Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with queen size bed (suitable for x1 child/young adult or x2 small children sharing, a shower room and wc and open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. An outdoor area adjoins the chalet with table and chairs and designated area for bbq with fire pit. Pets welcome (x1 ) £20 per stay. Pets not to be left unattended in chalet. Mach loop viewing point is 10 minutes away. Coed y Brenin mountain bike trails is 15 minutes from chalet by car

Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Walks right from the door, private and not overlooked, Mach Loop in the same valley. Pub within walking distance (roughly 20 mins, sensible footwear recommended). Not suitable for those with limited ability. Sorry no dogs.
