Ce logement entièrement refait à neuf de 58m2, avec son spa privatif vous offrira une belle parenthèse romantique. Situé proche de la cathédrale et de la gare (10 min en tramway) dans un quartier tranquille avec tout à proximité à pied : superette, tramway, boulangerie...
Cet appartement est un lieux unique pour se retrouver à deux en toute intimité et discrétion, et profiter pleinement de ses équipements dans une ambiance romantique. Appartement privatif avec spa d'une superficie de 58m2, situé a 10 mns de la cathédrale et de la gare en tramway, au rez de chaussé d'un immeuble de deux étages au calme , sans vis a vis . Le coin salon dispose d'un bar avec luminothérapie qui vous accompagnera lors de vos séances détente dans le spa (jacuzzi). Sa chambre spacieuse est composée d'un lit rond en 220. Le linge de lit, et les serviettes sont fournis. L'appartement est tout équipé : TV 4K avec Netflix (Films et Séries à la demande inclus), Internet très haut débit avec la fibre, cuisine équipée... Le café est offert.
Dans une rue calme proche du centre ville environ 1 km, le quartier est calme et bien desservi par les transports (station de tramway à 150m).

    Passionate about architecture, art and decoration, you will stay in an independent studio of 45m very luxurious, an incredible comfort and fully equipped overlooking a private terrace with jacuzzi just for you ! You have access to the garden and the swimming pool which are family places. A large main room including a kitchenette (refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, basic groceries), to prepare a breakfast (coffee, tea, butter, jam...) and everything necessary to prepare your meals. A seating and relaxation area with a sofa, a coffee table, very comfortable designer armchairs, television. A king size bed, 180cm, an incredible comfort. If necessary, you have another room adjoining this studio which is actually a movie theater. It is a black room, completely soundproofed. It can be used as an extra bedroom for 2 people (bed 140cm) or room available if you have a child/baby and you want it to be quiet (and you too !). We can also provide you with baby cot. Included : wifi, towels and sheets provided, toilet paper. You will be at home as at home !
    We are in a small village of champagne very quiet in the heart of forests and vineyards. You will have all the necessary conveniences (supermarket, pharmacy, post, tobacco, bakery...) in another small village in 2km.

  • Claude’s place was a perfect stop off for us on our journey from the French Alps to Calais. It’s just 10 minutes from Epernay and lots of great restaurants. The apartment was spacious and well-suited for families - with our children able to sleep on a separate bed settee in the living area. Check-in was smooth and Claude very accommodating when we arrived late. There were lots of thoughtful touches in the kitchen which helped make our brief stay relaxing and enjoyable. We also thought it was good value.

    The flat is brand new and its decoration very stylish/modern. The quality mattress emphasizes the flat's comfort. The kitchen is equipped ( Nespresso coffee machine, boiler, microwave, toaster, refrigerator), also ingredients for breakfast (bread, tea, coffee, orange juice, butter, jam) and are provided. You'll just need to buy the croissants and the bread in one of the very good bakeries around ! The basic foods are at your disposal such as salt / pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar. The bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm, a 100% silk duvet, sheets and towels are provided. There is an iMac computer in the apartment you can use
    The flat is located in Reims' centre, the neighborhood is rich culturally and historically speaking. The centre flourishes with bars, shops and restaurant. The Museum of arts and the "Palais du Tau" are only 2 minutes away on foot.

  • This is apartment is such a gem! We really appreciate that our hosts left a baguette, coffee, and a few things in the fridge to eat --very thoughtful. Anne-Catherine also left a list of local places to eat, drink and visit -- we were not disappointed with any of her suggestions. Also, the apartment was clean, quiet and the view from the bedroom was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Reims!

  • If I could, I would give this Airbnb 10 stars! This flat completely exceeded our expectations. Great extra amenities, the space is much larger than what it seems to be in the pictures, and there’s a lift for your luggage which was such a treat. The bed is incredibly comfortable and spacious. And the windows open up to a beautiful panoramic side view of the cathedral. Not to mention the location can’t be beat! It was an 8 minute walk from the train station, and the local tram is just a block down. It’s truly central from everything! This place is it if you are visiting Reims.

Salon et coin repas sous la verrière à la disposition exclusive de nos hôtes. Petit-déjeuner copieux compris. WIFI. On se gare facilement dans la rue et c'est gratuit. Une place de parking dans notre cour, pour le parking, vérifier c'est libre avant de réserver. Pour la 2ème chambre voir « Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse » à Reims.
    Maison très spacieuse et lumineuse qui est parfaitement adaptée à l'accueil. Les voyageurs Airbnb ont à leur disposition exclusive, le jardin, la terrasse et la verrière, chauffée en hiver et équipée d’un salon et d’un coin repas. Aucune pièce de vie des propriétaires n’est traversée pour accéder aux chambres. Chacun peut donc trouver, dans la maison ou dans le jardin, espace et intimité. Les voyageurs disposent d'une clé de la maison et d’une clé de leur chambre.
    Le quartier C'est un quartier vivant la journée et très calme le soir. Il est desservi par 3 lignes de bus qui vous emmènent très rapidement au centre-ville ou à la gare. Les arrêts de bus sont à 100 m de la maison. On peut accéder au centre-ville, en se promenant, en 35 mn à pied maximum en passant par des lieux touristiques : la Basilique et le Musée St Rémi, l'ancien Collège des Jésuites.... Belles promenades ou footings, le long de la "voie verte ‘’ aménagée à proximité immédiate de la maison. Epicerie et boulangerie à 100 m de la maison.

Location is amazing! Delphine's flat is perfectly clean (maybe too perfect) in a newer building. Check-in was very easy. Bed was excellent, I had a very good sleep.   • It is nice to find someplace smart enough to have air conditioning in summer. Very useful in this upstairs apartment. The odd shapes and unusual spaces create a unique apartment. I had no problems, except the low ceiling over the shower is a bit awkward. Super location in the heart of Reims; a very nice traditional apartment building adding to the charm.   • I stayed at this airBnB for an entire school semester (3.5 months) and cannot recommend it enough! Maxime was incredibly helpful with the check-in process as well as helping me with any issues I had during the few months I was there. The apartment is on the top floor, so you might opt out of a gym membership. While it was small, it served me (as a singular person) incredibly well. The apartment is situated in the heart of Rue de Vesle (incredibly close to the tram, main shopping street, and restaurants.) location wise, this is the best possibly place to choose. While it is in an attic, it might not be best if you are incredibly tall, but I am quite tall and managed fine. I was able to cook meals, study, sleep, and do everything I normally can do! Great place if you are a couple, or an individual staying long-term. Best 3.5 months of my life!

  • A superb apartment, impeccably clean. Fully equipped with nice touches: breakfast, toiletries ... basic food for cooking (oil, vinegar, pasta, butter ...). A neat and modern decoration and a very appreciable calm even if the windows of the room overlook the street. Special mention for the location, the apartment is a few minutes walk from the city center. Note: there is no parking but you can park in the nearby street without any problems!

Il se compose d’une entrée avec une pièce principale équipée d’une kitchenette, TV, Nespresso, d’une table et d’un espace nuit avec lit convertible très confortable ainsi qu’une penderie. Vous serez en plein centre ville à proximité immédiate de tous types de commerces (boulangerie, city market, bars à champagne, restaurants....). La gare n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied.
    L'appartement est très lumineux, il a un espace nuit avec canapé convertible avec un matelas très confortable de 15cm d'épaisseur et un surmatelas de 8 cm d’épaisseur pour plus de confort , un espace déjeuner avec une Nespresso et ses capsules, une TV, une Kitchenette avec frigo, plaque vitrocéramique 2 feux, un micro onde avec grill, toute la vaisselle nécessaire (assiettes, verres, tasses, poele...). Une salle de douche avec un sèche serviette, vasque. Le linge de lit et de toilette sont inclus.
    Un des plus beau quartier de Reims avec notre majestueuse cathédrale.
