Cozy, organized and clean accommodation. Extremely close to the beach, I walked every day less than 2 blocks from Boa Viagem beach, there are also many pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets nearby and the mall is also nearby (worth going to by Uber). Mel was super receptive and understanding, I hope to stay with her at other times.

Mel's corner is extremely clean and organized, super cozy, ideal for a couple! Very well located, close to pharmacy, temakeria, bakery, cafe and supermarket, where we can walk. We love the comfort of the bed, the pillows and blankets available! Mel is also an excellent hostess, always very attentive, helpful and understandable.

We were staying from 10/30/19 to 5/11/2019. At first I was a little apprehensive, but the apartment exceeded my expectations. Very close to the boardwalk, banks, bakery, market, reef shopping. The apartment is clean, organized, comfortable and met all our needs. The hostess is toooppp! Super friendly, helpful and gives great tips!

The apartment is clean and comfortable and has the basics for those who wish to cook during their stay. Maria is very dear, caring and kind. He answered all the messages promptly and gave me a lot of information about the city. She has already received me with a bottle of cold water, which on arrival at 14h was very welcome! I highly recommend this accommodation!

The flat is a great option for those who want to be close to the beach, the location is perfect and the space warm. We were welcomed very well by Maria who gave us many tour tips. I am immensely grateful for the late checkin and the checkout leaving us at the airport! :) Supeeerrr recommend, the delicacy in the care of the house made all the difference of a pleasant stay.

Lucie's apartment is not large, but for a couple it is very nice. It has a small kitchen with full fridge, comfortable bed, clean decor, located in a nice neighborhood. Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy, as it should be. A burnt-out bulb or two and broken blind wires, nothing to compromise. It was exactly the way it was described and photographed in the ad. We had a great stay there. I recommend!

First of all, quick answers! I requested the reservation on a Sunday (1 am) and on Monday morning I already got confirmation and reply from Flávio. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to Boa Viagem beach, supermarkets, bakeries, Itaú bike station. It has easy access parking. The Flat has a bit of everything: iron, clothes, plates, cutlery, bowls, refrigerator, hair dryer, sandwich maker. I highly recommend it !! Flávio is a personality apart, he was always very available and received me unequally. As I told him, I felt like I would like my guests to feel in my apartment.

I really liked the accommodation, it looked bigger in the photos but still very cozy. I managed to cook everything I needed, the kitchen had all the utensils. The air conditioning was not working in the days that I stayed, but there was a fan there and for me it was not a bother. The pool part is very beautiful, I really liked it! Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The apartment was really cute, comfortable, and clean located in beautiful Boa Viagem. The only issue was there were some cockroaches that showed up later in the week, but there was a can of Raid under the sink. Communicating with Inês was easy and prompt and she was very accommodating during the the check-in. I loved my visit to Brazil and loved this apartment! Obrigado!

The apartment has excellent decor and furniture. It is ideal for a couple on a short trip. The building, in turn, is modern and with high-level facilities. Walking the region has reasonable but not excellent services. With short trips by car it is possible to have access to some of the best service options in the city. The Host, André, provided exceptional treatment in customer service.

The apartment is on the 30th floor, with a beautiful view of the sea to the horizon. Although small, the space is very functional and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for two people - or three, if you use the sofa bed. The staff of the building is very polite, kind and helpful. Communication with André was good, quick and ready to resolve any doubts and problems that may arise. I highly recommend it!
