Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. Kayaks and canoes are okay but there is no space for anything larger. Marina and launch ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy so loading and unloading are always quick. The house is on well so sulfur smell sometimes.

Little Bear Cottage-3 blocks from the lake!

Very cozy updated cottage in Russell’s Point. Just three blocks from the lake (spillway) and set next to a farm in a residential area. Very quiet and peaceful while only a quarter mile from restaurants and stores. Located 1.9 miles from moundwood boat ramp. This little cottage is a must see as it has been recently remodeled and decorated to meet the needs of every guest! We have amazing WIFi, comfy beds, propane fire table on the deck, fire pit, and the most comfortable warn in leather couch.

Our place is located on a channel with easy access to the main lake, many restaurants and Old Field Beach. You’ll love our place because of the location, cottage feel, fenced in yard with a stamped concrete patio and fire pit. Kayaks, outdoor dining set, fire pit utensils, Blackstone griddle and Culligan water. While we do have well water, we also had a new water softener and water heater installed in 2022.
