J stayed at Semir during the month of May 2016. How to say, the best welcome that I've known for a stay. Kindness, welcome signs, service, responsiveness, j 'forget probably. traditional meal offered by the aunt and sister of Semir and Riadh, neighbor and places the master tenant. Tea boards, hard to find negatives to this stay. When at home, spatieuse, very well equipped, the refection is new, modern and very nice, well located. If you must stay in Tunisia, have no hesitation in going Semir unlikely that you regret it.

We highly recommend this house. It is very spacious (we were three!), Well equipped and very well maintained. Goodies: beautiful garden, nice and secluded, a quiet area with shops nearby, close to the Metro line 6 (5 stops from downtown, instead Barcelona), quick access to A1 motorway. Most / more: the roof terrace with a magnificent view over the rooftops and minarets southeast of Tunis, the neighbors from upstairs very caring and considerate to us. In short, as the positive and more, thank you Semir!
