The apartment is just wonderful! If you are a man - aesthetics, and have long wanted to get into an apartment with a St. Petersburg postcard, then here you are! I, as a man in love with poetry, was insanely happy with collections of poetry by Akhmatova. In the evenings, under the sound of rain, I sat in a chair by the fireplace and reread them. I drank coffee, walked to pain in my legs, escorted the sunsets and returned to this cozy corner. The apartment is insanely beautiful: large windows, beautiful mirrors, chairs, its own kitchen with all amenities, a soft mattress, a quiet courtyard. The location is excellent, not far from the city center. Thanks!

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting St Petersberg. The accommodation looks exactly the same as in the photos. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent. Right near Nevsky Prospect with all public transport close at hand. The is a supermarket nearby. We were 2 adults and an older teenager. Adults slept on comfortable bed and teenager on foldout couch in living room. There was also a baby cot if needed. Nothing bad to say. This is an excellent apartment in a secure location.

Марина's place is wonderful. We have just returned from a five day break in December 2019 and we have fallen in love with St Petersburg. The apartment is in a truly fantastic location, next to the Christmas market, shops, theatres, museums, palaces, cafes and many wonderful restaurants. The apartment is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and lots of character. It is warm, beautifully lit and the bed was very comfortable. It is a clutter-free space with lots of storage space for clothes. There is also a sofa bed and great cooking facilities. Checking in and out was easy. Everything is really well organised and we didn't need to contact Марина during our stay. She arranged everything for us beforehand and answered all my questions before we arrived. The city is amazing and you couldn't pick a better location from which to see the sights and enjoy the scenery. At night in particular, the city is beautifully lit up and this apartment is so close to everything. The Faberge museum is just around the corner (It is essential to go). I highly recommend this apartment. It is fantastic value for money and we will definitely be back.

Close to the metro in the center, the apartments themselves have everything for a comfortable stay: from a microwave and a coffee machine to a bag of milk in the fridge, cereals, pasta!) Sofya’s place is ideally located in St. Petersburg, right near Nevsky Prospekt. Metro was around the corner and there were plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Recommended.

First time staying at a homestay, was pleasantly surprised. The house is more beautiful than the picture, and it is safe to open three doors when you get home. Although there is no elevator in the corridor, it is spacious and bright, and has a historical flavor. The house is comfortable and convenient to live in, it is easy to use in many places, and the location is super good. It is not far from various attractions, and it is only ten minutes walk from Moscow Railway Station. The stewardess is very nice. She also gave away milk when she checked in, cereal in the kitchen locker, and biscuits. The check-out day was a train at night. We also checked our luggage and went to play in the afternoon. . The only thing is that the sound insulation is not very good, but the old houses with wooden structures are probably the same. In short, it is a good accommodation experience.

Everything was so perfect! The apartment is a beautiful, renovated and stylish place in a historical building. The bed was really comfortable, and Kirill was kind enough to provide everything we needed to spent a few days - Kitchen appliances, drinking water, coffee and tea, oil and cooking stuff... The apartment is only a couple of blocks away from Hermitage, The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Nevsky Av., Fort of St. Peter and St. Paul, so you really can go walking everywhere; it’s a really convenient place. Kirill was one of the most attentive and supporting hosts I ever met, so if we ever come back to St. Petersburg no doubts we stay in his place. 100% recommended!

The apartment matches the photo. The location is ideal if you want to know Peter in terms of its attractions. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, warm. There is nothing that would bother or hinder. The yard is calm, all with locks and intercoms. There is everything you need, including a coffee machine and good dishes.

Everything is very clean. the linen and the beds are perfect. One minus, the absence of a washbasin in the bathroom and hands after the toilet should be washed in the kitchen or under the tap in the shower. But these are trifles ... This is a great, small studio apartment in the very centre of the city. There is a metro station right across the street (linking two lines) and also several buses go on the main street, Nevskij Prospekt. Easy to get anywhere you want to go in SPB! A grocery store is downstairs. The apartment is clean and tidy and has all the basic amenities you could possibly need. The shower is very good - plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The host gives hints and advise! I can warmly recommend this place to anyone travelling either for business or leisure!

Nastya and Dmitry are pleasant and helpful hosts who will definitely help and tell you if any difficulties arise. In the studio you can lose all day because of the cozy bed and comfortable sofa. And next to the loft is the metro, which will definitely help if suddenly there is a day to go somewhere on foot.

Convenient location from the metro station, because from it you can go anywhere and almost without changes. I consider this the best option for a stop in St. Petersburg.

It's a really great house for someone looking for a cozy, modest, neat, warm and beautiful house. It could be kind of hard to find the door, but there are many people around to let me know where it is because it's in the hostel apartment. The hospitality was the BEST I have ever been through. House was sooooooo satisfactory. Supermarket and restaurant are like 1min away from the house. I would like to stay here again when I visit St. Peterburg. The hostel is really pretty, clean, warm, and the host is very friendly. It's a bit smaller than I thought, but it's a cozy and comfortable studio. The floor heating is also available. The washbasin is as small as the cabin sink, but it doesn't matter much. The only downside was the one ... It was a nice hostel.

Perhaps the best place in St. Petersburg, where I stayed in this price category. Purely, there is everything necessary for a comfortable pastime and moreover. Kitchen utensils and products (salt, sugar, tea, coffee, pepper, butter, etc.) - with this everything is ok. There is a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, crock-pot, fridge, kettle, glasses, glasses, plates - all you need. The place is quiet. Seals live in the yard. It is very convenient to populate. Not the first time I stay here. The owners are very welcoming, the apartment pleases with an excellent interior and good location.

The flat is very clean and comfy and you'll find everything you need inside. It's quite central and we didn't need to use the metro or the bus that much. The neighbourhood is quiet but be aware that the Golitsyn Loft is not far from the flat so you might hear faint music on friday and saturday nights, however it did not prevent us from sleeping at all. We highly recommend it!

We lived with my wife in an apartment on the New Year holidays in 2020. I liked everything very much. Stylish interior and holiday accessories create a New Year's mood and comfort. Communicating with the hostess is only a pleasant experience. In general, I can safely recommend for rent.

The view from the window, a small library, a wide front door - you feel like a Petersburg intellectual) Olga, quickly responded to small questions, for a more convenient determination of the location she sent an instruction in advance and was generally very helpful. The accommodation address is "Ligovskiy Pereulok, 4", but I was trying to catch a Yandex taxi from the airport because my luggage was heavy. I waited a while until I met my host father. St. Petersburg's address is a bit complicated. Google Maps and Mapsmi also tell me other buildings. Friendly hosts ^^

The apartment is very spacious and clean. A few things to note: there are lots of stairs and the building may look old from the outside but the inside is quite modern and super clean. So don’t be alarmed when you see the building from the outside! Location is great, about 30 min walking max to all tourist attractions. There’s also huge shopping mall right opposite the apartment and nice 24hr cafe.

Recommend. The photo is true except for sunlight. But that is Peter. Nice large bathroom, a very decent hairdryer. Clean towels and nice linens. In the evenings I included a floor lamp, it is very comfortable with him. You'll like it.

The location of the room is very good, it is near the Neva Street, and you can walk around the city center on foot. When we arrived almost, the landlord was waiting for us at the door. The room was clean and tidy. The decoration type was Nordic style. The kitchen in the room is fully equipped for cooking, and the bathroom is clean and has floor heating. Overall, it is a warm and comfortable bed and breakfast, worth staying at.

The apartment is perfect for a weekend trip (or even a few days more). Located inbetween Vladimirski Prospekt and Rubinstein Street in a calm and quiet courtyard, one is just steps away from some of the best restaurants/bars/cafes and close to all major sights. The apartment itself looks just like on the pictures, is well maintained, clean and well-equipped. There are two double beds - one in the main part of the studio and one above the bathroom - which works well for 2 couples if they're just staying there at night but I feel that overall the apartment is more suitable for 2 guests. The TV could be a bit bigger but then hey, you get it with a free Netflix account, there is't really space for a much bigger one and St. Petersburg is anyways too nice to be spending any time at home watching TV.

Perfect place for a long stay. The apartment is centrally located near three different metro lines, grocery stores, a mall, et cetera, but in a quiet courtyard off a canal. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. I would absolutely stay here again!

House’s location was great. Metro station 500m from house. 2km from Nevsky Street. There has a lot of restaurants and supermarket and coffee shop around the house. House is clean and warm, has everything you needed. Ivan is a good host, high recommenced this house to every body.

The location is excellent, the taxi driver immediately found a house and didn’t have to look for an entrance at all. For me, an important point was the availability of a bed, not a sofa or an armchair. The bed was very comfortable, slept soundly 8 hours. The apartment has everything you need.

The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, so at night, too, no noise. Christina is a very friendly, punctual and ready to help the hostess.

Kristina is welcoming, she waited for us, despite of delay on Latvia/Russia border. The location of apartment is great, near the river canal. The hostel is located in the center, so I really enjoyed my trip! There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby and the warm water came out well. But Elbe stood up and came up with the worms with wormwood.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. Walking distance to all central StPetersburg places to visit. Beautiful apartment with really comfortable beds. Balcony’s to watch the world go by. Netflix to relax after a long days walking. Ask Daniel to get you a driver to take you to the Winter Palace etc. Well worth the money. Safe neighbourhood with a small supermarket 2 doors away. Larger one 7 minutes walk. SO central. I would really recommend that you stay here as it’s just lovely, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. Any questions and Daniel will answer them almost straight away, which is so reassuring. My daughter and I loved our stay here. Definitely 5 stars.

This apartment is very much as it looks in the photos and it was surprisingly quiet thanks to the double glazing. It’s in a brilliant location, one street back from the Nevsky Prospekt, and there’s terrific restaurant, Mamaliga, right below it. We were met at the airport by the very helpful Oleg, and I can really recommend you do this - the taxi drivers might not be so trustworthy. Daniel met us at the apartment and helped us settle in. We did have a problem with things not working- the en-suite shower and the washing machine- but I’m sure these will be fixed for the next guests. This is a really comfortable, elegant apartment and you could not choose a better location.

Perfect hospitality, perfect location! A beautiful, warm home set at the heart of St Petersburg. Our hosts were also very helpful and quick to assist with any travel needs. We would happily return for another stay.

The apartment is excellent, only very small) if you, like us, only need to spend the night and go to the shower, then this is ideal) is located in the city center. Near the house is a cool little coffee shop (Starbucks smokes on the side), a couple of grocery stores, McDonald's, an aquarium. Near the house and the bus and tram stops, the metro is also close. Go to the uprising square for 10-15 minutes, to the loft space "floors" for 7 minutes. I highly recommend ^^

Fabulous central location very near Hermitage and other major sights. The apartment is very clean. It is on the fourth floor of an old building with no lift. Public areas are showing their age. The flat is great value for a short stay.

Alina's place is very nice and clean. The location is just great - few minutes walking from the main city's attractions. Alina was an excellent host, responding to all our queries we had. I would definitely recommend this place.

The reception was great! We stayed for 3 nights three, came for a walk in the sights of the city. Not knowing the city, we booked these apartments, but we couldn’t even think that they would be in the very center of the capital! We walked everywhere! Alina met us personally, told what and where is located, how to use it! By the way - the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay! Even a heater is provided, if you suddenly feel cool! Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, kettle, all kitchen utensils, refrigerator! In general, we are very pleased with our stay and will be happy to come back again! And by the way, the view from the window is magical! Luxury shops, restaurants, street musicians and amazing music in the evening, and you can watch it all with a cup of coffee from the window)) the atmosphere of St. Petersburg is in full! Put 10 out of 10! Thanks for the hospitality!

Firstly, communication with Alina is perfect. I would definetely recommend this place, mostly because of the ideal location in the city of St. Petersburg. The only thing that you should take into account is that the walls are quite thin. It did not cause us any inconvenience, but it sometimes did for the neighbours when just talking at night. But in the end very satisfied!

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Owls really touched (we counted 53 owls :)) The area is very quiet, calm, within walking distance of shops, a bakery (with delicious pastries). The absence of the metro station within walking distance is more than compensated by urban public transport, a stop right outside the house, and 20 minutes to the center. We arrived by car, there were no problems with parking in the yard. The hosts are very welcoming. We will be happy to get back to you!

Incredibly responsive and hospitable hostess, a very nice and cozy apartment, which has everything you need, and many more pleasant things. A good location will be ideal for those who like to walk (and for those who do not, a taxi to the center costs a penny). We will be very happy to return again!

I can really recommend this apartment. It‘s in a nice area, very quiet in a backyard. Metro is a little to walk (15 min), good coffee nearby (MET coffee). We didn‘t meet Violetta in person, but she provided all kind of advice and quickly answered our questions. We would love to come back!

A good place you want to come back to again. Beautiful interior, cozy and so warm. The main attractions can be reached on foot and at the same time walk around the city. According to the instructions, at first it seemed that it would be difficult to find the right front door, but the instructions were detailed and understandable. Nearby there are noisy streets and roads. The bed is comfortable and clean, so sleep is very comfortable and relaxing. It is pleasant that the hostess also took care of such trifles as food for a quick and small breakfast, and also pleased with the presence of an umbrella if I suddenly forgot to bring it with me. Recommend!
