This place is absolutely stunning! It is in a very nice neighborhood on a beautiful property. The interior is very unique and is complimented by small but thoughtful things like snacks, tea, candles, etc. I primarily booked this place because of the location but also because I noticed it had a pool table! The location was convenient as we spent the evening in the area and were able to easily come back and enjoy the comfort of Olga’s place! Definitely recommend booking here and would come back again with our little one!

Olgas guesthouse is beautiful and clean. The bathroom has towels and washcloths provided. The room has an extremely comfortable king size bed, no tv in the room which I found very nice. There is a tv in the living area. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking a meal. Overall our stay was great.

Check-in was very smooth, and the instructions were very clear. The place was clean, and just as they described it. They had a very nice yard, and the kids enjoyed playing and were never bored. Overall our family had a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious home in a peaceful setting. Perfect venue for our work convening. Plenty of tables to spread out our work and plenty more for enjoying our meals together. Kitchen was modern and well-stocked. Over-the-top attention to detail with ice, hot tub, barbecues and patio tables cleaned and ready if we needed them. Amazing number of beds and bedroom configurations, so the ‘boys’ could be in a separate wing. Got some local Clarksburg wine nearby and toasted as everything came together. Thank you Judy and Tim for hosting us...We will be back!

I have a group of 17 people, and everyone enjoyed their stay here. The beds are clean, kitchen fully equipped with almost everything, awesome built-in speakers, fully functioning air-conditioner throughout the whole house, and prompt response when we have any questions/request. 10/10 for our amazing weekend stay.

While wedding party stayed here. We fit comfortably and had a blast at this house. It was perfect for a big group. Just was very responsive and the on site managers were super friendly and helpful.

This house was truly a piece of heaven. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life but close enough to civilization. We visited several local wineries within minutes from the house... but also made a couple of trips to Sacramento for dining, shopping, and groceries. The house was extremely spacious and thoughtfully filled with all the fixings and furnishing you’d need. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. There’s a couple of smaller guest houses that come with the rental. Each came fully furnished and functioning on their own also. We rented the house for a birthday party. Six of us arrived the first night to set up, there were about 15 ppl who attended the party, but only 12 spent the second night at the house. The host graciously adjusted our pricing to reflect the number of attendees each night. The host was extremely responsive to messages and had a really friendly property manager onsite to greet us and show us around. It was very warm welcoming. I’d highly recommend this house - especially for large parties!

This is an unqualified perfect stay - hosts are super cool & responsive, even cleaning lady was cool, unit itself is lovely, well appointed with great attention to deal including keyless entry, and location right next to 80 fwy made it perfect. This place is super perfect. The check in process was easy and parking was even easier. We checked in at night and it was easy to find and easy to access. The house is pretty large. The pictures don’t do justice of the space. There’s plenty of room in this house. We used their kitchen to cook breakfast and they supplied everything we needed. A beautiful park is 3 blocks away and it was my 3 year olds favorite park ever! We stayed at the park for 5 hours on such a beautiful day. Then we ate at Mendocino Farms just a few miles away and ate delicious farm fresh foods. I hope to come back to Sacramento and if I do I will book this home again! It’s so cute in a historical neighborhood.

They are not kidding when they call this place spacious, the bedroom has a wonderful bed and space galore. The living room/dining room/kitchen is a great open floor plan and they had lots of special touches such as chocolates, plenty of coffee for the keurig, games and books. I like the easy keyless entry which felt safe and secure.

This was one of my best experiences, when I arrived Joe meet and greeted. Amazing hospitality and the place was amazing - spotless, clean and very well maintained, the neighborhood was a lot nice s few bars and coffee shops in walking distance. I highly recommand this location and the amazing hospitality of Mr.Joaquin.

We really enjoyed our stay at James and Bekah's place. It was clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet and about a half hour walk from midtown and some nice parks and shops. Would stay here again!

James and Bekah have a great studio space in East Sacramento. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but still close (walking distance) to many great restaurants and coffee shops. The space was very clean with a big bed and everything you need for a weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable and stylish place in a beautiful, safe, walkable neighbourhood. Was perfect for a girls getaway. Loved how clean the kitchen and bathroom amenities were. Front entrance faces a little courtyard which made the place feel private and overall lovely. Dave was accommodating when we asked (in advance) for a late check out- we really appreciated this.

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for a temporary and long term place to live in. I was here for a month and it’s cozy and feels very homely too. This place is actually more spacious than it looks and has plenty of stuff that you might need. The apartment is located in a great location that is nearby many great places to eat and shop. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet, and it feels safe too. Also, the host is awesome. He answers my questions promptly and always checks in to see if I needed anything. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a great place to stay.

The host was great, quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The apartment was cozy, super clean, and good location, near major highways and you can pretty much find anything nearby.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at the garden studio. It was very peaceful - we loved the little pond right outside and the bed was comfortable. There are helpful notes as needed around studio, and thoughtful amenities - we enjoyed having cream for coffee in the morning! We would definitely stay here again.

Sue and Justin are lovely people and so glad we were able to meet them. Their place is exactly as described and pictured - I had forgotten about their pond and was so pleasantly greeted by the sound of it when we came in after 8:30pm. And, for those who may have concerns of it being loud once in the studio, we hardly heard it. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and appreciated the basic things (towels, shampoo/conditioner, filtered water to name a few). I've already informed my friend who lives about 15-20 minutes from them, how it would be a great place for when they don't have enough room when family/friends visit them :). Lastly, Sue was so prompt in responding and that was really appreciated. Would certainly stay there again.

Sue's cottage was lovely. My wife and I loved the feeling of a home it had. We felt as if we were secluded and had our own privacy while we could easily walk to the house and greet Sue as she cheerfully did for us. The pond was a relaxing view and all the little style touches took you away where you are. We had a blast cooking dinner on the kitchenette in the cottage. I only wish we could have spent more time. Thank you for renting your cottage Sue.

I loved my stay at Sue's peaceful bungalow. You fall asleep to the sound of water trickling into a pond. The cottage has a private entrance, a very nice bath, and kitchen area with a stove to fix a meal and appliances for coffee making (and the coffee too!). The windows over the bed allow a nice air flow into the room. I will be back!

This was Absolutely a great place to stay. it was very spacious and nicely decorated too , super clean the only thing it was missing was a stove, and it would of been just perfect I guarantee this will be your best air b&b of choice. you're definitely not going to want to leave,it was awesome.

Brian's place is very warming and a 5 star hotel room can't beat the beauty of this place. Cleanest bathroom with very thoughtful decorations, great amenities, cleanest room with all the required high quality furniture and linens. Clean house in a safe neighborhood for a great price. Only had to stay for one night after spending a few days in tahoe skiing, before taking a friend to the SMF airport for a flight the next morning. Took lyft to West Sac/Downtown and Jump biked/scootered around town to checkout what's new about Sacramento. A great place to rest to wrap up our vacation.

The space is beautiful and quite adorably decorated. There are special touches that really make the space. I rarely find that I can sleep the night through while I'm traveling, that was not the case in this sanctuary n' breakfast. I'm sure you'll enjoy as well.

Kimmy's space is perfect for one person. Having a private room & bathroom with a private entrance is a plus. Kimmy has provided everything for your comfort, including a mini-fridge stocked with drinks, a coffee maker and a hot pot for tea. She even has provided the coffee & tea. I plan on staying with Kimmy the next time I am in Sacramento!

This was the perfect place to rest for the night while driving from Gig Harbor, WA to LA. Close to lots of stores and places to eat, and tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy, the room was nicely decorated and clean and had coffee, tea, and water to drink. The shower was nice and tall, plenty of room. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again when passing through.

Amazing place to stay in Sacramento! Clean, great location in a cute and safe neighborhood in Natomas (near many restaurants and shops), outstanding amenities (somewhere around 10 - 15 FREE beverages already stocked in the fridge, including many water bottles and different types of sodas), and extremely easy check-in (no weird locks to grapple with!) I will definitely stay at Kimmy's place again when I come back to Sac!

My husband and I just needed a quick place to sleep at after flying in on a red eye flight at the SAC airport. This studio was a quick 10 minute drive from the airport, easy to find, with lots of open space to park, in a safe-feeling neighborhood. Kimmy's place was just what we needed and she provided so much thoughtfulness in the details of the studio. From beverages (coffee, water soda), to a selection of shampoos/conditioners, lotions, and even a small personal hair straightener (I have never seen this provided before and it was SO appreciated, being that I forgot to pack mine!)! The thoughtfulness and usefulness of this small space was perfect and would definitely recommend!

Everything is so thoughtful and clean. It was a mini home away from home. I appreciate the communication and hospitality.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Mindy & Weston's place! Hosts were communicative and kind and we had everything we needed. As other reviewers noted, the ceiling is a bit low so keep that in mind if you're a tall visitor! We had no issues at our heights (5'3" and 5'8") and we had a great stay overall during our short trip!

This place may be small but it was fantastic! Everything you need and with the curtains open with the lightly colored walls the sun can really fill the space and make you feel so warm and comfortable. Mindy the host was so helpful, quick to respond, and great. If you are taller than 6ft be careful with the slightly low-ish ceilings, but it didn't bother us!

Arima was attentive but still provided us with the privacy we wanted. The space is great value being in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and in a great park. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and a supermarket. The only thing we had any issue with was that the door between the bathroom and the bedroom wasn't really a door so there wasn't much privacy. It wasn't really an issue for us though and I highly recommend this place!

This place is perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It's clean, comfortable, and provides everything you need to settle in for a few days or weeks. The patio and yard are a perfect spot to drink coffee and read a book. The wifi allowed me to attend live work meetings with no disruption. I couldn't ask for anything more, especially at the price. I look forward to many stays here when I am in Sacramento.

Camp Maypole Sugar is a wonderful spot to stay. The garden is beautiful especially at night when the lights are on. The tiny home is clean, wonderfully decorated and super comfy. I also loved that our furry friend was welcomed. He had a blast exploring the garden. I wish we would have stayed longer but even the short time we stayed was memorable. Thank you Raymond for being so kind to us!

I’ve never seen a space like this, it was phenomenal! Raymond added special touches for valentines weekend with rose petals decorations, chocolates, and a bottle of wine! It was much better then I expected. The hot tub was easy to use and provided us with the grill. Their unique space is something that everyone should experience. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The carriage house was so cute and the pictures were accurate. The bed was sooooo comfortable. It was great for what we needed. Steve was a great host and has a guide to let you know everything you need to know about the house and included tips about food places and things to go see nearby. Our fave was going to see the fab 40s in east sac. Perfect space for 2 people coming to explore Sacramento and/or passing by town :)

The house is very nice and clean. It was the perfect base for exploring Sacramento for me.

I read reviews about the bed being comfy, so I had to test it out for myself. Let me tell you, it lived up to the hype. It was a bit squeaky but that’s no big deal. The place is very charming with lots of nice things and nice amenities. If you’re not from the area, Steve has multiple pages of recommendations from eateries and coffee shops. I would definitely recommend his place for others and will want to come back in the future.

Steve’s appt is a great place especially if you want to be close to Sutter for any doctors appointments. It’s centrally located and very well designed. Steve brings value and quick communication.

Angela’s place was awesome, it seems like you get everything you ask for and more when staying at her home. She is very flexible, and very accommodating to your needs. I loved my stay at Ernie’s place! The house is beautiful, clean, well located (10 min from everything), the dogs are super friendly, the hosts were incredibly helpful, nice and gave me the best recommendations about where to go out. The room is decent size, with big drawers and closet to put your clothes, the bed super comfortable, and the whole house smells good though they have 2 dogs, which call my attention that doesn’t smell like dog at all. Without a doubt I’m staying again at their place again in my next visit to Sacramento.

Super quick to respond. Check in was super easy and everything was really clean and comfortable. There were enough outlets, clean towels, good warm water! I only stayed a night, but I could stay a few !!

Alyssa's house is located in a quiet neighborhood which has easy access to local bus. The room is spacious and is equipped with everything I need. It was a wonderful stay.

Alyssa is very nice and easy to talk to. She responds very quickly so I appreciated that a lot. She does have a cat and a dog so if you like animals especially cats, you'll become best friend with her. Dog is skittish though with strangers, he barked at me most of the time lol. Bed was comfy and room is a decent size room. Blanket was nice and fluffy. Bathroom is pretty tiny though so I struggled a bit moving around. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

This was a good place to stay with great touches of hospitality and warmth. Really appreciated being able to ride the bikes.

Awesome place! We were hoping for a bit more privacy, felt like we should whisper. But besides that a beautiful home and it was really clean and comfy!

What I liked most were the private patio entrance into the room and otherwise excellent privacy, the dedicated half bath, and the thoughtful touches in the room, which included a chair and desk, plenty of electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, luggage benches, roomy closet, and access to full bathroom. Excellent location for me as well. I love the closs access to the American River Parkway!

Very nice comfortable room in a great location to take advantage of a run by the river or local restaurants. Kris was very easy to communicate with and left lots of helpful local tips in the room. My boyfriend, dog and I were all very comfortable there for the night.

Kris' place was perfect for my quick 1-night business trip. She has thought of every detail. The room was super private, with a special entrance. Check-in was easy and the location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

We absolutely adored this little place! You wouldn’t even think your in Sac and that close to downtown either the location! We went out for a walk in the morning and had coffee and our bear claws from our wonderful hosts! We will be back for sure!

Believe all the great reviews everyone’s left as this place is truly a gem. We had a 6 night stay and felt like we could truly unwind while we were here. The amenities made for a great stay as we were able to take advantage of the kitchen, saving us quite a bit of money which would have otherwise been spent on eating out. The sofa/recliner is AMAZING, that alone made our whole week. The location is very good given its proximity to so many different places (restaurants, grocery stores etc.) without having to go deep in the city. Definitely a 10/10

Amanda's place is cute and comfy and quiet. Definitely roomy enough for two. The kitchen is stocked with cookware if you want to cook, or there is great dining in downtown and midtown, which are both a short drive away. Amanda is easy to contact and great with communication. I would happily stay there again!

Romer & Ed were very welcoming when we arrived at their home. We woke up to a wonderful breakfast every morning we woke up in their home. We also didn't want for anything while staying in their home. Their home was very stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend Romer & Ed for a place to stay!!

After reading all of the rave reviews on this airbnb I was a little skeptical. Could it be that good? I am happy to report it definitely lived up to the hype! Barbara is an amazing host and has thought of everything you cold possible need in her tiny home. If you are a light sleeper make sure to bring your eye mask and ear plugs. There are two cute dogs on site and they bark at the squirrels and not all windows have curtains. The home is located in a very safe neighborhood with free parking. There is even a nice tap room located within walking distance. This is definitely one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in!!

This little Airbnb stay was absolutely wonderful! Perfect for a cozy couples getaway. We loved the complimentary snacks + drinks, cute style, thoughtful details, and comfort and safety of the house and the neighborhood. Barb was an amazing host and made sure to let us know she was there for us if we needed anything. Made our weekend trip even more enjoyable and we are hoping to be back in the coming months! :)

This place is perfect for 2-3 people! It is 7 min away from downtown which is about a $7-9 uber!

Brand spanking new house. Cant go wrong with it. Slight prob IMO is I dont smoke weed but I was in cali after all and other roomies do. So the shared bath smells POT that's all. But that's not the Hosts problem. I'll recommend the place. Close to the airport, new community, lots of store within 2 miles.
