The explanations of the hosts on my arrival were very clear, they were reactive in case of questions, the self-check-in / check-out is a real plus. Regarding the apartment, it was clean, sober but very pleasant modern, for one person it is really spacious, ideal for a stay alone or as a couple in Rouen. Located 1 minute from the town hall square, close to shops and transport. A little bit of noise related to the fact that the floors are parquet but not bothersome. I recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!! The apartment could not be better located to see the city of Rouen and all of the amazing cultural and social places of interest. Vincent and Valentin were so very sweet and very helpful during our stay. Communication with them was never a problem and I would highly recommend their apartment.

It is a quiet studio where we can see green leaves of the trees from its windows, then we see the city of Rouen below as it is on the hill. It's easy to take the F1 bus and the metro. Michel is very nice and kind. I recommend this studio without hesitation!

Sam’s place is a beautiful, quaint and warm little abode right in the middle of Rouen’s Old Market grounds. Perfect for a single or couple, the space is in a perfect area to wander the streets and take in the sights like a local. The close parking is a real plus and Christine is very responsive in case of trouble. An address not to neglect to spend a good stay in Rouen.

Very good housing, good location (train station 10min walk), spacious, quiet area. It is in my priorities for a future displacement on Rouen. Christine is very responsive and welcoming.
