The Loft, A Little Bluestem Farm-stay

The Loft at Little Bluestem is located on a family-owned working flower farm. Our farm is located just off the historic Natchez Trace Parkway, approximately 45 minutes north of Jackson. We love this place -- from the bluestem grass that grows in our pastures, to the egrets and herons that call our little ponds home -- and we are excited to be able to share these little wonders with you, so that you too can wake up to the sounds of sheep, walk among our flowers, and fish in our pond.

Sweet Olive Cabin Morton, MS

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.

The "Treehouse", as it's been called, is nothing short of picturesque with it's towering stone fireplace and close attention to detail, from aged metal accents in the bathroom to the wood walls that encase the entire structure. An outdoorsman's paradise, one of Central Mississippi's most incredible properties, this Rankin County retreat will take your breath away from the moment you enter though the rustic, custom gates at the front of the property.

No large parties. Small get togethers are fine.

We do not allow parties. Fees for early/late, check-in/out are payable on arrival/departure. We allow one pet 50 lbs or less. Other things to note: The cottages are next door to Shuckers Oyster Restaurant/Bar featuring live music Wednesday through Sunday. Enjoy weekly lunch specials Monday-Friday (11:00 am–7:00 pm); and Country Breakfast Brunch Saturday/Sunday (10:00 am-2:00 pm).
