This apartment is just as amazing as it looks in the photos. It is clear that a great deal of time has been spent to stylise the apartment with a keen attention to detail. The apartment had everything we needed, and its location in the building made it very quiet. The bed is super comfortable and I spent hours lounging in the hanging nest chair. The themes make for a relaxing getaway to destress. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

Charlee has a thoughtful attention to detail, including lots of finishing touches to make this charming place feel welcoming and fun.

Charlee helped us with a last-minute late check-in, which was appreciated! The space is stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Only issue is if you're a light sleeper and bothered by the noise of the tram - earplugs are provided, however. Thanks again Charlee! :)

Charlee’s flat could not be in a better location. Less then 5 mins distance from Melbourne central and the metro. Super close to major attractions and great restaurants, highly recommend Chin Chin (thank you Charlee for the recommendation)! Kitchen had enough basics if you needed to dine in, coffee/tea and milk thoughtfully left out. As well as extra phone chargers & adapters which were super helpful. Highly recommended!

Kate and Has have a wonderful little apartment in a beautiful part of Melbourne. The fitzroy is such a fun, hip, exciting area. The apartment is in the heart of all the action. Only a few meters away from great cafes and even better bars. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a single or couple that are looking to explore Melbourne from an almost perfect inner city base, if you want to be walking distance to various restaurants and famous places. The hosts offer a thoughtful accommodation which we would come back to the next time we are visiting Melbourne.

Beautifully simple, great location in the heart of Fitzroy.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Fitzroy, a short walk from the cafes, bars and restaurants of Gertrude, Brunswick and Smiths Street! The check in/out process was seamless and the agency that looks after the property was very accommodating with looking after our luggage. A perfect spot to explore from, comfy and cosy - a great little studio!

This place was perfect for our one week stay. It's close to everything you need, including public transportation. The apartment was very clean and Kenneth was quick to respond to my emails. I would definitely stay here again.

Kenneth’s place is a super convenient location in the CBD. It really had everything I needed to be happy during my stay. Little details like international power outlets and breakfast fixings in the apartment were a really nice touch! It certainly is smaller than the photos would suggest, but would easily be comfortable for 2 people.

An excellent stay!

The AO experience has been something that I have wanted to do for a very long time. Kenneth's place made it extra special as it was so convenient ( 15 minutes walking to Flinders Street) and the apartment was in a great area and perfect for myself and my daughter. Lots to see and do nearby, great restaurants/ coffee shops/ very central-. Don't look any further, this is the place to book if you want somewhere styly and comfortable. The pool was also great to use after a long day at the tennis.

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. I had a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Bronwyn and Michael made me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. They are both really charming and generous hosts. Their hosting arrangements gave me the flexibility and privacy to comfortably interact or not depending on how I felt at the time. Their place is stunning and the location fabulous. The guest room and bathroom are gorgeous.

Air B n B is at its best when you get to meet lovely hosts. This is what this Bronwyn and Michael bring: warmth and hospitality. Even better, the location is amazing, what’s not to love about being in the centre of Melbourne.

The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

Great location in the CBD. Good sized bedrooms and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Easy apartment to stay at I and enjoyed my time there.

There were rooms from 1 to 3 so we didn't know how many rooms we had but waited but the room was better than I thought and the room was clean

We didn’t spend any time in the apartment, we really only slept there. The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. It had everything we needed including fluffy white towels and comfy beds. Chammy’s communications were timely and all the necessary information was provided including photos which was very helpful finding the entrance. An added bonus are the restaurants and breakfast places in the same road. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook again.

We had a fabulous stay and look forward to staying at Tino's place again in the future. The bag of basic goodies was really appreciated, Tino had lots of tips and suggestions on some of his favorite eateries, bars etc. and it was fantastic to check with him for feedback on some of the things planned during our short stay. Location could not be any more central, especially with the FREE city tram zone.

The location is second to none and we felt at home right away. Tino was a very welcoming host and his suggestions were spot on. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is perfect, within the free tram zone! Very convenient to explore all city attractions. Tino and Chris are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Although it's a bit noisy in the evening during weekends, would definitely like to stay again!

What can I say? Tino’s place is the perfect spot for your central Melbourne escape. The beautiful open plan & high ceilings made us feel like we were in a loft style apartment in New York! The delicious Cuff cafe is right downstairs - don’t miss their coffee & breakfast. Tino was an amazing host - the apartment was kitted out with everything we needed to make it feel like home. It’s a family friendly getaway but also perfect for couples given its close proximity to all the action. Highly recommend!

In the absolute best position for wandering around the city or to walk over to the Art Gallery. Close to all the action and eateries. Tino was an attentive host who responded to messages quickly and made the checking in (and checking out) process really easy. The apartment was also a great place to hang out in with it's spacious living area and high ceilings. The kids were wrapped it had a WiiU. Due to it's amazing position there is a bit of noise from the local nightlife so you may need to use ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend.

Tino was amazing and very accommodating to our requests for a later check out. Location was perfect and the apartment was very stylish and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and Tino was such a ray of sunshine making the whole thing so much better. I will definitely be back as this place was great

Mark’s place was great! I would definitely stay here again. You can’t beat the value. The space is perfect for one person and has everything one could need – including an in-unit washer/dryer which made freshening up one’s clothes all the easier. The apartment itself was very clean and smelled nice. The area is very cute and residential. Mark was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. One thing I think it’s good to be aware of: the trams don’t always run frequently at night, so it can feel like it’s a bit out of the way. Overall I felt like the area was safe so it wasn’t much of an issue (and the trams run much more often during the day, so the time to Melbourne goes quickly). Overall, I highly recommend Mark’s place!

Mark is extremely hospitable. The place is easily accessible by tram from the city. Only 130m away! Simple amenities to prepare food and watch the tennis on TV! The place was clean and spacious enough for 2.

Since our booking Mark answered all our questions very promptly and friendly. Once in the unit we had the amazing surprises of being absolutely well located, sparkling clean and with all the facilities that made our days in Melbourne much easier. Certainly would come back and recommend!

I have never used a key-safe and had no idea about it but Katja was willing to help immediately. The room was way better than the price. my boy and I had a good stay here. The most amazing thing was that the consumable things were mostly organic and somehow nature-friendly.

Great place to stay

Justin is very communicative and is a great host who made my mum's stay very enjoyable even when this is the first time she's visitting Australia. Despite being a bit old, the place is clean and well-maintained and has all necessities for a short stay. Electric heater, comfy beds and armchair, convenient store downstairs, proximity to shops and attractions. For the price, you can't go wrong with this place!

Justin is an easygoing and sociable host. This room is much larger than it appears, and has a great chair in addition to the beds. Location is good, close to eateries, tram stops, and shopping (Aldi !). All in all, a great place for an immersive stay in St. Kilda.

Location: You just can't miss this location, it's in a prime location, where everything is close by. Be it cafes, shops, tram stops or metro station. Place: it's on the first floor, and you'll have your privacy, and there's a heater in the room to take care of winter worries. The place is very clean. The only downside is kitchen is downstairs, but hey, the host is awesome. Host: He communicates well with you, very flexible in checking in or out, helps you out with recommending places or just about absolutely anything, Justin is an interesting person. Would I recommend: absolutely yes.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean and good place, this has to be your choice. You are going to feel really confortable. Guaranteed!

Neha's home is cosy, clean and comfortable. Being a lover of health and nature I was content amidst many plant and herbs and a healthy kitchen produce. Being a lounge bed didnt slightly mar my privacy. Excellent location to beach and shops. Ill be back. Excellent value

Great location and very close to the tram stops. There’s also a gym nearby which was great. Neha’s quick response was very convenient and a solid reliable host in my opinion.

It was a great stay and although it takes half an hour to get to Federation Square, it's really cool there. St Kilda is a little different from everything else but you can eat there well and you should definitely eat cake. The beach is also only 5 minutes away. The hosts are very nice and respond very quickly. I can only recommend it.

This apartment has everything you need for a stay in St Kilda. Perfectly located close the the Main Street but not too noisy, you can walk out for a meal in a restaurant, or cook for yourself. Close to the beach and main tram line to the city centre, I’d recommend this apartment to anyone.

Small, cozy studio, well-equipped kitchen and overall a quiet top location (tram to the city center almost on the doorstep). Check in very easy. The bathroom could use a few chemicals due to its tiny size without a window ;-) Overall felt very comfortable during our stay :)

You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this lovely accommodation in St Kilda. You can walk to St Kilda beach in under 10 minutes and there are many good restaurants close by. The numbers 67 and 3 tram go directly into the centre of Melbourne, the bus stop you need is number 35 which is a 10 minute walk from the property. Having your own garden to sit in after a busy day sightseeing in Melbourne is a real bonus, an oasis of calm. We would definitely stay again.

St. Kilda is a great location for exploring Melbourne and Vicki’s home is the place to stay. Quiet and private with living spaces indoors and outdoors. Great access, too, with the SkyBus and plenty of trams just a few blocks away.

One of my favourite Airbnb’s to date! So much character in a small chalet that felt like home. Great location, only a short walk to Acland St. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Check in was very easy and straightforward with clear instructions from host. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by the beautiful courtyard of tropical plants and palm trees surrounding the chalet. It’s truly magical, especially on a sunny day! The chalet house is so cute with spiral staircase up to the loft bedroom. Comfy bed and plenty of storage in the cupboards. My favourite place in the home was the bathroom. I had two baths and it was so relaxing. Everything you need and more is in this home and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re after a nice and relaxing getaway. Host was very helpful and quick at responding to messages, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’d love to stay here again in future!

Vicki's place was absolutely beautiful. Honnestly one of the best Airbnb's that I've stayed in! Such a gorgeous little cottage, surrounded by beautiful gardens in an excellent location. Thanks so much for having me Vicki! I look forward to visiting again soon.

We found the chalet quickly, it is in a cul-de-sac and you can easily find a parking space. The check-in worked perfectly. The only thing that could be improved would be the way to the chalet, which is very uneven and difficult to handle with large luggage. The decor is very beautiful and well thought out in every detail. But everything is a matter of taste. We had liked it very much and we hadn't missed anything. Additional towels were handed in immediately - very friendly. The communication was perfect! The connection to the city is also perfect and you don't have to use a car. St Kilda is a great place to live and everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately we were a bit unlucky with the weather; It got quite cold with 12 degrees in the morning, which of course the hosts can't do anything about, but we were all the more pleased about the heating in the bathroom. Warmest to recommend! Always my pleasure!

We loved our stat at Vicki’s home. It’s beautiful, full of character and so comfortable. Perfect for some quality time on a getaway. Check-in and parking were extra easy here and we would love to go back!

Vicki’s chalet was the perfect home away from home. It was in a great location (walking distance to trams, shops, restaurants), it was beautifully appointed with lots of homely touches and it had a lovely garden for relaxing in. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed in Vicki's "chalet" numerous times and are always completely satisfied with the amenities, including too many items to note here, but those that we do not have to bother purchasing locally or taking with us. For those considering Vicki's "chalet" for the first time, do note that it is quite private, set back from the street, amenable to working on a project uninterruptedly, and quite close to the beach and Ackland Street.

I had a great stay at Stephens apartment. The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location only a few minutes walk to St Kilda beach and a tram close by to get into the city centre. I would highly recommend. Thanks to both Stephan and Salonie for welcoming me to their home.

The condo was quite, relaxing and wonderful amenities. It was ideally located near downtown St. Kilda. Access to bus and tram lines downtown to Melbourne outside main entrance. We had a memorable vacation!

Perfect location! A comfortable, cozy, clean apartment, with every amenity we could think of to be comfortable and feel at home. Welcome fruit, chocolate and starter coffee and milk! Kitchen was perfectly stocked. The terrace was the perfect place for summer meals. Before we could tell Hayden, our host, that the Wifi was down, he emailed us with that news and with an alternate sign-in. The list of favorite restaurants in the apartment gave us a great start on enjoying our stay.

Hayden's condo was a beautiful modern style with wonderful amenities. It was a perfect location to St Kilda shops, the beach and access public transportation to downtown Melbourne. The building had an elevator with private entrance and was very quiet with carpeted hallways. Hayden was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions. We had a relaxing and memorable stay.

Beautifully decorated apartment close to everything; equipped with everything you could need - Hayden was an excellent host and we would love to stay again.

Great place for our tennis stay with easy tram to the city. Apartment is everything stated in the listing, clean, great location, short walk to Acland Street, even shorter walk to top pizza bar on Carlisle St corner. Excellent communication from Host, thoroughly recommend this apartment and its host.

Great place in a perfect location with everything you needed

The best Air BnB experience I’ve had! A beautiful apartment with all the essentials and a lot of extra touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Location was excellent - right in the heart of the action but quiet enough to get away when needed. An easy walk to the beach and all the main attractions. Hayden was an excellent host and communicated so well from the very start. Thanks Hayden for a great stay - we will definitely be back!

Top stay for st kilda and melbourne!

This is my 3rd time to stay in one of Melissa’s places, and she never disappoints. Melissa is a great communicator, she’s responsive and understanding, and always accommodating and pleasant. I travel to Melbourne for business from North America and Melissa is always so very helpful. Her apartments are well stocked, always clean, and well-maintained. Thanks a million, Mel!

We loved our stay at Melissa's place! The location was so convenient, in the heart of St.Kilda but was also very quiet. Melissa was very communicative and even took her time to look into the Wifi when it wasn't working and got it working right away. We would definitely stay at Melissa's again in the future!

Melissa was a great host and was a great communicator too . She met us on arrival and let us check in earlier because it meant we didn't have to wait around with our bags Would go back again!

Great location plus a spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Jonathan’s place is perfect for an individual or couple looking to stay in St Kilda. Transport links into Melbourne city centre, and other areas, are excellent with multiple tram stops within walking distance. If you don’t want to venture into the city, there are lots of bars and restaurants close by, and St Kilda beach is only a short walk away. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby, which is helpful. The apartment itself has everything required for any length of stay, and Jonathan is very quick to respond should you have any issues. The area directly outside is quiet and safe, and includes the lovely Botanical Gardens. The only problem we had with the apartment was there were builders working above us for the last few days, and on a couple of occasions they had to enter our apartment to get out onto the patio area. Of course this is out of Jonathan’s control, but a warning in advance would have been good if these works were pre-planned. However, overall the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend Jonathan’s place to anyone wanting to stay in St Kilda.

Jonathan was an amazing host, extremely fast response, was place was much better than i expected and it was so cheap too! Only a short distance walk to the beach. Quiety place with nice touches :) i would recommend and return if i can!

My in laws stayed here on a trip from Ireland. Stayed in an air b & b in Mozart st In St Kilda! Location was fab! The accommodation was excellent, it had everything we needed. Our host Jonathan was very friendly and nothing was too much bother for him! Would highly recommend!

We really appreciated the goodies that Deb left for us. Deb is so easy to communicate with and so accommodating, allowing us a later checkout. St Kilda is a great area. Really vibrant with a lot going on. It’s very easy to get a tram in and out of the city, or it’s also a nice walk into the city. We were both really tired after a couple of months travelling and our stay in Deb’s flat allowed us somewhere to rest when we needed to in comfort. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Melbourne. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Deb

Everything was fantastic: apartment, location to shops and public transport. Deb was incredibly friendly, greeted us with breakfast and nibbles. Everything else was there too. Nearby there are great sports facilities with Albert Lake. Absolute recommendation!

From start to finish Deb was the perfect host and I loved everything about the apartment. From Deb’s excellent, warm and friendly communication, to the lovely hamper left, the style and decor and the great location, this apartment has everything you need for your stay in St Kilda. Public transport is right outside, it’s 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a short tram ride or a 15 minute walk to the heart of St Kilda. Anything you could possibly need has been thought of and is at the apartment. The extras that are available really made Deb’s place 5 star. Deb kindly showed me how to use the basement car park to easily get my luggage in and out, nothing was too much and it really makes this Airbnb stand out. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Melbourne!

Debs apartment was everything it was advertised - and more. As well as being extremely comfortable and central to transport and restaurants, Deb provided us with extra treats left in the fridge which we really appreciated. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it.

A wonderful place to stay. Easy to commute to downtown. About 30 minutes. But st kilda beach was great. An easy walk down to beach. Deb is a wonderful host met us when we got off the skybus.

Great location and very quick turn-around times in communication (although stayed during Christmas). Easy check-in and only a foot walk from cafes, restaurants, beach and bars.

The studio is perfectly located next to the beach of Saint Kilda and a multitude of restaurants. The city is easy to access too. The apartment is clean, modern is very nice. Marcus is clear and responsive in his answers. I recommend!

Marcus was a great host and the apartment is in such a great location. Close to the CBD, beach and surrounding cafes and shops. It was a very cosy space and great for solo travellers. The place was sparkling clean and is very affordable for the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Cc's house is beautiful and a great place to stay. The room is cosy and the bed super comfortable to sleep in. The location is great: restaurants, beach and supermarket in walking distance. Everything else is reachable with the public transportation, the stops are really close. We highly recommend staying here.

Cristina was an outstanding host that went out of her way to make you feel welcome!!! She personally showed me around St. Kilda, showed us where to buy groceries, local hang outs, beautiful walks and took us personally to see penguins at St Kildas pier. We had a wonderful time staying at her home!!!

Great location, just around the corner from Acland Street which has heaps of shops, restaurants, bars and a tram stop too. Being a studio apartment it is obviously a small space but it has been furnished well and was perfect for our short stay. Melissa is a great host, easy to communicate with and helped us out with a later checkout too.
