Very easy settlement, location in the heart of the old city, from the entrance you immediately get into the Dome Cathedral without exaggeration) It was very nice to find a New Year's gift at the Christmas tree, thanks to Catherine! Paid parking almost behind the house along the promenade or free 10 minutes walk.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Riga. Cozy, clean, very comfortable bed. The kitchen is an additional plus - I love when there is a choice, you can go to the local market, buy excellent local food and prepare breakfast yourself, or you can go to one of the many cafes. Nice ans cozy appartement right at the center of old Riga. We really enjoyed our stay and do hope to come again soon)

We enjoyed our stay at Ivar’s place. Communication with Ivar was quick and easy. The location is good, supermarkets and bus stops are close. The place is clean, stylish and pleasant. Everything you would need is there, the only thing is washing machine isn’t there, it might be a bit uncomfortable if you are staying for a longer time but there are laundry service nearby. Thanks!

Near the house there is a public transport stop (tram, bus, trolley) To the old city drive 15 minutes. Quiet, sleeping area. Recommend . If we are in Riga, we will definitely stay in this apartment!

This is one of the nicest places I have a stayed at. A home away from home so to say. The place is very clean and spacious.. A nice flat with all amenities. Alot of thought has gone into the style and it really does pay off. Located just of a main street with private parking for one car of space is available. Highly recommended for a place in Riga.

Wonderful apartment in a good location. Martin is a good host, answered messages very quickly and was polite. In the apartment everything is taken into account for a comfortable stay in it. Definitely recommend it!

Martin's place is great for a stay in Riga. It's in a nice district, around 20 minutes walk into the old town, near a nice park. It's very close to the art nouveau gallery and the latvian national gallery, and Martin gave good recommendations for plaves to eat and drink. Check in and out was very easy and Martin was very responsive. The flat was spotless, really nice and there were lots of thoughtful touches like phone chargers and different flavours of tea. Would definitely recommend this flat.

Me and a friend were staying in Riga for a couple of nights and Martins place was perfect for what we were after. Located in a nice area approximately ten mins walk into centre, the apartment is very modern and stylish. Martin was great to communicate with, really clear instructions and some great local tips, including places to park. Would definitely recommend for others

A cosy well thought out space in one of the most beautiful areas of Riga-Martin has thought of everything in the flat. We especially appreciated the TV with Netflix, chargers and the electric blankets on the bed! Martin responded extremely quickly to any queries we had. You can reach lots of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. A great Airbnb that was a perfect place to stay for our short city break to Riga-we would definitely stay here if we came again!

This is a lovely stylish gem in the centre of Riga, well-linked, clean and quiet and full of thoughtful touches such as charging cables, dishwasher, a very helpful guide to the area, a selection of tea and heated bathroom floors (the list does not end here). While I have not met Martin in person, he was always available via airbnb and communicated very well. One thing I'd mention is that the bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall but the wall does not go all the way up to the ceiling; so if you are in the bedroom and other guests are in the living room talking/watching TV you will hear them. Was not an issue for me and the flat is very quiet otherwise. Would definitely book again.

I can safely recommend this apartment for arrivals in Riga. Located in the very center of Old Riga, getting there is not difficult. I especially liked the access to the apartment by a separate safe and code, which eliminates the need for a personal meeting with the owner, who, by the way, is quite responsive and promptly answered questions. In the apartment I would like to note cleanliness - carpets, dishes, bedding. There is a heater that did an excellent job of heating one floor, as it was cool. There is all the necessary utensils for cooking, but consider the lack of a microwave. In general, the impressions are still the most positive!

They arrived together for 4 days. Aigars sent detailed instructions for settlement, no problems, settlement was easy. Great apartment for 2 people, fully consistent with the description and photo. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard, no neighbors are heard. Good wi-fi, basic utensils available. There is tea, salt, sugar. The apartment is conveniently located, 10-15 minutes walk to the railway station and the center of the old city. Near the corner of the store, you can buy everything you need.

Fantastic place! A stylish apartment with a lovely indoor fire which made every night amazing especially as its freezing outside. The flats on the top floor with a few stairs just after a secret door you'll have to Bob down to enter. It's so quiet and the beds nice and comfortable. Loved it! Far far far better than a hotel.

This is a wonderful place, beautifully and very comfortably furnished. Janis made me feel very welcome, and made possible both a late time of checking in (still coming to personally welcome me) and a late time of checking out. The apartment is very spacious and as it is at the back of the apartment building, overlooking a quiet court yard, it is very quiet. It is located in a beautiful area, with easy walking distance from the city centre.

Great clean and bright apartment. The biggest problem is the need to climb the 5th floor by steps after long walks around the city. But on the stairs it was often possible to meet a fat neighbor cat who cheered up.

We really enjoyed staying at Kristine's place. The pictures are accurate and it was like staying a "cave" with a Medieval feel. As noted by others, there are no windows so it is quite dark but there are plenty of lights. The bathtub is quite small but it worked out fine for two nights and had hot water. The location was fantastic and we were right in the heart of Riga. Kristine was very quick to respond and communication was excellent. Highly recommend for a short stay in Riga!

It was a very stylish accomodation and to live some days in a real underground really helps forget about the time above :)

Kristine was excellent in her communication which helped as I don’t speak the local dialect. The apartment was centrally located in the old town so it was easy to get around. A very different style of apartment that I was used to. It also had a toasty fire for the chilly evenings.

The location is very convenient, all the main attractions of Old Riga within walking distance. The nearest cafe / bar is 100 m. The Dome Cathedral is 5-7 minutes on foot. Very comfortable, convenient and unusual. If you want to live in a fairy tale, then choose these apartments!

The apartment is very nice and exceptionally clean. The location is also perfect, close to everything you should see in Riga. The communication with the host was perfect and we were provided with towels and shampoo, which is great especially if you're backpacking. The only minor issue I can think of were quite thin walls between the apartment and neighbor, who was a bit loud sometimes, but definitely nothing serious. Would visit again! Thank you!

Everything was as promised on the description. I recommend downloading the Bolt app for getting around the city. The drive to old town from here is 2-4 euros, so very affordable and quick. The building was peaceful and quiet.

Nice small size 1-bedroom apartment. Everything what you need for a short stay in Riga for a decent price. Location is great, only about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. It was not very easy to find the entrance to the house. It is located through the arch located on the right hand side from the Computer shop.

From the bus station to the apartment, walk 25 minutes in an average step, take a taxi for 4 minutes. At the beginning of the house on the street and the entrance, I was directly transferred to the horror)))) but ... the apartment is the same as in the photo) comfortable, neat, everything you need is at hand: shower, soap, shampoo, gel, dishes, kettle .. . In general, we are comfortable!) If it’s cold, there is a second heater, but it was enough for us. For two, in our opinion, a great option for a budget vacation. Settlement and eviction are independent. Mistress is a golden man! Constantly in touch, answers all stupid questions) Our recommendations! Thanks you!

Booked a day before departure. Natalia promptly answered our questions. No problems with settlement. They threw off the detailed information on time. The only thing to get to the 96 house, you need to go into the yard 98 of the house (despite the fact that the neighboring house says 94/96). The apartment has everything you need, with the exception of an iron and a hairdryer. The battery is electric, it heats perfectly. In the room after 10 minutes it becomes very warm. From the station for about 20 minutes on the lit streets. Near Rimi supermarket, open from 8 to 22.00.

If you want to experience Riga at its finest, go and stay at Zane’s apartment! Its location is lovely, right in the Old Town. It’s a nicely renovated apartment in a historical building and it was very clean. Check-in was very easy and Zane responded quickly to all of our questions. Paldies!

We had a wonderful stay at Elza’s place. It was beautifully designed with all of the home comforts mentioned in the Airbnb profile. The location was perfect for us - about a 30 minute walk to the old town in one direction and a 30 minute walk in the other direction to get to the ice hockey game we’d booked. Cheap taxis via bolt were also available but we liked to walk or get a cheap bus/tram as they were right on our doorstop. There is also a shop right on the corner - perfect for late night snacks! Elza allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early which was great and meant we didn’t need to carry them around with us for the afternoon. She then let us stay later than the given check out time as there was no one checking in after us. She was so lovely and accommodating and I would highly recommend her and the apartment. It really made our time in a Rīga special.

This is a lovely apartment, conveniently located. It has everything you need to feel good. Together with a friend we stayed for several days. Elza gave detailed instructions on how to get there, was friendly, and inside the kvariira we found recommendations for places to eat and guides in Riga. Grocery stores and a park are located nearby. You can easily move from the apartment on foot or by bus. Recommend!

Main Attractions of Riga: Old Town, Art Nouveau Quarter, Central Market - within walking distance. Edgars was always accurate in directions and recommendations. The apartment is in perfect condition, clean and tidy, everything is as in the photo) The landlady is sooo kind and helpful, she said that it was better to visit the city, her advice helped us) Walk to the main sights for about 25 minutes or a tram for 5 minutes) We are all very liked it, thanks

We had a rest in Riga at the beginning of January 2020. Antra's apartment completely coincides with the description on the site and with our expectations: clean, comfortable. There was enough space for 4 people. Antra met us at the house. Since we were traveling by car, the parking issue was very acute. Parking at the house is closed, but very small. Many thanks to Antra, she took our place. She talked about the nearest shops, showed on the map the main attractions. Near the house there are several supermarkets, working until 22-23. We always walked to Old Riga for about 20-25 minutes. But trams and trolleybuses run very often. We recommend this apartment for a stop in Riga.

The apartment was nice and cozy, and very well equipped. Great value for money. Antra was very responsive and helpful. The only issue I had with staying at Antra's place was the noise coming from the upstairs flat, presumably caused by kids jumping and running.

Great and very clean apartment!

Everything was perfect. Near to the city center, free parking, clean and stylish apartment. If you forgot to take something in the trip, you can find everything in apartment: toothbrush, pasta, shampoon, pasta, soap, umberala and even a first aid kit. It is a good place to stay in Riga.

Everything was great. Really stylish apartment with lots of space and everything you could need. It's probably a little too far from the city centre to walk (about 30-40 mins) but it's close to the bus and the taxis are pretty cheap depending on the time of day.

The apartment is easy to reach by public transport from the airport and is located in a very quiet neighborhood just outside the center, which can be easily reached on foot (20 minutes) or by bus, which stop is located a few steps from the accommodation. The space is very nice, clean and large, equipped with everything needed for the living room. The check-in and check-out procedure is very simple thanks to the instructions sent by the host, who is always available in case of need.

Cozy apartment, good location. Artur and Tanya are great hosts and shared clear instructions how to get to their place; we arrived earlier and left our stuff; as a bonus, we had Netflix to watch in the evening after the long day of sightseeing.

As advertised. Everything was spot on. Basic commodities like toilet paper, soap, towels were provided, which was very nice. It is quite close to city center and many shopping malls especially if you are traveling with a car. Price was also very good for the quality provided. Would stay again.
