Beautiful apartment, super close to the old town, very delicious coffee, very warm welcome and there was even a cake for us. We really enjoyed it in this apartment with absolutely great flair! The organic restaurant one kilometer away is highly recommended!

Our stay at Alice's place was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect to explore Rimini and close enough to the train station that you can get trains/buses elsewhere if you want. The apartment is a lovely place to stay in, very quiet with a private balcony and a lovely kitchen. The biggest compliment I can give is to the hosting its self! Alice was very flexible allowing us to both check in early and check out late as this suited our travel plans and her Mother had kindly baked us a delicious cake on our arrival. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Rimini and if I ever travel here again I will look to see if Alice's place is available :)

Stefano's place is surprisingly! The neighborhood is full of things to go, great restaurants, and that beach atmosphere that makes it more special. He was a great host and was very easy to get to the place. I would highly recommend the place to anyone! :)

Bettina’s place is amazing! She has the best window coverings I have ever seen. We all slept in! The house is right across the street from the beach and Bettina offers so much knowledge of this very interesting area. We spent the evening pouring over Bettina’s research. The place is great. The stay at Bettina's house was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and finely furnished. The windows of the kitchen and bedroom overlook the sea, providing a pleasant view. We stayed 5 in this lovely apartment to celebrate December 31st. The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs and even more! We found water, a bottle of wine, tea for the children and three very welcome kinder eggs and fruit. Impeccable cleanliness. The building is facing the sea very comfortable in summer! Wonderful holiday in a perfect house, super organized and equipped with every comfort, with a spectacular sea view, in a very convenient position to quickly reach the beach on foot and by car both the center of Riccione and supermarkets and shopping centers. We loved spending some quiet time in the off season at Milvia’s. The apartment itself was a sparkling clean, cozy den where we spent amazing nights just listening to the sea, or huddled in warmly with a glass of wine. Alex and Marta made our stay feel like home: always there to help with everything, responding quickly to our requests, and resolving any issues we had. The area itself has all the things one needs for a perfect retreat: places to restock whatever consumables one needs, a magical beach and the best pizza right across the street! Great apartment! Everything is clean, good repair, it was nice to spend time there. The landlord allowed us to check in earlier, since we were leaving for San Marino, and we also left later, since there was no one after us that day either. Close to the beach, there is a direct bus from the station, to go somewhere 25-30 minutes.

A great place and a very good location for having time in the beach, exploring surroundings on foot, by bus or by train. The kitchen has got everything for making food, the balcony is a nice place to spend time with the great view of the sea. Highly recommended !!! Maurizio's availability was immediately seen by his flexibility in making a check-in in line with my needs given my being limited by last-minute work setbacks. Communication was always very clear and fast. The apartment is equipped with everything !!! Also excellent for the location because for basic necessities there is a Conad supermarket around the corner ... for a bit of entertainment / shopping there is Viale Ceccarini 10 minutes away on foot. I will definitely be back.

Rimini is a great place to stay and Federica's house is a perfect accommodation, few minutes away from the town centre and few minutes from the beach. The house is big enough for 4 guests and you have all the comforts: big shower, big kitchen and cosy living room. Federica is quick to respond and available to help you with everything. Definitely recommended

I stayed at Federica one weekend in January and I felt at home, a warm and welcoming space, equipped with everything!

The apartments are located on the ground floor of the villa, there is a separate entrance and exit to the garden. The location is beautiful, about 7 minutes to the station, the same to the beach. The place is quiet, I think that even in summer the noise will not hinder a comfortable rest. Photos are true. The apartments have absolutely everything you might need. Ideal for families with children. A pleasant surprise was the very comfortable pillows. We visited Rimini in January, the apartment had a very comfortable temperature. And finally about Federica and Lorenzo. Great caring and friendly people. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. For example, a guide for guests, a bus schedule. We had no problems! We would love to stay in this beautiful place when visiting Rimini.

Beautiful apartments located on the 1st floor of the villa 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the historic center of Rimini. The beach is very close, literally 5 minutes. The apartments are equipped with really everything you need - a sufficient number of dishes, a large refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, TV. Nearby you can park a car, there are places. We felt at home. The apartment has 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed, two more are similar to children's beds - with separate beds and a table. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, beautiful linen. The apartment is very clean and fragrant. The house is beautifully furnished with love. There is access to the kindergarten, to a small terrace where the table is located and you can sit in the warmer months and have a great evening. And at night birds sing in the garden. Lorenzo and Federica were always there, they readily answered all questions, very nice, friendly and hospitable people. Special thanks for the compliment from the hosts - a bottle of excellent local wine. We will be happy to return to the apartment! Good luck with the guests.

The accommodation is well equipped, nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable. Cleanliness and hospitality were also great. From the pool you can see the sea which is great. It is 7 minutes by scooter to the beach and 15 minutes to the Misano World Circuit. We will come back.

Spacious, beautifully furnished apartment for four people. The apartment was clean, the pool surprisingly large and the equipment very extensive. The hosts are super friendly and reliable. On foot you need 20 minutes to the sea, the accommodation is located on the mountain. That's why a car is necessary. We had a great week and we can only recommend the place!

We had a very nice time in Riccione. Already on our arrival we were greeted by Daniele very friendly. The house is as described very well equipped and was very clean. Our children were especially from the pool very enthusiastic :) We could enjoy the holiday and would gladly come back.

We stayed at Guido's house the two central weeks of August, two adults and two children. House equipped with all comforts, as described. The residence where the house is located is really very nice and very nice. The house is very well furnished and is also very functional. Daniele is really very kind and always available for any need and Guido is a very helpful and quick host. Although the house is near the discos of Riccione, closing the windows is well insulated and the air conditioning in the rooms allows you to sleep very well. It is close to the center and to more supermarkets. If you bring bicycles there is a pedestrian path up to Viale Ceccarini, only that the last piece is rather uphill, so we organized ourselves leaving the bikes at the base of the climb and we did up and down with the car. Outside the residence there is parking without problems on the street, however a covered parking space is available for guests. We also used the pool, very pretty and never too crowded. Our experience has been very positive indeed!

The neighbors were all really nice. Very relaxing stay with a nice little garden, always clean pool, private parking right in front of the cottage. However, it is important to have a car to visit the beach, the supermarket and the beautiful places nearby. The children cried when we left. We return. Strongly recommended.

Danielle was a great host. We were able to reach him with questions around the clock. The house was beautiful and very clean. Even extra blankets for cold days were thought. He even brought us sugar when we forgot it while shopping. Danielle took us to nearby restaurants.

Excellent location 2km from Rimini center, excellent independent check-in, newly built studio

All excellent, too bad that this time we could only stay one night for a business trip, but in the meantime we discovered Giuseppe's b & B and we will be back both for work and for a personal holiday! The studio is well presented, updated in the facilities and equipped, excellent for two people and very close to the sea. The parking space inside the courtyard was also very comfortable, ours was also a big SUV. Certainly a plus not a little given the parking problems in Rimini especially in summer. Automatic check-in and check-out were also highly appreciated, so finding traffic we weren't worried about the poor host who had to wait for us. The kitchen is well equipped, we only used it for breakfast but finding that it is fine for longer periods.

As you can see from the picture, the ceiling is tilted, so it can be a negative depending on the people, in my experience it has not affected. All neat and in place, pillows a little too soft.

Pasquale is an excellent host. The place is cozy, third floor (with lift), single room (double bedroom) with clean bathroom. A place is conveniently located, just 200 metres from the beach, and 10-15 minutes walk from the main railway/bus station. There's a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Breakfasts where a nice bonus. Definitely a great place to spend a short vacation in Rimini.

Lorenzo’s place was a great stay. About 5 min walk from Coop which was really nice and about 25 min walk to train station or city center. Great location and super cute space. My boyfriend and I loved it.

Lorenzo is a super host with great taste! The apartment is very comfortable) it’s true that it is constantly cold there (in November!), But there are two warm blankets in the bedroom)) and we need to get used to the fact that this is an attic)) we beat off our heads) girls! The socket to which the plug from the hair dryer fits is at the refrigerator!) We definitely recommend this housing option.

Quiet and nice accommodation, we spent there nice moments.

Staying at Amanda's place let our family feel as we are at home, and it's especially important when travelling with a baby. There were everything we needed at home (towels, kitchen stuff, blankets etc.), and even more! We could always contact Amanda if anything, thanks a lot for that. We also liked the neighborhood which was perfect for strolling and tasting Italian coffee, delicious piada and gelato near the home. Also, public transport stop was near, so we could explore Rimini downtown very easily. Highly recommend the place!

Diego's place is amazing option if you want to be close to the city's center and yet in a silent and tranquil zone. It is few minutes walk from the main square and all central streets, close to the market and great bars for breakfast or aperitivo. In reality you are close to everything you might need in the center. Diego is perfect host who really dedicates himself to welcome you and make you feel like home. He is kind, gentle, ready to give advice and share his home with guests. He lives in this place so this is authentic airbnb experience like it used to be years ago. I needed peaceful place for days full of business related activities in the center and his home proved to be great choice for that. Diego understood my situation and helped me as much as he could. Next time when I need a place to stay in Rimini, I definitely know where I will stay.

Amazing place to stay with an aircon. Slightly noisy, but well fits those who are not bothered by a motorcycle passing by. All locations are near. Grocery store is near. Very convenient. Conference centre is 19 minutes away on foot. I am grateful for having Ivan as my host and I can recommend this stay to people who would like to have a spacious and breathing room at Rimini.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for a room close to the beach. A great value and an amazing view of the city and the beach.

Dario's accomodation is a bit out of the hustle and bustle, so it is quiet at night. In just 5 minutes you are on the beach. Even shorter is the way to various small restaurants and minimarkets. To the city center and thus to the old town with all sights you need by bus about 25 minutes. The buses run in about 10-minute intervals throughout the day and also into the early morning hours. The bus station is less than 5 minutes from Dario's accomodation. Dario's accomodation is beautiful and the view is unique (shower with sea view!). Dario and his father Maurizio were available for all sorts of questions and gave me various tips. I felt very well. Many Thanks!

The rooms are neat, clean and fragrant. The perfect location, very close to Piazza Cavour and the historic center. We don't have access to a kitchen, but that's fine. The hot shower takes a little to warm up but it's not a problem. They were very kind, polite and I highly recommend.

Claudia and Roberto are charming hosts who make sure you have everything you need. Their home is beautiful and Roberto is keen to share his knowledge and books with guests. I especially enjoyed chatting to him (over a breakfast of Claudia's delicious home made cakes) whilst he showed me books about Rimini's architecture and history. Thank you for a lovely stay!

To begin with, this is a very hospitable family. Claudia's father is in charge of the household; he spent most of his time with the guests. Very attentive and kind person. He even gave me a present on departure, gave me a pack of Italian flat cakes! I'm touched :)! The location is excellent in order to walk from the train station to the room, walking in the center or having dinner. But to the beach for about 20 minutes for sure. Although you are walking along a pleasant street, going out for a swim whenever you want will not work), but in the evening you don’t have to go in the dark. At the beginning of my arrival, we had a misunderstanding with the number, but Claudia quickly decided everything and I was overpowered. Breakfast is simple, but very tasty, they cook sweets themselves! I recommend and will recommend this mini-hotel to everyone. By the way, its surroundings are interesting in that it is really made in the style of a literary cabinet with details of antiques.

Ok, that the apartment is cute you can see it from the photos. That it is located in the best area of Rimini is evident. So I won't talk about these aspects. Instead, I want to tell what I have seen and experienced, what is behind the doors of the wall units, what you cannot know if you don't stay in there. So I state that I was in this apartment during the Christmas holidays. Now she will seem stupid, but the apartment was decorated: a decoration on the door, the sapling with lights and other decorations in the bedroom. I at my house this year I hadn't decorated anything. This is to say the attention of the hostess to detail. This attention to detail emerges in an even more important way as regards the equipment of the apartment, what as I said a little while ago, is hidden behind the wall units: there is the blender (it never happened to me to find it in an accommodation in rent) all the cookware to cook anything, the kettle, the rolling pin (the same applies to the hand mixer), the juicer, the iron with its axis since there is a washing machine and in a room on the ground floor even the dryer, which also allows very long stays if desired. In short, I had never found an apartment complete with so many amenities before. Indeed, often in the holiday apartments there is not even a rag on the wall. Here things are different. Even what normally is also found in other houses here has an edge: the 32 "flat TV is branded, not the usual super cheap and the bicycles available are Legnano instead of the supermarket. In short, all oriented to the best possible experience in Rimini Have a good stay!

The apartment is just as described and shown in pictures, very clean, with an excellent location. Close to the beach, and the main road along the beach with plenty of restaurants, but also on a smaller side street that meant it was a little bit more quiet. Elisa and her husband even provided us with the use of a pair of bicycles, which was a great touch. We were able to bicycle down the coast to enjoy the weather, sights, and food and do so further than we could walk!

We found the apartment absolutely perfect. Traveling with a baby a few months ago we had made requests to Elisa and we found everything we hoped for at home, even more. The communication and hospitality of Elisa were impeccable, always available and attentive. The accommodation is located in a strategic position, convenient for the sea but also for services, restaurants, shopping. We will definitely be back!

The sea is nearby, the kitchen is suitable for full cooking, the presence of a washing machine allows you to comfortably stay for several weeks. There are necessary consumables. Bicycles in the garage near the house, you can see more places. In the courtyard is a cute sociable cat.

The apartment is very nice, clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The beach is close, the district is alive and very animated. Elisa is constantly available with great kindness. We had a great week without touching the car that can be parked on site

The stay at the Marina center suite was excellent. The house is well furnished and offers the necessary services to spend a good stay. The area in which it is located is quiet, close to the promenade and in the area there are numerous commercial activities open, however, especially in summer. The only flaw is that it is not very close to the center ... to get there you have to either walk for 20 minutes or take public transport.

An exceptional place, a few minutes from the station and the center. Lots of privacy and a small outdoor smoking area. The building maintains a classic appearance on the outside but extremely modern on the inside. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are spectacular in design, colors and have all the comforts (maxi screen and equipped kitchen). Clean, comfortable and well heated place in winter. Friendly and helpful staff and owner. Delicious welcome of homemade desserts. Good choice.

Very clean apartment, well located, close to the sea, modern and nice decoration. Very practical apartment. Small garden at the entrance to land. Just be careful because the parking meters are expensive, so follow the advice of Elisa.

Me and my friends we’re looking to visit Rimini for a night and we were super impressed upon arrival with all the amenities Elisa’s place had to offer. Having bottled water, snacks and even a personalized map of Rimini was very accommodating and made us feel at home. In fact, we enjoyed the town so much we were lucky enough to book the place an extra night! I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment was ideal for us two (my sister and me). The equipment left nothing to be desired (everything available: oven, air conditioning, microwave, sandwich maker, Nespresso machine, etc.). It was very lovingly prepared: it regional keckse and muffins were on the table to the welcome. Also otherwise it had included in the price food / drinks such as: spreads, water, milk, coffee capsules, sugar, rusks and other. The beach with nice fine sand is within walking distance within 3-4min. Also the shopping 'mile' with many shops, wonderful restaurants and Gelaterias

All that, even more, compared to what is described and to the images proposed!

Elisa's place is in the basement of a very nice building, but there are still windows in every room. There is a kitchenette which we used to make breakfast, lunch and coffee (there is a nespresso machine). The shower and bathroom were great, and the bedroom was very nice as well. It was spacious and homey. There was no washer in the apartment, but Elisa was kind enough to allow us to use the professional washer/dryer in the building and helped us figure it out. This place had more of a hotel feel than the average airbnb and was by far the cleanest place we stayed at. Elisa left us a bunch of delicious homemade cookies and pies (she even gave me the recipe!!). I would stay here again for sure. Thanks Elisa for a great stay in Rimini!

Great location for those traveling in the downtown / conference center area without giving up some beach time in a hole. All the guys in the house were extremely friendly and helpful. They had no problems in providing me with information and material when needed, helping me to resolve some critical situation. Recommended!

Very pretty and impeccable accommodation to spend a stay in Rimini! A closed and private courtyard is available for vehicles and the nearest supermarket and 4km! A refrigerator and micro are available but no kitchen at the moment (in the project), which is the detail to know for this accommodation! And the terrace is the little extra!

Nice and clean place to spend few nights. If you have a car then it's ok location only 15 minutes from Rimini canter. We missed equipped kitchen in the apartment. There is microwave, fridge and water boiler but still not easy to have even simple coffee in the morning and there is no place close where you could go to have one.

We stayed in this apartment in 3 and for 3 nights, we found ourselves very well because nothing was missing, even the kitchen was very well equipped! Located in a central area and therefore it is easy to walk to any other point of the city! The owner was very kind, on arrival he picked us up from the station and on his return he accompanied us! Highly recommended !!

Stefano's house is a 15-minute walk (with a stroller) from Rimini station. And it is a stone's throw from the sea. Stefano was super nice and quick to respond. The house is small but there is everything you need, even a nice balcony. There are two TVs, one per room. Stefano also provided us with a camp bed for the child. The apartment is in a condominium, on the second floor with a lift. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the many bars on the seafront, a stone's throw from Stefano's apartment. In 20 minutes on foot you also arrive in the historic center of Rimini, very nice. Absolutely to recommend. Thanks Stefano!

Our stay in Rimini with Stefano was perfect. The flat is well-located, clean, has everything necessary for a short stay (apart from Wi-Fi). Stefano was super helpful he picked us up from the train station, and gave good recommendations about restaurants. Would stay again there next time in Rimini!

The stuff is really kind and always helpful. The place is cozy, clean, with a nice vintage style, good youth and musical background atmosphere. The answer for booking request was quick and the information on the hotel is accurate. Really happy of have stayed there and met the great city of Riminy.

A very useful base for those who must stay in Rimini.

Youthful, cheerful and colorful environment. The possibility of using the kitchen to cook a meal is a great thing and the possibility of socializing while doing it for me was an added value. The billiard room and TV room complete the picture. If I go back over there, I'll come back for sure, oh yes!

Very good attention from all the staff and the owner. Freedom of action at any time to enter and exit.

I loved the place, a room with a double bed, private bathroom and an amazing breakfast for just 23 € is a bargain. Plus it is very conveniently located, I could park just in front, the staff was friendly, the kitchen very usable and the atmosphere cool. I had also access to a computer, which came very handy. I'll be back.

Casa dolce casa is an apt name for the apartment, because I felt at home, Luciana is a very friendly and helpful host who knows her land well and can give excellent advice on what to visit. The apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort and abundant breakfast, I have always found free parking right in front of the house, but if necessary there are various parking areas a few meters away ... Highly recommended !!!

Apartment located near the convention center. Equipped with every service and Mrs. Luciana was really helpful in meeting all our needs.

It's a "home sweet home", as Luciana named it - I didn't expect, however, to find a kitchen which is prepared for Gordon Ramsey. The living room is big, the appartment is in the quiet area. Beautiful bedroom with comfy bed, huge closet and nice mirror. Calm view. Luciana is a warm host, comunication was perfect - loved the experience.

So if there was a level higher than the superhost, then Luciana would use it. Large spaces, impeccable home, fruit at will and a tart made by her to say the least delicious. And then an infinite kindness and courtesy. Not 5 but 10 stars. ❤️

Luciana’s place is comfortable and filled with personal touches that enrich your stay. She personally greeted us for check in and even made us a delicious pie! What a wonderful stay we had in Luciana’s beautiful space!

The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the Rimini Conference Center; looks like in the picture, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Luciana was a fantastic host, helpful and kind in leaving us a tart for breakfast.
