Amazing!

Scott’s place was as described. Communication was on point having had reserved the room months prior. The room had everything you needed. And the shower was actually rather big. Lol. It’s very close to I-275 which is a quick drive to downtown St. Pete. Unfortunately couldn’t take the pup this time but Scott’s place provide that as an amenity. Totally worth the value and totally worth the stay.

The space was nice and clean. It was a great location for going to the Tropicana Field!

A great location for any downtown activities. Everything is walkable. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The pool and workout room on the top are excellent. Having a grocery store across the street and being right next to Central Avenue is a big plus. Add the garage parking, and it’s a great deal.

This place was a fantastic location! Very spacious, the fitness center was very nice and so was the pool. I love that it was walking distance to everything. The closet light was burned out when we arrived and when I let front desk know they came quickly to have it changed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The house was cute. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Dogs and cat were a hoot! Gave clear direction to her residence since it was off the beaten path. I would gladly enjoy staying there. I even arrived very late in the evening due to a very delay flight leaving Cleveland because of snow. I stayed one night but it was peaceful. I had access to WiFi and a TV in the room! Two thumbs up!!

Good place for a good price!

Brent is a fantastic host and the room was stellar. Amazing location. Cozy and with just as much to do indoors as you could in the city. Well worth the price. My wife and I were frankly blown away.

A great dog friendly studio in a perfect location. If you can’t find what you want in this super stocked kitchen you are right next to a grocery store. The neighborhood and downtown st Pete’s are wonderfully dog friendly. Brent is truly a super host!

Cleanliness. Safety. Quiet. Comfortable. These are my priorities when deciding where to stay; Brent’s place checked all of those boxes! This is a fun, private, clean and convenient location at a great price! Lots of thoughtful touches, i.e., plenty of towels, extra toiletries if needed, snacks, games, and a well-stocked refrigerator. It is small, but well laid out. Parking was great; off-street in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to the Publix. Easy to get downtown, but lovely to come back to a quiet home at the end of a long day. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows! Brent was very easy to communicate with, responds quickly, and has great tips and suggestions to make the most of your stay! So glad we found this gem and would not hesitate to stay again!

Brent's place is like walking through Willy Wonka's chocolate factory and falling into a genie bottle. So many colors, so many flavors, so much fun that I over-dosed and now I'll have serotonin deficit disorder for days. 🙂

The place was very nice and quiet, Brent helped to ensure we knew everything that was happening and the spot was in a perfect location! things weren’t far at all, and the room was more spacious than i had originally thought! Overall, i recommend staying here, and i would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Marc & Teresa were excellent hosts. We had a great time in their tiny cottage in the backyard. We enjoyed meeting Jessie & Mica the golden retrievers too! Since we were there for 4 nights, they were kind enough to give us fresh water refills in the glass bottles they provide, so we didn’t have to create a lot of waste with plastic bottles. The kuerig coffee maker was greatly appreciated and I enjoyed my coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the ‘porch’. They’ve put a lot of love into the cottage and it shows! Some other reviews complain of the tiny shower, but it had plenty of room for me and was beautiful, clean and well lit!

This was a quaint and perfect little cottage with a European flair. It was just the right size for a couple. Marc and Theresa were both very kind and helpful and it made our 30th wedding anniversary perfect. We absolutely love the space and I have to say the sheets are the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on!

Great hospitality. Marc and Teresa are so nice people and made us Feel at Home. Great recommendations for things to do and where to Eat. Try Bodega. It is fantastic.

Marc was a wonderful host! He made us feel very welcomed. His cottage is adorable and packed with amenities like a TV, keurig machine, and a wine fridge. He is very familiar with the area and has tons of recommendations on what to do. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting St.Pete’s

This is a clean, cozy studio size cottage. It is the best of an Airbnb experience due to your host who offers wonderful local tips on restaurants, fun things to do and see. Marc communicates quickly. Great value for your money-

A great place to stay in St Petersburg. Great location, you can easily walk or Lyft anyway you want to go if you don’t have a car. Be sure to check out the Italian Market. Recommend Marc’s Place to anyone staying in the area. Safe area, enjoyed walking, even at night.

Excellent guest house, cosy, nice and really clean !

This is a quiet and nice area. You will need a car to get around. The dogs are super friendly and the host was available when we needed them. Very clean, bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Wish we could have used the pool but it is not heated and the Pool water was too cool for me.

Great location for the beach. Super super cute. Very spacious and definitely enough space for 2 people. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking was a little challenging, but Jennifer was quick to offer suggestions and help out with the challenge. Would definitely stay during another visit to the area.

Great place! Extremely clean and centrally located to Downtown St. Pete and the highway if you want to venture out further. The provided parking pass was a big bonus.

Steve's place is perfect for a visit to St. Pete. Leave your car at home, you can walk or Uber anywhere. Nice comfy bed. I like the pillows so much I found the tag to buy some myself. The space was very clean upon arrival. All utensils, pots, pans provided. Towels are the white fluffy kind you find in a nice Hotel. I saw in the laundry room ($2.00 wash & dry) a bundle delivered from a laundry service so no worry about cleanliness. The building is older but very nicely remodeled. There's several studios in the building but it was very quiet the whole time I stayed. Hey Steve, I'll be back!

Solid studio apartment in DTSP. Clean and in waking distance to many great attractions, with added benefit of easy access to the interstate.

Steve’s place is so clean. So close in walking distance to everything in the area. It is a phenomenal place. One of my favs I have been to so far.

My husband and I stayed here while down in St. Petersburg for a work trip and we were more than satisfied! It is a great place to stay for not very much $$$$!! It made for a great place to crash at the end of the night… We loved that Johann had oatmeal, k cups & a washer/dryer! The bed (full size) is a little bit squeaky so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you!

Johann's place was exactly what we needed coming to St. Pete. We are from Orlando and wanted a little stay-cation and this location was only 1hr and 30min from our home. It was incredibly cozy, clean and easy to access. It was about a seven minute drive from the Downtown area, so it was perfect and near the 3 Daughters Brewery, which left me speechless. Overall, a great stay!

Great, cozy place to stay!

Very nice cozy little spot. Washer and dryer in the unit was gr2at as well as the beach chairs and umbrella provided as well. No stove and the toaster oven was a bit hard to use because the cord didn't reach any plugs but other than that, this place was amazing!

This place is perfect. It’s a short bike ride to downtown or the bay and about 15 minutes to the beach. There’s also a gorgeous park just two blocks away. The space is small but the pictures are an accurate representation and it’s well designed, so it has everything you need. I loved the little touches like mints on the pillows and the binder full of local recommendations. I would have been happy staying here for much longer.

Very private and peaceful area. Walking distance to Aldi and Publix (0.6 miles). The water heater was excellent! We showered 2 people back to back with no issues of running out of hot water. Quick response from the host when we had an issue. I was concerned about the comfort of the bed but it was very comfortable for 4 nights of sleep.

This place is the perfect value for an on your own place in St Pete. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

For the location and comfort we would highly suggest the tiny home in St. Pete! Fray's Donut House was right around the corner for great coffee and home made donuts. Downtown was only 10 minutes and a $10 Lyft ride away. Black Crow Coffee shop and all of the breweries were only 8 minutes away (about $10 Lyft) and so much fun because once you get dropped off you can make a whole day of just walking around that area, thrift stores and restaurants galore. The bed was very comfy and it was a rare cold weekend so the mini-space heater provided was extremely helpful. The space was perfect for just two people. We used the mini-fridge and although we didn't use the coffee maker or microwave it is nice they were provided. We definitely watched Netflix before bed so that was a nice, homey touch to the space. The little grassy area out front with the chairs were perfect and if it wasn't so cool we may have spent more time out there. We got officially engaged in this tiny home during our stay so it will forever hold a special place in our hearts...we hope to return some day because the price, location, privacy and comfort were all totally worth it!

The tiny house was a exactly what we needed for our short stay in St. Petersburg. We were very comfortable, and Shanae and Jeremy provided us with ample amenities for the night.

Check in was a breeze, the hosts messaged us the code before we arrived. Roku was a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable.

Jeff’s place is fantastic. This location is perfectly placed for day trips to Clearwater, St Pete, Tampa, and Crystal River. The check in/checkout process is seamless, and is key code driven. This is a very clean and quaint place and the photos of the master suite with bathroom are as described. Be aware that the kitchen area and living room are shared with two other rooms; during our stay, other guests were frequently in the living area when we were in our room. Jeff made himself available for any questions or help if needed. He also had great attention to detail with the following- fully stocked coffee bar in kitchen and master suite, tips for travel in the greater Tampa area, and free Roku/Netflix access. The hot tub was also a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and recommend our friends to do so!

We had an excellent time here! The location was perfect. We used Uber instead of renting a car and it was the perfect location to downtown St Pete’s or to the beaches. The room was perfect with a private porch. The hot tub cabana was fantastic with clean towels and twinkle lights. I loved that there was a full kitchen because we went to the farmers market and found amazing fruits and veggies to cook!! There is a grill and everything you need to cook if you don’t feel like eating out all the time. Much better than a hotel!! All in all I would definitely return!

Accurate description, clean and convenient. The room has a desk, small fridge and k-cup machine. We enjoyed the hot tub and very uncomfortable bed.

Would most definitely stay again. The room was great for me traveling alone. Maybe not the best for romance though as one door to the room goes into the kitchen and the other is by the front door.

Very nice, clean, every thing I needed was anticipate, even a Christmas tree. Note. Go all the way down 78th street until it turns into gravel. Go ten feet more and you turn right into parting area. The lock box code is found on the web.

This listing is affordable, comfortable, exactly as advertised, with quick access to beaches and highlights of Saint Petersburg and even Tampa. Chase is responsive and communicated well. I recommend to other travelers.

This place is so convenient and within walking distance of lots to do. It is so creatively decorated. The amazing outside garden will make you feel like your secluded and relaxed all while being in the middle of town. You will be comfortable and stocked with extras. Ciara has even thought of the beach gear. Wonderful place.

We had a very good experience at Ciara's place! Everything was as good as the reviews said: the decorations and styling very homely, and the garden a fun little experience to walk through even at night. I wish we had enough time to check out the shops because she did a great job showing the things to do around the area. Very clean and provided all the things needed to stay.

The place was in a calm neighbourhood, very cosy and cute. It’s a little garden gem so don’t expect direct sunlight beaming through the windows. It’s walking distance from restaurants and the bay. A really nice place to stay at and relax!

The tiny trailer was adorable and very cozy. We were impressed with the fun communal space and feel of the international house and loved the convenient location as well. Communication was very easy and clear and Chris was super accommodating with our early check in time and our date change as well. We would definitely come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Although the campervan is small you only need it to sleep in as you have the full use of both houses, also the yard with its chairs, tables and hammocks. It's also very convenient for public transport.

This was the perfect stay for our FL trip. Conveniently located to downtown St Pete (super easy bike ride!) and quick 20 minute drive to all the popular beach spots. What makes this space so special is the culture experience. When staying here, you are surround by positive people and vibes! Our personal favorites were the outdoor shower, grazing on plants in the garden and the outdoor space. There’s also extra chairs, umbrellas, etc to take to the beach which makes things easier if flying. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I’ve stayed at the Island Inn for six years, but this is the first time I reserved a room through airbnb instead of directly through the resort. Al made it so much easier than dealing with the resort staff. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was super clean. On the street side of the resort, but I don’t mind not having a beach view from the room. Loved the keyless entry as well; no worry about lost keys! Will definitely book through Al again for my next visit.

We loved our stay! The beach was super close with a ton of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The unit is good for two adults or two adults and a child. Al was quick to respond to texts/calls which made the check in process super easy. The unit was stocked with beach necessities (chairs, noodle, cooler etc) which made our beach trip super easy. Would definitely recommend this unit if staying in Treasure Island!

My wife and I took our annual trip to St Pete/Tampa and had a great stay at Matt’s AirB&B. Pros - Great location that is close (15 min walk) to all the restaurants and waterfront. - Very clean and stylish - Matt is very responsive. My wife left her iPhone charger when we checked out and he was kind and shipped it back to us. Cons - parking late at night may be difficult to find even-though we managed to park a block away every night. - occasional noise from residents from apartment above due to thin walls. - no toiletries provided so be prepared and bring your own.

Matt's place was just what we needed. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to anything and everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I highly recommend Ninah’s place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet room to relax at. The room was so clean and nicely decorated and it just gave off a very relaxing vibe. The location was very good. Close enough to Tampa and Sarasota but far enough away to not have to deal with Florida traffic. I will most definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Ninah's place. It is only a few minutes away from Treasure Island and all its attractions. The setting is quiet and private and we enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood. She has included everything to make your stay comfortable. There were even extra special touches like beach chairs, a small cooler, and towels to take to the beach which was great since we had flown in from out of state. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pretty room completely independent. Very clean and full of little touches. The host was very responsive to answer our questions and resolve our little concerns upon arrival. Very close to restaurants and shops. Bedding all the same a little tired that it would be good to replace. Otherwise I recommend this accommodation.

Ninah’s place was the perfect place to stay for a quick one night trip to Saint Petersburg. The place was very clean, stylish, and the written tips/ instructions were nice. The coffee station was awesome for those of us who require caffeine before functioning in the morning! We felt welcome and Ninah was an excellent host who made sure we knew she was available but also gave us space. We went to a wedding on the beach in St. Pete and it was a short $10 Uber. We would definitely stay here again!

The central location of Steve's place was great. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation is also easy to access. The neighborhood felt quite safe. The apartment was basic, but clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Great stay and amazing hospitality from the host, Steve. He accommodated since we arrived earlier than the expected check in time. Loved how he kept the original 1950s charm of the unit, but still had the all the necessities you would want in your stay. The fact as well that our unit had a kitchen was a plus. Location was awesome as well - 10 minute walk Beach Dr where many of the shops and restaurants are. A must stay for sure!!

Place was stylish and very nice. Smoker grill, cuddle blankets, King comfy bed and claw tub were great amenities. Host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Yard is beautiful with pool, tiki bar, torch lighting, tree swings, fire pit and waterfall. The dog Panda was playful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!!

My room was very cute and perfect for what I needed. The place itself is so charming and unique. Everything was clean and organized as expected. The amenities and the touch of providing tips on local spots was very appreciated! I didnt get to use the new outside shower unfortunately, but the inside shower had great pressure!! I slept so soundly and overall really enjoyed my stay here.

Lori was a great host! Very quick to respond and very helpful! The house was tidy and welcoming. Great location as it was super close to everything we wanted to do. Cycle friendly city too! We brought our bikes and didn’t need the car once!

Paul and Maria have a charming studio. It comes stocked with all of the things a hotel would have and more! The location is absolutely wonderful- hidden, but still close to all of the excitement that Treasure Island has to offer. Their hospitality was perfect and their responses were quick. Expect nothing but the best, because they’ll meet all of your expectations.

Everything was great! It was reasonably priced, close to the beach and had all that we needed! Maria and Paul are wonderful hosts, plus the space is clean and cozy.

I had read previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised to see that they were all accurate. The place is all you need for a week get away. The location is beyond perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The communication with Paul and Maria was so easy. The extras they provide make the week better, chairs, towels, cooler and more. Treasure island really is just that a treasure. It was a great experience staying here and I would recommend this place to everyone and plan on coming back again!!!

This place is a hidden gem. The location to the beach is just amazing, quiet, the area is beautiful. The communication from the host is instant and the local tips give are fab. Will definitely stay with Paul again (lovely guy). Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Paul and Maria you made our last week of travelling so relaxing and welcome.

We had a great time at Teresa‘s place, everything was very clean and as described. The place is located in a very quiet neighbourhood while it is just a short ride to supermarkets and centre St. Petersburg.

You will be amazed at this beautifully finished little house. It has vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a very comfy bed, great bathroom and lovely living room area. The artwork by itself is worth the stay. The eating area/laptop surface is a counter with stools. The counter is about the right height for me to use standing. You can check in by lockbox or Teresa will greet you and show you the features (which I recommend). The off-street parking is very handy. Don't know what else to say, except you should check this out!

This little treasure tucked away in the nice neighborhood has everything anyone could and then some! Immaculate cottage, very comfortable bed, wonderfully appointed cottage! 5 stars plus!!

I‘ve given 5 star ratings before but this place deserves at least 6. I cannot think of anything we missed during our stay. The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated with all amenities needed. Teresa and Mark are the nicest hosts. They will provide all kinds of recommendations if desired. We got to see them whenever we needed since they are rebuilding the place next door. We would definitely come again! We wish we owned a place like this ourselves!

Great communication ( both pre-rental and the day of arrival), beautiful place, and very convenient to many things. Easy check in/out . Lots of great touches from coffee / tea to recommendations of things to do in the area. Everything was wonderful, I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Todd and Melissa were both very accommodating hosts. They answered any questions that I had during the booking process and my stay. The place was very clean when I arrived and it was clear that it had been well maintained. It was the perfect amount of space for a single traveler who was working as well as exploring. I only used the air conditioner a few times during my stay, but during the times that I had it on it did a good job cooling the place. I especially appreciated that Todd and Melissa let me keep my luggage with them after checking out while I was out in the city for a few hours afterwards. The place is conveniently located to the two downtown districts, Grand Central District and EDGE District, and the shops and restaurants that both have. It’s possible to walk to both neighborhoods but they are also both a short car ride away. Overall, this place satisfied my requirements of being able to work comfortably on my laptop and making it convenient to explore downtown St. Pete afterwards. It was a great value for those purposes. I recommend staying here!

This is a perfect location for your visit to St. Pete. Just minutes to the Dali Museum (et al) Close to great restaurants and shopping. Access was easy and private. Everything clean and tidy. Communication prompt and detailed. Information helpful. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy parking on the street. We arrived after dark so didn't try to park in the alley. Would definitely return. Absolutely no complaints. Enjoy!

This is the second year I have enjoyed Greg's condo and it only got better! The walkability to the bay, shops, museums and restaurants, combined with the beautiful and very usable space made it a perfect holiday for me.

Greg’s place is in a fantastic location. The neighborhood is lovely with 1920s craftsmen style houses. The bungalow had everything we needed and lived up to the description.

Tony's place was well located - easy access to beaches, airport, highways, grocery store, restaurants. Quiet neighborhood which is exactly what I needed for rest and relaxation!

We stayed in the Coconut Palm room for a week in December, and it was just right for us. Clean and comfortable. A good location for various forays around St. Pete and the beaches and restaurants. Tony was very available and responsive when we had questions (for example, about how to turn up the tv volume, which turned out be simple, but we just didn’t see the button on the side of the remote. Tony is quite cheerful, and if we caught him at an inconvenient moment, he didn’t let on. We won’t hesitate to book again...or maybe will book the room next door which is very attractive and has a hot tub!

It was in a central location, no more than 20 minutes to downtown or beaches in either location. Very cute and clean. shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash dispensers in the shower. microwave, mini fridge, dishes, and coffee supply were provided. after requesting extra towels, they were delivered within 5 minutes.

My stay at Jeffrey's place was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling on business or pleasure.

I was in town for a business trip and stayed 2 nights. I may always look for AirBnBs moving forward because the convenience of a completely self check-in process like Jeffrey’s is immense! Everything was clean and orderly. I never had any issues with sharing the bathroom with the 1 other guest and having a full kitchen and living room is a huge benefit. Easy access, easy parking and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!

We are in the process of remodeling our condo here in St. Petersburg, so we decided to try Airb&b in the area. We have so far taken three different places and we must say that Kristen's place has been the best in every aspect: best host, house centrally located in a safe place, super clean, great room and bathroom, full of details and great energy. Our experience there couldn't have been better. Do not hesitate to stay at Kristen's place, you will not be disappointed.

I spent three nights at this location in February, 2020. The home was beautifully located, within easy walking distance of a coffee shop and several restaurants. A slightly longer walk got me to downtown and the farmers’ market on Saturday morning. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a small parking area next to the home with space for one vehicle which was nice because I rented a car and it was much safer to park there than on the street. Kristen’s home was lovely, cozy, and comfortable. The guest space had great amenities in case I’d forgotten anything and the window air conditioner was great because I like to sleep a little cooler. I never had any issues with hearing my hosts even though I chose to sleep in one morning, and never had an issue sleeping in the evenings. I can not recommend this location enough and will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area in the future.

Exactly as stated. Great location! Walking distance to many local restaurants and local businesses. We were even able to walk to the Dali museum in 30 minutes. Excellent host and communication. We’ll book again if given the chance.

Kristen's place was great! The ensuite bathroom is really nice. If you have some time to relax after exploring Saint Petersburg (which is in walking distance), you can watch some Netflix or hang out at the firepit. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were greeted by Eilena who rents part of her house. The small accommodation is very clean and cozy. It is ideal for 2 people max. Eilana is kind and helpful.

Sara and Elaina are exceptional and accommodating hosts! Great lines of communication and wonderful resources are offered in their welcome binder if you’re not familiar with St. Pete! Many unexpected and lovely surprises like plush towels and luxury shower products made my stay incredible! The bed is comfortable & there is a selection of pillows whether you like soft, firm, even a body pillow for us solo BNBers! Enjoy!

The stay was perfect and the place was super cozy, i loved the little notes with instruction in areas and of course the snacks were clutch. Great experience for my first time in St. Petersburg. 10/10 would stay here again.
