Perfect location! Nestled between Puerto Nuevo and Ensenada, a stones throw from Rosarito and Valle de Gudelupe you cannot beat all that this location has to offer! Shane is a consummate host and perfect communicator of all services and support efforts!

It was a great relaxing place

If you want to smother yourself in luxury and know what it feels like to live like a baller on the ocean front this place is magnificent for just that. I recommend this place not just for its beauty but the host Shane and the property manager Luis really make it feel welcoming. Will be doing this again in the summer for sure

Shane's place was really beautiful a d secure and safe. Guards were checking on the beach often for everyone safety and place was very comforting and clean . Shane had board games and all kitchen amenities. Pool takes longer to heat. I would suggest warming up the pool atleast 8 hrs before use to be comfortable temperaturein winter times. Electric hot tub was always hot which was good . We really enjoyed Shane's place and definitely recommend to anyone

Wonderful place with amazing views.

I had very high expectations for this house based on the photos and reviews, the house and owner somehow exceeded my vey, very high expectations. The ocean view in the house is amazing, I saw dolphins swimming while I was waking up in my bed, Lourdes is lovely and attended all my requests, the house is located inside a lovely hotel with great service (margueritas and shrimp tacos on the beach). I highly recommend this place this house is in my opinion the one of best Airbnb we have stayed since we started four years ago.

Location, location, location. This place has the best views! We enjoyed waking up early and enjoying coffee on the patio! Only a short walk to a semi private beach with great activities for the kids. We explored the surrounding areas and found a small cave nearby while the kids enjoyed the tide pools and just having most of the beach to ourselves. Tons of places to eat near by as well as a pretty complete little grocery store for all your needs within walking distance. The place felt safe as it had security at the entrance with ample parking to leave your car. Will be back, thank you!!

David and Tessa’s place is definitely a nice stay with a beautiful view of the beach. They responded pretty quickly so it wasn’t too hard to find. I went here with some friends and they enjoyed it very much too. We had pretty much everything we needed there and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend checking it out if you’re planning on visiting Rosarito/TJ area :)

This was a great place to stay, centrally located, safe and quiet. I liked there was a garage to park my car. Tommy was great with communication and provided a guide on how to get everything working, ie, tv, lock on front door , how to work the showers. He called right away after we arrived to make sure everything was to our standards. There is a upstairs patio that has a view of the ocean and it would have been even better if there was patio furniture up there, regardless it was so beautiful. I will definitely stay here again!

Ray was such a great host. His home was beautiful and I was so excited to see that it was literally right next to the beach, walking distance to all the shopping alleys and bars. My favorite part was being able to walk through the beach to get to Papas & Beer and the balcony overlooking the ocean. Can’t wait to go back! Definitely recommend

Great stay to know all the coast from Tijuana to Ensenada. 1,5h away from Valle de Guadalupe and 30 mins away from Tijuana. 3 bedrooms-5 beds, great terrace.

The view was so much better than expected and everything we wanted to go to was walking distance which made it so much better. Great overall trip and space.

Ray's spot was perfect for the weekend. The rooftop deck worked out great and the rest of the house was spacious enough to accommodate all 12 of us guys. Ray had multiple inflatable mattresses to go with the beds and couches. We arrived just in time for a great sunset over the water and we could walk all around town without issue. There wasn't any foot traffic around the house and we felt safe and secure the whole time.

If you love the beach you can’t go wrong ! I loved this stay!! The upper deck and outside view is so beautiful to wake up to and go to sleep to. Better in person . Such a cozy and cute place to stay . I felt safe at all times . You are literally on the beach nothing can beat this. We arrived late and Vicky offered us a later check out at no charge . We had an issue with the hot water which was resolved within 20 min . Waking distance to the city area but still quiet at the house . I look forward to staying here again in the future

This unit is in the absolute perfect location, footsteps to the sandy beach! It is definitely a quaint space, but it has everything you’d need for a short stay in Rosarito! Vicky was so kind and generous also.

This little cottage was amazing! It was the perfect size for two and the location can’t be beat! Step outside the patio and your toes are in the sand. Convenient to a market and a short walk to the tourist spots! We will be back!!

Perfect beach getaway. It was such a priviledge to spend a much needed mini vacation here. You're greeted in the morning by the view and sound of the ocean. Evening bonfires, super cute deck to enjoy the view, kind neighbors. What more could you ask for. Anthony's rental is just as it describes. Very clean and decorated nicely. Love the collection of books! Beach chairs included as well. Towels, heater, some toiletries provided. Clean and comfortable bed/bedding. Just down the street from delicious food and shopping. Highly recommend!

Security and local support staff were amazing. Gave great advice and helped us navigate the city. The apartment is gorgeous, and you can walk from the beach into downtown Rosarito before the tide comes in! We really enjoyed our stay.

The home was perfect, I booked the place without showing anyone any pictures. Once we showed up and entered the home it was jaw dropping. No one could believe we were staying at such a beautiful place.

Fantastic place! All of us loved it. My family went for my sister’s birthday (5 adults and 1 baby). Place had ample room for all of us. We were able to cook, get in the pool and jacuzzi. Very well designed place and great touches. Close to Rosarito but away from noise. Courtney is very attentive and easy to communicate. Thank you for a wonderful memorable time!

This place is world class! Words cannot describe how beautiful and clean this Airbnb was. Right on the beach with beautiful amenities and securely gated community. It’s close to the center. My most favorite part was waking up in the most comfortable and huge bed by the ocean. Hot tub and pool access was a plus. It’s a slice of heaven indeed and Cortney is so good at communication!

This place is WONDERFUL!!! Everything about it made our stay great. Super clean, modern, and the views were awesome. When we first arrived we were greeted by security who had awesome customer service. Parking is on top which is cool and you just go down the stairs and you are at the front door. Spent a month here and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The ocean views and accessibility are amazing. The rooftop space offers a great vantage point for sunsets. The villa is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area/beach. The place itself is peaceful and serene. The WiFi is fast and strong. The security staff is very helpful and diligent. Hope to stay here again someday.

Angelas place is a must stay! A part of me wants to keep this gem a secret but I also truly want to spread the goodness that is her home! My most favorite feature is the roof top jacuzzi. Trust me, no matter how cold it seems to be outside..the minute you step in its heaven! You will not even know you were cold. I recommend only 2 people at a time. Also you could use the jacuzzi at any time of day or night. We enjoyed watching the stars and sipping champagne. Dont forget to bring water to brush your teeth and have to drink while there. You will enjoy this place :)

Such a beautiful place! Interior and exterior are gorgeous. House is steps away from the beach and minutes from food and fun. Angela and Paola were excellent hosts and were able to quickly respond when I had questions. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Place was very nice. It was a little cottage in a gated community of condos. There were guards/custodians who consistently walked around and kept an eye on the place. They check people in and out through the front gate 24/7 (I believe, we never got home too late--though we did leave at like 4:50 am one morning to go fishing and someone was there to open the gate). The beach itself is an isolated cove with cliffs on either side, so there's not people wandering up via the beach. It's a GORGEOUS view! The house itself included a hot tub on the roof, which, admittedly was a little small and took a long time to heat up, so we used the community hot tub (there's two right by the beach). within the home was ample space (for just three of us). Two full bathrooms. It was cozy and they also had a smart TV which was nice to be able to watch Netflix, etc.

The property was clean, spacious, and perfectly advertised. The views of the ocean from the inside of the home as well as from the rooftop lounge were priceless. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub, pool, and easy access to the private beach. The home was everything we expected it to be!

The place is fantastic, the patio is huge, the view of the ocean is great, very clean, and modern. Lots of reconstruction going on, but we still enjoyed the pools and jacuzzis. It is a bit secluded from Rosarito, but still close enough to Uber around, (about 10-15 minutes away from Rosarito), and 25 minutes from TJ.

Great location and place. 5 min beach walk to Bombay beach club or Papas and beer. Awesome local places I recommend to visit Tinta Negra brewery, Tacos el Norteño all within walking distance.

Great place to stay with security 24/7 on both condos and parking lot. Staff is really friendly, really nice are for the kids, heated little kids pool, play ground and great ocean view within a couple meters. Overall great experience.

If we could give them a 10, yes, better than a five star, we would!! Cheryl, Baldemere and their sweet perro, greeted us and were so welcoming when we arrived after a day of delayed flights. Directions were flawless!! The location is tucked away in a quiet gated community that we never felt unsafe for a moment. Morning french pressed coffee(local grown!!) was quite the treat out on the patio, watching the waves and taking in the morning sun!! Every day, we would chat and plan our day with our gracious hosts suggestions. GOSH you two...just THANK U!! Taco de Yaqui is a MUST as is Mariscos de La Vikinga!! Do not miss either! The casita home is clean and spacious. Dont over pack like I did!! Walmart and other shopping is just down the road. Bathroom in the main home is beautiful, clean and a hot shower!! You can interactas much or as little as you want with the hosts, but I'll tell you, we arrived as strangers and left as good friends!!! They are so kind, thoughtful and fun!! Cannot wait till either we return, or they come see us!! Thank you again, Cheryl and Baldemare!!! Scrach our puppy for us!

My boyfriend and I stayed here during a mini getaway weekend, it was so beautiful. The place is located only 20 minutes off the Rosarito strip and about an hour from Ensenada. The hosts provided such an amazing experience as far as hospitality goes. We will definitely stay here again!

Cheryl and Baldemar gave us clear directions to their place and greeted us when we arrived. We chatted a bit when we passed each other in the main house where the full shower is (bathroom all yours), and they made us coffee both mornings! Very friendly, hospitable hosts. The casita was cozy and with a great view of the deck and ocean waves. Really nice to be able to step out back and be right on the beach. Lots of amenities (boards/beach umbrella/beach towels/robes/bathroom supplies/utensils/kitchenware/coffeemaker). It was nice that they were there to answer any questions and also be in a detached area of the house. Thanks for providing a great beach experience!

Cheryl and Baldemar are incredibly gracious hosts, we would highly recommend On Top of the Ocean. You fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean, it is so peaceful. We stayed there in December and the weather was chillier than some might expect in the evenings, but the guesthouse was warm and cozy. The outdoor patio makes for a lovely hangout spot so we would recommend bringing your layers if you go during the winter, it is quite serene to relax out there! One detail that I didn’t catch from reading the description (but was no problem whatsoever) was that our guesthouse had only a half bath and we used Cheryl & Baldemar’s lovely shower when we needed a hot shower. On Top of the Ocean is ideal for a relaxing getaway from all of the hustle and bustle.

Staying at Max’s apartment was all a great experience. The lady that met us for the check in was super kind and she was always available whenever we had questions. Totally recommend it!

I highly recommend this place. One block away from the bars and nightclubs if that’s your type of scene. The road is bumpy but don’t let that stop from staying here in this rustic home. There is WiFi and Netflix if you want to stay in and drink. The stay here overall was very comfortable and welcoming.

Our Airbnb plans were a last minute kinda booking! We found Marysol’s place and her communication with us was super fast! Marysol’s place is not easy to locate so we met her at McDonalds. Her place is on the left side of the street right before 7/11 and McDonalds, if you passed both of these two American establishments then you’ve gone too far! The place is tucked away as you have to drive into a dirt road to get there. The place was quaint, immaculate, small, but had all the amenities you can ask for! I would definitely give two thumbs up and return to Marysol’s place.

Comfortable interior with lovely beachfront views. The stairs were not a deterrent! Occasionally the power plant nearby sounds like a jet engine for an hour or two but eventually subsides. However the dogs on a balcony below do not. They BARK a lot.

What a great place to stay in Rosarito! Super stylish, all newly renovated, and a huge gated secure parking spot that every fit my Ford Raptor and my scooter. Walk to everything or take an Uber! Make sure to eat Breakfast right next door at “El Carrito”... it’s amazing!!!

Idelisa’s apartment was perfect for our needs. It’s a quick drive into downtown Rosarito, and she was thoughtful enough to leave coffee, waters, and two beers for us upon arrival! Nice place to stay in Rosarito, centrally located, place was clean. We enjoyed our stay at Rudy's place.

This place was cozy and super clean and very secure. For the first time I enjoyed taking a shower in Mexico, there was no smell or chlorine in water. The bed was super comfortable, there was cable, WiFi, a tv in the living room and bedroom, perfect when you have travel with kids. I also liked the comunicación with Rudy, he answered all our question and got back to us very quick. This place is amazing, We love our staying here and we are looking forward to come back.

I enjoyed my stay at Rudy's place. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. I would recommend this Airbnb to anybody wanting to get away and have fun.

Great place very clean

La Paloma is just outside Rosarito, Mexico. The condos are in a little enclave above the beach within walking distance along the beach to the town. The condos are in a safe community and this one is exceptionally clean. Rudy is very responsive and we would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in this area.

Janet place is great has all the amenities that you need beds were comfortable. The view is amazing beach front just as shown on the pictures beautiful sunsets to see while sipping on some wine with your significant other. Close to down town but far enough to get a goodnight sleep. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect spot, so lovely, sleeping to the sound of the ocean, felt like we were in our own private paradise! Everything we needed was there, and for an airbnb, had great cookware! Building staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, made us feel quite safe and secure. We can't wait to go back!

Janets place was clean and in a great location. Short drive to downtown Rosarito and private beach within a couple of steps. The view is outstanding and we were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to return!

Really easy place to get to and stay close to beach, as in down the block. The area is really cool. Lots of awesome artwork in and around the area and around the corner from stores with easy access to lots. Definitely recommend if you’re an active beach goer!

Great location and amazing view in front of the beach. 3 min drive to Rosarito and also a 15 min drive to Puerto Nuevo. Andrea the host was wonderful, very quick on communication and knowledgable around the area. She recommended Birrieria “El Cuñado” which is down the street from the place and the food is amazing. Would definitely book again.

Great experience and a great view.

We arrived during a rainy day and expected the place to be freezing cold. Surprisingly, the place was not as cold as we anticipated. The electric heaters in the condo allowed us to keep our baby warm. The condo was quiet and peaceful, which helped us rest. Unfortunately, our car was too low to enter the parking area (which is under the structure). Fortunately, there was sufficient parking spaces in front of the condos. The condo is conveniently located near the scenic highway. All in all, a great experience. We plan on staying here again, in the near future.

My friends and I had a great stay at Xime’s place. The location was perfect for a quick getaway; close to downtown, great beach access, easy walk to nearby restaurants/bars. Would absolutely book again/recommend for future travel to Rosarito!

My friends and I got to stay at this condo for 3 days. The place was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean! Xime was also extremely quick with his responses and helpful in helping me find the location of the Airbnb. Staying here made my trip a lot better than I had expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pool, hot tub and beach access were the highlight of our vacation. Check in was easy, Andrea is very helpful and quick to respond. Location was a quick $2(USD) Uber trip to get downtown Rosarito area but far enough that we had peace and quiet from the tourist nightlife. Overall we highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful place with great amenities!

We had so much fun staying at this beautiful space. The view is just SPECTACULAR! Walking right onto the beach, so dreamy. The place was very clean and kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes etc. Good location, easy to get some food in taco shops near by. We would love to come back for another getaway.

A wonderful location with an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Mexican sunsets. Our familia enjoyed the semi-private beach, the spacious grounds and attentive staff (security guards and outdoor maintenance). The host(s) were extremely responsive - it’s was a lovely location to enjoy Rosarito and Valle de Guadalupe. We hope to be back soon!

This is a great place to book! The View was breathtaking! The rooms and common areas are tidy, clean, and stylish! There is security at the complex so I felt safe! You have direct access to the pool/spa as well as the beach. Location is also not too far from downtown Rosarito and there is a 7/11 and pharmacy conveniently located across the street! Tracy/Paola are great hosts and were communicative and responsive! They surpassed my expectations by a mile!

This is an A list property: very clean, right there on the Pacific, you can sleep or nap to the sound of the waves. Secured complex, close to Rosarito and 15 mins to Puerto Nuevo. Prompt replies from Tracy and Paola. We'll be back!

This place is awesome, super clean, beautiful and a great place for a getaway. Beautiful ocean views and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and we’d stay here again and most definitely recommend staying here when visiting Rosarito.

The house is very functional, fully equipped, has no washing machine or clothes dryer. Excellent location, perfect common areas, access to the beach and incredible views. Guards a bit rude and less friendly. The best: the views, the beds (clean and comfortable), the impeccable pool, beach access. The worst: the awful dining room mat. In general we enjoy it, highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Gabriel's place! The house is very clean and spacious. It is located in a private community and we felt safe at all times. There is a grocery store walking distance as well as several restaurants, bars and liquors. The house is not beach front but it does have beautiful views of the beach from a window in the living room, one bedroom and of course the balcony. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning.

Good location in town. It’s a cute place. Definitely a good deal and they keep it really clean.

The best part of the stay was arriving there and discovering little surprises around every corner. The view was amazing from the top porch and everything was so neat and clean!

The stay here was great! The house was clean and is about what you’d expect from the pictures. The view of the ocean in the morning was therapeutic, would come again. A tip for those not very familiar with Baja, I was using Apple Maps and it was trying to take me to a different address. I would suggest using Google Maps.

Scott's place is awesome. Very clean and perfectly located. A short walk to downtown. We loved that we had beach access and a pool to enjoy. They have a folder with places to eat and things to do. Which is pretty thoughtful Its a great place to stay at in Rosarito.

The location is great. The on site staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is clean and nice to walk on in low tides. The view from the deck is beautiful.

Clean, great ocean views out of the glass wall/sliding doors. Fairly quiet during our stay(January) with little activity around the deck, hot tub, pool area. Privacy inside the unit could be an issue in busier months with people enjoying the recreation areas outside since this is a ground floor apartment. Though with that you have easier access from pool to living space and back all day. There are shades to provide said privacy but then your view is compromised which is the best part of staying here. Overall a very nice condo. Would stay again.

Perfect place, so close to the beach, and a short taxi ride to downtown Rosarito. Free parking at the house located behind a gate so it felt very safe. Would love to come back!!

Guillermo’s place is great!! I felt very safe in the gated community, which was very important to me since I haven’t visited Mexico in 10 years and was returning now with two small children. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Their were so many thoughtful touches in the house, the board games were a hit since it rained a couple days during our stay. The location was perfect for visiting family in TJ and also spending a day in Puerto Nuevo. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Guillermo!!

Great little spot!! Very safe area walking distance to any of the great thing that rosarito has to offer. Gustavo was very nice to receive us, recommend several local spots and was quick to response any of our needs. Very clean and comfortable, apartment has very unique touch with the decoration and furniture. I would most definitely recommend to anybody trying to spend the weekend here. In addition, parking is at convenience as you can see your car from your bedroom window. There is also a private parking lot around the corner it was priced at $8 for the day. (we didn’t use it but it was offered to us) *10/10 recommended

The place is great, better than we expected. The host was friendly and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. Conveniently located to the highway, on the main boulevard, and a 10 min drive to the main attractions like Papas&Beer and the beach. Affordable and comfortable space to crash after a full day of being out and about.
