A lovely place to stay - and close to everything! Probably one of the reasons you should stay with Sergio is the comfort of having everything in your block: pharmacies, supermarkets, main street, bus stop and the felling of being safe. You will find everything you need over there. Although sometimes the internet was not working we had a terrific time in the depto.

Sergio is an excellent host. Your hospitality is remarkable and the place is beautiful. In size for one person it is more than perfect and the location has easy transportation. If one day I return to Rosario, I will look for Sergio again to stay in his apartment.

Sergio's apartment is very comfortable and cozy, it is very well located within walking distance of restaurants and bars, besides outside the apartment there is a police patrol day and night which gave us a lot of security. We had a small inconvenience with the main door of the enclosure that had a small "morning" to access the apartment, however, are details. I recommend it and would return without a doubt.

This apartment is ideal for exploring Rosario, located in one of the most relaxed parts of the center, not far from the river. It is very well equipped and Paula even thought of leaving a blanket for picnics along the river and all the maté equipment. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. It is quiet, well equipped, WiFi works well. Last and most important, Paula is super nice!

The apartment of Leandro and Paula is very well maintained and full of care in the details. A very clean and smelly place. As soon as I entered the apartment I could feel that it was quite clean. The stay was faultless, very good! We found a very clean and comfortable apartment, and the communication was always very good. Very organized to check-in. I only have few comments: the first is that there was not much toilet paper, the second is that despite what the comments of some guests say the apartment is not silent (although this is not something that the hosts boast about, only the passengers), and the last one (which always gave me a lot of laugh haha) is that my name is not Diego, it's Guido :). Despite these small comments, I repeat that the stay was very pleasant and is a great option to stay in Rosario. Would come back. Thank you!

Very nice and modern apartment with comfy bed, AC and kitchen. The building itself is quite old. Check in process might be a little tricky, since host does not live there and you have to communicate to pick up the keys (but that might be because we arrived late). Still recommended, great quality!

Julio's house is small, ideal for a couple or with young children, with a beautiful garden, pool and barbecue to enjoy and rest. Julio is an excellent, attentive, friendly and diligent host. There are some small details that you can surely easily improve to make this house a perfect choice in quality / price ratio. Thank you very much!!

The house is compact but comfortable. The park and the pool are amazing. The area of the house is super quiet and easily accessible to move around. Julio's attention is divine and he was attentive to everything. He let us go with Milanesa, our dog, who was super happy running everywhere. It is certainly recommended to go as a couple, friends and family. We will be back shortly!
