a beautiful sunset. The equipment in the apartment is a little old, especially in the kitchen, but that did not hinder our trip. One of the bathrooms is very small and it is difficult to take a shower there because it only works when it is hot (boiling). Besides, the ap is perfect! I recommend.

Who received us was Milton, who speaks Portuguese very well. He was very helpful and gave us good tips. Even with cheaper food and markets. They are very welcoming and patient. The apartment is very well located, we did everything on foot. For sure when I return I will stay there again.

The spectacular place, 100% recommended, all as it says the notice, in the best place of the tip, PREMIUM ZONE! in the best place without a doubt of punta del este, 100 meters from punta shopping, near the mansa and the brave at the same height you can decide to go to one as you go to another that are at the same distance, all new appliances, you can Perfect cooking, electric oven and last generation kitchen. Spectacular being close to shopping makes everything easier, Pablo a luxury host is in every detail. The best impossible apartment since being a ground floor is like being in a house but it is a building, the patio is great, pets can go out there, and you can enjoy in the incredible afternoons. Barbaros the sofas super comfortable beds, allowed us to stay with 4 more than comfortable guests. Spend some great days in the apartment, barbarian also the garages because when entering 2 vehicles you can leave the car and you do not have to do maneuvers, but it is a place that sometimes there is no place on the street the garage in the same building facilitates everything. I highlight this guest not having to pay anything else the apartment includes everything, even the electric light (in some places in Uruguay they charge it and it is enough !!!) The spectacular WIFI as it says the HIGH SPEED warning! The truth could not be more perfect. Thank you very much for everything Pablo, I will definitely be back soon!

Our stay in Punta del Leste was amazing. Pablo helped us from start to finish, giving us lots of tips on how to get there, which stop to get down to, how to check in quickly. It also provided many restaurant market directions and nearby locations. It responds very quickly and with great attention. The house is spacious, comfortable and has many features such as kitchen appliances, air conditioning and bedroom, has fast internet and cable TV which facilitate a lot in daily life and moments of rest. The location of the house is privileged in a very quiet residential neighborhood a little further from the beach and the main tourist points of Punta del Leste. You could not ask for a better location or host. The pool is amazing and stays warm until it closes due to the wonderful sun in the area. The apartment was cleaned daily by the friendly staff. There are honestly more restaurants and stores within a five minute walk then you will know what to do with. I was traveling alone and Gernot took me out with his friends to explore the city.

This place was amazing! Super close to the bus station & really easy to find! Clode was in touch and reachable and gave good instructions on check in and details etc. the view is amazing! Lovely to have coffee on the balcony in the morning. The place was light and airy, so wonderful to have the ocean right there! Also close to some markets and restaurants which made this the perfect spot for a convenient beach time! Will definitely return if i’m in PDE again! :)

Apartment with excellent location, large (comfortable for 4 people quietly), very warm and friendly 24h reception, excellent location (beachfront), the building is old, the apartment is overall well organized and friendly, but I believe that Some simple maintenance care is lacking that requires the attention of the host (such as the leaking shower, a bucket that was placed to collect water from the air conditioner, what detail is in the room, no air conditioning in the rooms, only fans are left available, although at the time we went we had no problems with heat. I recommend, but if you like modern and new apartments, no.

The place is a mixed condominium for rent and housing with reception. It has cleaning and some basic hygiene items. The receptionists were rated 10. But it doesn't serve a meal like a hotel, but it has a well-equipped kitchen that can make any meal. It is well located and spacious. Cable TV including Record (to kill the longing to hear a Brazilian TV program). The only thing, however, was a strange situation that happened. We were doing a search on Airbnb the night before check in, my wife and I, as we were in Montevideo. My wife found the accommodation and we became interested. Then she sent a message asking about parking on site, because as we travel by motorcycle, we always do that before closing the reservation. The owner replied that there was none, but we could park on the street in front of the hotel, which was very safe. There he sent a reservation invitation. Detail: the value that appeared to us was 389 for 2 nights, but the reservation invitation was worth 439, that is, 50 reais more. We questioned the reason for this price difference and so far we have had no answer. So I decided to make a reservation through my profile and got through 389. If we had not paid attention and made the reservation by invitation, we would have paid 50 reais more unnecessarily. I still prefer to believe in the honesty of the human being and think that it was just a mistake, but due to the fact that we did not get an answer to this question until today, it is the alert to pay attention to these details, not only with this accommodation, but in all. Besides, the stay was excellent.

I loved Nicolas' place! It was a cozy but spacious unit in a very nice secure and stylish building that was only a quick 5/10 min walk to beaches and restaurants. Nicolas was amazing with communication (check in was easy and set up easily with the front desk when I arrived) and overall made my trip in Punta del Este very enjoyable with his apartment and his accessibility. Also, the bed was AMAZING (nice and firm) and the roof deck with pools overlooking the two coasts on either sides was beautiful. Thanks for a great trip in Punta del Este Nicolas!

Gabriel is a great host who is attentive to all the needs of the guests, the impeccable apartment as the photos, close to everything, we did everything on foot, port, Gorlero Street, shopping, shops to buy food, bus terminal and of course the beach that by the way is beautiful. We could enjoy everything and above all have that peace and tranquility that is so much sought after when one goes on vacation. I also want to highlight the kindness of Fabiana, who always served us well. Thank you again for everything and for making us feel at home.

An excellent host. Always aware that everything is fine. The apartment is very good, with very good equipment (only in my opinion was missing dishwasher). The location is very good two blocks from the beach and with very good beach service. The amenities are very correct although the barbecue area could be a little better. In short, an excellent price-quality relationship with excellent attention from both the owner and the building staff.

Large and comfortable apartment. Near the beach. Flawless daily cleaning. Attentive host, even at a distance. We were greeted with a basket of local fruits and local wine. We certainly indicate safely. Many thanks to Gabriel and Mr. Fernando, the doorman of the building, and the staff who left the apartment with a wonderful smell every day.

Excellent apartment, fully equipped, with everything new and tasteful! Gabriel's attention and kindness, from the time of booking until after our stay, were top. Fernando's service was also grade ten. And we were greeted on arrival with wine and fruit! Highly recommend and we will always be back!

We stayed, me and my wife, in Gabriel's apartment and it was just perfect. Since arrival, being welcomed by Fernando who gave us tips on restaurants, sights, malls, supermarket, among others. The apartment is new, modern, extremely clean, prime location, equipped kitchen, exactly as per the announcement. Gabriel always in touch and always answering our questions very quickly and with the concern to better serve us. Perfect hosting! If we return to Punta del Este and Gabriel's apartment is available, we will certainly be staying in this beautiful apartment.

Apartment very well located, in a new building with three years old. New installations, all equipped and great structure. Immaculate cleanliness every day in the apartment and the building staff very much requests and available to help whenever triggered. Gabriel always worried to know how is the state and if it needs something more. Great apartment to stay in Punta. I recommend.

Beautiful, clean apartment, in a building with good leisure infrastructure, including beach service. The only difficulties occur with the rapid depletion of hot water from the shower and the absence of a door in the shower, which causes the bathroom to get wet.

Excellent super recommended apartment ideal for 2 people. The building has all 2 pools on the terrace one heated down. The only thing they should clarify is that if you want to use the grill they charge you for the rent. The rest a 10.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was certainly more than we expected. The view that the apartment has is really spectacular. The apartment is spacious and the bathrooms are made again. The apartment being at the tip, has easy access to the supermarket and other places to eat. I definitely recommend Lucia since she was always attentive and cordial with us.
