T's place was just as the picture shows. Really cute and great location. We enjoyed our stay and T is a great host. It poured rain and he was kind enough to bring rain boots and an umbrella to our unit. Would stay again!!!

T’s studio was amazing. A postcard view right outside of your door. Great for sipping coffee in the morning or a quite relaxing dogfishead in the evening. Location was perfect. Right outside of rehobeth country club and yacht club. Just over a mile away from Tanger mall in one direction and dogfishead eatery in the other. About five minutes from the beach. We suggest “Egg” for breakfast, it was to die for. T let my wife and I enjoy our quite little weekend getaway but was right next door with a smile and a helping hand and suggestions if we needed. All amenities were there and ready for use. Not five, but six star reviews from us. Our most enjoyable and best Airbnb to date. The pictures online simply just do not do this dream apartment justice. Will NEVER stay at a hotel or anywhere else in town again. Thank you T. Cheers. \m/.

Perfect place for two, super cozy & artsy, big windows, comfortable bed, close to restaurants & the beach. The host also was very kind & quick to respond. The whole experience was 5 stars.

Who says Summer ends at Labor Day? Not really. It’s the perfect time of year to get away to Rehoboth Beach when the crowds are gone and the off-season rates are in full swing. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street, tucked away behind the sea grasses, under the pines, on a small creek is T’s secluded little sea shore hideaway. The first thing you’ll notice upon arrival is how quiet it is. We could hear nothing but the breeze whistling through the pines. Without a doubt this is the place where you want to be to trade rush hours for happy hours. The accommodations were simply wonderful with everything we needed to enjoy our extended day trip. Separate from the main house you’ll have all the privacy you’ll need. The space was super clean and well-appointed with a very comfortable king bed and a kitchenette. Also, there are plenty of restaurants nearby…plus the center of town and the beach. Which are all within a very short driving distance. After a day of biking at Cape Henlopen State Park it was such a treat to come back in the late afternoon and sit on the dock with a glass of wine, while watching the deer and fox across the creek enjoying their side of the creek, as much as we enjoyed our side. I’ll finish as I started by saying, who says Summer ends at Labor Day? Check out T’s place and you’ll see that it does not end but only gets better.

T was a great host and the room was perfect for having a get-away! It was situated in a nice location near Rehoboth beach and so easy to get around.

Dawn’s place was clean, beds comfortable, and more space than I expected. The location was close to anything you wanted to do in Rehoboth.

I was blessed with the gift of a long-term stay at The Winkler through the winter months. I just retired from 30 years of teaching elementary children. After selling my home in PA, I put all my belongings into storage and with the generosity of Jeff and Topher, moved into this beyond cool apartment. It truly is a one-of-a-kind vacation home located in a Yacht Community that is tucked away in the woods. Both the main house and this home are very modern, looking a bit like Frank Lloyd Wright designed them himself. From the floor to ceiling windows, I've seen squirrels playing, deer passing through, and birds aplenty! It's a nature lover's delight. The driveway leading into the property is long and private. The deck is huge! Perfect for laying out or dining on. You'll love coming back from the beach or downtown to your home away from home. A lovely modern kitchen with large center island overlooks the living room with its high ceilings and glass windows throughout. The bathroom is also up to date and has a shower to die for! It is simply enormous. The master suite is also large and features a king-size bed, dressing room with closet and a laundry room. The Winkler is a Five Star Airbnb! Fun, whimsical, and unique. A must stay!

If you’re looking for a splash of luxury in a lovely community that’s a quick drive to downtown Rehoboth and the beach, this is your vacation spot! This private apartment is on top of a classy garage on a large wooded lot next to the main house. It has an enormous deck for dining outside. The entire home is bright and cheerful with plenty of ceiling lights and huge windows. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked. It has a center island. Appliances are stainless steel. Cooking meals is a delight! The living room, bedroom, and bathroom are very roomy. Absolutely perfect for two people. Bonuses include the enormous walk-in shower, king-size bed, full-size washer and dryer, and large closet/dressing room. Parking couldn’t be more convenient... right at the bottom of the staircase that leads to your deck/porch. Jeff and Topher are fabulous hosts. Love these guys!

The standout outside architecture as well as the inside decor and amenities were fabulous. The views even in this cold weather season are lovely and I’m sure would be enhanced by snow as winter comes. Why would anyone get a hotel room when you can procure this amazing modern apartment experience for less. We will ABSOLUTELY be back!

Absolutely lovely! The setting is enchanting! Perfect place for pups. Very near Rehoboth Beach, Lewes & Cape Henlopen State Park and great restaurants.

What a delightful hideaway! Modern, comfortable, and while not on the beach, close enough to the Atlantic, Delaware Bay and all of the many wonderful places to eat, walk, and shop to be very convenient. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, the feeling of privacy is further enhanced by the tall trees, lush undergrowth, and clever placement of the main house and the apartment we stayed in. With it’s tall windows facing the garden, it’s almost like staying in a architect’s treehouse. Our animals LOVED it. The interior is open, airy, and well thought out. There’s a combined living room/kitchen separated by a black granite topped island. There were sufficient pots, pans, and dishes for us to eat in when we didn’t feel like going out. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was super-comfortable. The enormous shower is the star of the bathroom. From the real maple flooring to the tall windows and ceilings, it was a well-appointed space that we found easy to relax in. Jeff and Topher were very responsive to any and all questions we had. They happened to be in town when we were and were very nice. They made sure we knew they were available if we needed them. We would definitely stay at The Winkler again!

The "Treehouse" is beautiful and spacious. There's more than enough room for two people, and the setting makes for a quiet respite from a hectic day. The property backs woods, so you can easily forget you are in a popular beach resort town. During my stay, I saw deer, fox, rabbits and frogs. Future renters should note that if they use the outdoor showers, they should first apply a generous amount of bug repellant. I was bitten up badly on my first day walking back to the showers by mosquitos that had me itching for days. It's up to you whether you want to reapply after showering, but i would recommend it since there are also deer on the property (Lyme Disease prevention). Also, bring your own soap for the sink and showers, as these are not provided. And check for toilet paper, as only one roll was provided during our stay, and none was stored in the apartment. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay at this property a beautiful place to stay.

An amazing apartment on a gorgeous property in Rehoboth. The space was modern and very clean. The amenities were tip-tip. The host's recommendations were ON POINT! Great place to stay and a wonderful host!

The carport adventure is perfect for people who have “been there/done that” in the Airbnb world!! We had planned to camp out this weekend but when the campsites filled up, the carport “glampsite” was the perfect step up!! No tent to deal with—added bonuses of a euro fridge/freezer, running water, flushing toilet, indoor AND outdoor showers (showering outdoor was amazing!) and two sweet/calm guard dogs to boot!! Nicholas was super kind & helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate every request. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Staying outside was a hell of an adventure. It was such a cool experience and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The house is beautiful and in a prime location. Nicholas is a fantastic host who cares about his guests’ well-being and is always available to accommodate. He knows the area well and can assist you in any way you need. We’ll be back someday!

We enjoyed Nicholas's hospitality and the uniqueness of this space very much! As advertised, it is sleeping under an enclosed roof against his house with access to lockable outdoor showers, and the toilet and sink inside. If you are a flexible traveler, this is a great value!

WHERE BUDGET MEETS ADVENTURE An outdoor experience for any first timer. With a perfectly private outdoor shower with less then a MILE WALK TO THE BEACH! Came fully equipped with soaps, towels and blankets/ privacy screens / PERSONAL MINI FRIDGE to boot. Would love to stay again, and strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in a vacation hold the walls.

This is a very nice little quaint place to stay. My husband and I along with another couple went to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very clean but it did have a very strong smell of dogs however spraying Lysol cleared the air. Patty the owner was very pleasant and will answer any questions quickly. Everything you want is in very close proximity of this place. You will love it!

We had a great stay at Patty’s place! We went to Dogfish Head Brewery for a NYE event and it was the perfect space for our small group with only about an 8 minute drive! If we are in the area again we 10/10 would re-book!

Although i booked it on the same day of my trip everything was ready very quickly. Host was very fast and responsive. Place is very beautiful and the bed is very comfy.

I wanted a winter beach getaway with my best friend (my dog), so we booked Donald’s place. It was quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable- the perfect small spot for us. The location is great- it’s so close to Rehoboth Ave. He was a very responsive host. The bed was extra comfy. Couldn’t have asked for anything more on this trip!

Donalds place was cozy and small - like a nook you could curl up and read a book in. The overall design was neat - open steps - to the upstairs kitchen. The deck was cool and would have been used a lot if it was nicer out.

Donald’s home is very clean and he supplies everything your need. And very easy to check in and out. Very accommodating! Highly recommend. Wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the deck!

We felt cozy, warm, and relaxed at joe and chuck’s. It was great value - very clean, with plenty of amenities. The bed was luxurious with thick, high quality sheets. The coffee station had a refrigerator and microwave that we were thankful for. We didn’t meet joe but chuck was friendly, gracious and responsive. We recommend their place for a homey stay near the Rehoboth Beach.

Pictures show exactly how it is. Very clean. Small but perfect for my husband and I. Super close to the beach and downtown Dewey. Pretty close to Rehoboth. Kitchen has everything you need. We had issues with the TVs but we weren’t really there to watch TV so didn’t bother us much. Very nice. We would stay again and recommend to others.

This cute condo was in perfect location to everything. The beach was just a small walk away, a few restaurants and Dewey brewery within walking distance, and a short drive from Rehoboth. The condo was clean and cozy. The shower was amazing! I had trouble finding the condo and I called Denise and she was quick to respond and show me where the condo was and where to park. She also made suggestions for crab legs. Thanks so much for everything!

This condo is just liked it is pictured. Everything is updated and so clean. It may be a small space but everything you need is right at your fingertips. We appreciated having a washer/dryer right there since you never know what the weather will be like in October. We had a wonderful stay in David's home. It was so easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants - we never used a car! We also took the dogs down to the beach. There is a fenced in backyard which was great to let the dogs stretch their legs while at home. The rooms are all super clean and beds very comfy. Definitely would stay again!

This home has all the basics you need in a clean space located in a fantastic location for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved being able to bring our beach loving dog! We had a fantastic time.

Location, Location, Location! We can walk so easily to our favorite spots in any direction from this home. The ocean can be heard on an early morning. This beautiful home has everything you would ever want and more, Clean and comfortable. My dog loves to lay in the sunshine of the screened porch. No leash is needed with the convenience of the fenced in yard. You’ll never want to leave!

From the moment we stepped into the screened front porch we felt comfortable and cozy and right at home in this house! It was immaculately clean, we had everything we needed and more to make meals, plenty of towels and linens. The bedrooms were a good size for teens, and their (lots of) luggage, with room for them to lounge, and the two screened porches give the house a large amount of living space. We walked to the beach for winter sunrises, with an especially memorable lovely muted foggy one! This place was absolutely perfect and we will definitely stay again.

This apartment was great -- very clean, great location and awesome access to fresh-baked treats downstairs at the bakery. There were a lot of big common areas and it was very comfortable. Can't beat the access to the main drag in Rehobeth and Route 1 to get to shopping, dining, and other local destinations. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

This is perfectly positioned--just far enough from the beach and the noise; close enough to access at my own pace. I loved traveling there in the "off season" because I felt like I had the whole town to myself. Being located above a bakery is AWESOME. I definitely bought and ate a pie. Delicious.

Great place! Very good for a quick getaway.

Kerri's cottage is an absolute gem! It's the perfect size for a solo traveler (that was me) or a couple. The location is right off a main road but surprisingly quiet, it helps that the cottage is set back from the road a little bit. Check-in was easy and the space was spotless. The decor is comfy/vintage beach chic with modern touches. There are lots of windows and beautiful hardwood floors. Sofa and pillows were perfect for relaxing. The bed was truly one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on and inspired me to buy a pillowtop mattress cover for my own bed. With the blinds down, the bedroom stays dark so you can sleep in if you want. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a large counter space. The hot water came on in seconds. No issues with the cable, wifi, or heating. There were lots of amenities - if you are just staying a night, you don't need to bring any snacks, drinks, towels, or toiletries! I stayed over New Year's and used the heat, it did get a little chilly in the bedroom but there was a portable heater that I also used at night, along with a heavy blanket at the foot of the bed. Overall it was exceptionally cozy. The front porch is large and perfect for lounging. I hung out there on the nicer days in the morning and it was like a Disney commercial with the birds chirping and squirrels frolicking. The neighborhood was very peaceful in the off-season and it's a quick 10-minute walk to the beach. It's also quite fun just walking around the neighborhood and Silver Lake. You feel totally separate from the whole outlet scene further north, it's like a different world when you turn off the main road to the cottage. I saw and heard some neighbors during the day but it was silent during the night, and that includes New Years Eve. But it's also easy to get to the outlets, food, groceries, etc. if you need to stock up. Cape Henlopen is also close by and definitely worth a few hours of your time. Overall this was one of my favorite AirBnBs that I've stayed at and I am so glad I picked Kerri's place for my vacation. I highly recommend it.

Unique layout, great for enjoying separate spaces—feels like summer camp but much much better! Comfortable beds and common spaces. Smaller kitchen—if you are planning to cook keep that in mind. Also if you are staying in one of the outdoor bedrooms a white noise machine might be helpful. Road noise is minimal but there in the event you are a light sleeper. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the beach and our walk to Rehoboth to the boardwalk. Plenty to do and gorgeous this time of year! Would love to visit again!

Very charming ”old school” beach cabin. A great space for hanging out with friends and family. Short walk to beach and everything Dewey. I would come back.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb vacations. The house is a rustic, unique and lovely rental with artsy touches and lots of space. It was much bigger than I expected, very comfortable, so close to the beach, and an enjoyable happy place to return to after a day on the sand. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The host is very responsive and helpful, and I hope to return.

This was such a comfortable , lovely space to inhabit. The porch and patio were favorites and everything was wonderful. We hope to return someday soon.

This is the perfect location for a beach getaway in the Dewey/Rehoboth beach area.

Kristan was a wonderful host and her cabin was just as quaint as it seems. The location was great with excellent proximity to the beach, and both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth. Would recommend for anyone wanting a great stay at Dewey Beach.

My mother and I stayed in Michael's Rehoboth condo for the second time this year, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again! Very close to the beach and easy access to everywhere else we wanted to go. Comfortable residence, cute touches (I love the old photographs of sailors on the third floor!) and very reasonable. So nice to have a comfortable couch to relax on after a day at the beach, if I could have fit it in the car I might have had to take it home with me... ;) Michael was very responsive and accommodating, and the maintenance man was always available for any issues. We felt so welcome, and very much look forward to our next stay!

Great stay at this “tiny” cabin. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Bed was very comfortable. Place was very clean and situated about a mile from the beach. It is perfect for two people. Hosts were quick to respond and access to cabin was easy entry. We would stay here again.

The perfect place for our fall break getaway! An easy walk or Lyft/Uber to the beach or downtown, plus easy to get out of town via car and head down to the state park. There is even a little trail down the road from the house! We loved having the two places to hang out outdoors in the evenings and the bed was so comfortable. We will be back!

This was my second time in joanna house, house was great like always, plenty of space, very clean, comfortable, fast wifi, love the roku tv, Joanna was very responsive to questions, this is definitely one of my favorite house in airbnb, I would definitely rent again.

If you want a quite clean pet friendly location in Rehoboth this is great. It's clean, basic amenities and the Host is extremely flexible. We rent this location during off season for events taking place and we love the stay. Be mindful no WiFi connect but you can use the Xfinity as a hot spot if you're a customer. It's a charming space and if needed has a stackable washer and dryer. You bring your own bedsheets and towels. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the items you need to cook - we usually only use the microwave and eat out but if you choose to eat in the kitchen is ready. Spacious front porch for summer. This is our second visit and we are booked again in a few months. Check in is easy. Paul is super nice to communicate with and clearly loves the fur babies. The place is always fresh and never smells of animals which is nice. We enjoy Paul's place!

Cozy cottage off of the hustle and bustle of downtown Rehoboth. It was a great space for the four of us and our pup. We are very familiar with Rehoboth so we didn’t need much in the way of things to do. Everything was as described. The kitchen is stocked with pots pans and dishes. It was very clean when we arrived. We tidied up and cleaned before we left as well. Check in was a breeze. Loved the 12 noon check out. The price was right. I priced several places and this was a fabulous deal for The Seawitch Festival weekend. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends as well.

I can’t believe we snagged this place for our last last minute vacation. The location is perfect, right in between the beach and all the shops/restaurants. Our dogs also felt right at home! The house was stocked with everything you could need (which was nice because we forgot some stuff 😬). We would definitely recommend this place if your bringing you furry friends to the beach!

This house was amazing. Perfect for any couple or single person staying in the area. Quite and easy to access. Located close to many things in the area. Lisa provides lots of extra items in the house, just in cause you want a quick drink or snack. Little essential items just in case you forget something for your trip. The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable. She was easy to get a hold of if needed and she always responded right away. I would was stay at this house again if we come back to visit in the future.

The cottage has a great look and was very comfortable for two people. It was at most a five minute drive if we wanted to park right next to the boardwalk and the beach. Lisa has provided a binder with all the info you could need, and we referenced her recommended restaurants daily. Great stay, very quiet and convenient.

An awesome couples getaway!!! The studio condo was spacious, well decorated (lots of special touches), and very comfortable! The ocean views from within the condo and on the balcony are nothing short of stunning! We loved the balcony bar and stools, each morning we would sit out there and enjoy our breakfast while taking in the breathtaking sunrises and in the evening we would sit out there sipping martinis before heading off to dinner! During the day we rode the bikes along the boardwalk, and walked along the beach. Kim is an excellent host, she provided all the information needed and addressed all of our questions in advance of our arrival! This is a truly special place, and we look forward to many more returns!

The view (and location in general) is obviously why you stay here, and it did not disappoint. For a winter trip, it was awesome to wake up with a full view of the ocean and enjoy the scenery from the balcony. Beautiful space and perfect for a few people.

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed. Everything in the unit is high end, it is so thoughtfully put together, it does not feel like a rental unit at all but like you're a guest in someone's home. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and boardwalk and easy to walk to everything, the bed is big and comfortable, even the blankets were really nice. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We loved staying here.

The view is absolutely breathtaking! One cannot beat the location of this property. We visited in the off season and felt like we had the building to ourselves. The decoration in the apartment is fun to look at and the space is extremely well utilized. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is fantastic. The bathroom has a sliding opaque door made of glass which didn't allow for much privacy. Kim is great with communication!

If you're looking for a unique Airbnb in Rehoboth Beach, stay here! The tiny cottage is an incredible space. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. It's very clean, well designed, has thoughtful amenities, and close-by to all the major attractions and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer.

George’s place is a beautiful condo (second floor unit) in Rehoboth Beach, DE. It is walking distance to many great restaurants and places of entertainment. I’d say it’s only like a 20 minute walk to the beach too. Great location. The place is super clean inside. I had an enjoyable stay there for one night with my friends.

Grace Cottage is beautifully designed. It’s the perfect size for a cozy weekend for two. It had everything we needed and more. Lisa had wonderful suggestions for us in terms of places to go. We were very happy with our decision to stay here! Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Lovely petite cottage with the most amenities I have ever experienced- beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, outdoor drink fridge, every item you need to use to cook, etc. perfectly clean and stylish. Fun beach cruisers that we rode everywhere. Sweet screened in porch with a small dining table/ had breakfast here and even tutored my nephew for 90 minutes in pre-calc. It was so peaceful and conducive to thinking! Here’s the best -the mattress is fabulous! I meant to check the brand to buy one! The cottage is all a couple would ever need for a weekend - but I think it would be tight for a small family. Although very small, the bathroom has great water pressure and ample hot water. I would stay here again. Oh- quiet and effective AC!!

We highly recommend Grace Cottage. The property was exactly as described (and yet somehow better) - sparkling clean, quiet, comfortable, well stocked, stylish, and full of thoughtful little details (like the beach cooler with ice packs ;-). We enjoyed using the comfy and peaceful patio, the grill, and having our dinner on the lovely screened in porch. Lisa is a stellar communicator and host and provides a consistently high level of hospitality. We’re already looking forward to booking one of her properties in 2020!

My husband and I had a great time at Grace Cottage for our baby moon. Lisa was very helpful and has everything you could want/need at the cottage. She was always available and responded quickly with any questions we had. With the heat and being 6 months pregnant using the bikes were not the best option for me - but her parking pass was the perfect backup. Her welcome booked help us with restaurants in the area and other things to do. Just like everyone has mentioned it’s a tough squeeze with the care but we drive a Toyota Highlander and were able to get in and out just fine. The cottage was so quaint! The decor and attention to little details were perfect.

We loved everything about Karen's place. Very clean and stylish. Loved being near the trail. Loved all the amenities and thoughtful touches such as chocolates, flowers, drinks in the fridge. Loved that we could bring our dog. Would definitely stay again.

This spot is a perfect space for a couple or single person looking for a private, clean and super comfortable hideaway near Rehoboth Beach. It's only minutes away from the Tanger Outlets and other sites of interest, yet just far enough away from these busier areas to give you a true sense of peace and quiet. Check-in was an absolute breeze and totally private. The parking is on-site, right outside the entrance. We found the most comfortable bed waiting for us, a TV with cable, a gorgeous and spacious bathroom with all the amenities of a nice hotel, tons of information about the area and places to eat, and lots of nice little welcoming touches like some light snacks and a mini-fridge, even some wine glasses and an ice bucket. The grounds are really pretty and motion-detecting lights on the property made us feel very secure. We had such a lovely stay here that we absolutely plan on coming back. What a gem!!
