Nice little loft of rare cleanliness, near several small cafes and restaurants in the area. The host is very available and friendly, a nice little pied à terre to visit Quebec at a low price.

Luce's apartment is incredibly well located, it is very beautiful, it is very clean and it is always in constant communication for anything you want to request. If you are traveling to Quebec I suggest you book in this department, the entrance is with a password, it is very easy to access, you can walk to old Quebec and the comfort of the apartment after a day touring helps a lot. It is very stylish and very safe and quiet. I really like myself very much. Luce speaks English, French and Spanish, that gives her many points to be a super host.

Very clean and Luce is kind and helpful. Since it's down, it can be a bit noisy overnight. But everything is in walking distance.

the place was sparkling clean, and well arrange. Luce was visited and provided tons of helpful suggestion and recommendations. lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafe in the neighborhood which you can enjoy each and every one of them. Around 20 minutes walk to Old Quebec City with help to burn the calories :). Overall it was nice and i enjoyed my time there.

This loft is an amazing stay for two people! It’s a bit of a walk to old city (it’s at the bottom of a hill after all) but it’s in a great location if you want to experience downtown! Overall my girlfriend and I had a blast staying here! Would do so again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this suit. This place is super clean and spacious. The space is designed so stylish. We had a small issue with all the dishes being wet. Other than that everything was perfect. It was easy to find even free parking around this suit.

Place really nice, bed is super comfy which is always a plus. Awesome little coffee shop under the building. About 25 min walk primarily up hill to old quebec, but very easy and nice walk for sure.

Small loft perfect for a romantic weekend. Close to 3 microbreweries, restaurants, cafes, zero waste shop, shopping streets. 20 minutes walk from Petit Champlain and old Quebec. Parking the car is a little more complex, but we found parking 2 blocks away. The loft has pretty much everything you need and has a very nice decor. Very easy to communicate with the hostess.

Loved it! My boyfriend and I decided to spend the weekend there to celebrate our 5th anniversary. The place is really cute and you can access it via a little walk in the woods! Carolyn wasn’t there when we arrived but she made made sure that we would have everything we needed. She was easy to reach and answered all our questions. She even lent us her sled to move our heavier stuff around. Great hosts, great little cabin, great spot..!

We had such a great time at this little cabin, wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is very well stocked and has everything you need. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This place was unreal. The location is within 10 - 15 minutes of downtown Ottawa but somehow you feel like you're in the middle of the woods right off the river. The view from the cabin itself was great. No matter what corner you looked out, there was nothing but trees with guided pathways from your parking spot or to the water. There was a firepit and barbecue outside within 10 feet of the wood supply and a few Muskoka chairs to chill out. The electricity is solar, and we had no issues charging multiple phones at once and had the exterior lights on for about 4-5 hours (we left them on by mistake). Only then did they start to flicker because of the lack of power. Inside the cabin there's a few board games, pots, pans, etc. If you're not an environmental junky then I might recommend bringing paper plates which you could use as fire kindling. We ended up boiling water which took about 5-10 minutes per use (which we didn't mind doing). She leaves you with a good supply of butane to run the portable stove, but no propane for the BBQ outside. All in all, this is an unreal place to chill for a weekend. You can easily sit back and relax with your favorite people, or even work using your phone's internet (LTE ran flawlessly). Carolyn was great. I noticed there was only 1 set of snowshoes, and without asking she brought a second. You're crazy if you don't like this place.

As I sit down after several days of reflections and recollections, I look upon this journey with great fondness for this lovely little cabin in the woods. As the snow was falling from the sky and we were warm in the cabin, we were able to marvel in amazement at the beauty of nature. But actually, this place is great and there are many special touches around the winterized cabin; snow shoes, plenty of firewood, a well-stocked kitchen, and a very comfortable bed.

This is a little piece of off-the-grid heaven. Nestled in a mature forest with a beautiful winding path through the woods down to a private little gem of a cabin.

Be mindful about parking, if you've never been to Quebec it took us a while to find overnight parking. The streets were jammed so I would plan around paying for 24hour parking in the future.

Really nice apartment with cozy sleeping situation. The tv pulls out from the wall, so watching tv in bed is perfect! Very centrally located, it is close enough to walk to all of old Quebec, shops, and restaurants. Kitchen is decent enough to cook light meals and the bathroom has a really cool rainfall shower head!

Excellent space, the host is an expert in receiving people, the house is very comfortable, the rooms too, you can take the truck 2 blocks to go downtown.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and although certain areas are shared with the other guests, they all respect your space!

It was really clean and comfy. The room was warm and I slept well. The shower is downstairs so you may not like it. It was quiet after 10PM. To give you a tip, the neighborhood didn't clean the snow so you better take taxi if you have a luggage.

We had a really good time staying at Maxim's place. It's a few blocks away from the bus that easily brings you to downtown. There's also a lot of tips and recommendations and maps from Maxim that you can use to fully enjoy the city.

Staying at this place was one of the most amazing experiences in my life, no exaggeration. It was so magical and warm and perfect on all levels. Besides the amazing welcoming spirit of the host, and the convenient communication and availability she offered, the place was just so perfect. It was full of all you need, with continuous caring refills by the host of all essentials, nothing was ever missing. It was clean, cozy, and warm with a magical view. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The location is perfect for visitors and tourists as it is steps away from old Quebec, where most of the touristic sites are. The Hinter Cabin was the perfect place for my family to unwind together. The picturesque setting captures all of nature beautifully. The cabin includes sustainability touches, such as planting 10 trees with bookings as well as using bulk refill products to reduce plastic waste, touches a eco conscious family were delighted with. We would definitely recommend!

What a great weekend we had at Hintercabin. The beds were comfortable, the view was spectacular and it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything is exactly as described. Everything you could possibly need is within a short drive. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Be prepared to relax because there is no TV, but there is plenty to do to keep you occupied.

Emily’s cabin is perfect for a winter getaway! It has everything you could possibly need - well stocked, clean and well maintained. The view is amazing. Emily was super easy to communicate with and always responded right away. Would highly recommend :)

Hintercabin is such a beautiful spot for a getaway from busy life. We came for a few days to unplug and we definitely got that chance! From the most beautiful views to the clean, modern and stylish decor, everything was beyond amazing. We also visited the Scandinave spa which was also just so peaceful. I stayed 3 nights here and it is an awesome place, it is super clean, cozy, well-decorated and I loved it. Bus stop is near and it will take you like 10 minutes to arrive to Old Quebec. Check-in was super easy with a code, instructions clear and it is a great place if you go to Québec.

As expected this is a house boat in the winter! So as long as you stay on top of stocking the fire and expect to be a wee bit chilly in the morning, this is an adorable retreat! Close to Wakefield, Chelsea, gorgeous views and comfortable bed! Would absolutely recommend Bonnie’s river den.

Bonnie's place was excellent. The little boat had everything we needed, extra blankets, Cooler, propane stove, coffee maker. They were able to accomdate us for an early check in. It was only ten minutes to the nordik spa, minutes away from the little town of Wakefield.

Amazing place to relax and have fun. We went during the winter but we saw last summer what this cabin can be during that season. We rented both Bonnie’s cabins so far and it was great. Very Clean, they explain everything. Parking close, calm, beautiful.

The place was very clean, kitchen is modern, soaps and towels readily available which was nice. A standard appartment but the space is efficient, it has all you need for your stay plus it's conveniently located in the middle of everything! Host was very responsive.

Magnificent chalet in all simplicity. We had a great weekend where we were able to enjoy the serenity of nature and the kindness of our hosts Ian and Suzanne. A real joy to live in this cocoon for a weekend and to be able to feast on farm products.

We had a lovely time at the cabin. It was well represented by the pics: huge windows looking over a quiet forested area. Cozy interior layout with a loft for sleeping and a wood burning stove for heating and cooking. Loads of chopped wood was provided as was ice for the cooler. Stove was lit and warm on arrival and easy to keep going. The outhouse was clean but ever-so freezing in February. The farm is legit and the wooded area is beautiful. There’s also a pair of very large, very friendly dogs who know no end to a game of fetch. 10/10. Not your typical cottage stay which is exactly what we were looking for.

Joe’s Airbnb was amazing! The condo was very spacious, very clean, lots of amenities included (like shampoo, towels, bedding....). Joe also provides you with many suggestions for things to do in the area and how to get there. The check in was nice, easy and informative. The location was very close to Sainte-Catherine st, which is one of the main streets in the neighbourhood with many restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommended!

Amazing Beds and Really Clean place

The condo was beautiful, modern and exceptionally well designed. The furniture was exceptional and all the amenities provided made us feel like we’re living exquisitely. The location was great, amongst great restaurants and bars, as well as being near a lot of other fun neighborhoods. Felt the real urban love of Montreal and true comfort amongst the fun staying here.

We loved the decor and natural light in this apartment! The bed and couch were both very comfy. Everything was sparkling clean in the place and amenities included. Although we did not meet the host, check in and check out were easy. The place is conveniently located near the Victoria square metro stop and one of the entrances to their underground city.

We really enjoyed this place. Check in was very easy and Gabriel provided perfect instructions for checking in and out. The place is centrally located and a good walk to downtown or to Old Montreal. We loved that we could cast to the television using our phones and laptops.

Our host was perfectly accommodating and allowed for the perfect weekend getaway. The space is exceptionally comfortable and conveniently located with ample parking options. Will consider staying here again for our next visit!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay. Off the start, Pierre offered to meet me 400m away from the location incase my car couldnt make it up the steep hill on the way there. He is as attentive and accomodating as you need. The space is perfect. Everything is clean and you can tell how much time and effort Pierre and his wife put in to making this a perfect stay for anybody. I could go on... 11/10.

Our Valentine's Day Getaway at Pierre-Andre's modern cabin was incredible! Not to Pierre is an incredibly gracious host -- quick to help us out with some car trouble. The space is beautiful and the views unmatched. We loved spending time in nearby Magog. I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Can't wait to come back next year!

Thoughtfully designed chalet with a breath-taking view. It made us happy to know how much consideration went into not only the design, but the furnishings as well. Amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotless when we arrived. I would love to stay here again. The only thing worth mentioning is that we did come during a snowstorm in February. So, if you come in the winter months, be prepared for some snow, and park at the top of the hill if you question your vehicle’s ability to make it to the top of the driveway. The host was very helpful and quickly to respond! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and playing in the snow!

This lovely little place is nestled in the perfect spot in the Latin quarter. Mama Mary takes beautiful care to ensure the experience is just as wonderful as is stated. My partner and I had a great time staying in the Christine room and stayed for almost a full week. It felt wonderful to come back here every night and feel so at home. I personally loved the details that went into making the space even more cozy and welcoming. :) Definitely would recommend!

It is a beautiful apartment with 3 rooms: always warm and always clean If you only rent one bedroom, you will have to share the bathroom and other common areas with the other visitors Mama Mary was very kind to us (we met her after the second day we arrived) she was a very accessible host Our room was Crhistine's, it is the largest of the three overlooking the street, it is very cozy. The bed and comforters are very soft and the pillows too The kitchen has everything to prepare food if you wish: toaster, blender, pans, microwave, stove, oven, plates, glasses, spoons ... we didn't lack anything ♥ ️ It is close to everything you walk just 20 minutes to the Vieux Port where the Montreal Roue is and more The subway is about two blocks walk and there are many bus stops nearby. The location is execrable !!!! Better than I expected We had 5 beautiful days in Montreal ✨

Place close to the Latin Quarter of Quebec where life moves, at the center of everything, a welcome worthy of a 5 star hotel in Airbnb of course. I recommend it with your eyes closed

I can not recommend this stay enough!! My boyfriend and I stayed in the city for one night, booking this apartment very last minute. From the start Christopher and Fatine were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful - responding promptly to messages, going above and beyond their air bb duties. They even allowed us to use their parking pass a few hours beyond our checkout time which we were so grateful for!! With regards to the flat, it is absolutely beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were equipped with any amenities we needed and more. Thank you guys so much for letting us stay, we will definitely book again if ever back in Montreal!

This was a great place for our stay while in Quebec City for the winter carnival. Close enough to town, grocery stores nearby and all the amenities we needed.

Although it was far from the famous tourist attractions of Old Quebec and downtown, it was easy to use transportation as it showed me a map and explained how to get a bus ticket. Definitely if you visit Quebec you must stay with Darno. He made us communicate with a Brazilian and a Tunisian. Darno is a polyglot so you won't suffer for the language.

I'm traveling alone, but I'm trembling off the train when the snow is coming. He served bagels and tea in the morning, and he stayed for a day and drove me to check out. Hot and friendly host!

The location may seem far away but Darno our host gives you the perfect specifications to get to the center and his house is very close to the line that leaves you directly at the entrance of the old town; Darno's attention is very good and personalized speaks Spanish, he had the attention of moving to the bus terminal and leaving us, as well as taking us to buy the transport tickets, he also provided us with a good breakfast. Very good option if you want to feel at home, comfortable and your budget is limited to pay a hotel downtown, here you find a very good service and local guide to know Quebec.

Annie's cocoons are exceptional. Quiet, soothing place with a unique setting. We had a great time ! I highly recommend a stay near duck lake in the cocoons!

Beautiful location with amazing views and touches. Previous reviewers have mentioned the lack of bathroom privacy but I didn't find this to be an issue. I spent the weekend enjoying the peace and quiet, though the chalet is near many locations and a lot of outdoor adventures. I can imagine how amazing it is during the summer. Annie was fantastic and very hospitable and informative. I can't wait to come back!

A lovely spot, very centrally located and in a great building. Nice mix of funky loft feeling with warm homey touches. I appreciated little extras that the host put out for me, like bottled water, oranges and chocolate, cream in the fridge for coffee, etc. I’ve stayed in this location twice and would go back in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing! Rented it for my parents for a nice Christmas holiday. Maya and her partner were amazing! They were very easy to contact and very helpful with any questions. We absolutely loved everything about Maya’s apartment - it is better than the photos if you can believe that?! The bed was soooooo very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen (with lots of treats), great selection of toiletries,so many guide books and travel information, stylish touches everywhere - so fantastic! Communication was great from start to finish. We were personally met by Maya. She gave us lots of helpful tips. Montreal is a beautiful city. Thanks again for sharing your space with us.

Maya's place is perfect in every way. Great space and very close to everything. Check in process was easy, Maya communicated everything clearly, stylish and exciting neighbourhood. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable and soft. Space was clean and had character. Lots of restaurants and bars to chose from in the area. Overall, would definitely stay here again and very much recommend it.

Really nice place, comfortable bed, good warm shower, reasonably quiet, with lots of restaurants and coffees nearby. It’s a 25-30 min uphill walk to the main attractions, but Uber can do this for you. Would recommend it and stay there again. Didn’t meet Pelletier, but he promptly answered when asked and check in was easy.

This place has the most amazing location. Walkable to everything, an incredible bakery right below the loft, the best bars/clubs in Quebec are on the street - but it’s not loud or crazy. The loft itself is beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for a great visit. We will always stay here when visiting Quebec. Very walkable to downtown old Quebec as well!

Great, cozy place for a couples getaway. The cabin was gorgeous, clean and decorated beautifully! Very quiet and peaceful in the winter, with a beautiful view of the sunset over the frozen Golden Lake. Cindy was a wonderful host and gave us some good recommendations for food and activities around. She let us borrow some snow shoes and skates to use on the property which was very convenient. Overall, definitely recommend staying at any of Cindys properties.

Amazing views, very private, and not far from the city. I highly recommend staying here. It is a fairly new construction so still very clean and well put together. The oven is impossible to use, don't plan on baking anything.

We were provided with fresh towels and soaps for showering, and walked into a spotless apartment.

A cute cozy space to unwind. Lots of interesting books. Kitchen staples were great. Even had a fresh loaf of bread, eggs and milk for me. I understand that most that most people probably don't come alone, and look to get out and explore. For me it was alone time and down time and wish there was a bit of a bigger TV to watch movies on. It is clearly communicated in the description of the cabin about the iron in the water issue. But the degree of it was a little surprising. Alternate water was provided in their defense. Maybe a filtration system would be a good idea. Maybe it's just the chef in me that was a little put off by it. All in all a great secluded space that I definitely enjoyed and would book again with.

Prepare yourself for a stay in a cute little cabin in a cute little town. The scenery is wonderful, there's hiking trails, forests, lakes, etc all around you. Going into town is nice for a quick bite, and locals are very friendly. Tracey and Brandon have carefully decorated and ensured no detail gets missed, which leaves you feeling cozy and right at home. We were celebrating our 7 year anniversary and it was by far our best anniversary, thanks to this cottage! It is just so thoughtfully made and has all the amenities that are needed. Its better to get all supplies with oneself before going as you would not want to leave the place and go anywhere else. Look at any window and you will get breathtaking views of the forest behind and the fact that it was snowing, it made the whole place look like a winter wonderland straight out of a fairytale dream. The place also has a cabin trail which is a nice outdoor activity which we went for. The place also has a nice sitting area where you can just sit and chill while you have such an amazing view. I would definitely want to go back again!!

This was our 2nd stay out at the cabin, and we couldn't wait to get back out here. It was exactly as we'd remembered : a treasure. Tracey and Brandon have designed a space that balances comfort and simplicity perfectly. 10/10 would recommend! Our border collie Doug agrees.

The Boathouse was an amazing little getaway from the city. Not much around was open which we expected in the middle of winter. We had such a lovely chat with our hosts who had lots of local activity recommendations which we really enjoyed.

A beautiful home over a lake that is bar none one of the greatest views to wake up too.

Cindy was the best host! She responded very quickly to all and any of our needs. She also let us borrow snowshoes and games. The boathouse is the most beautiful little cabin we've ever stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

The Boathouse is such a treasure! I am so grateful that I found this cottage for a solo retreat. This was my first time at Golden Lake and this will not be my last. If you are looking for a place to rejuvenate, write, work on a creative project, reflect or take a break from urban living, this is the perfect spot. This is exactly what I was able to do during my stay at the Boathouse. Some of my highlights: waking up to the sun, seeing the sunset, chats with Cindy, visiting and eating at the Cottage Cup! The Boathouse is so beautiful and their are unique touches in and out. The bed was super comfy as well! Cindy is such a beautiful host, who made me feel so comfortable and was quick to reply to my messages. She lives across the street, which was very convenient. She provided suggestions during my stay and even provided an extra lamp for my writing at night. On my last day, I wasn’t ready to leave, and I was able to book another cottage at Greystone with Cindy. So grateful that I spent an extra day here. I will definitely be back! :)
