This is a beautiful home, and you can't beat the price to be so close to the beach and to Newport. My only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer and see all of the suggestions that the hosts gave us.

I had a most enjoyable 1 week stay in David and Denise’s treetop home. The space is clean, comfortable, quaint and cozy. There were plenty of snacks and a lovely bottle of wine awaiting me upon arrival. The freestanding gas fireplace was a Godsend for this cool February week. Plenty of towels were provided along with toiletries and too many special touches to mention. The location is central to all Jamestown has to offer! I will certainly return on my next trip to the island.

We only stayed one night at David and Denise’s cozy and comfortable place, and wish we had more time. As other reviewers have noted, the apartment was very well-stocked, including provisions for breakfast. We didn’t take advantage of that, as we ate at one of the restaurants they recommended (A Slice of Heaven, which was excellent), but it was a thoughtful touch, nevertheless. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place is filled with lots of unique pieces. It was a perfect spot for our short but sweet getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. It was so peaceful and really felt like a home away from home. All the decorations were beautiful and the area was so quiet. The ocean is so close you can hear the waves crashing. The deck was huge and we enjoyed eating meals outside and watching the sunset. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and more. This was our first time using Airbnb and it was even better than we expected. Thanks so much and we're looking forward to coming back!

Brian’s place is amazing and is in the perfect location as everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. Book this place as it will make your time visiting Newport that much better.

We had an amazing stay at Brian’s House! It was very clean and the directions for checkin very accurate. The cost was VERY affordable for what you get. The space is outfitted with maps from Brian’s shop downtown. We hope to come back soon!

Wow...just wow! First off, I want to say that the communication with the host was flawless. I was in the area for work and stayed two nights at this beautiful little cottage. It has everything you need. If you forgot something, Corey probably thought of it. It was great to have a stocked kitchen ready to go whenever I was hungry. Corey also provided drinks and quick-to-prepare foods available for purchase, on the honor system. Great if you get in late and want a quick meal or snack. Everything was spotless! The bed was amazingly comfortable too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I hope to stay here again myself!

Staying at the lake cottage was an absolutely wonderful experience! The location is great - we weren't too far from Providence and there were a handful of great local restaurants if we wanted to stay close. The cottage itself is exceptionally clean, and you can tell Corey really cares about each and every guest that stays there. Check-in was a breeze and Corey was really communicative and helpful. If you're worried about feeling cramped due to the size of the cottage, my boyfriend is 6'3" we both felt there was plenty of space for us. We actually ended up spending more time in the cottage than we expected because it was so comfortable! We can't wait to come back in the warmer months!

This was my best AirBnB experience to date. My wife and I spent two weeks in the cottage and had a wonderful stay. Where to start?... The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were never bothered by noise from the neighbors at all; one morning I was enjoying my coffee in front of the cottage and got to watch a hawk sitting on the power pole in front of the property. There's not a lake view from inside the cottage, but you see it from the front porch. The cottage itself is wonderful. Starting from when you walk in the door... Check in is easy and stress free. There's a lock box for the key to the cottage, but Corey left the door open for us the first night, which was very convenient since we had been traveling all day and got in really late. The kitchen has everything you would need from cookware to a Keurig-compatible coffee brewer. The fridge is stocked with condiments and a slew of honor-bar items if you wish to purchase them. The cupboards also have snacks and stuff. Because were in for a long trip we brought in our own food and pretty much only got cola and airplane bottles from the honor-bar, but if you're in for a short stay that convenience would be really nice. Beside the kitchen is a cozy dining area, which I mostly used as a desk for my laptop. We had a couple people stop by at a couple different points and with the two chairs around the table and another chair from the bed area we were able to entertain them comfortably in the space. The dining area also doubles as a get-ready-for-RI-winter staging area where we could put on our coats and boots and stuff comfortably before braving the elements. Even at home my wife and I are sometimes tripping over each other trying to get out the door, but at the cottage we didn't have any trouble. On the other side of the half wall from the kitchen/dining area is the bedroom. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and the bed has more than enough room for an adult married couple. We were definitely happy that there were four pillows and two comforters, just like at home, so we didn't have any struggles over the blanket! Mounted above the foot of the bed is a flat screen tv. We watched some movies on the free Netflix during our down time, which was nice. To the side of the bed was where we staged our luggage, plenty of room for 4 suitcases. There's a pretty cozy chair there, so if you weren't staging luggage in the space it could be a comfortable sitting area for a couple people if one of them was sitting on the bed. From the bedroom you move to the bathroom. The real jackpot here is the stacked washer and dryer; we didn't realize they'd be there but were very happy they were. There was even hypo-allergenic laundry soap, which is a must for me, so not only was I thrilled that I didn't have to go to my mother-in-law's to do laundry, but I didn't even have to go to the store to get soap that my skin could handle! The "house rules" warn about the water heater not being very large, but my wife and I were able to both take normal length showers and do some dishes without running out of hot water. The bathroom is totally stocked with towels, q-tips, cotton balls, hygiene products, all kinds of stuff you might or probably won't need. It's great that it's all there if you do, and it's a real testament to the care and attention that Corey has put into your stay at the cottage. We were there for the holidays; on New Year's eve I went out to the porch to see that Corey had left us a bottle of champagne and a card! The whole cottage is filled with labels and signage telling you where everything is and how to use it. At first the signage seemed a little excessive, but on day 2 I realized that I had spent ZERO time figuring out where anything was or how to turn anything off or on - which I can't say for any other AirBnB or hotel I've ever stayed at. And particularly when you're coming in late at night it's great to just have the space tell you what you need to do instead of fumbling around with things. I really can't recommend this space enough. My wife's family is in Rhode Island, so we travel there at least once a year, and now that I know about the cottage I hope to stay there every time we come. A+++

We felt in love with the cottage ! It’s tiny but equipped 5 stars. I travel a lot and stayed in many 4 stars hotels around the world but never had such a comfortable bed...I want the same at home! Corey’s cottage is our best Airbnb experience.

This cottage is a gem. The decor is lovely, yet simple and immaculate. It is well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful yet near everything including beaches, restaurants, etc. and close to Newport. Francois and Ashley responded to our questions quickly and were so friendly. We loved it so much we are booking again for a few days in September!

What a beautiful cottage space! François and his family are creative and talented -- it shows throughout the design of the house to the furniture and the ceramics. I spent a quick weekend here and my only regret is not spending more time in this peaceful space. Look forward to returning!

I had such a peaceful and relaxing retreat at François and Ashley’s beautiful home! The location is exactly the getaway from the city I was looking for—and the water is just a short stroll away. Ashley and Francois tiny house is so charming! It’s located in a great neighborhood, there’s parking, checking in was easy with the keypad door access, clean towels were placed cutely on the bed and they’re close by to a lot of yummy food spots! The house is tiny but it’s cozy. The shower placement is awkward because only half of the shower is covered so I placed towels on the floor to prevent it from getting wet. There’s no closed off bedroom. So when you go up the steps, the bathroom is on the very top and then the bedroom is right there. No door lol but it didn’t bother me. Ashley was great in giving suggestions to where to get something to eat. MUST TRY CAPRI SEAFOOD in providence. I have found my favorite restaurant to eat now when I come to Rhode Island and eventually move up here. Overall amazing spot, amazing hosts and will definitely come back and book with them again!!

We had a great stay at Mo's farm. The room was just right and done up very nicely. If you want quiet, you'll get it here. Others reviewed that the horses made noise at night, but we hear a peep from them. The location is great. Rural feel but just minutes to Newport and other nearby towns with restaurants and beaches. All in all, this is a great find and will be back hopefully.

Mo’s place is a beautiful and perfect location. It is in a quiet farm tucked away in the woods but is also extremely close to town/ many desirable locations and attractions. We ate at one of Mo’s recommended places and it was our favorite restaurant from our entire 9 day roadtrip. The neighboring farm animals were fun as well! A short drive to Newport which we really loved. Definitely recommend Mo’s place!

The Swan's Nest was just as described and was perfect for my overnight stay. I recommend a walk along the waterfront and through town, both of which are lovely and just a short distance from the house.

Great stay at the Swan's Nest! Exactly as depicted in online photos. Extremely clean and spacious. Sarahbeth has provided every amenity a guest could possibly need. Really appreciated the special touches--home-backed muffins and cookies, and a well-stocked refrigerator with milk, orange juice, coffee creamer and bottled water. There was also the makings for hot chocolate and coffee. We will definitely return!

Mark's place is great for a little get away. The town that is just a min away is charming and warm. The home is cozy, clean, and impeccably stylized! The yard is great if you have a dog to be able to stretch their legs and walk a bit in the woods.

This apartment is beautiful and pretty quiet! Well stocked for cooking and close to many restaurants and markets.

Benjamin was very accommodating. I added an extra guest at last minute and he provided us with a futon. The house is an old house but the kitchen is updated and the house is clean. It is in a great location on Federal Hill. Walk out the door and plenty of restaurants and shops to check out. There are only two or three parking spots in front of the house but there is more parking around the corner. There is also a small balcony to grab some fresh air. The kitchen has an island was a great are to have some wine and cheese before going out to dinner.

We had a great time in Providence. This a great location that is right near a bunch of restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice that we could bring our dog along. And Benjamin and his wife were very helpful!

Jane has done an amazing job optimizing a small space and outfitting it with everything you might not even know you need! It is a bright, clean and cozy space that felt like home for a night while I was in town for a conference. It was the perfect space for me. The colors and decor spoke to me online and I was even more impressed when I saw it in person. Jane was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

It is small but spacious and warm in its decor and layout. Very convenient to URI and Wickford. We appreciated the host's responsiveness and highly recommend.

If you are lucky enough to get a chance to stay with Steve and JoAnne, you will love it. The apartment is so sparkling clean, every single thing you can think of is there. The apartment is very cozy and has a great bathroom with enough room for two to move around, the bed is cozy and there are loads of extra blankets for comfort. We were mostly out so didn't take advantage of the stove for cooking but you certainly can. We had a couple of hours during the day to relax in the apartment before heading out again, and it's such a nice, calm place to cozy up and watch a movie, which is exactly what we did. They have a huge TV and its nice to sit there with a glass of wine (or two). JoAnne makes amazing muffins and there is tons of information they have available if you want to explore. We can't wait to stay again.

Steve and JoAnn are wonderful hosts. The best of the best that we have encountered on our Airbnb experiences. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a Valentines weekend getaway and the space was decorated with countless and wonderful hearts. We have nothing but good things to say about the space and the hosts.

The little beach cottage is wonderfully appointed, comfortable, and homey. The neighborhood is nice and friendly. It is the perfect place to stay for a getaway to the surrounding areas. We enjoyed the easy access, check in, and having a home away from home.

Mo’s place was wonderful and our family of 6 really enjoyed it! The space is stylish and lovely. All updated and nice appliances. Washer and dryer available. Mo was quick to respond when we initially had trouble getting the tv working. He also offered to bring a Christmas tree stand in case we wanted it (we stayed during Christmas) which was so thoughtful. It’s also walking distance to some water and a lovely hike too. We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little cottage. It was perfectly comfortable for our family of 4 and served well as a base while we explored the Newport area. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to shops and town. The cottage is close to the water and even though it was cold, our kids enjoyed morning walks on the beach before starting the day. It was clean and well-equipped with all the basics (ie., toiletries, towels, blankets, hair dryer, kitchen supplies). We would love to stay here again in the future.

Cute and cozy!

I took a 2-night/3-day solo trip and used Karen’s place as my home base for a quiet and cozy place to write and relax. It met all of my expectations and more. I arrived after sunset the first day, and thanks for Karen’s clear instructions and drawing of the property I was able to easily locate the key to get into the house. As a note to solo bnb’ers: it was helpful for me to grab the key first, then park and unload my luggage as there are a couple steps involved with parking. The bnb is located in the converted attic space (i.e., the 3rd floor of the home) and it was truly a private space as described in the listing. The stairwell serves the apartment on the second floor landing and leads up to your space on the third floor, which consists of a private room and a private bathroom. My preference was for there to be little interaction with the hosts during my stay, and that was honored. The room layout is in the exact condition as described in the listing and high touches such as rain a jacket and umbrella for use, a luggage scale, a coffee/tea station, and thoughtful touches such as a dish bin for dirty dishes (which Karen takes care of), down bedding with soft sheets, a combo of plush down and firm pillows, a large desk, and a reading chair placed by the window with a side table we’re welcomed sights for a tired driver. The bathroom was wonderful: there were plenty of towels and nicely scented hand wash, shower gels and shampoo/ conditioner. I believe the home is heated by oil tank, which means that hot water is abundant enough to fill the claw foot tub and keep it at an ideal temperature for genuine relaxation. This might be my favorite part of the space! There are cafes within walking distance, and Karen has done a great job of pointing out local areas to check out (e.g., restaurants, cafes, etc.). The neighborhood is quiet and is ~8 minutes by foot to White Electric Coffee (as a point of reference). At the end of my stay, I got to chat with Karen’s business partner who was equally thoughtful, kind and hospitable. She even helped me carry down some of my things to my car! All in all I would definitely stay here again and hope you do, too! You won’t regret it!

Stayed here for 3 nights, and we didn’t want to leave! It was so cozy and cute, and it looked exactly like the photographs. I really appreciated having a designated parking spot for my car, and everything was great. I’m not a coffee drinker, but my partner really loved the coffee grounds provided. We got to meet Karen briefly when checking in, and she was so kind and helpful with the gate because I tried to park my car with it closed, ha! Our stay was a little pricy, but honestly worth it. Also, I kept feeling worried that the house across the window could see me in the bathroom, but that’s just my own silly paranoia :) Thank you Karen for a great and memorable stay.

Clean. Quiet. Styled heavenly. See the sunrise from the backyard and the sunset from the front! Located on a quiet street-- close enough to everything you need and not far from Newport. The beach is right down the road! Supplied toaster, small kitchen sink, mini fridge, electric hot water kettle, as there is no actual kitchen (as mentioned) but got along just fine! Enjoyed the atmosphere and the location. Will definitely be back in the summer!

Wonderful 3rd (top) floor apartment that is bright and spacious. Full kitchen available for use, though plenty of excellent Italian restaurants literally are within walking distance. Ben was very responsive and the check in was smooth and straightforward. We really appreciated the nice touches- fresh flowers, bowl of clementines, the lights on and the TV selected, the local suggestions to eat (wish we were staying longer), and especially the personalized handwritten note!

This is one of most well designed/decorated places we’ve stayed at using Airbnb! It’s super conveniently located in Providence and we were able to walk everywhere. Excellent!

We were originally looking to stay in another town, until we saw this listing and thought it would be the perfect place to stay, and it was! From check-in to the location (near everything good in Newport!) to the comfort and convenience of the interior, everything was perfect. All of the extra touches, like the fully equipped kitchen, clean towels and soap & shampoo in the bathroom made it easy to feel at home. My son thought his bed was the most comfortable ever, so now we're trying to recreate it at home! Thank you for a very lovely place to stay when visiting Newport!

Great stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 days and loved it. We were looking to get away and stay in for a night and Julia’s place was just the right fit. We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We had plenty of extra toiletries. The place felt very cozy, clean, and put together. Julia was always openly communicating to make sure we had everything we needed and to let her know if we had any questions. Would definitely consider booking again!

Awesome host, very accommodating!

A perfect home base for our family to explore Newport - really felt like home during a four night stay. Two legit bedrooms were functional for parents and small child, and living room was a comfortable hang out during dreary winter weather. Keyless entry made checkin & coming/going super easy.

This was a lovely place to stay, there are plenty of things provided just in case you forget anything. I would recommend!

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever laid in. The hosts were welcoming- and have all the info you could want awaiting you when you arrive. Great location! Definitely a good spot when visiting Newport.

We loved our stay! The room had everything you could need for a stay, the bathroom was beautiful, and a very comfy bed! JoAnne leaves a key so you can lock up your room for added confidence, even though we didn’t feel like we needed to. Super close to any fun place you want to go to (restaurants, galleries, movie theater, shops, the ocean, mansions)! Clean and cute!

Very clean and great location!!

This room is amazingly ran. Seriously I think they dusted every inch too to bottom before our stay. Filled with amenities such as filtered water, cereal, coffee, microwave, tv with Roku. The bathroom was onpoimt with some of the nicer hotels I've stayed at complete with a large shower with bench seat and dual shower head. Overall our stay was amazing and the hosts attention to detail is impeccable. I would recommend this bnb to anyone!

Wonderful room to stay in for a short trip to Newport!

Lovely getaway that feels calm and secluded while also being just a 15 minute drive from downtown Providence. Bonnie goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and well cared for. The only heads up is that if you plan on using the kitchen, just know that there's only one sink in the apartment (in the bathroom).

Hostess was amazing! Slightly thin walls from upstairs to downstairs, but amazing nevertheless. Ask for coconut!

Bonnie's guest suite is well-composed and cozy. My wife and I just loved visiting the hot tub at the end of some long days, and Bonnie was herself extremely responsive to our questions and messages. Great place! When we come back to visit Warwick, I fully expect we'll stay here.

Bonnie was a terrific host! Not only was the space sparkling clean, she also had towels (both bath & for the hot tub) ready for our use. There was even shampoo/conditioner in the shower! Bonnie answered in a timely manner when we had questions, and even gave recommendations for where we should dine. She also messaged me, checking in to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend Bonnie's home to anyone looking for a nice, quiet getaway. The view of the lake was amazing as well... exactly as her pictures depicted. We even used the hot tub and it was such a great add-on to everything else!

Bonnies place is wonderful for a quiet getaway. It is perfectly located to get into Providence if you want, or stay in a relax. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The room was large and accommodating and had all the amenities we needed. Don’t miss out on the opportunity for a dip in their jacuzzi - perfect in the middle of winter! Emily and Carl have great communication so if you ever have a question or problem, they are quick to respond. Most people wouldn’t think to travel to southern New England during the dead of winter but it’s a nice alternative to the everyday hustle. It’s quiet and Emily and Carl have a binder of fun local attractions to check out. We went to the Ninigret Observatory to star gaze, Crazy Burger for some good eats, Mystic Aquarium and seaport area and the Ocean Mist for an amazing reggae show! Would definitely come back, thank you for having us!

This was my husband and my second trip to Emily and Carl’s Air Bnb and like the last time it did not disappoint. It’s a rarity to find a dog friendly place and it was great to be able to bring our doggos along for our weekend getaway. Can’t wait to go back in the future.

We planned a short New England trip during the off season with our dog and this place was a great accommodation for our trip. Close to the beach, a few great restaurants and a short drive to Newport made day outings super easy. The hot tube was great for cool October evenings. Emily and Carl were very responsive and we found out the last day they had just had a baby! The place is clean and as described, we highly recommend!

Denise and Ray’s space was perfect for our weekend trip to Rhode Island. They welcomed us upon arrival and said goodbye to us when we left. They provided continental breakfast, snacks, waters, coffee, and tons of information about local restaurants and activities. Extremely friendly and thoughtful couple... not to mention 2 gorgeous golden retrievers!

This is a wonderful studio - full of light, with comfortable places to sit, privacy, a great shower, luxurious linens... and lots of amenities. I was greeted with lots of snacks and options for breakfast, a vast array of teas and chocolates! Denise and Ray have thought of everything and I promise you will find this studio to be a great place to stay!

Although our stay was brief, Denise and Ray made us feel right at home. We plan on coming back in the future since they made the decision so easy with their wonderful place and hospitality. Thank you both again!

Quaint bed and breakfast in perfect walking distance of everything you could want to see in Newport!

Our stay was cozy and comfortable. We were in town for less than 24 hours but thankfully we had a comfy bed to rest in. Given our quick turn around, the easy check in and out process was ideal. The room and entire house was decorated to make it feel like home and even with other guests, it was a quick place to rest. Homemade cookies and coffee upon arrival was an extra treat. We’ve stayed in many different places in Newport and this is first on my list of places to book again!

We had an amazing time in Newport in part due to this amazing bed and breakfast. The room was small and cozy but we already knew that from pictures and reviews and had no issues with it. The bed was s comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. The shower is a bit tight but great water pressure. The provided breakfast was delicious and we ate there every morning. The guide had excellent recommendations for restaurants. It was super convenient that we could buy tickets at the concierge for the mansion tours so we didn’t have to waste time buying tickets. Would definitely come back!

The apartment was lovely!! Very nicely decorated and very comfortable, with everything we needed, and very lovely touches such as provided granola bars. Super convenient to get in and out. The location was great, close to many great food places, we loved Seven Stars Bakery in particular. The big bed is super comfortable too. IF you are traveling as a group of 3+ people, you should be aware that the two folding beds are pretty basic in comparison, but it was still absolutely worth it for us, our group had no complaints. In terms of location, convenience, privacy, aesthetics, coziness etc, I'd recommend this apartment very highly.

Jennifer's place was in the perfect location for our long weekend away. It was clean, warm, and cozy after chilly days spent exploring Providence and Newport. Communication was clear and quick. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute place to say off of Hope St!

This place is so dope!! Way better than I expected and just as comfy as I imagined. Jenn was very helpful with communicating to me on how to locate and enter the apartment. I also used the time during my stay to shoot a promo video for my upcoming album and it looked great on camera! The place gave it a 90s cartoon vibe that I was looking for. I was able to meet Jenn and her husband as I checked out waiting for my uber. They were some of the sweetest people I’ve met! I definitely recommend you stay here if you’re ever in the Providence area. I know I will be back! Thank you!

Stayed the night & then booked again & again. My 3 night stay was fantastic. The bed was comfy , the room cozy, tidy . Just awesome ! ... Very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. I'm so glad I chose to book them! If ever I have to book a night in Prov again, it'd be here!!!

Cristians place had a homey feel. The room was perfect & the bed was comfy. I brought my two little ones along with me without a heads up in advance that they were coming but Cristian and his partner Mark were very sweet to them & patient with their questions. Great little private spot! Wonderful communication too

This is a MUST BOOK. Its a cute house right by the water, with a comfy bed, powerful internet, and good kitchen and sitting room space. Its in an incredibly quiet and peaceful corner of RI, just a 2 min drive to Goddard State Park with long walks on the beach or in the woods, pony and horse rides, fire and BBQ pits, Cabana's etc. The house is well stocked with all the basics, like shampoo, and past tenants leave condiments etc in the fridge and cupboards so you often find yourself coming back from the shops to find what you needed in the cupboards. Plenty of pots and pans and things you might not expect to find like a slow cooker. Its the closest thing to being at home that you will find. I liked it so much I stayed a month! All my requests were answered immediately and no effort was spared to be kind and helpful. They even dropped a bottle of wine off one night - just cause! If peace and quiet in a beautiful location is your think... click 'book now' - you wont regret it.

Cristina was super accommodating to me and my family’s needs and allowed us early check-in. The apt is in a great location, right by the water, close to Goddard Park and minutes from downtown EG.

The place is very cozy and a great use of space. I immediately felt at home when we got there. Close to the water and East Greenwich. Definitely would stay here again when I’m next in town.

Very nice place, sparkling clean!

We stayed for the weekend in October and had a lovely time. The apartment was immaculate and the beds were luxuriously comfortable. There was a small beach within a few minutes walk and a nice park with walking trails nearby as well. There were also lots of great restaurants in the vicinity. The bathroom is tight (the room itself is very narrow), which wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Prime stay right down the road from Newport and all it has to offer. Super clean and stylish pad along with amazing amenities. I stayed there with my girlfriend, but the place is a spacious enough for a small family. The room with the swing chair is amazing & the living room is very cozy. Parking was perfect as the entire garage was available. Zain was quick to respond with any questions/concerns we might’ve had which was very helpful. It was a perfect weekend and we will definitely be staying again!

We just loved the Newport Retreat. All amenities were included and everything was very clean. It was much better than a hotel, since there was a large living area with plenty of seating. If I have occasion to visit Portsmouth again, I would definitely stay here!

Second time staying at Norm and Jean’s was as terrific as the first. The apartment is comfortable, sparkling clean and very well equipped. Location is peaceful & 1min from the beach. Wonderful relaxing experience!

Norm's home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Check in was very simple. He had assorted snacks and drinks which was helpful in between meals. He gave us recommendations for things to do which was very thoughtful. Nice relaxing weekend away from the city!

This is an absolutely charming house in a charming area. Norm was perfect, very hospitable when welcoming us and then left us to ourselves but told us to text if we needed anything. He was very responsive and generally answered within a few minutes any question I asked. The apartment had lots of little extras like water, coffee and snacks. The porch’s view was beautiful, the decor perfect for a sea side get away. The area is super quiet and dark at night. The only sounds we heard were the waves and seagulls. It was just the relaxing getaway we were looking for! Definitely hope to be back for a longer stay in the future!

Wonderful quiet getaway! Norm offered us excellent dining tips and he was spot on! Nearby a nice beach for relaxing in the sun or taking a walk.

Norm's Home by the Sea was a delightful experience in every respect. The setting on Rhode Island's beautiful coast and the benefit of a private community tops our list of advantages here. The apartment is quaint and included everything we wanted for a comfortable stay. We made good use of the stone patio with grill and picnic table. After walking on the beach, the outside shower made cleaning up quick and easy. We especially enjoyed drives to the nearby small towns, walking on well kept nature trails and dining at our hosts favorite eateries. We recommend Norm's place for his gracious hospitality and a unique look at New England life.

Another great trip to Little Compton to The Home by The Sea. Norm, Jill and Salty Dog really make this feel like we are at our home away from home. The hospitality offered to us is outstanding. We are already counting the days to our trip next year.

We absolutely adored our stay here! Karen is not only a lovely host, but the apartment is perfectly set up. It was so cozy we didn’t even want to leave, but the optimal location made it no more than a 10 minute walk to get most places we needed. Highly recommend for all!
