This house is quiet and has a great view over the valley and Flathead Lake. If you are travelling in the summer, the sun comes up around 5am and there are no window coverings. The house got really hot and no privacy for ground floor master windows.

The place is awesome. We were fortunate to see a herd of 60 elk off the deck! It was awesome! You don't need to bring much but your clothing and personal items. Almost everything is provjded. The hosts are very responsive. Super place to stay!

This is a gorgeous house with an attentive and kind host family. Our kids loved exploring the house and yard. We enjoyed Flathead Lake and the surrounding mountains. We are hoping to return in the coming years!

We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. The view of Flathead lake is amazing. Great kitchen! This is a house for families with older children. I would be nervous with toddlers and the decor and accessories of the house.

The house was wonderful! The only thing that I think the home could improve is maybe some shades on the bedrooms. The home was very inviting and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Our 2 day stay was far too short at this exceptional house and even better location. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and the host was very easy to work with. If we didn't live a thousand miles to the east, this would definitely become a regular destination.

What a wonderful stay at the Dragonfly ranch. Kim was such a gracious host. She met us at the home upon our arrival gave us a tour of the house, charming and eclectic, just perfect for us and an overview of the land surrounding the house. Nothing beats the amazing view especially of the sunrise and the flathead river out of the bedroom and living room windows in the house. Absolutely breathtaking. Josh's place was very nice, secluded and quiet. We did not have hot water and the bathtub is not for use as advertised. The fireplace was nice and the bed was comfy. We appreciated josh's communication and the place was clean! There were just little inconveniences but overall enjoyed our stay.

Josh has a beautiful home situated near the shore of Flathead Lake and only a short walk to the shore. Josh kept in clear communication with us prior to and during our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kim was the most incredible host we could have possibly asked for. The cottage was absolutely perfect and secluded from the main house for privacy. The scenery is breathtaking, with a walk to Black Lake (gorgeous!) that was truly awe-inspiring. As perfect as the cottage was, it was the host that made our stay so memorable. Not only do we plan to return, but we also plan to keep in touch with Kim who is a beautiful ray of light. If I could sum up our experience in one word it would simply be MAGIC. Kim's place is a lovely place where one can get away from the busyness of life and enjoy some solitude. My favorite place was sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful views with places and lakes nearby to explore. I believe Lakeside is the closest town for groceries and such. Our family enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

This was a great little cabin, perfect for solitude. There are two neighbors within a few hundred yards, but you can't see them and they can't see you. There is a simple garden area out front that the pheasants, quail, deer, wild turkeys, and assorted other birds came to visit while I was there. It is very quiet except for the neighbor's rooster, which was far enough away that I couldn't hear it with the windows closed. There was a strange and fairly loud popping sound that the building structure makes as it heats up and cools down each day, but it didn't bother me. Chad and Kim are excellent hosts and the few times I needed something during the week they responded immediately. If I'm ever back in the area this is where I'll stay again.

This cabin was truly amazing! The views were breath taking, it was peaceful and quiet, and it was so comfortable and homey. Kim was a fantastic and kind host. She was very quick with communicating and always easy to reach.

Such a lovely cabin! Exactly as pictured, except the images don't to the interior justice. This space is peaceful, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home. And they gave us eggs from their chickens!!

Kim's cabin is the perfect Montana get away! Tucked back in the mountains to give you privacy and amazing views, yet only a quick drive to the lake and town. The cabin is goregous inside and out! We loved all the animals roaming around(the sassy cat was our favorite), the porch, the fire pit and the charming decor. Kim was every inch a perfect host, quick to answer, helpful and kind. If we ever find our way back to the area we will be try to book this again.

The cottage was very peaceful and serene. Kim was great with communications. We loved sitting on the porch and taking in the scenery.

I can't say enough about our stay at Kim's place. What a great place to stay. Loved every bit of it. Kim's husband very accommodating even our earlier arrival and having wood split for a fire!!! Laundry broke down and he even finished it for us at their place. If you want a place to unwind this is the place for you!!! Would love to come back!!!

The place is beautiful and was perfect for our grandchildren to have fun on the lake. There were lots of activities to wear them out.

Caitlin's cabin on the lake was a fantastic place to stay for our group. We had more than enough sleeping space and being right on the lake was amazing. The cabin is actually part of a summer campground so there are a bunch of things to walk around and see on the property. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy everything the place had to offer but our stay was only for 1 night.

The cabin could fit a lot of people and had a beautiful view of Flathead Lake. They hosts were very helpful in allowing us to have an early check-in and late check-out for our board retreat.

We enjoyed our stay. Wonderful value for a large group and right on the shore of Flathead Lake. Not clear in the posting but the dock and basketball court was not near our cabin, a good jaunt away.

Josh's house is a lovely, roomy one in an out-of-the-way location. We found it perfect and very restful after our days hiking in Glacier. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Josh was a welcoming host, and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend both him and his home!

His accommodations were excellent: very comfortable king bed, nice, clean private bathroom close to the bedroom, beautiful home in the quiet woods near Flathead Lake.... just what we needed. We really enjoyed our conversation and coffee with Josh the next morning before we left. We would definitely go there again.

This is a fabulous house in a wonderful secluded setting. A huge and very comfortable bed with access door to the grounds. Josh was very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we woke after a good rest to see deer grazing Close to the house and then feasted on a fine breakfast in the cafe in Lakeside.

A pretty dated place to stay. Kitchen utensils and pots/pans are old and almost unusable, not a single knife is sharp and no sharpener. Bed is a bit squeaky and noise from the next door marina can wake you up early in the morning since lack of AC forces you to sleep with windows open. Would book some other accomodation on Flathead lake next time.

The experience with Denise at the lake house was painless and smooth. She was there to welcome us and briefly show the place. It is a fun open floor plan attic apartment. This is by no means a luxury suite but rather a slightly rough around the edges living space with some 70s era decor. A perfectly suitable base of operations for exploring the wonderful area. This place is right on the water next to a marina which is great for the nautically inclined. Thanks Denise!

We loved our stay here, including Killian, our four year-old rescue. It's in a secluded, peaceful lakeside town with scenic backdrops. Approximately an hour away from Glacier National Park, it is also next to two other parks. So it's centrally located to all the action--not to mention this property is also right by a lake (Eagle's Nest doesn't have a lake view though). The apartment itself is quite cozy with its open floor plan. It has vintage decor; and, if you plan on cooking, bring all your essentials i.e. salt, pepper, cooking oil, and whatever spices you like to use. Last, but not least, Denise was amazing. Friendly and easy to communicate with. She was as hospitable as her warm smile. Eagle's Nest was great to us and hope it'll be great for you, too.

Denise was a great communicator and very helpful, meeting us upon arrival and showing us the accommodations and property. The one room, studio-style apartment is spacious, but fairly spartan--fine if your main goal is to spend time on the lake. The kitchen was lacking some basics for meal preparation, but Denise was very responsive about getting us what we needed. She is going to do an inventory to make sure the basics are available next time. Be aware that this property is on the back of the building, and thus does not face the lake, so don't expect a view. The spacious lawn is shaded by trees down at the waterfront and there is not a beach area or dock, but it is perfect for sitting in a lawn chair in the shade and reading a book, or launching a kayak and heading out to Wildhorse Island, both of which we did several times with much pleasure. Not much to do in Dayton other than dock a sailboat--not any businesses open, actually, so the peace and quiet can't be beat. You will feel like you almost have the lake to yourself! Enjoy!

Denise was a great host. She was very quick to respond to our inquiry. She was flexible with our arrival time and understood when we were running behind. When we arrived we were greeted and it felt like we were being welcomed home. Denise gave us a great tour of the property and also some local food ideas and then let us get settled in. The property was exactly what were were hoping for. It was quiet, we were able to park and not have to drive anywhere for the rest of our stay. Everyone on site was very friendly. The waterfront location was amazing we could sit by the water and just take in the beauty in the shade or in the sun. The unit was clean, everything worked well and we did not have any complaints. We had a question as we were about to depart and Denise was quick to respond. We will come back again.

A quiet spot that feels like a small fishing village. It was a wonderful break after the faster pace of some of the busier stops around the lake. The eagles nest is darling and comfortable.

Our stay at Joe & Melanie's lakeside cabin was cozy, oh so relaxing, and fun! We loved having our own personal dock/lake access, and the access to the canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks was just icing on the cake. Great view, great location, and great host!

We had to make other arrangements for our stay but despite this, Denise treated us professionally and refunded us our money. This allowed us to enjoy our stay despite the confusion.

We loved our stay at Amy's meticulously organized home for comfort and care of guests. Location is right in the quiet Flathead forest in Lakeside community. Amy has been a great host. She proactively communicated the check in process and left the unit ready for our late check in. The pantry and refrigerator had great selections for breakfast. I rate A+++ for this 4 beds, 2 bathroom unit and highly recommend checking out this home away from home close to Kalispell and Glacier National Park.

First of all I just want to say that the location was beautiful and the host was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. The house was pretty nice but not exactly what we were expecting for the price. The host left muffins and juice for breakfast which we thought was a very nice touch! There was also a BBQ which was really nice for cooking especially since there was no way we were going to cook inside. Which brings us to the main issue we found with this place. There was no a/c! Not only was there no a/c but the house wasn't aired out at all or any fans turned on when we arrived. It was so miserably hot inside that there were even 3 rooms that were completely unusable and most all of us ended up sleeping in the living room area! In all fairness we never thought to ask about air conditioning but it would have been nice for the place to at least be aired out before we got there so it wouldn't be so miserable. Other than that, everything was okay, and we enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with this house. I made the arrangements and booking the morning of our arrival. Amy was very prompt in communicating which helped this come together. The directions were easy to follow to find the house. It is in a very convenient location just a few minutes south of Lakeside. The curb appeal of the place could be improved but the inside was terrific. It is almost like the Tardis, substantially bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable furniture, great kitchen table, multiple sitting areas, good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a really spacious master bedroom/bathroom. There is a smaller deck with a view of the lake. Its not a big vista type view but still nice through the trees. The deck was a nice place to sit and eat dinner. The only thing we really were missing was more outdoor space. Possibly the back yard was available for use but its not directly accessible from the upstairs rental (we didn't ask). Overall, its not super fancy but was a much nicer and more comfortable space than what we have had in more expensive homes. Amy has done a great job making this a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a family.

Great spot in Lakeside. We had 8-11 people roll through the place throughout the weekend and there were no issues with not enough space. The quick walk down to the local community dock was easy and easily the best part of the trip. Great views and an awesome spot to float in the lake, jump off the dock, or hang out on the built in patio. The upstairs apartment had plenty of places for people to crash after a long day in the sun at the lake. For the location, amenities, friendliness, and overall satisfaction, the price was great. Would definitely stay again.

Amy's place was amazing, everything was very well set up. Rooms were good and comfortable. She had also made lot of refreshments options available on our arrival. I would definately recommed this location. It's also very close to Lake Flathead, we also spotted some deers near by.

I love that there's enough beds for the whole group. There was a lot of things to do which was nice for the size of the group. There was 14 of us.

Great spot on Flathead, we spent 4 nights there and it was great. Perfect spot to have kids play in the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There are some trees the blocked a lot of the view from the deck, so we would move down by the water to enjoy the full view. A few nights/morning the neighbors turned the sprinklers on the shared yard right when we wanted to enjoy the yard so we could not, but when we told Denise about it she got right on it and got them turned off. Overall great spot for a family to enjoy the lake.

Love this place on the lake. We have stayed here two years in a row now, love the setting and peacefulness of the lake. Kids love the use of the dock. Photos in listing do not do it justice. Kitchen could use a few staples and better equipment. But still enjoyed our stay.

This house is beautiful, it has great views of the lake and it is close to restaurants and a grocery store. We very much enjoyed taking the kayaks, canoe and SUP on the lake. The SONOS sound system worked great throughout the house and is easy to operate. It was also fun to watch a few deer around the perimeter of the house. Highly recommend it.

Jenna and Grant were the perfect hosts. Jenna welcomed us at the house upon arrival and gave us a tour of the spectacular property. Expect to be blown away by the beauty and charm of this house directly on the lake! We enjoyed the hot tub and loved being able to get out on the lake with the paddle board and canoe they have available for guests. The property is easy to find and a quick drive from Kalispell and great grocery stores and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return someday- this is by far the best Airbnb my family has ever stayed in. We couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed this vacation with my 6 year old son and was a perfect place for kids- fun sleeping loft, toys, and very safe lakefront for children to play. What an amazing place!!!!!!! You will love it. This cabin was beautiful and located in a secluded little bay on Flathead Lake. We had 4 people, and it was a cozy fit. We used the barbecue on the patio and spent tons of time swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding off the dock. Waking up to beautiful lake views was the best.

LOVED our stay in this little love nest! The cabin is cozy and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The view from the dock was my favorite spot. We brought our 18 month old son and the grounds were great for him to run around and play, not to mention well kept and beautiful . We also loved running around the state park which was RIGHT next door. We woke up and hiked a 2 mile loop most mornings. Kari was extremely helpful and there for any questions we had and even gave us a list of hikes to check out in the area. The town of lakeside was so close for running in to grab groceries, coffee or dinner. It was exactly what we needed for a great Montana vacation! We'll be back!
