This was my first stay with Airbnb, and it was really good. The place is clean, the games are neatly arranged and the hosts are easy to communicate with. No shortage of fun things to do. Tapos ang ganda nung location kasi easy access sa mga malls and fast foods around Araneta. Really worth the money.

I could not recommend Hasita's place highly enough! Such a great little space in a great location. The layout of the space is so nice and really makes it easy to call it home. Very good value for money. There is sm mall nearby and the security is thorough. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor of the property and a massage shop, nail shop and restaurant. Recommended

Lovely unit! And very kind and accommodating hosts !! We totally enjoyed our stay specially the swing outside the balcony .. This is my second time booking them, I've booked 2 different units and I've never really missed them. Good unit, clean unit, fragrant unit. It is best to stick to the unit you are holding. But, we enjoyed the balcony so much that we laughed and laughed so much that we were surprised that we were and they charged us 500 pesos according to the guard. But it's okay, their units really are the best. And we will surely book again :) Thank youuu :)

Great place to stay!

My favorite thing about this listing is their big, comfortable bed. All areas in the unit are very clean as well - from bathroom, kitchen, entertainment area, to the bed area. There was a very quick response time from the hosts right after I booked and as I was about to check-in. Complete instructions and guidelines are always sent - whether about the unit and the check-in process. Would love to book again next time!

Such a great place to stay in. The building seems a bit old but once you get into the room, it feels like you’re in a 5 star hotel! One of the best so far. Loving it.

It's really a rare find. The place is amazing. Internet is fast. We enjoyed using the videoke and PS4. What you see is what you get. Caretakers are very polite and owner is very understanding. Thank you. Leaving a 10/10 for this.

Don't judge the book by its cover. Yep, the building was too old and elevator but when you come inside the unit it's like you're in a different place. Nice place! Planning to book this with my family next time. The jacuzzi experience was awesome!

This place is superb! Location is walking distance to Robinsons Magnolia. The layout of the unit is very interesting. I loved the mysterious effect of the hidden bedroom. Ahaha!

Adrian's place is perfect for a practical stay near ABS-CBN. The location was great. It’s literally in the mall and very central to everything like shops, ATM, restaurants and public transport. I found this place unique, comfortable, and very affordable with the included amenities you could need. Adrian was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly. I would definitely come again!

This place is amazing. There were no surprises and you rest assured that the pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is outstanding as well so feel free to explore and google map a few places to dine at. For my veg/vegan guests there are 3-4 restaurants within walking distance (less than 1.6km) that I found on the HappyCow app. I had enough time to visit one of them. WIFI is fast. The condo is secure. Safe neighborhood. Groceries. 7-11. Mall. You name it this booking is close to it.

The place is comfortable. There's a table for work and for food. I love the sound system, legit. Kept on watching the whole time because the speakers were really nice.

I didn’t stay at Lesters place due to having transportation issues. However Lester had excellent communication, quick responses and seemed to be very hospitable.

Place was really clean. It was easy to check in and check out of the place. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

This is our second time to stay in Aisel’s unit. The first time was almost a year ago but still her place looks as great as the first time. It smells and looks clean. The view from her unit is still very romantic because of the lights. Wifi, tv is great as well. We accidentally spilled water in the unit - truly sorry for that! Great condo location! Bonus point that the parking nearby (tech mahindra) is just 50 pesos overnight every weekends (not sure if this is just a new promo though) really no negative review for this place. We are looking forward for another stay here :)

Okay then he is clean. Also close to fast food chains or other restaurants. There is netflix and youtube pa tv tv. Beautiful. I just barely got inexpensive blankets and bed sheets. I have a bit of a sense of style because of the blanket I like comfy hehe. Super cool aircon .. you will also see the bedroom view.

The place is awesomely neat and has almost everything. We loved how the room was designed and every detail of it, the dining space was brilliant, ambient lights can be set as you please..and the bedroom is just great...loved the covers and pillow cases too. All you need to prepare for is the food which is not a problem since there is a nearby convenient store and public market is just 5 mins away...once settled...staycation is all set. Lots of things to do inside the unit, so little time though. Huge thanks to Ma'am Rochelle for having us and to May who helped us during our check-in. Highly recommended!

This was my first time going to Philippines and using Airbnb. But this exceeded my expectations! It's sparkling clean, fast response, complete amenities, beautiful scenery from 33th floor, fast wifi! I should check in at 5 pm, but due to the traffic, I arrived at 9 pm! However, Mr. Emil was so helpful and patience. Gotta stay there again if I happen to visit Philippines for the second time.

It's very close to the public rail system and two of the biggest malls in the city. The room is very comfy for couples and is posh and stylish. We truly had fun and enjoyed Casa Viajera! Thank you very much Antolin & Cha! :)

Antolin and Chas place is warm and homely, a nice and convenient space with all the amenities that you would need. The hosts are very hospitable and reply promptly, and genuinely want their guests to feel at home. We enjoyed the stay!

The apartment is located in a less busy area however there is street noise while trying to sleep. It did not bother me but it bothered my friend so I guess it depends on the person. Overall our stay was great. The building is beautiful and has wonderful security. There is a convenience store not even 2 mins walk away and a cute restaurant is downstairs as well right outside the buildingbut attached. Close to the metro as well. Check in was easy and communication from the host was superb. Highly recommend for solo traveler's or couples

The apartment was nice but I guess the amenities had seen some seasons and may benefit from some energising. Check in was great and the building is always secure with friendly staff. Only thing to point out was that the pool and gym comes at extra cost which is not much but I felt it should have mentioned.

Had a great stay. The place had a very homey and organic feel to it. From the lights to the couch and the divider between the bed and the toilet. The interior design was very creative and relaxing. They even have some board games and books for the guests to use. The balcony was a nice place to chill at as there were 2 chairs and a small table. The view of the city from there was a sight to see. This place is spacious, the style and color of the place was great. The host/aasistant was responsive to all the messages. It's very timely to book at this season because of the Christmas Bazaar in front of the building made our cravings easier. Will surely book next time.

Awesome place. Stylish design. I specifically loved the TV (has Netflix, TV Plus, etc) and also the kitchen which has pretty much everything you need. Very close to Robinsons Galleria as well. The only knock I would say is the check-in (3 PM) which is pretty late considering the check-out is also pretty early (11 AM) compared to other BnBs and hotels.

I love that it is conveniently located just few steps away from SM North and my favourite Trinoma lol. And also, there's a 24hr convenience store just right outside the bldg if youre too lazy to go to the mall. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will definitely book it again if we ever go back to the Philippines next year! :)

The place is very near to mall which is a bit of walk going thru SM and Alimall. When you enter into the lobby the Security will ask about your information which makes inside secured. Upon entering in the unit I noticed that the place is clean. They have provided already necessities like in cooking, bathroom, cleaning materials etc. The bed is a superb! It's comfortable to sleep with wide and thick bed. Sofa is awesome as well! I like the flat screen TV and it's HD resolution. My most favorite part of the unit is the window I saw some part of the QC specific to Eastwood and Ortigas in Pasig. I will recommend that you stay here as everything you need is already here. I'll defenitely come back.

Hosts are very accomodating. Place is clean and located near famous establishments. There may be a bit of a foul smell in the bathroom but I think that was just brought by the drains. Overall, we had a really great stay.

The place is looks better in person than in the pictures. The check in process was smooth. The basic amenities were provided. The hot water in the shower is a plus! Location is great. Ken's place is so much worth the value. There's a supermarket within few steps from the building, parking structure (for a fee) , ATM machines, and a lot of choices to eat from. I would suggest the crispy pata right across the street, we got the crispy wings which came in a much larger portion than we expected. Superb location.

The living room is also spacious which we really enjoyed using the extra mattresses! Also, the security was tight but we felt welcomed. This place is really a great value for money and worth booking. Merci’s place offers a relaxing stay in the middle of the bustling city. Its location is easily accessible. The place is equipped with all the necessary items and amenities which makes your stay really convenient.

We spent Christmas here and my kids were so happy. We have every little things that we need. We played Christmas songs using the Bluetooth speaker. We also watched Netflix the whole night. Not to mention that we saved money from coffee because there is a coffee maker 😜. Kids also enjoyed the pool. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. It's perfect for small families. We will definitely visit this place again.

This is really a 5 star! The host is very accomodating, detailed and quick to response. I loved it when she gave every details needed even without asking for it. prior. The place is really great, relaxing, spacious, clean, organized (they even have free gallon of water, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, towels). We definitely enjoyed our Christmas stay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I enjoyed our stay here at Mj & Aya's place. Checking IN and OUT was easy, the staff of Aya's is very friendly (also the guards and staffs of the condo very friendly and helpful). The unit is very clean and well kept. All things needed for the stay is provided from utensils to pots and pans, drinking water, toiletries. Location is very easy to locate, and very near to Robinsons Magnolia. Thank you Mj & Aya for welcoming us to your place! Sa uulitin! God bless!

Spending our Christmas season and have travelled with a 24 hrs flight, we appreciated the serenity and location of your place. We were able to rest and also even enjoy the the amenities.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! We appreciate the thoughtful touches of the place which we don't usually find in other typical Airbnb accommodations. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge TV, had fun playing PS4 games and enjoyed using the foot massager. We highly appreciate the small touches, like the free tea and coffee, the slippers and toothbrushes provided for guests. They even provide hangers for guests to use. The place is beautifully decorated. You can really see they put much effort to make your stay there fun and relaxing. We had a great time and will definitely come back in the future! Everything about this place is great. If you are planning to stay in Manila for the first time and for many days, this is your best option (: You have everything you need here. The best thing is that Con is very responsive and give you great directions of how to arrive and access the apartment. Netflix on the TV was a huge plus specially for someone like me who was only there for business. If I come back to Manila I will definitely stay here again!

I would like to give gratitude to the host (Ms. Con) for assisting me and keeps me updated on the days i spent in their place. I can say that she is trustworthy and understanding, when i have a guest she accord an arrangement. It was a pleasant room to stay and also it helps me to study well. In addition, it was conducive to stay there because it has a semi- complete tool for cooking, making coffee, storage food, free water and as well with the fast wifi. Plus bonus with the netflix. The place was beyond my expectation. I commend the design (minimilist and Cozy) I also love the clubhouse where you can stay to unwind and chill, it also had a great music and fresh air 😊. I love everything about their place! With their minimalist yet stylish design of the unit, efficient self check-in, fast internet, and very accommodating hosts, their place is probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve been in. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back.
