“This is such a great place for happy hour and watching the sunset! You can see Hanalei Bay from your table! The food is average in my opinion, but they have live music daily and you can't beat the view! Plus is has the coldest beer on island and my go-to cocktail is the spicy margarita! They take reservations or you can walk up. ”

“I always suggest grabbing your coffee or tea and taking a quick drive down to Hanalei Pier on your first morning here - it's such an amazing way to start your trip! Then go for a morning walk on the bay - it's my fav thing to do!”

“Caution: there is a very long and windy trail from the residential street down to the spot where Queen's bath is located. Do Not attempt this trail if it is or has rained. There are no rails or cement/gravel to protect you from sliding. This is not a safe trail for young children to try to navigate without parent supervision. You're encouraged to walk to this touristy spot from the resort, as parking is very limited. The resort may not provide directions.”

“Closing for renovations in April!!! Until then, best views around!! Terrific brunch or sunset-viewing spot! Lovely bar with patio seating overlooking the entirety of Hanalei Bay, Makana Mountain/Bali Hai...and along the coast toward the end of the road. Great pool bar and dining area steps from the sand, too! Plus, you can rent SUPs, surfboards & more seaside...or get a day pass to enjoy their full seaside pool experience! ”

“This beach might be our favorite on the whole island, BUT... it is very difficult to find parking and is a steep, sometimes muddy, trail leading down to it. It is about a mile walk from our unit, or if you go early enough or are patient enough you can find parking in the small lot adjacent to the trailhead. There is also paid parking nearby at the Princeville Resort. If you take the trail down further to Queen's Bath, you are in for a treat but beware of currents! Too many tourists have gotten swept away which could be very dangerous. ”
