WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmental and hypoallergenic paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Basement apartment with lake view.

A truly unique unique view over the sky mountain lake Christmas lake, against the backdrop of the most beautiful hilly landscape. From the apartment's own tarasse you can follow the life of the lake in a multitude of different birds, and everything from kayaks to regular boats. Most beautiful hikes, MTB tracks, fishing water, etc. From the cozy mountain town of Laven, the train runs in a short time to Ry, Silkeborg, Sejs, Aarhus , the station is only 400m from the apartment. There is no interior staircase between the floors and there is a private entrance to the apartment.

As a small oasis, the summerhouse is located in a protected area between Mosø and Gudensø. It's close to Gudenåen, with access to a common area with a bathing bridge and an area for canoes and kayaks. The house contains two rooms with double beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's a wood-burning stove and heat pump. In the adjacent annex, there are two more sleeping places. Little annex located in the garden. There is a bathroom, a loft and living room with a small kitchenette. The kitchen includes a hob and combi oven, as well as a coffee machine. Hemsen has a wonderful view, especially in the evening where you can watch beautiful sunsets and stars. There are 2 mattresses on the loft, and the possibility of a third. There is a sofa bed in the living room where it can sleep two people. There is a possibility to borrow an air mattress and travel cot, just write. Please note that there is NO wifi coverage.
