Nice cozy cabin and the deck with table, chairs, a fire, and hot tub was just delightful.

It was in a great location to get anywhere you would like! The covered hot tub and out door fire place was a absolute plus for our winters stay! We stayed warm!

This cabin was perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway! The cozy fireplace and relaxing hot tub were some of my favorite features. I will definitely be planning a trip back soon.

Very cute cabin in the woods and close enough to town for whatever you may need. Good view from the hot tub and a great place for pets too, as the porch has a gate to keep your pups safe! Thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and doggy bags were greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back in the future.

John & Amy’s place was very cozy, sparkling clean, and close to downtown main area. The tv room was a nice amenity with a good selection of movies. We enjoyed the hot showers with the heated bathroom. The bed and linens were also clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Scarlet and Michael’s cabin was absolutely beautiful. I fell in love with the pictures, and it was even nicer in person! The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is in a pretty cool area; it’s a residential neighborhood with lots of houses, but also very wooded (reminded us of the Adirondacks, for any other travelers from the Northeast). We didn’t see any elk, but there were lots of birds and deer walking around outside the windows. Downtown Ruidoso with lots of restaurants is minutes away, and several places are even within walking distance. We didn’t meet the hosts, but Scarlet was very sweet and great with communication leading up to our stay. Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer! We’d love to come back to the area someday and if we ever do, Scarlet and Michael’s home will be the first place we look to stay at again. We’d absolutely recommend it to other travelers!

A very cozy place to stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. Michael and Scarlett even left freshly baked cookies for us which was a lovely touch. :) The cabin was only a 35-minute drive to Ski Apache and was less than a 5-minute drive to town. Great location and great, updated place!

Great little cabin - we had a very peaceful, cozy getaway. Mornings drinking coffee and watching the local mule deer herds was a highlight. Very thankful we could bring our fur baby as well. We would love to stay here again.

If you want to escape the stresses of "being an adult" for a few days then Sneak Away to Alfredo's place. A sweet little cabin with special touches that made for a perfect getaway. The hot tub on the deck is amazing, the double person jacuzzi that is set up for bluetooth and with LED lights is made to relax in and soak all your stresses away. The pictures do not do this sweet little gem justice. Go see for yourself...you'll not want to leave. We will absolutely be back to either SneakAway or one of Alfredo's other places.

Wonderful place! The grandkids enjoyed the deer coming right up to the porch, picking up pine cones and running up and down the hill. The host left sleds on the porch for the kids to use as well! Everything we needed was in the house. So much better than keeping the kids cooped up in a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this cabin. Wrap around deck and hot tub were wonderful! We had plenty of towels and kitchen essentials we cooked our whole stay and had fun at Sacred Grounds coffee-- you must try this place!!! We weren't sure about winter weather we did end up needing snow chains for the hills on Musketball but we were semi prepared to have to buy them local Napa Auto was great next time we will come in 4 wheel drive but perhaps those not from South Texas wouldn't have found the hills an issue. We had so much fun, fires were cozy, napped on the deck, watched hawks, saw elk!!! We are coming back for sure. This place was roomy for a couple looking to spend time together. We had no agenda for this trip. We were never bored. Absolutely gorgeous and a dream cabin vacation!

This place is heaven on earth. It’s so serene and the views are breathtaking. It was everything we wanted it to be. I thoroughly enjoyed drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck. The only thing I regret is not staying longer. Lane & Richlyn were great hosts and so kind. They supply you with everything you’d need to cook/grill and even have a Keurig for coffee drinkers like myself. Do yourself a favor and book now! You won’t be disappointed.

Eli Runs Cabin C is cozy and warm. The heater works fantastically if you don’t feel like using the fireplace. Although it isn’t very clearly pictured, there is a large, deep tub in the bathroom that fits two comfortably and has jets. I’d love to stay here again.

The cabin is so so cozy and perfect for a weekend away for 2. The wood burning fireplace is so nice, the bed is comfortable, and the cabin is very clean.

Everything was great! There was a few spots that needed a little cleaning but nothing really to be upset about. The incline to get to the property is a little steep, and while we were there is was a little icy and then got muddy when the ice melted, but we made it in our two wheel drive. Overall the trip was EXCELLENT and provided much needed rest and relaxation!!

Place was great! Perfect for a nice getaway with your significant other. the hot tub was perfect. You could see all the stars and we even saw a shooting star. Definitely recommend if you like getting cozy.

Great little cabin get a way!

We had the best weekend at Sam’s Cabin! It was peaceful, private and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It was down the street from the Ruidoso Winter Park which was great as we made plans to visit there for the weekend. My only complaint was that the hill to get up to the cabin was a little steep and was not a paved road, we had a hard time getting up there once it was dark. Also, we had trouble locking the sliding doors but we were able to get the hang of it after a couple of tries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back to visit and stay at Sam’s Cabin again!

If you like a sparkling clean yet cozy this is definitely for you. I love old cabins but not always crazy about the other things that come along with "old"....this was just the right balance. The location is perfect for Ruidoso. Private backyard was also a great plus. I would love to revisit this little spot.

A cozy space with beautiful modern touches. My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend and couldn’t have had a better time. The location was perfect for visiting down town, exploring some nearby hiking trails (10 min from Perk Ridge Trail), and Ski Apache. The place is located in a quiet pocket of the town. Only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to turn on Netflix with the listed instructions for the TV. We would definitely stay again!

We love the Elk Cabin B ! It was perfect for our little family of 3 ! It felt like home away from home, it was the perfect amount of space, cute fireplace, queen bed and living space area and kitchen space that allowed us to save money by not having to eat out ever night, was super close to downtown, ski Apache, winter park and the casino and right down the street we found a horse sleigh that ran right though our neighborhood. Super clean and all the decor and rustic feel was super cute ! We definitely plan to stay here again !

This was such a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place to stay. I had a nice room with comfy bed to myself, and shared a very clean bathroom. Lisa’s house is the epitome of mountain style and beautifully decorated. She is a fantastic hostess! She even set me up with a great ski instructor for some higher level lessons. I’d definitely recommend her place!

My partner and I just wanted to go somewhere for 1 night to get away from the desert, and not only did we get to be surrounded by stunning scenery, but also got to meet and get to know Lisa - a truly wonderful human being. Another bonus is her adorable dog and quite possibly the snuggliest and sweetest cat I've ever met too! We will be back, that is for CERTAIN!

We enjoyed our stat Michelles she was awesome. Great hospitality and the cabin was perfect. Everything was clean she had pretty much everything you would need. We were even greeted by 2 deer the whole time we were there. The view this cabin has of the mountain from the bedroom to the living room was just great. We would definitely stay there again!!

If you're looking for a cozy place for a romantic getaway, this is the perfect place! The Cottage is located close to Midtown and to the other attractions Ruidoso has to offer. Not only was it a convenient location, the stay at the Cottage added a special touch to our trip. JoeAnne is a very kind and considerate host. She gave great local tips to maximize our trip, and her breakfast was delicious! I would happily stay at the Cottage again.

JoAnne was quick to respond to us once we booked our reservation and she provided clear directions on how to get to her place along with what to expect - check-in/check-out times, etc. She was very responsive and provided a wonderful breakfast. This small room was delightfully decorated and quaint. Because it was cold outside we weren't able to make use of the beautiful patio area. Just a note that this space is small if you're wanting to spend time visiting in the room; but it was completely as advertised and very snug and cozy. A perfect room to sleep in, and would be exceptional during Summer and Spring if you are looking to "hang out" on the property.

Amazing view and great place to stay at for an affordable price.

View was amazing and deers are everywhere. However, there are no utensils so bring your own spoons and forks if needed. Also your own water and food ofcourse. Bathroom, towels are provided but soap, and shampoo are not. Everything else was provided. Your money is worth the view in the morning despite what is lacking.

Our stay was fenomenal. The lodging was better that was expected. All the small details you would need for your stay. I would definitely come back for a longer stay.

The Travis Cabin was clean, organized, all instructions were clear and accurate. You will find everything you will need: kitchen supplies, towels, bed sheets, hot water and AC/Heater. You will find a grill outside the cabin which is very useful for cooking outdoor. The space is reduced, so I think more than 2 people will be kind of uncomfortable. Vann was very kind and always available to answer all our questions. Additionally she allowed our senior dog to stay with us at the cabin. Location is perfect, you are in the way to the mountain to the ski Apache. I recommend this place if you want something in the middle of the wood, you will se some wildlife (dears, elks, etc) we really loved this place

This cabin is a true gem. We would not hesitate to return and hope we can be afforded the opportunity again. We were able to disconnect while having all the creature comforts of home in a place away from home that was cozy and tranquil. Thank you!

We spent a couple of days at this place and we had a great time. It’s a warm and cozy place, close to all Ruidoso attractions including downtown, hike trails, lakes, casinos, etc.

Not much too say, the place was great for what we were looking for. Nothing really stood out, one or another; no surprises. Which is something I highly value. It was a great location, just a few minutes away from Grindstone and downtown. Messaged Corina a couple of times about some questions and had very quick responses both times. Beautiful location with some fun things to do, and this was a great place to come back to every night.

It was nice and private, but still close enough to all the shops to walk. My stay here was really nice. This place is not handicap accessible but it's a great value.

We loved our stay at Hootie’s Cabin! We found it cozy and quiet and perfect for the four of us. The large windows upstairs allowed for a delightful view, especially when it was snowing! The location was within walking distance from several restaurants and coffee places. Check-in was simple and the host responded immediately when we had questions. It was a very enjoyable experience for us and we would definitely stay here again.

Dana is a top notch host. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, lovely hot tub, chiminea fireplace, great kitchen and lots of charm. Surrounded by pines and a creek, we saw deer every day, and were within easy walking distance to the main drag of shops and restaurants. Dana responded quickly to all texts, and made us feel very welcome. Hosts like Dana make us come back to Airbnb every time.

Booked this the night before my stay. Dana responded right away with simple and clear directions. This place is great. Very close to town on a quite road. Everything was just how it was advertised.

We loved our time at Snuggle Inn! We loved having a kitchen to cook our meals, and it was helpful that the basic kitchen utensils were provided. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was amazing, the fire place was cozy. The hot tub was a nice touch, too! The cabin was clean and well taken care of. We would recommend this cabin to family and friends!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! We came to Ruidoso primarily to relax and staying at this cabin was the perfect choice. It was comfortable and cozy, and felt so good to be able to cook some meals at home and not have to go anywhere. It definitely is as advertised and it is super close to town. The hot tub was amazing! Perfect little cabin! All the rustic charm a cabin needs with a twist of shaggy chic! Pictures and descriptions were accurate in my opinion. I did think it would have been a more secluded cabin but although you are nestled in a charming cabin community your neighbors are a good bit spread out. However you will have neighbors this is not a secluded wilderness cabin. Which may be just what you’re looking for considering the nearest grocery store is less than a mile. The hot tub was warm upon arrival just as Lauren said it would be. Getting into the cabin was very simple all her instructions were very clear. If I did have a question on anything she was quick to answer. We did have an issue with the hot tub and she did have the hot tub company out the next morning. The cabin was warm everything worked well in it as far as heaters lights appliances go. you will not need a toaster , pots and pans , spoons any of that. All of your basic seasonings are there but any butter or condiments you’re gonna need to bring. She did have a propane grill out there that we did not use during our stay. I would’ve liked to have a small area for a campfire but they do have fire restrictions so that’s understandable. Less than a mile from this cabin was the beautiful heart of town with lots of unique shopping that we definitely took advantage of. One queen and one king size bed was plenty for the three of us they were comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets already provided. She does have a full-size washer dryer and dishwasher if you are having an extended stay. We did use the washing machine and dryer once to wash the towels since we use so many. She had quite a bit of board games that we spent hours at the table playing and bonding and we even brought our own board game. She had lots of great unique little personal touches and not once did I feel like I was in some dank cabin it felt like home. You will need probably shoes or sandals inside the cabin as you have real tongue and groove floors and that was one thing my mother was having trouble with as she’s older. Also if you have toddlers running around on bare feet I could see how that would be an issue for them. I personally loved the look of the floors and didn’t have a problem walking on them but I could see how children being rough and not paying attention might could get a splinter. There were deer in this cabin community and at one time we had seven right at our porch and it was a sight to see. This little cabin community was very quiet we didn’t have any issues with loud neighbors. All in all we had a wonderful time Ruidoso was a charming town and it was easy to get to anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. Ski Apache was 40 minutes away and we didn’t have an issue getting anywhere and I do not have four-wheel-drive but there was not any snow in the roads during our stay hope this helps and have a great time. We will definitely return to Laurens cabin our next Ruidoso trip. Also this app Airbnb has been a joy to use sincerely and I usually get kind of nervous with apps I’m not familiar with. Thanks

Perfect cozy weekend getaway! Great location! Ruidoso is a beautiful village in the mountains and this cabin was perfect and exactly what I wanted! Such a peaceful and Serene escape! Great amenities and the host is very easy to get ahold of! We will definitely be back!

The location of this apartment was the best and everything was walking distance from shops to eateries. The apartment had all the kitchen amenities which was great and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location! Great price! Very clean! Ceilings are not tall so anyone 6'2" or taller may find themselves ducking to avoid hitting their head. Will definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was as described, close to everything in midtown, and would be great for one or two guests. I enjoyed my stay, Will was a great host and I would stay again.

Will’s place is centrally located in downtown Ruidoso.(midtown) You can walk to many breweries and restaurants from this location which was perfect for the hubby and I. We also had our two dogs with us. It is a small space and the ceilings are a little low but it wasn’t bad for the few days we stayed there. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of shops, etc and would stay here again if we visited Ruidoso.

Ponderosa cabins are right off the main tourist district in Ruidoso. Though they are close to that area, they provide a quiet environment to rest and relax. Will definitely be returning!
