“Lake Lyell is quite large and offers all manner of water sports including boating. It's the ideal place to cool off on a hot day. There is an entry fee at the main gate/boat ramp whether you be in a car or on foot but there are numerous entry points which do NOT require a fee. These others do not offer sealed roads or sealed boat ramps so a 4WD is needed for launching boat.”
