Places to stay in Salt Lake City

Places to stay in Salt Lake City
Bring your childhood dreams to life by going on a real treehouse adventure! This beautiful, one-of-a-kind treehouse embraces a huge living Douglas fir. It features a lofted bedroom with skylight, kitchen, hot-water bathroom, and main room with 180-degree glass windows for epic unobstructed views of the Uinta mountains. Available year-round for anything from a gorgeous snowy escape for two or a wonderful summer retreat with your best friend. Visit @thetreehouseutah via Instagram for more details.
If you are looking to getaway to a quiet, very remote, rural sanctuary for relaxation and a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the spot. Situated at 8,000 feet altitude through 3 miles of dirt roads, this 200 sq ft. real-life treehouse with sleeping loft for two is elevated by stilts and secured by the living Douglas fir embracing it. Be prepared for small, cozy spaces, and lots of stairs, with breathtaking views that are nothing short of spectacular! It offers a large deck out front with a first-level main room that includes the living room, dining room, apartment-style kitchen, and marine-style bathroom all wrapped with 180-degree windows. Inside is a couch, flat screen TV, games, books, and yoga mat. The kitchen features a sink with garbage disposal, mini-fridge, microwave, single-burner induction stove top, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and tableware. The compact bathroom has a toilet, shower, and integrated sink (don't worry, there's definitely hot water). The entire place is warmed with an independent heating system, a portable space heater, and plenty of extra blankets for winter months or has plenty of windows for fresh air to circulate in warmer months. On the mountain you can stroll, hike, snowshoe (we have some for your to borrow!), and watch various wildlife including birds, moose, elk, deer, porcupines, beaver, turkey, grouse, coyotes, rabbits, and more. PLEASE READ: Be advised that our roads are dirt or snow packed and not always plowed. There are specific vehicle requirements to access during snow and mud seasons; Uber and Lyft are not an option. When you rent a car, we recommend Epic Jeep Rentals, but if you need a taxi we recommend Park City Taxi. 2WD cars, even with chains, unfortunately won’t make it. If you have 4x4/AWD without snow tires, you’ll need chains. If your 4x4/AWD has snow flake rated tires, you’re okay without chains, but we still advise adding the chains as we don’t know how to predict the weather. All vehicles require some level of under carriage clearance to avoid getting stuck. Recovery and/or towing from us or a willing neighbor, based on availability, will cost you a $250+ or you can call Park City Tow.
Our property is at home in a very private and very rural community called Tollgate Canyon, located outside Park City, up a gorgeous mountain with nothing more than dirt roads and no street lights. We ask that you respect this property as your home, treat our neighbors as your neighbors, and keep your distance from the wildlife who find refuge here.
  • The Treehouse certainly exceeded our expectations. The drive up to the property is beautiful. Communication with the hosts was easy and fast—even responding immediately to an issue we were having late at night. The Treehouse was very clean, cozy, and most certainly unique. The bed was incredibly cozy.. and we appreciated the extra blankets and yoga mats. I just wish our trip was longer! I would highly recommend staying at the Treehouse if you are looking for an “off the beaten path” place to stay. Adhere to the rules regarding the need for 4x4!

  • This location couldn’t be more scenic! It felt excluded yet only 15-20 minutes from Park City. It does get a bit cold at night but everything was addressed between extra blankets, space heaters, robes ❤️. Our little reprieve from visiting family (Grantsville, Layton, Ogden) but we didn’t expect such a romantic space. Perfect way to say goodbye to my husband before he heads to Iraq. 😘❤️❤️

  • The treehouse is an amazing place to spend some time with your loved one(s). It was cozy, comfortable, and in a breathtaking location. The journey to get there was an adventure and not difficult with the clear instructions from Rocky & Gianni. Great location and even greater hosts!

    Henry2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • The treehouse is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen! The design is so thoughtful and beautiful, and the location can't be beat! We had the BEST time renting a jeep and having a fun adventure traveling up the snowy mountain roads! I was struck by just how quiet it was with all of the snow muffling the sounds. The views were breathtaking! The hosts are SO responsive and wonderful to work with. Their instructions were thorough and helpful. They also provided many great recommendations for us. They really think of everything to make your stay wonderful! We will definitely be back.

    Brittany2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay here was amazing! It was the perfect getaway that we were looking for. You're not too far from the main attractions in Park City, but hidden up in the mountains so you feel completely secluded. I have a small SUV and we still used chains and would highly recommend you do the same. I'd love to come back and visit this place in the summer or fall because the scenery surrounding the cabin would never get old! Rocky & Gianni were amazing and responsive hosts as well!

    Stephanie2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I had a great experience at this cozy treehouse. We loved the remoteness and the silence, and enjoyed amazing views (we arrived on a snow day). Rocky and Gianni were accommodating and awesome at communication. We appreciated they made sure the parking area was clear with all the snowfall that had accumulated. Great space and great hosts.

    Blanca2020-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is a gorgeous little place which pics honestly doesn’t do justice. Very cute, cosy and with beautiful views. The hosts were great at communication and very helpful with local advice - and do listen to them when they say you need an SUV with snow tyres or use the local taxi firm as the treehouse location is remote. But I’d definitely recommend this place for a slice of Utah close enough to Sundance

    Hannah2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • This was an absolute dream. There is no where else that can come close to the level of cozy that the treehouse creates. I’m so incredibly grateful for every moment that I had here. Rocky was so lovely to meet & watching those cute doggos have the zoomies was the cherry on top of our perfect stay. The environment that they have created is absolutely priceless. This will be an experience that I’ll recommend to anyone who will listen.

Romantic historic studio cottage, newly renovated, located 2 blocks from Main st. Perfect for a private romantic getaway. Gorgeous veranda views of the old town and the slopes. Minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and the Park City Resort town lift.
Renovated studio cottage located 2 blocks from Main St. Perfect place for a private romantic getaway. Gorgeous views of the old town and ski slopes. Only 5 minutes walk to restaurants, bars, art galleries and shopping. Minutes walk to Park City Resort town lift. 5 minutes drive to Deer Valley Resort. 10 minutes drive to the Canyons Resort. Plenty of hills close by for the kids to go sledding. Countless mountain biking trails only a short ride away! The cabin features a living room with spectacular views of town and the slopes, a private yard and porch, a cozy bedroom and renovated bathroom. The cottage is perfect for couples or young families. Amenities include: High speed WiFi, basic cable, HBO, Showtime, Hulu, Netflix, DVDs, board games, playing cards, coffee machine, linens, hair dryer, new furniture, pack 'n play, pet friendly. See the map in the images section for best parking locations, as it is street parking only. The cottage is very private and is only accessed via Shorty's Stairs. So long as you don't mind some stairs you'll be minutes walk from Main St. but in the most private spot in Old Town. Note: if you have mobility restrictions this location might not be a great fit. Shorty’s Stairs and the path can get snow cover on a powder day. Great for skiing, but less great if you have mobility restrictions.
Located in the heart of Old Town. This is the most desirable location in Park City. Restaurants, bars, art galleries, shopping, mountain biking. Even a close drive to the Jordanelle Reservoir where you can paddle board, jet ski, sail and barbeque on the shore.
  • This was a cute little house in a wonderful location with an amazing view. We found parking uphill of the house and were able to park and walk to town, and bus to the ski hill. Not having to drive was great.

    Alison2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • The location is PERFECT! We came for Sundance Film Festival and walked literally everywhere. The view was a dream! The house is quaint but that's all we needed :) It is a bit tricky getting to the house with the steps and the walking path in the snow and ice - so if you book in winter, "try" not to sprain your ankle on your first night like I did! It was really magical though and we loved it!

    Allie2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a great place to crash after a day on the mountain. The path to get there is a little treacherous, but nothing that should keep you from staying. The view is incredible and the space is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this spot! Thanks Matt!

    Sally2020-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute place. Location relative to downtown is awesome. Nice touches and amenities. A little tricky to find but the instructions given were very good. The hike to/from the car to the front door is a bit of a challenge and needs to be planned for. Wouldn't recommend any heavy bags as it is all stairs and a short stretch in the open snow. Aside from that challenge, it is a great spot.

    Mike2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Great cabin in a terrific spot. I would definitely stay again!

    Greg2019-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • Loved this place! Great local tips. thank you!!

    Mandy2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I come to Park City every December for our wedding anniversary with our corgi babies and this was our first time staying here at Matt's and it was our favorite trip yet. The house's location is literally perfect, walking distance to Main Street and pretty much everything PC has to offer. The home itself was super cute, very clean and cozy - they had all the necessities in there as well including a corkscrew which I had forgotten to bring for our wine so thank you for that! The communication and instructions from Matt were great, everything was laid out clearly for us so much so that we pretty much didn't have a question the entire time. I thank Matt for a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some comfy cozy digs to enjoy Park City - we will definitely stay again in the future! :)

    Amber2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place to stay for a couple. The views are amazing. My fiancee and I had a wonderful time here. Definitly find Shorty's stairs before you arrive though. It's tucked away in the hill and doesn't have good visability from the road.

★Close to Grocery Store, Restaurants, and Freeway★ Our Tiny Home is a great place to stay while visiting the Wasatch front. Just a small drive to surrounding restaurants, activities, hikes, and sites. 25-28 minutes from SLC airport. 20-25 minutes to Alta and Snowbird. 25-30 minutes to Brighton and Solitude. 40 minutes to Park City 20 minutes to Downtown SLC. 5 minutes from I-15 5 minutes from tons of restaurants 5 minutes to grocery store
Location: Let's get this out in the open right off the bat...our Tiny Home is located in an RV park, and there's no way around that. If you're not OK with staying in an RV park, the Tiny Home is not for you. That being said, our Tiny Home has LOTS to offer and is a clean, cozy and fun place to stay! *****Please note, the sky lights have been boarded up for efficiency***** It's located in Draper right off the freeway about 25 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon. There are grocery stores, gas stations and lots of great restaurants, all within a one-mile radius. The advantage of our Tiny Home being in an RV park means our guests have access to a coin-op laundry mat, small convenience store, community playground, an outdoor pool (open in summer) and an indoor hot-tub (open during the winter.) Closes at 8:00 pm Transportation: It is necessary to have a rental car in order to access the Tiny Home from the airport. You could always pay for Uber but I bet you will spend just as much on drivers than actually just renting a car. Description: The beds are located in a loft, so you have to climb up a fairly steep ladder to get to them. We also updated our couch to a pull out couch the size of a twin bed that can be used. The kitchen includes a mini fridge, stove, oven and microwave. We provide pots, pans and dishes for you to cook with. Please keep in mind the Tiny Home is not the Marriot--it's a glorified trailer. There is no TV. Sometimes the water heater doesn't get as hot as you would like. Despite these possible inconveniences, we will do our VERY best to make everything perfect for your stay! The RV park just added Wifi, but you have to ask the front desk for the password.
Our Tiny House is located in an RV Park, so please be aware of this, even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby. There are amenities available such as a laundromat, picnic areas and a hot tub and swimming pool (when in season). There are quite a few other Tiny Homes in the park so you can meet and socialize with other Tiny Home lovers!! The RV park is clean and well maintained with easy access to parking. It's located right near I-15 which makes travel easy and convenient. A lot of people ask us why the home is located in an RV park, and the only answer is that Salt Lake County currently does not allow for tiny houses in their city code. If we ever have the opportunity to move to a more permanent location we would absolutely love to. The RV park really is well maintained and requires background checks of all its residents. Management quickly addresses any issues and is easy to get a hold of. It’s an older park so keep that in mind. I really feel that our tiny home is a unique experience and we are proud to offer something boutique in fashion yet affordable. Perfect for someone looking for something fun and different for a short stay or an extended stay where you are beginning of a life adventure.
  • Tiny but convenient location for our skiing trip.

    Lilian2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Everything is so clean and organized. I loved all the extra blankets in the closet and the coffee maker. Bless coffee and fluffy blankets

    Brina2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Loved staying at this tiny home in Salt Lake! The space was stylish, clean and had everything we needed. Location is not far from SLC’s main attractions. Would recommend!

    Emmeline2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • If you want to know what the space is like, read the description of the property. Brittany nailed it... The space is really very small, but, particularly for one person, once you have been there a day or two you will get yourself organized and in a groove. If you are wondering about what it is like staying in an RV park... This is a quiet, friendly residential area. The kids that are picked up by the early morning school bus will be playing on the basketball court in the afternoon. You will see a lot of your neighbors in the laundry room or out walking their dog. It feels safe, friendly, and comfortable. The RV park facilities are very close to the house and helpful...The showers are very clean and the water is hot. The laundry room is also very clean. There is a little store that sells ice and necessities like milk. There are lots and lots of restaurants, etc., and two very nice, large grocery stores a short drive away. Pay attention to opening and closing times — many restaurants are closed on Sunday. If you happen to be a skier, there is a quick route to the mountains via the highways (I-15 and 215) but rush hour traffic means it won’t be the best route if you are an early bird. On the otherhand, the route up Draper Highway (12300 Street) is easy and pretty quick - generally 45-50 minutes to Brighton Ski Area if the canyon road is clear of snow. The NOAA cottonwood canyons forecast and the canyon alerts Twitter feed can help you plan for getting up to the resorts. .

    Deborah2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great little place to stay.

    Chris2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • If you’ve wanted to experience a tiny house, this is a great option. It’s convenient to freeways and grocery stores so you can get why you need and go places quickly. It’s a tiny house, so don’t expect a lot of extra room, but the use of space is well thought out. The bathroom feels much larger than anything else, which was nice. Proximity to the freeway made it a little louder than we were used to at night. But, we were there for the tiny house experience and we got to experience that.

    Adam2020-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • We loved living tiny for the weekend! So much cozier than a hotel and an awesome location!

    Candyce2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the tiny house and it was so cozy and yet tiny! We slept super well since it was pretty warm upstairs in the bedroom. And please be extra careful when you get up there and watch your head. I bumped my head a few times when waking up and forgetting it was there. And everything’s good so far! Would definitely come back again :)

  • Very cozy studio. Well equipped. Very good location with shuttle bus to main ski resorts just steps away from the apt. The hot tub was a nice add. Jill was very attentive. Check in is very easy, especially when arriving at very late hours. Will definitely stay at Jill’s place next time we go to Park City.

    Janina2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • I enjoyed my stay and would go back again. It’s spotless and comfortable. It’s very convenient to skiing and restaurants.

    Pamela2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first visit to Park City, and Jill was super welcoming. She was very responsive and helpful in offering local tips. We had a great time!

    Mary2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Jill's studio is the ideal place to stay in Park City. We were in town for the Sundance Film Festival. The studio is literally next door to the Prospector Theater, and an easy walk to the Eccles Theater. The included parking pass made finding parking a non-issue. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day skiing or sitting in dark rooms watching movies. And her studio has so many extremely thoughtful touches: toiletries, snacks, water, oatmeal, coffee, even a couple beers, and the small kitchen is well-appointed with all the cookware you need, as well as a toaster and drip coffee maker. And the fireplace at the foot of the bed is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, and the space is spotlessly clean and well-decorated. And Jill was extremely responsive if we ever had any questions or needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this studio again, and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Park City! Thank you Jill for a wonderful stay!

    Zack2020-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Great host. Would stay here again

    Ryan2020-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Jills place was absolutely perfect for a few days on the mountain. Check in was easy, her place is on the main floor close to the entrance which makes access quick and the ski storage closet was a very nice touch. It was clean and exactly as advertised. 10/10 would recommend!

Quiet mother-in-law apartment with private entrance less than 5 minutes from Salt Lake City's vibrant downtown. Quick highway access to reach local attractions and world famous ski resorts.
Custom built kitchen & cabinets. Retro design. Unique fire place. Great views of the valley and mountains. Big deck to lounge outside.
We love that our neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful yet so close to the city. We have quick access to everything Salt Lake City has to offer. We can get to the mountains in almost no time to take advantage of all outdoor recreation. (Climbing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, sight seeing, mountain biking, and much more)
  • We stayed in Scott's aframe loft at the end of February in SLC and were so glad we did. It is super cozy with a heater, fireplace and extra blankets. It seems like you are in a cabin nestled away from things but in actuality you are close to many happening things-- a win win! It was very quiet and relaxing. Just the vacation my husband and I needed! Highly recommend. P.S. I found using the bathroom at night even with the stairs totally fine. The skylight from above casts a soft glow lighting the way-- you won't even need a nightlight :)

    Vanessa2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Scott's place was in a great, suburban area. The place was stylish and very creative. His communication was top notch and I would recommend the place to anyone staying in SLC. Within an hour to Park City and very close to the amazing state Capitol!

    Mark2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Scott’s place has VERY convenient access to downtown Salt Lake City! It’s also a very convenient spot to be if you’re there to hike ( I went to a few different spots in the area— all 30 minutes from the BnB— that we’re FANTASTIC). The hosts were great at communicating and even called me on my way to SLC to let me know about a snow storm hitting the city. I’ll be staying here again if I’m back in SLC anytime soon! Happy Traveling!

    Katherine2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • This U of U parent will be back. Private entry. Comfortable layout, furnishings and overall feel. Close to the U and just above DT SLC. We didn't use the kitchen, but we could have prepared a home cooked meal for our daughter while visiting. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful evening view. Relaxing and quiet.

    Mary Jo2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Really cozy, perfect spot— felt like I had a little oasis in the city. Everything you need to cook for yourself, and a great spot to read a book. I see other reviews mentioning the shower—this was the only issue I had (6'2") but still, I managed. There are a lot of stairs, a steep driveway, and a ladder to get to the loft with beds..so if you have any physical restrictions I would recommend making other arrangements.

A partial view of the neighboring cabin on the south can be seen from inside this cabin, but you will probably see more moose, deer and wildlife through the windows than humans. Park City: There are a variety of websites which will provide you with a lot of great ideas for what you can see and do in the Park City area. Also in the cabin we have a collection of pamphlets and magazines etc. advertising various activities to be enjoyed in the surrounding areas.
  • Great place. It is a great winter getaway. My family and I enjoyed the quality time together. Minimal technology, but great WiFi in case of emergencies.

  • Karen’s cabin is a cute & cozy place in a beautiful secluded spot in the mountains next to Park City. She was super quick with her responses and gave us perfect directions to find the place. It’s very clean and the perfect getaway for a romantic couple’s weekend or even a fun place to stay with the whole fam!

    Chase2020-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy cabin about 30 minutes from Park City ski resorts and shopping. We really appreciated the space especially the wood burning stove after a long day on the slopes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked for preparing simple meals and spacious shower with good water pressure. We appreciated Karen's excellent and timely communications. You definitely need all wheel drive in the winter. Overall, a perfect retreat for a family ski trip.

  • LOVE, LOVE, LOVED this cabin. It was a wonderful vacation. Very relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend this for the perfect get away. Will stay here again.

  • Great getaway and Karen was great!

  • My second visit, so obviously enjoyed my stay.

    Rick2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • My family has such a great time in Karen’s lovely cabin! We loved the three decks, and beautiful views. We even saw a mother and baby moose!

    Esther2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • This was a pretty delightful cabin stay - though honestly I expected a bit better equipment in the kitchen than what was there. The kitchen equipment such as the scraped up frying pans and the rusty sheet pans seemed unsanitary and concerning to cook on - and I think replacing those things would be really beneficial to your patrons in the future. We picked up a small container of aluminum foil and left it there for people after us. Overall it was a really great cabin stay and we appreciated the chance to spend our anniversary in your cabin.

**Yes! We are open and accepting reservations! We are also extra super deep cleaning between stays** Studio B is for travelers who value a high standard of cleanliness, sharp design, and a thoughtfully appointed space. We offer a cozy ground floor studio apartment with a private entrance, queen bed, elegant bath, and walk-in closet. Studio B is a charming urban sanctuary with modern style. Guests tell us that we "do AirBnB the right way," which is our goal.
Studio B is a compact space that is spotlessly clean, well organized, and stocked with plenty of amenities. The decor is modern, uncluttered, and a tad playful thanks to touches like a working vintage CRT television set. We provide more than the bare bones for travelers and put care into making sure it is highly comfortable and enjoyable for guests to land here for resting up or to heading out on their adventures around SLC and beyond. Studio B's price point reflects our rigorous attention to detail and all we provide that is well above the minimum standard. Many guests compliment the comfort Studio B's bed, which has a new Purple mattress. We are so happy about the ongoing positive feedback on this mattress we bought more for our second unit and another for our personal home. The unit has a newly installed ductless mini-split HVAC system inside so guests can control their own thermostat for heat and air conditioning with the touch of a remote. It is extremely efficient and virtually silent. We know how important it is for guests to be able to adjust temperatures to their preference. We've got you covered. Street parking is free right outside your door on West Temple. The adjacent streets have free parking also. Please note! Studio B is geared toward clean, considerate guests who are willing to perform standard AirBnB check out tasks before they go. Sheets & towels in hamper, wash dishes, and tidy up. If not, not problem but understand that a $10 fee will apply post check out. Our management team is small, dedicated, and friendly. Jason and Jake are my awesome co-hosts and we have been working together for some time now. J & J are the primary communication point with our guests. They also live downtown so are close by and quick to respond should you need anything. Jason and Jake run their own cleaning business and clean Studio B for every turnover so they are familiar with the unit forwards and backwards if you have any questions. I meet with J & J weekly to discuss scheduling and all matters related to hosting/housekeeping so we can stay on top of things and deliver excellent service to our guests. I'm Amy - the owner. I lived in the upper portion of the townhouse as my primary residence with my young family until 2019 when we bought a cute house around the corner. Upon moving we converted the upstairs unit to a furnished rental called West Temple Townhouse that is separate from Studio B. I have lived on the block for a number of years and know the area well. I love it down here! It's a neighborhood with charming quirks and a true socioeconomic diversity that makes it feel alive. I am the current VP on the townhome's HOA board so I am involved in all conversations concerning the property grounds. To clarify, our whole property is a three story townhouse with two separate AirBnB rental units in it. Unit #1: The Studio B unit is on the ground floor ( a studio apartment with a private entrance, no shared space, free street parking). Unit#2: The West Temple Townhouse unit is on the upper two floors of the same townhouse (a 2 bed / 2.5 bath furnished apartment with an attached 2 car garage, separate entrance door). Does not share any space or entry doors with Studio B. You are just up/down neighbors :) *Please note that we expect Studio B guests to keep noise to a minimum in the evenings. So far, so good! 97% of all reasonable adults know what this means without further explanation and can manage it with ease. Most travelers are eager for some good solid rest. For all others, this means noise levels should always be considerate and appropriate behavior is required at all times with typical hospitality quiet hours (between 10pm - 9am). Studio B is not place for a raucous party, blasting the TV, or other loudness in the wee hours...or really any hours. We will not be pleased if we receive a complaint from our guests renting the upstairs unit. In fairness, we ask our upstairs guests to be mindful of Studio B guests in the same way. Our location is key - great walkability to many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, corner market....and a dangerously delicious gourmet donut shop. Ample parking on the street and easy freeway access for heading to the mountains fast. We are one block away from the Trax line, which goes to the airport, the University of Utah, the Hospital, and also a great distance south if you are headed in that direction. Excellent proximity to Salt Palace Convention Center (one mile exactly), University of Utah, Baseball Stadium, Liberty Park and much more. Studio B is an excellent location for Sundance Film Festival goers - we're close to all SLC film fest venues plus fast freeway access to zip up to Park City for the day or down to Sundance Resort for a taste of Robert Redford galore. As an installation artist by trade, I had a splendid time putting my skill set to use in composing a cleverly designed space that is functional, calming, and a bit unique. I worked in the hospitality industry for a long stretch so I get kick out of providing exemplary service. I have also traveled the world and understand how comforting it is to find a sweet gem of a spot to rest your head and recharge. On behalf of Jason, Jake, and myself - we hope Studio B is an unexpected highlight on your travel adventures.
The Central Ninth (C9) is a great little spot that is growing fast. It used to be a rather gritty neighborhood a decade ago. Now the C9 is experiencing a revitalization and is known as Salt Lake City's "it" neighborhood right now . I describe the C9 as on its way to becoming gentrified, but thankfully it still retains a wonderful mix of demographics at the moment. The hipsters have arrived, but we also have a real dive bar and we are proud of it. There are very tall trees and historic Victorian bungalow homes on some streets, modern buildings with trendy businesses on others, and all this lands within a somewhat industrial section of downtown called the Granary District.
  • Great place with so much attention to detail to provide all the amenities one could think of. Also the place has this pleasant and surprising touch with the TV and Tetris stuff... You will know yourself when you book it 😊

    Deepak2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! A perfect space for a solo traveler with an incredible attention to detail, comfort and hospitality. I'd come back to SLC just to stay in another place hosted by Amy!

  • Cozy stay!

    Andrew2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I had a great stay at this cozy little space! We loved the location (minutes away from downtown SLC), it had a homey, modern design and literally had everything we needed for our short stay. Parking was a breeze out on the street and the tips/recommendation the host gave us were spectacular! Thanks for an incredible stay!

    Jensen2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The unit is very small, but perfect for a one or two night getaway for a couple or for someone needing a place to crash before or after a flight. Unit was very clean and neat. It was well designed, and had a comfortable bed. Street parking out front of the unit seems like it could be hot and miss, but wasn’t a big problem the night we stayed.

    Rafe & Jada2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first Airbnb stay. It was easy to find and clean. The hosts communicated rapidly, even when I asked about local eats. The room was clean and fit our needs for a quick trip to the city. Check-in was easy. There are quite a few places to eat that are within walking distance. I would stay here again.

    Jacklynn2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • The place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of great places to eat, shop, walk around, etc. Highly recommend it!

    Zach2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Studio B is perfect for any couple looking for an easy to access, clean, trendy, and organized space. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to SLC.

The perfect location for a comfy night in downtown Salt Lake! A short walking distance from nearly everything, this private basement apartment is quaint and tucked in a boutique 1906 charmer right behind Temple Square. Public transportation "Trax" stops a few blocks away. Perfect for visitors traveling on a budget, attending a conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center, sight-seeing downtown, and looking for quick convenience, rather than luxury.
This is a garden-level (basement apartment) in a 1906 boutique old-French style charming property. No frills or luxury, but comfortable and private - featuring a great location. The floor and bedroom have recently been updated and have been designed to be clean & simple to meet your needs. The bedroom has a really comfy queen bed, (everyone loves it!) with quality bedding, pillows, and freshly washed duvet. NEW--there is now a big HD TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, and HBO on it! Great way to relax in the comfy bed. Only downside of the apartment is a very small, unluxurious bathroom with stand up shower, toilet and sink. It's a bit of a strange adventure--the ceiling is only about 6 feet tall. Watch your head! There is provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer. The kitchen has some basic things for you to make your stay pleasant, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a few dishes. We have a two burner hot-plate and a few pans to cook a small meal, blender, tea kettle, dishes and utensils, fridge, and microwave. Finally, a futon makes the perfect spot for a child or a third guest. Additional bedding for the futon available upon request. There's also a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheet provided. There is also great high speed internet in the apartment.
The neighborhood is our favorite part of our home. It's a quiet street, yet couldn't be closer to all the downtown attractions. Enjoy a scenic walk north in the Marmalade district, passing beautiful historical pioneer homes as you make your way to the Capital. The LDS Conference Center is literally footsteps away, as well as the Temple. Equally convenient is the Convention Center, Abravanel Hall, the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, and City Creek Center. We can point you to all the best restaurants along the way.
  • Kent was a very hospitable host. His apartment was very neat and tidy. The check in process went very smooth and we would most definitely stay again.

    Emily2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Very lovely space. Very thoughtful touches - loved the chocolates and popcorn! As advertised - the shower it’s self is small and low ceiling height but was fine for us. The shower knob was tricky to work out at first. Absolutely fantastic location also!!!

Cute eclectic neighborhood right down the street from the Capitol. This home is on Capitol Hill & as the name suggests it is a bit hilly where we are. There is a way to get to downtown that does not involve a very steep hill that we will provide a map with this marked for guests. But please know there are hills around the home.
  • This was an absolute charm of a place to stay! Great location with easy access to downtown in a quiet charming neighborhood.

Located on a leafy, tree-lined street, walking distance to all the charm and vibrant life of the 9th & 9th district, this cozy, comfortable, and private basement studio is your home away from home. Close to lively downtown, the U of U, easy access to/from the airport, and a 5 minute drive to I80/I15. Six world class ski resorts in Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons are less than 40 mins away.
Your space is a fully private basement studio with keyless entrance (code to be sent to you to at confirmed booking), bathroom with shower, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, water kettle, french press, and filtered water dispenser, but no stove or dedicated sink. With one queen bed, this space would be most comfortable for a single person or a couple, although there is also a twin blow-up mattress, and an exceedingly comfortable couch for additional persons (up to 4 max, extra $10/night for fourth guest). Large flat screen TV with Roku box for getting Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other channels, free wifi, and desk with chair. All linens, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, coffee/tea/sparkling water, snacks, and tourist brochures/maps for your reference are included. Please note: There is not a lockable bedroom door- there is a heavy curtain that separates the sleeping/living area from the stairway to the private entrance. The stairwell and private guest entrance is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door. Please also note: the bathroom ceiling is a bit low (6'1" to be exact), so if you are over 6' tall, you may find it uncomfortable.
9th and 9th is a lively and diverse neighborhood where local shops, cafes, grocery stores, an indy theater, and many fine dining and casual restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner are all within walking distance: Publik Kitchen, Tower Theatre, Cahoots Gift Shop, Mazza Mediterranean, Pago farm to table, Thai Garden Bistro, Barbacoa Mexican Grill, Kyoto Japanese Restaurant, Hub & Spoke Diner, Dolcetti Gelato, East Liberty Tap House, Pizza Nono, and the always buzzing Coffee Garden, one of SLC's best and most beloved cafes. Smiths, a Kroger brand grocer, and Liberty Heights Fresh, a gourmet food shop, are both walkable while Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Natural Grocer are a quick 5 min drive away.
  • Sandy's place was just the coziest and most comfortable spot I've ever been on Airbnb. We loved it, and I hope to stay here again.

    Eden2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is a complete guest suite in the basement of a small bungalow on a quiet and tidy residential street on the near east side of SLC. Grocery, restaurants, etc. are conveniently found nearby. If you browse photos provided in the listing, you'll have a good idea exactly what to expect. The accommodation has been finished and decorated with attention to detail. Sandy met me on arrival and provided a quick orientation. Later on, I had the opportunity to meet her dog Pinky, who was taking advantage of the back yard. I was very pleased with my choice of Sandy's place for my two night stay in SLC.

This cozy apartment is conveniently located in central SLC right just moments from downtown. It's a great neighborhood with fabulous restaurants, local shopping, and nightlife. You have a coffee shop, grocery store and breakfast options within walking distance and freeway access is just minutes away. If you don't have transportation, no worries, TRAX, Trolley Square, 9th and 9th and Liberty Park are all within walking distance.
The apartment includes a full kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, living room and separate bedroom. A 42" plasma television with Comcast Xfinity and wireless internet are included as well as basics such as a coffee maker and microwave. The building is older, but the unit is clean and well appointed.
It's a great neighborhood with plenty to do and see within walking distance. You have great breakfast options within a block including Beans & Brew, The Bagel Project, and my favorite, Pig & A Jelly Jar. Also, if you're headed to the park, try the The Park Cafe. Walk the 4 blocks toward 400 South for shopping at Trolley Square, grabbing groceries from Whole Foods or Trader Joe's or catching TRAX to head downtown where you'll find many great restaurants and nightlife.
  • The apartment is clean and decorated super cute. It is super accessible to a bunch of different SLC activities and activities in nearby towns.

  • Really peaceful and spacious place. Fully equipped to make you feel like you’re at home. Good location, and facilities. Nice restaurants nearby. Justin was attentive and very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended if you’re looking to stay in Salt Lake City.

    Nattawan2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Clean condo. Great price. If your lucky enough to be in SLC when it snows, Liberty Park is very beautiful with new snow on the ground just 1 block away. Ski resorts are sooo close....30 min....& you are there before you know it. Basic condo on the old side, but, hey, who is spending all their time inside the AirBnb anyway? Great jumping off point for sooo much.........bars/restaurants/cafes/parks/hiking/photography/etc.....I really lucked out with a new storm setting in right before I got to SLC. Stayed 1 week. Justin’s AirBnb was ideal for a great location to all the ski resorts - w/out shelling out big money for ski resort hotels, plus, way more nightlife in SLC. 😊 I totally shredded Park City, Deer Valley, Alta, & Snowbird. This unit is mainly for 1 person, but it can handle 2 if your a close couple sleeping in the queen bed. 2 thumbs up if you’re just using the condo as a jumping off point. If not, you might wanna spend more money for a newer place. Thanks Justin for good communication. No problems. Can’t beat the price!

    Ken2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing time staying st Justin's place in Salt Lake City. The location was great for our ski trip and had many restaurants that were walking distance. I will definently stay there again on my future trips to Utah..

This large studio was originally an old grocery store built on to the main house in the 1950's. It was completely renovated in 2007 and includes a full, private bathroom downstairs. The basement/ bathroom ceilings are low. If you are over 5'9", you will be bending over in the shower. My place is just a few blocks from the University of Utah and a short Uber ride or 20 minute walk to downtown. Ski resorts are 40 minutes away. Light rail is about 2 blocks away. 15 minutes to the airport.
Breakfast items and beverages are available in the mini-fridge. There is a coffee maker (coffee included), tea kettle (tea included), and microwave in the room, along with cups and utensils. Please remember to turn off appliances when not in use.

The Central Ninth neighborhood is SLC's hippest spot and is growing fast. It is defined by trendy shops, eateries, and apartment buildings committed to community and sustainability who have swooped in to create and maintain a unique, artsy, local, industrial vibe. It is minutes from downtown, the Smith Ballpark, and just down the street from Liberty Park where you will find grass, kickball fields, trees, ponds, tennis courts, playgrounds, jogging paths, and the Tracy Aviary. There is a nearby Target and an even nearer 7-11 if you forget your toothbrush. My favorite neighborhood spots are Ruby Snap (cookies to die for), Laziz Kitchen (excellent Lebanese), Vertical Diner (vegan fare), Publik coffee shop, Epic Brewing Company, R&R BBQ, Moochie's Meatballs (for an amazing Philly cheesesteak), Proper Burger, and Tacos Don Rafa (street tacos).
  • Eliza’s place is SUPER cute and so easy to get in and get out. Has all the main amenities needed and she definitely put a lot of thought into the recommendations and decorating the space. Highly recommended!!

    Michelle2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • The room was smaller than expected. But, the location is pretty good tho and having the 7/11 and trax nearby made things easier for us. Overall, I’d rate this AirBnB a solid 9/10 due to the fair pricing/value.

    Joshua2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • The space is located in great neighborhood with plenty of places to walk to and enjoy. Yes it is small but it’s so comfortable and well planned out that you hardly notice. We loved staying here and you can tell Eliza but a lot of effort into making you feel at home. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. 5 stars all around!

    Priscilla2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful, clean space with thoughtful touches throughout (including a well-organized welcome book with tons of local tips!) Eliza was helpful and quickly responded to our sudden request for early check-in. Also worth noting that the bed was very comfortable!

  • Dave's place was everything we needed for an extended weekend trip to Salt Lake City. I really appreciated the information he provided about local must-sees/eats and public transportation options. Dave was a super friendly host, and very available if we had any questions or concerns during our stay. Like Dave mentions in the description of this site, there are neighboring sites that can be noisy at times, but we never had an issue during the designated quiet hours!

    Jordan2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a great time in David’s place. Great space and close to all the fun.

    Krista2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • It was exactly as pictured in the previews. Had everything as detailed in the description. Parking is harder at night after 9/10pm and may have to park down the street a block away or so. Yes, it is true that you will be having a shared wall/floor with other renters so you will be hearing chattering or movement.

    Brandon2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay near the University of Utah and downtown Salt Lake. David was very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay here again!

  • Had a great stay at Sharon's place! The room was as advertised and was toasty warm. There was plenty of space for groceries in the fridge and I had no issues with the front door. My only small complaint was a louder guest in the bathroom really early that woke me up, but that was not within the host's control.

Amazing VIEWS.... Safe quiet and one half mile from grocery store, liquor store, Capital, Temple Square and the LDS Hospital. . Details here for your peace of mind that everything here is sterilized including the handles, pillows, counter tops, tv changer, sheets, blankets and towels after each stay. Public trans 1 block. PETS must be disclosed in your REQUEST to stay? Read House rules at the bottom of the page. Memory Grove Canyon and downtown at the bottom of the hill less than a mile.
This is a 1954 brick tudor. It is in good condition. I am updating things all the time but it is 60 years old. If your expecting for a hotel style stay, this is not your spot its one of a kind with wood floors and cosmetics of that style of house. The air conditioning is a good window unit and 2 fans works good.
This is a San Francisco feel as it is up the hill with no track housing except for a few newer condo units. The area is a must see and in the thick of downtown. Close to the capital, LDS temple and convention center, the salt palace convention center, university of utah (Within 2 miles of all these).

  • Stayed at Scott's place for a ski trip with a friend and it was amazing! The property was sparkling and full of every amenity imaginable. The kitchen was perfect for big breakfasts and packing lunches. The downtown location across from a large park had plenty of private and street parking and provided quick access for us to eat great dinners. It was great having a washer and dryer to launder the ski clothes in the evenings. Wifi and apple connected TV worked great for when rest was needed. I highly recommend this host and property.

  • Great place. Had everything I needed.

    Pete2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • This house was in a perfect location for us. We came to see snow and we saw it, for sure! The first time morning we woke up to beautiful falling snow. We walked to the cafe nearby, then to the park. We walked to the grocery store (a little over a mile) and back. We took a Lyft into Park City and went snowshoeing (an Airbnb experience...amazing!!) One day we walked from the house to downtown, about a 3-4 mile walk. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I wish there were curtains on all windows and that the curtains were not see through, although it let in beautiful daylight during the day. We also like ceiling fans in rooms, but that is a just a personal preference. The heater didn't always want to come on, but we got it working the best we could. We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended the house to a few people!

Located in the Capitol Hill/Marmalade District, the John Alford house (1868) is close to downtown, art and culture, restaurants, mountains, and is an ideal spot for any traveler / outdoor enthusiast. Only a five minute walk to Temple Square, a one minute walk to the Utah State Capitol building, and very close to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Vivint Smart Home Arena, Salt Lake International Airport, and a number of different ski resorts and hiking trails.
Built in 1868 and completely remodeled in the late 20th century, this home is older than the Salt Lake Capitol Building or the Salt Lake Temple! The home was originally built by John Alford, a British native, convert to Mormonism, and polygamist who migrated to Utah in 1865. This historic neighborhood is home to some of the most iconic and unique homes in Utah. Your stay is about to get even dreamier with PURPLE – enjoy a whole new level of deep sleep and feel refreshed for your next adventure. Learn more at Purple.com
Salt Lake City's Marmalade Hill Historic District was so named because early street names reflected the fruit-bearing plants and trees imported and planted there by its early residents. Marmalade is a small triangular area bounded by 300 North on the south, 500 North on the north, Center Street on the east, and Quince Street, the district's "Main Street", on the west. Settled in the early days of Salt Lake City, the Marmalade District is distinguished from other neighborhoods by steep, narrow, angular streets, mature landscaping and a surprising variety of vintage residential buildings. Within a single one-block area are almost as many styles of architecture as exist in the entire Avenues Historic District. Moreover, many buildings are considered to be among Utah's best examples of certain types of architecture. Today, the neighborhood stands as a modest, well-preserved, monument to the skill, taste, and resourcefulness of its pioneer inhabitants.
  • This was a great apartment! Very easy to find and very clean. Unfortunately some of the close restaurants were permanently closed but it’s not a far walk from downtown! The purple mattress provided one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. Such a nice touch. I would stay again.

  • Daniela was a wonderful host. Check in was super easy and the location was prime. It's a 3 minute walk to the Statehouse which was fun to tour and it's about a 5 minute Uber to all the downtown hotspots. Highly recommend Daniela and her home. Couldn't have been more appreciative for her and her husband.

Our goal is to have amenities that help make your stay in Utah as comfortable and affordable. The room has a Single bed with another bed underneath making two separate beds. The Kitchen, bathroom and laundry fill the basic need of each respectively, the bedroom where you will sleep has high end finishes of venetian plaster walls luxury beds, pillows and bedding. Kitchen has a floor drain. Enjoy a grand stay in happy Salt Lake City. Take a look at the map and you will see you are in the heart of all this city hast to offer. The #500 bus picks up across the street on weekdays, if you have a rental car we have free parking in the back, or you will also be within walking distance to everything you'll need. We also have cars for rent on TURO. Often times this means we can pick you up and drop you off at the house for free if renting one of our cars. You have access to a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a shared laundry room. Set back behind one of Utah's most iconic buildings, the Utah state capitol. You are at the center of everything you need. 1/2 block walk to the east and down the hill you will find memory grove. A portion of the park is an off collar dog park, the other half is full of historical sites and memorials. If you are visiting on the weekend and would like to attend any particular worship services, please let us know to which ones so we can locate them and the appropriate time for attending. One of my favorite pass times is to take a walk on the immaculately manicured paths around the capitol or for a quiet sit inside. Your neighbors on all sides are very accommodating and would love to help you with anything you may need. FREE public transit. (from our home to anywhere down town see picture for free fare zone) Across the street is a bus stop that can take you anywhere you want to go. Immediately down the hill is our light rail system known as TRAX that takes you to and from the airport, as far east as sugar house, as far south as Provo and as far west as west valley. You can also take buses up to all the major skii resorts. Easy to get relatively anywhere you need. However... you may not need use of any public transit at all. Downtown Salt Lake, including the convention center and Vivint arena are within walking distance. Checking out Checklist: We charge a minimal cleaning fee with the understanding that our guests will do their best to return the place as they found it. The biggest thing you can do to help is wash and dry used sheets towels in the laundry room provided, don’t worry if you don’t have time to stick around as they dry, we’ll make the beds. Please wash any of your used dishes. Maybe take a look in the shower, toilet and sinks for any dirt or debris, wash it away with water. Large cans near the garage green is garbage, blue is recycle and brown is for garden waste, please empty your garbages. The Shared laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, new garbage bags, broom, vacuum and various other cleaning agents. Completing these simple tasks has allowed us to keep our property available at reasonable rates for all of our wonderful guests over the past 5 years. We realize that Airbnb is a family, we’re appreciative of your help and want you to know that we are here for you as well. Please let us know if there are questions, we look forward to hosting you. You've made it this far and you're ready to book!

Newly remodeled, 1 bedroom downtown condo. It's right down town and a close walk to everything including the city center, Temple Square, City Creek Mall, and Vivint Arena. 10 min ride from the airport or 20 mins on train. The Train stops just down the street. It has a full bath, laundry, and kitchen stocked with snacks. Brand new queen bed and sleeper sofa with two twin fold outs will sleep up to 6! I keep it VERY clean, comfy, and cozy. It's a really great downtown spot!
This is a ground level condo so there are a few steps down to the door. It's the most accessable condo in the building being closest to the gated parking with the fewest stairs to the door. The condo sleeps up to 6 people! 2 people very comfortably, 4 people somewhat comfortably, and 6 people in a more crowded situation. It sleeps 2 very comfortably on the plush queen size bed in the bedroom. It sleeps 4 somewhat less comfortably using the sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is just fine, but the queen in the bedroom is the comfiest. There are two fold up twin beds in the closet. You can fit them both in the bedroom or one in the bedroom and one in the living room. With 6 people it becomes crowded but doable. The pull out twins are really nice for fold ups and fit full size adults. There is a coffeemaker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The living area includes an HDTV with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) chromecast so you can use your netflix or other steaming accounts to stream right from your phone or tablet to the TV. WIFI is included for internet browsing, watching movies, etc. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and clean towels. There is also detergent and dryer sheets for laundry and plenty of snacks in the kitchen and fridge.
This condo is right on the edge of downtown so it isn't super busy but it is right next to all of the action. All the best places to eat are within walking distance. It is truly the perfect location for a stay in Salt Lake.
  • Clean apartment, just as described on airbnb. Central location to downtown, area seems safe. Would stay here again.

    Sherry2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Wesley's place was nice simple apartment downtown. Close trip for us to get to the airport. Full wifi and coffee is everything we needed!

    Brandon2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • This codo was exactly what I needed! I was attending a conference at the Salt Palace, and Wesley’s place was only a short walk away. Check-in was very smooth & easy, the condo was clean and comfortable, and there was coffee - what more could you ask for? I’d definitely stay there again if I ended up back in the area.

    Lila2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Wesley's place was very nice. We had some things happen and he was very quick to rectify the situation. We would recommend this place for anyone to stay.

    James2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • Wesley’s Place was amazing to stay at. Very inviting and clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Amazing step by step instructions for check in and parking. Great location if you are looking to stay downtown. It was very quiet and relaxing. Also next door is a Maverick gas station for little conveniences and snacks. I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

    Carl2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, relatively spacious, and a location very convenient to the Salt Palace Convention Center! Perfect for a conference stay!

    Scott2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • My stay was great! The place was clean and in a convenient spot.

    Carlos2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and cute space! It’s much more spacious than the pictures lead on. The location is great, 20 minute walk from most things and a gas station literally right next door. The tv does run on a Comcast app that was a little hard to navigate, I would just bring your own roku if you have one!

  • Clint’s place was sparkling clean and accommodated our needs.

    Shelley2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Clint has definitely made the most of this space - I'll go over the positives and just one negative being the low ceilings. I came out here for a work visit, and added a night so that I could ski a day as well. 1. Great location if you don't have a car - I was able to take the train straight to Clint's place from the airport. From Clint's place I could take a train straight to downtown, or a train to a bus to Alta/Snowbird/Solitude/Brighton. I was also able to walk 5 min to Target for any grocery needs (and there are also some food places around there). 2. The space is very nice and comfortable - great couch, great bed, TV with all the streaming services, etc, etc. 3. Tons of tasteful touches including a fully stocked fridge / snack bar that you can pay Clint to take advantage of (if you don't want to walk to Target) 4. Very easy to check-in, check-out, etc. 5. Very reasonably priced. Negative: If you're over 6'-1", you won't be able to stand up straight in some of the rooms (there are low ceilings). There's also one lower beam between the bedroom and living area that you will need to duck under. If you're short, then there are literally no negatives to this aibnb. If you're tall, then you just need to factor in how much you care about low ceilings vs all the positives above / the low price.

    Conor2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Clint's place is really lovely, with plenty of nice, thoughtful touches and splashes of color. Comfortable bed. Clint is a helpful, caring, and accommodating host. Wouldn't recommend for tall folks (due to low ceilings), but would absolutely stay again!!

    Emma2020-02-16T00:00:00Z

    Caroline2020-02-13T00:00:00Z

    Tyler2020-02-11T00:00:00Z

    Dan2020-02-07T00:00:00Z

Our 2014 High End Airstream is just minutes from 7 World Class Ski Resorts and is warm and comfy all winter with heat and warm blankets and custom winter skirting! Close to Westminster, University of Utah, and only 11 min from the Vivint Smart Home arena, The Convention Center, and Temple Square. Only about 15 min drive to the Salt Lake International Airport conveniently located off the I-80. Fast Wifi, hot shower, AC and heat, mini fridge, stove, sleeps 2 adults. Off street Parking also!
Please read all of our rules and regulations before you book with us . This a new 2014 Airstream travel trailer. You will be sharing the backyard with the 4 of us, We have a cavoodle (dog) "stella" so please close the gate behind you so she doesn't run away. Our dog is very leery on strangers so we hope you aren't alarmed when she barks at you, she will never bit. You are welcome to pet her as long as you kneel down or sit on the ground at her level, then she will feel more comfortable with you. We have a very beautiful backyard that you are welcome to walk around and you can sit under our gazebo. Please remember that this is NOT a hotel, This is at our primary home. For your safety and our own we have just added security cameras on the front of our home. So you can rest assured knowing your car is safe while parked on our driveway. You will find the bed is comfy and can sleep 2 adults easily. Fully stocked with the dish's and linens you will need. Guaranteed to be clan and comfy! We take very good care of our Airstream and expect you to do the same. Leave it as close to how you find it cleanliness-wise as possible. Thermostatically controlled climate, hot water, kitchenette is equipped with just the right gear to cook some food. Propane cooktop and oven. The water heater has a propane heater 10 gallon tank so showers are limited to short ones before having to wait for the water to reheat for the next 10 gallons. Kick off your shoes after a long day of skiing hiking, or mountain biking. Please remove shoes when you enter and be aware the front couch/bed is light colored and will show dirt. No eating on the bed. ABOSULELY NO SMOKERS, this includes Vaping or Marijuana. Full bath in the rear with warm/hot showers, brand new toilet and everything you need to clean up and kick back. Equipped with a top of the line, AC unit installed on the roof and is controlled with the thermostat on the wall above the sink . The small space heater is more that adequate to heat the space. The plumbing has been thermostatically heat taped to further prevent freeze, and the water hose is also a heated hose so no worries about freezing plumbing. The yard has wifi on a screaming fast GOOGfiber network (up to 1 GIG speeds) but it works best from outside the trailer in our backyard as the aluminum skin can interfere with wireless signal. Smoking anywhere on this property will result in loss of security deposit. Sugarhouse is a very hip and happening spot, close to bus routes which can get you to the Universities or to the Convention centers. Close to the Sugarhouse "s" rail tax line too. Also close to the Ski Slopes, many restaurants, movie theater, Pubs, and night life. Off street parking is available and we ask that you plan to park on our driveway with the car against the right hand fence. Far enough in that we can open and close the large steel driveway gate as well. We do this so we can back in and out of our driveway without the hassle of knocking on the door to ask you to move your car. Our neighborhood is very safe! Be aware: part of the experience includes having to occasionally do the RV things required to make your experience enjoyable and we will send some "how to" instructional videos after you book. We hope you are as excited to stay with us as we are to have you!!!
Our Airstream is parked on our 1/3 area lot, 1910 Victorian home is in a very fun area called Sugarhouse surrounded with nice shops, restaurants, and breweries. In the summer, the local Farmers Market and several delicious food trucks can be found at the nearby Sugarmont Plaza. Grocery shopping is also within walking distance, just 2 blocks away. We can hop on the nearby freeway and be to Park City in 25 min, SLC Airport in 12 min. Beautiful Sugarhouse park is a quick walk east as well. PLEASE keep in mind that our home is NOT a hotel! This is our primary home so please respect it. Please do not pick our fruits and vegetables. There is absolutely no smoking or parties anywhere on our property. We have a dog and she will most defiantly bark at you.

  • This place is so dope. It’s a perfectly designed Airstream tucked in a quiet private driveway. If you are in town for a bit to visit folks in SugarHouse or to commute to the mountains this is a perfect place.
