I’ve stayed at the Island Inn for six years, but this is the first time I reserved a room through airbnb instead of directly through the resort. Al made it so much easier than dealing with the resort staff. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was super clean. On the street side of the resort, but I don’t mind not having a beach view from the room. Loved the keyless entry as well; no worry about lost keys! Will definitely book through Al again for my next visit.

We loved our stay! The beach was super close with a ton of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The unit is good for two adults or two adults and a child. Al was quick to respond to texts/calls which made the check in process super easy. The unit was stocked with beach necessities (chairs, noodle, cooler etc) which made our beach trip super easy. Would definitely recommend this unit if staying in Treasure Island!

Paul and Maria have a charming studio. It comes stocked with all of the things a hotel would have and more! The location is absolutely wonderful- hidden, but still close to all of the excitement that Treasure Island has to offer. Their hospitality was perfect and their responses were quick. Expect nothing but the best, because they’ll meet all of your expectations.

Everything was great! It was reasonably priced, close to the beach and had all that we needed! Maria and Paul are wonderful hosts, plus the space is clean and cozy.

I had read previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised to see that they were all accurate. The place is all you need for a week get away. The location is beyond perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The communication with Paul and Maria was so easy. The extras they provide make the week better, chairs, towels, cooler and more. Treasure island really is just that a treasure. It was a great experience staying here and I would recommend this place to everyone and plan on coming back again!!!

This place is a hidden gem. The location to the beach is just amazing, quiet, the area is beautiful. The communication from the host is instant and the local tips give are fab. Will definitely stay with Paul again (lovely guy). Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Paul and Maria you made our last week of travelling so relaxing and welcome.

This condo is AMAZING! Right on the beach and amazing view for sunsets and eating breakfast out front. We saw a bunch of dolphins each day! Clean space, responsive to questions before booking, and more amenities than we could have imagined! We would love to come back and stay here!

Pictures don’t even do the unit justice. It is so clean and beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want or need. Everything is organized and check in-check out was a breeze. Jason And Melissa respond super fast to any questions or comments. The location can’t be beat. 20 paces to the sugar sand beach with amazing sunsets and super nice locals. Even the wildlife was friendly-we made friends with a great blue heron who was very happy to eat a few little fishes my husband caught with his cast net. Caddy’s on the beach has amazing Bloody Marys and breakfasts and KaTiki has amazing live music and a fun crowd.

We loved Melissa and Jason's condo! The location was as close to the beach as you could get, and the sunsets we're stunning. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with anything and everything you could need for a beach vacation! We would definitely rent here again!

This condo is perfect. We were so happy with the space and location. Jason and Melissa were quick to reply to any questions and have put so much thought into being wonderful hosts. I would come back again and again and again!

This was a very very clean room. Everything was there that you need. What you don't see in the pictures are the silverware, plates, glasses, dish soap, cooking utensils, toaster, a blender, etc. that are provided for you. Just bring your food and you're ready to go. Much better than a hotel room. A short walk to the beach. Convenient parking as well. I would return again.

Sea Spray is a wonderful place to stay, only a short walk to the beach. It is difficult to miss a sunset due to the convenience. It is located in the nicer part of town. The place is well maintained and the owner is very communicative. The kitchen has everything we needed, though we went out most of the days as there are many nice places to eat in the area. We rented a car and the street parking at Sea Spray was no problem at all. Highly recommended.

You can expect short walks to the beach , great food and a very comfortable bed . The area is perfect for two adults . I wouldn’t try and squeeze anymore into this space . The kitchen is stocked well enough to toss together some very creative meals for two . November is a great time to vist .

Great spot 1 minute walk from the beach. Provides everything you need. Didn’t expect the host to leave charcoal for the grill but was surprised when there was charcoal and paper to start the grill! Defiantly has the house stocked with everything you could need during your trip.

This was the prefect space! It was a short bike ride to the beach, there was an essential oil diffuser and white noise machine. One night the toilet stopped filling with water. Phil responded within 5 minutes and came over and fixed it while I was out for dinner. This is one of the best places I've stayed on Air B&B.

Nice condo on a white sand beach. Very convenient to local amenities. Nice building with easy parking. Easy check in with the coded door. It has an obstructed view of the beach. You can’t really hear the gulf waves over the traffic.

Has it all - Right on the ocean side beach, view of the ocean, swimming pool and tiki bar. The famous Caddy’s restaurant is a short walk down the beach and has great outdoor eating. Great value for two right on the beach!!

Location and cleanliness were great! Bed is comfortable. View is good. Room is a little smaller than I expected. The mirrors really make the place feel larger. We stayed for 4 nights and chose to cook breakfast while there. We made it work, but if you want to fix a big meal, it could be challenging for more than one person. It is a hotel room turned into a condo which is apparently something that has become popular. It worked for the two of us, but if you are looking for a very spacious “condo”, this is not it. It is a cozy place to be close to the one you’re with. The owners were very quick to respond when we didn’t have hot water for our shower. All and all...great experience...other than the cold showers which was no fault of the owners.

We had a great time here! Dmitry &Lucy provided beach chairs for us to enjoy. The view from the bed is amazing we had our morning coffee at the table and chairs provided. Very bright place but black -out curtains let us sleep in. Wonderful! Thank you again!

This place is great for a couple. We didn't plan to spend much time in the room so we didn't need a big place. Half mile in either direction to food places. We walked and it wasn't bad. Beach is great. Not crowded at all. Cute place for a few day get away.

Rented this for my in-laws to attend my wedding and they loved it! It’s small and dated but the amenities were amazing! We had a fire and enjoyed the private beach! We had a grill out dinner as well and enjoyed the space and amenities! Would suggest to friends!

We found this spot at the last minute, didn’t expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room is tiny and just what you need- no extras. I did love the location- directly on the beach with a path that had several spots to enjoy the sunset, the breeze, the sounds of the sea... we built a fire both nights, loved the tiki bar! The hammock was another good spot. Sunday morning we sat on the beach and enjoyed the sunshine. You can walk to all the food spots: I love Shrimpy’s! I also loved the Alexa for music and ocean sounds to sleep by. The shower head and sink faucet were fun to watch, just like the sunsets. We would rent this one again since it’s more fun than the average cookie cutter condo on the beach.

Great location. Beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. The kayaks are great, take advantage! You can bike everywhere, Publix right down the road. Definitely check out Key West Shrimp Company! They are local fisherman that always have fresh locally caught fish for sale and will give you recommendations...get their fish dip! You won't regret it. If you need air in the bikes, the 7-11 right down the road has it for a buck fifty. The privacy of this backyard is perfect, fire up the grill and eat out back on the table with the umbrella. Book this place!

Definitely stay here if you have the chance! Not only is the place adorable and in such a great location (close to the beach and cute shops/restaurants:)) but Dawn is so nice and thoughtful. I could tell that she genuinely cared about making sure that we had the best stay that we could have. Thank you again!:) I hope to be back.

It is small, but Dawn is super and you are very close to the beach, local restaurants and lots of green areas to walk your dog.

Enjoyed our stay! It’s a small / simple place, but meets all the basic needs. Great that we could bring the dog and Dawn provides a really helpful list of local spots and let’s you know which are dog friendly.

This space was everything I needed to make my quick stay in St. Pete/Tampa memorable and comfortable. For Dawn to even go out of her way with little touches & have the freezer full of fresh ice and all the trays pre filled, coolers and chairs available in the closet for any beaching I might do, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner and body wash readily available. Just wow. So thoughtful. I also LOVED the neon light display, so quirky and fun. Only think I would have changed about my stay is being able to hug Dawn to thank her for a fabulous last minute stay and to have met her dog lol. Thank you so much!!!

A place you truly can’t pass up! A king bed in the master bedroom super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking items you would need. Comfortable front room area with nice T.V. Bathroom nice and clean. Plus steps away from the pool and beach.

We came here for a wedding and decided to make a vacation out of our trip. John's place was perfect for what we needed. His place was very clean and convenient. It was just steps from the beach and less than a mile away from our venue. It was also walking distance from bar/restuarants. Some of our favorites were Rick's Reef, Paradise Grill and Willys. Had a great time.

John's place was the perfect place for our family to stay! We love St. Pete Beach and the apartment couldn't have been closer to the beach. The apartment was clean, spacious with nice touches throughout. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. We plan on returning!

Charming home with a comfy living room, great kitchen, and backyard space. Two very nice bedrooms. We stayed almost 3 weeks and loved it. Hosts were super responsive. Plus, you can't beat the 5 minute walk to one of the world's loveliest beaches.

This is my second time staying at the beach house. I was so impressed the first time visiting with my family that I knew if I traveled to St. Pete again I would definitely have the beach house on the top of my list. The time came around for a girls trip and luckily the beach house was available. Glory! My friends were as impressed as I was the first time visiting. They absolutely loved it. To have enough room for four adult women to get ready, do makeup, have their stuff spread out and still have plenty of room to not be in each other's way should tell you that this is a location that is extremely spacious. There are also little touches of providing beach towels and other items that you may need for the beach which is very thoughtful. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked breakfast on our third day. And guess where I'm staying if I visit St. Pete again? I think you know.

We stayed at this beautiful beach rental for 7 weeks after selling our home. The space and proximity to the beach exceeded our expectations! Stone is an excellent host. He responds promptly to all communications and made us feel at home from day one. We had some concerns about the internet and WiFi access after reading previous reviews. We had no issues! Stone has updated the WiFi service with extenders and our service was great! We had a complete blast and whole heartedly recommended Stone and this beautiful beach getaway!

Great stay, very clean and nice. The only thing I would change is to get better Wi-Fi that actually works in the House because there is no cell phone service.

Beautiful house, very quiet. Steps away from the beach - it is private residential beach so not crowded at all. We loved our stay there - the only issue we had is low to none internet connection in the house/ even our phones won't get a signal ( at&t).

We had a wonderful time in Stone's apartment. It was all exactly as described above. We really enjoyed the time and would always recommend the apartment to other families. The bunk beds were a dream for the kids, we felt they were safe, the beds were comfortable and we slept very well due to the quiet location. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, this is a beautiful, clean sandy beach, that was especially important to us as a family. Stone also provided us with sand toys and surfboards for the kids. The kitchen is, as described very sparingly equipped, nevertheless, we did not miss anything, because the restaurants within walking distance were all very good. For rainy seasons, we have the time expelled with the X-Box, because unfortunately, the Internet for Netflix was very unstable and hardly usable. But actually you can spend the holiday well without television. Thank you for the great time, we will gladly come back.

Can't beat this location! The studio was a comfortable home base for exploring the peaceful paradise of Pass-A-Grille. We enjoyed having coffee on the beach and returning later to watch the sunset (a must-do!) We were able to easily take a Lyft into St. Petersburg city for an afternoon adventure. We hope to return soon!

This is an ADORABLE little bungalow in a fantastic spot -- half a block from both the bay view and the open ocean view on a laid-back little peninsula. Close to great restaurants and bars.

Jacqueline's place was pleasant and looked exactly like the photos. Apart from the fact that I ended up parking in the wrong direction on the street and got a parking ticket, because of Florida laws, our time there was excellent. Occasionally, we also heard people in the loft above us moving around, but it was generally quiet and never at night. I really enjoyed the complimentary cable (with a huge selection) and really comfy bed. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with whatever utensil or dish you might need for food preparation. The washer and dryer were a little tiny, but big enough to wash a small load if you need that dress for the night. There was also complimentary washing detergent. The location was within walking distance of the beach and quite a few restaurants. If you do travel here, try to either set Google Maps for avoiding toll roads, have cash on hand, or buy a SunPass in advance. Some toll roads don't have a toll booth... they just take a picture of your license plate and mail you.

This place is close enough to downtown and nightlife yet far enough to be a perfect get away place. Every morning my husband and I walked the beach and then headed out later in the day either walking or driving for activities during the day. The sunsets land on the beach and there is a really good brewery in walkable distance. I’d love to come back here annually.

Right on the beach...check! Better still, a little down Treasure Island in a residential area, so away from the noise of the highway -- very relaxing. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a front-row seat for amazing sunsets.

Being right on the beach was the best part for me..We had some crazy weather during our stay but it was nice being able to run in or back out depending on the rain..it was nice to sit outside and watch the surfers on the crazy weather mornings. When we come back to vacation in the area again I hope Sandra will have us back

Pat & Gerry were top notch hosts. We really enjoyed the attached patio area and the proximity to the beach, pool, and many great restaurants! Downtown St Pete Beach is within walking distance and the Sunday market was great!

Very enjoyable for a quiet few days. Easy to get to the beach, up and down the boulevard, and everywhere. Good for day trips to Sarasota, Tarpon Springs, Tampa. We especially enjoyed the arts scene in St. Petersburg. Heated pool was nice, too.

Great location, so close to the beach. Condo is stocked with everything you need, including beach towels, beach chairs, etc. There was snacks and a bottle of wine waiting when we got there. Also a close walk to many restaurants and bars.

We arrived late after a flight delay. It was great to arrive to find some snacks and even our choice of a bottle of wine or a beer in the fridge. The next morning we were very happy to find coffee, milk, eggs, etc. in the fridge. Great start to our trip. There's a couple of convenience stores and a Publix not too far away for groceries, snacks. The condo was very clean. Plenty of bath towels, beach / pool towels. There were even beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Speaking of, leaving the door to being on the beach takes two minutes. The location is outstanding. We have stayed in the area before and really like it. If you walk a couple blocks to Corey Ave there are some great more local type restaurants and bars. If you head out to the beach to the left there are several fun beach bars with live music. There's a great pizza place we make sure to go visit a block away. It's amazing. Pat and Gerry were very quick to respond to questions and were all around the super hosts as advertised. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Many more restaurants and activities are within a short Uber ride, even downtown St. Petersburg. Pat and Gerry were super thoughtful hosts with amazing recommendations, and provided very thoughtful touches at the Airbnb! 10/10 would definitely recommend booking with them!

Location, location, location! Anthony is a wonderful host and his penthouse condo is amazing. We comfortably spent three nights with four adults and two young children. A lot of thought and detail has gone into this rental and you won’t regret staying here. We hope to return and had a perfect stay.

Cute, comfortable space with great access to the beach. Would definitely recommend. Pool is nice and warm. Just be aware that the unit is upstairs if that is an issue. Access to laundry is a bonus (you don't need quarters as you can use a credit card). The restaurant next to the beach only has outdoor seating, just to be aware in case you are there when the weather is on the cooler side. Beach towels are not included but there are chairs and beach toys.

This place is great! Quiet location (10/8-10/12) and so close to the beach. We loved going for a night stroll on the beach at this place! We also loved that it included beach chairs and plenty of towels. For just my husband and I it was the perfect place. Only sad part was the hotel pool across the street had zero chairs for guests so no one was able to lay out there, didn’t ruin our stay but if you had children who wanted a pool it could cause some discomfort. This doesn’t reflect this property though!! Highly recommend :)

Excellent beach house. As shown in the photos. Unbeatable cleaning and services. We loved the details that Equialt Fund II left us: coffee for each day, snacks, toiletries and "a variety of condiments that gave our homemade meals a taste". Very close to the beach, a very quiet neighborhood and close to all sides. We hired the place for 5 people (two adults and three children) and despite the fact that there was a bed for 4, we settled perfectly since the place is not to detract from it. Without hesitation I would return because the house and the beach are sensational.

Whenever we go to St Pete Beach this is our go to place to stay. Mary Ann and Rob are great. We have enjoyed their hospitality, and appreciate the value of a neat apartment in a great location close to restaurants etc. There are small, lot sized "parks" nearly next door that face onto the water, and a larger park as well about a hundred yards away. Perfect for us since we enjoy fishing from the bank, and watching for dolphins. Beaches are about a twenty minute walk or a few minutes drive away.

We decided to spend Christmas in St. Pete Beach. Mary Ann was quick to respond to any questions and made sure that our check-in was a smooth one. The location is great. Just a few minutes from St. Pete Beach and under 20 min to both downtown St Pete and Fort de Soto Park. There is even a parking spot right in front of the Air B&B. The kitchen was perfect for us on the nights we decided to dine in. The best part? This place was spotless. I mean, by far the cleanest Air B&B I have ever stayed at. Would definitely stay again if we ever need another beach getaway.

Mary Ann's place was very clean when we arrived. We could not check in until 3, but Mary Ann let us drop off our luggage while the place was being cleaned. The location is very convenient with a lot of food options nearby, and it is a relatively easy walk to the beach. Mary Ann was responsive and gave us tips and places with our stay. Mary Ann's place is a very good option to stay at St Pete's Beach.

Mary Ann's apartment is a small semi-detached bungalow, that is located in a quiet part of St Pete Beach. The building itself is charming and has all the facilities that you need to have a great stay. Mary Ann is a great host and was easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure that I had all that I needed whilst I was there.

The House was clean and the neighborhood ist beautiful. We had everything we needed. Mary Ann even had some beach equipment, witch was very helpful. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great location, amenities and quiet space in Pass-a-Grille. Great local tips and communication. Linens could use a bit of a refresh, but bedded provided a good nights sleep. Air conditioning and heating worked extremely well. Good value for $ in the area.

Lisa’s beach house was perfect for our stay. The space is cozy and had the amenities we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

If you are looking for a great get away to the beach, then Pass-a-grille is a wonderful spot. It is located just far enough away from the touristy St.Pete, but close enough if you want to drive in and experience it in limited fashion. The rental comes with bikes to use, beach chairs and beach towels. There are restaurants and a beach bar/restaurant (with great live music daily) within short walking distance. I enjoyed my trip out to shell key, the food and views at Level 11 and LOTS of great beach time. I also really enjoyed the breakfast at the seahorse. Pass-a grille has a more neighborhood feel which I enjoy. Highly Recommend.

Lisa’s place is perfectly located in very relaxing Pass a Grill a block from the beach. Very comfortable space with everything you need/ we had the upper apartment and really enjoyed our stay.

Lisa's place is a great stay in St. Pete's Beach. We stayed in the NorthStar unit and found it quite quaint - very close to the beach and a close walk or quick drive to local eateries/things to see. Lisa is also a very communicative host and we had no issues staying in St. Pete's!

this place was exactly as advertised: roomy, clean and two houses from the sand. loved it. and having the coffee maker and coffee was a great added touch. also the book with restaurant recommendations was spot on.

Worth the stay! Steve supplies plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, extra sunscreen, and supplies to help with your out of town packing! The location is perfect and the beach is across the street. The pool was warm and the locals were friendly. We Ubered twice (downtown St. Pete is worth checking out too!) but everything on the beach was walkable. Great place to stay-and the key lime pie welcome treat was delicious!

This is great place for 2 people. Beach is few minutes away from the room. Restaurants are near by and in walking distance. Steve is a great host and was very responsive. Sunset is breathtaking and beach is so clean. So many shells and beautiful white sand.

This studio apartment is very clean and well appointed. It is in a safe area and only a block off Sunset Beach. The hosts are great and communication and response is excellent. We highly recommend this property and hosts and can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful week we had celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. The studio apartment was so convenient to walk either a block to the beach or two blocks to the famous “Caddy’s”. Lots of great restaurants in the area and shopping too. Maria and Paul were wonderful hosts. Any questions we had they answered immediately. We would definitely go back again.

Paul was a great host, quick and clear communication. Two minute walk to the beautiful beach. Located in an amazing neighborhood with the cutest houses and gardens that is nice to stroll around. Close to everything you need, and not too far from Downtown St. Pete and Tampa. Lovely AirBnB; veryy comfy bed, coffee and brita included!

We had a lovely stay at Paul and Maria's cozy studio apartment. The location was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. We enjoyed grilling some grouper on the provided grill. We also found the beach chairs and umbrella very useful for the beach! We definitely recommend staying here!

Dawn was very responsive, communication was always immediate. The courtyard made for a nice, friendly, social atmosphere where the pups could play with each other, and guests could co-mingle. Very unique, and it added some unexpected fun to this solo traveler's plans.

Dawn's beach getaway has everything for a great vacation. We loved hanging out in her fenced in patio where dogs socialize as well as people. With a fountain, gas fire, twinkling lights, and Dawn as a great host, it was the perfect welcome after our long drive to Florida. The apartment is well designed for a couple's extended stay, with windows that open to the sea breezes, or good a/c when needed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed. Dawn has thought of everything, including beach gear you can borrow. Parking is tight but off the street and free and right there. And dogs are not only welcomed but celebrated. Easy, short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants. This is low-key Florida, where it's time to relax. Dawn makes it easy. Thank you!

Dawn was amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Including keeping an eye on our pup as we headed to the beach ❤️ we took a little romantic getaway and her studio was the perfect location and super cozy and homey. Thank you Dawn for making it a stress free get away for us!

Great location

Dawn was very responsive and helpful at all times. This place is in a quiet neighborhood an easy 2.5 block walk to the gorgeous public beach. Beach supplies, including a wagon, are available. The courtyard is lovely with lots of tables and seating, and fenced for dog use. We were very comfortable and had everything we could need. The place was just as described and pictured. Wonderful Italian bakery, German restaurant, and seafood market all within a couple of blocks!

Great location by the beach and super cute courtyard to hang out in in the back. We stayed for a week and they were so nice and brought us pie on Christmas :)

This condo is very neat and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. It is just a 1 block walk around the corner to Upham Beach where there are spectacular sunsets and one block up to the main road where there are tons of restaurants, stores and all that tourist stuff. The condo neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

The condo was fantastic for two and had a tremendous location right on the beach. I would recommend Kristi and her space due to the excellent service provided and quality.

Traveled down for a long weekend, Kristi is an amazing host. Check-in was a breeze and she is easily accessible as needed. The apartment is right by the beach, 200 steps is definitely a fair assessment, as well as easy parking. Would be more than willing to stay again!

Great space for the $, Kristi was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. This place was walking distance to the beautiful beach with out the huge crowds. We were near food and entertainment as well. Would definitely utilize this space again when we visit St. Pete's Beach again!

Amazing location! Small condo but perfect space for two for a long weekend. We loved the amazing sunsets each night and you can’t beat the value. We also loved the quieter, less crowded vibe on Treasure Island that you wouldn’t find up in Clearwater. We’d definitely return!
