My wife and I stayed with Connie and Adel for 5 nights in May 2013. It was a wonderful experience being accepted into their home and being made to feel like a part of their family. Nothing was too difficult and our every need was thoroughly looked after. In particular, Adel assisted us to purchase a Sheesha and send it home to Australia which was not an easy task! He was so patient and we would not have been able to do this without his help! Connie is a fantastic chef and her food was delightful and healthy! Their warmth and generosity was so appreciated and made for an outstanding experience in Siwa. We had many fantastic conversations with them both, learning about Egpyt and sharing some gardening tips : ) Adel and Connie made getting around to see the sights easy and every service provided was reasonably priced from the food to the transport. Their home, Villa Ganina is a beautiful oasis in the desert, it was clean and cool and exactly as pictured. The pool is one of only a few in Siwa and was a fantastic way to refresh after a day of sight seeing. The area that Adel and Connie live is a bit outside of town but if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind it is ideal. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Ganina, I have a feeling we will be back.
