  • Art's place is very nice and clean. Perfect location if you're going islang hopping in Nagsasa, anawangin, camara and capones. Denard, the caretakee is so helpful. He accompanied us to the market and helped us get a boat for the island hopping. My family and friends had fun! Thank you again!

    Sigrid2017-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • My friends and i had an amazing weekend at Art's place. He was very accommodating and Denard was there every day looking after us. We all liked the look of the house, modern-industrial and open kitchen design. We were able to cook and grill, and cleaning up was so easy. The palengke is just 10min ride away and the beach just 5min walk. The waves were too rough that weekend due to #GorioPH so we weren't able to bask in the sun but still appreciated the exclusivity of the beach as there aren't any resorts nearby. We were in the house most of the time, basically just watching movies all day - happy to have had TV with cable. Would love to go back here in the summer to enjoy the beach even more.

    Krizel2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Close to the beach. Best if you want a beach that is not crowded. Beach color is light gray from the ashes of Pinatubo, I think. Fits six people comfortably. Denard the caretaker was very helpful, and helped us get things we needed around. He even helped us get banana leaves from the neighbor. Cooking utensils are complete, so we didn't need to bring much for our stay

    Nats2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • House with 3 bedrooms more fitting for 6 persons rather than 8 as listed. Very adequate for family or group wanting a beach getaway. House is only 5 mins to a quiet, lovely beachfront. House is generally equipped with what a group needs for comfy stay. Though rice cooker was out of order and wifi had no load during our stay. Will stay again next time we travel to the area.

    Karen2017-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • The house is simple but is very near the public beach. It is conveniently located in front of the public auditorium, church and near the public market. In the early morning 3:30 am, one can go to the beach to buy fresh catch.

    Cherie2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Place was great. Loved how spacious it was and not too much stuff inside the house. Everything you just need. Kuya Denard was also very helpful and friendly enough to get us a boat to Nagsasa and Anawangin.

    Ria2017-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Art's place. The caretaker, Denard, was very welcoming and took care of our needs. The house has a contemporary modern vibe and we felt comfortable. Too bad it rained a lot when we were there, but we enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the Zambales waves when it's clear and sunny. We'll definitely stay there again!

  • Joy was an absolute darling of a host. She did everything to make my family and I feel comfortable. The pool was lovely, especially because it rained during our stay and the sea was a bit rough. Joy even offered us free use of her pool, after we've moved to the resort next door. Such a real nice person.

  • We had a blast in Club Monet despite the not so good weather. Actually this is my second time going to Club Monet. First is with my office mates for our Team Building last summer. My family and friends enjoyed our stay in Club Monet. Clean and Spacious rooms, Very accommodating staff and the food was great. Thank you so much to Ate Maricar for the delicious and super yummy food she served us for our dinner. Thank you so much to Ms. Gail. JP and Ate Maricar for accommodating us. We will definitely comeback and stay with Club Monet again. I highly recommend the place to my relatives and other friends. See you soon :)

  • Avagail is a great host and my family had a great time staying in Club Monet. The place is clean, the rooms are spacious enough and all the staff were accommodating. I personally liked the location as it was serene, quiet and peaceful-- perfect for family getaways. The beach is clean and very accessible as it's just in front of the resort. I would highly recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back here and hopefully see the sea turtles on the sand next time (it was off season when we went there). I'll definitely be back! :)

    Kath2016-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Host has been very prompt and accommodating. Her staff are also helpful and courteous. Ms. Gail and her assistant Maricar was very pleasant when I met them. The location is a 5 star for me. The room has adequate amenities and clean. The food that they offer are overwhelmingly good. We had a Feast like dinner because the host prepared this enormous selection of foods. I am really hoping that we can get back to this wonderful place. I cannot put into words how much fun we had on the listing during our stay.

    Mark2017-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • Club Monet is perfectly placed beach front property. At the beach are large cabanas with hammocks, perfectly suited for afternoon siestas. Behind, there is a hammock and table by the river, perfect for breakfast and lunch shielded from the sun. I wish I could rate their caretakers, Maricar and JR, who were very helpful and friendly, and who never forgot to remind us to feel at home. Club Monet is perfect for a quiet break from work and stress. If you have a fishing rod, you will find the beach front is perfectly suited for fishing. In fact, you will find friendly fishermen reeling in their dinner, under the late afternoon sun. Overall, Club Monet is a beautiful place. I would remind its guests, though, to bring food if they are coming in on a weekday, as there is no restaurant in the house or anywhere nearby. The closest restaurant is a 5 minute drive away. There is a public market closeby, where you can buy fresh fish, but if you can, try to wake up early to catch the fishermen coming in with the night's haul.

  • Avagail is very approachable. The place is real value for money

    Cathy2017-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • the place is ideal for a quick getaway. Very quiet, serene and relaxing. The host helped us with our food preparations and the bedroom was new and very neat. The place was still under construction for some rooms but it was not intrusive

  • This place is awesome. A highly recommended to those who want a quiet and peaceful stay at the beach.

    Gela2017-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Casa Angelina is an ultimate place to relax. The shore is not white but offers fine gray sand. Good place to stay over the weekend.

    Kami2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Pictures don't do justice to how charming and quaint the place is! The room was big and specious, more so the bathroom. The beach was literally just a stone's throw away. Roy and the rest of the staff were very accommodating, even when we arrived quite late during our stay. Recommended!

    Ingrid2017-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • Roy's place is the perfect place if you are looking for an escape with your family or friends. Rooms are so clean and Spacious. New beddings, complete amenities, clean bath towels! Bathroom is big too, shower is working well. Just a little bit warm in the afternoon though AC is on but overall, can't complain any. They gave us a room upgrade so we have the beachfront cottage and oh boy it's breathtaking! The beach in Cabangan is clean, you could really swim. Help is there if you need anything, they are very welcoming and accommodating. Definitely coming back next time we hit Zambales again!

    Romelin Roxane2017-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • Good value for money. The place was clean and was very relaxing.

    Liezel Angelique2017-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • We booked roy's place because it is a pet-friendly place, he even allowed the pets to stay inside the room. When we arrived it didn't disappoint! The caretakers are very friendly and helpful. Roy and Joanne came personally to check if everything is alright with our stay, they are very accommodating and easy to talk to. The place also have a common kitchen area where you can cook your own food, but if you don't want to cook you can also order meals from them. The room is spacious, clean and homey. If you want to spend quiet time in the beach, this is a perfect place since the area is not crowded. All in all, we really had a great stay at Casa Angelina, i highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again here next time.

There is something for everyone all year round here at Alan’s place. Some facts to note: -Check the tides, swell and weather here at the Magicseaweed website (Click on the “Asia” link, then “Philippines”, then “Surf Spot” – Find “Luzon” and click on “Crystal Beach”. The critical level to look out for is 0.3. Any number HIGHER than 0.3 is suitable for surfers and any number LOWER than 0.3 is suitable for a “bunker boat” trip to Capones Island or a “bunker boat” paddle around Alan’s place. -The rainy season lasts 3 months, July, August and September (perfect for surfers) and the dry season lasts for the remaining 9 months of the year (perfect for everyone else) -Worried about typhoons? Check out these statistics: Climate Subic Bay Weather Station (Click on the years 2012/2013/2014 and you will see that the worst weather with the highest winds recorded all occur just 1 day in the whole year and in particular only during July and August) There is a reason why the Americans built a shipyard in Subic Bay, the north-west coastline between IBA in the North and Subic in the South is the most sheltered place in the Philippines – the majority of the typhoons hit the East, North and Southern parts of the Philippines and veer off towards Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. San Narciso is equi- distant between IBA and SUBIC. -Worried about a Tsunami? The Luzon Strait, the main deep channel connecting the South China Sea with the Pacific Ocean, lies between Taiwan and the Philippines and has a depth of about 8,500 feet (2,600 metres). The distance between San Narciso and the Vietnamese coastline is 1,369 km. A look at the Historical Tsunami Database since 2000BC confirms that there have been no Tsunamis recorded in the South China Sea due to the fact that both the sea is too shallow and the distance between land masses is too short.
  • The bungalow is relatively new and is still at it's development phase in terms of fixtures and availability of basic necessities. But we only needed the sun and the beach, and we definitely got that. Just 10 steps right outside thww door and you're on the beach. A/C room will take some time to cool on a sunny day, but come evening it gets comfortably cool. Alan is so welcoming and had lots of amazing stories that kept us entertained the whole time :-) he even set up his fishing boat as a dinner table right outside, on the sand! We had a blast! Limited food places nearby so if you can cook (and utilize the soon to be set-up kitchen) or bring in cooked meals/ snacks, better. There's a mini fridge so you can stock up on water and drinks. I'm confident that Alan's Place will be even better in our next visit. See you soon, Alan!

  • So we happen to arrive during the busiest time of year, which is Holy Week. I will say that Alan will do his best to accommodate your needs and is a good host. The beachfront house is near the water and the beach was nice. We took amazing pictures at sunset, and although a crowded beach, there was plenty of room for our family of 6. We had a full outdoor kitchen to cook our food and a grill that we used to bbq some chicken. Some of the beach goers in the area are somewhat loud, but like I said we went during the busiest time of year, and the last day we were there, it was more peaceful and quiet, so I'm assuming it is that way most of the time. I would go there again if I was taking a trip to Zambales.

  • House is near the beach. Recommended for familes. Food was good . Hosts were very accommodating. We enjoyed the bonfire by the beach set by the staff :)

  • This beach front resort is really a must to share. Complete with kitchen utilities(stove, grill, pan, spoon, fork plates and drinking glass), bath room needs (in rooms, and outside, includes shampoo, soap and towels) and resting place(privately inclosed). They also have a free WiFi in case you need to share your photos on social media. Food can even be requested if you forgot or have limited supply. No need to go outside to look for your needs. The host is very accommodating and nice to talk with. Thank you Alan and Josephine for the great experience. Wishing your advocacy on helping the environment clean and the people around you a success.

  • Got an amazing weekend at Alan's Place. The service was perfect! The room was clean and very tidy. He has a common area where you can do your thing (cook, coffee, tea, nap, sleep). The scene was mesmerizing, as you can see the sunset and sunrise in the tower in front of the common room. They are so welcoming and very helpful and we got everything that we need. The other attractions from Zambales are just minutes away from his place. Overall, it's a good experience.

    Jan2017-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • What an awesome weekend at Alan's Place. Very basic amenities but the service was truly remarkable. It's always good to escape the busy city and have decent conversations with foreigners who decided to settle in the Philippines. Food is prepared by Alan and Stephanie according to your liking. They'll set you up real nice and make you feel at home and comfortable. This is a beachfront property away from the roudy crowd at Crystal Beach. We had the best time! Thanks again, Alan! All the best to you. See you again soon. :)

    Kurt2017-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Alan is a great host: extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process, knowledgable about the area, and very warm and hospitable in person. His place on Crystal Beach is in a great location: steps to the water, and 10 mins ride to Liwa Liwa, a popular beach spot in Zambales. His place is basic but comfortable. The rooms are tidy and clean, and there is a nice common area that he has set up on the sandy area next to the beach which makes for a nice spot to have a nap, drink coffee, or have a meal. His place has wifi, and he provides guests with a lot of information about local activities and things to do. We left Alan with some suggestions to add some additional basic amenities to make the place even more comfortable for guests (i.e. soap and some basic toiletries in the bathroom, some glassware, plates, and utensils in the kitchen, etc.). Overall, it's a great option for a group of 4 (6 might be cramped in this space) looking for a budget option in Zambales.

A peaceful and serene beach resort located in the sleepy coastal town of Cabangan, Zambales. An hour away from Subic Bay.
Casa Lillibelle Beachfront Rooms has a total of 6 big beachfront rooms that can accommodate upto 4-10pax/room. We have catered to company outings, retreats, reunions and family celebrations. Please do visit and like our F B page Casa Lillibelle Beachfront Rooms.
The West Philippine sea offers blessings to everyone living around the area. The ocean gives the locals their daily livelihood during the months of September to January. Fresh catch throughout the day are yellow fins, flying fish, sword fish and when they get lucky... blue marlins. When it's full moon, they catch squid! On occasions, anglers sport for talakitok and lapu-lapu. Feb-May just before rainy season starts, the locals catch milkfish fingerlings from the shoreline as their livelihood. Sad to say, we would buy our fish at the market since none of the locals around the area would go out to sea. During the intense heat of summer, for some reason fishes tends to swim deeper into the sea where the water temperature is good for them , therefore, making it hard to catch fish. During the Rainy season, the locals do farming. We do not have any islands nearby. But we offer kayaks(rental) wherein our guests would enjoy kayaking from the lake area crossing to the ocean.
  • Place is great! went to spend time with the family at the beach and they enjoyed too. Host was very accomodating. I recommend this place.

  • Casa Lillibelle is a hidden gem tucked away from the busy resorts of Zambales. It is not that far from the usual resorts but offers spacious rooms, and scenic view right in front of the rooms. I highly suggest Casa Lillibelle for private group adventures with medium to big numbers. The hubby and wifey tandem of MJ and Joanne were really great, they reply to your questions fast prior to your stay, and they are accommodating hosts on the resort as well if you need them.

  • The place is so peaceful. If you want a very relaxing place, I would recommend this place for you. The room is so clean. The beach is nice. The resort is fully booked when we stayed for 1 night, but still, the place is not crowded. The hosts are very accomodating. You can easily approach them. They are very hands-on. They took good care of us during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I will definately recommend this place to all of my friends. I hope they can maintain the cleanliness, peacefulness, and the ambiance of this place. :)

  • The place is ideal for those who are trying to escape the busy city. It was quiet and there weren't too many people. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have any difficulties in communicating. Since the place was a little far from the highway, the staff even drove us to a restaurant by the highway after we checked out. Overall, our stay was stress free and peaceful.

  • The place is recommended for those who want some peace and quiet. It is a good place to unwind since it is not so crowded even during Holy Week. We booked three months prior to our stay so we were able to get a beach front room which was very spacious and had a large balcony. It had a very nice view of the beach which we loved. You can bring and cook your own food in a designated area outside. If you want some fresh seafood and produce, you can also buy from the local market which is 10 to 15 minutes away by car. The service is excellent. The staff was very accommodating and helpful especially Ms Jo Anne. She was a gracious host and made sure that we had a great and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place.

  • The host was very accommodating and we had a pleasant stay. The house was clean and the host provided the towels and toiletries. The location of the house is a 25-30 minute drive from the beaches. We only had a hard time parking the car since there is only a small parking space but the host was kind enough to let us park instead at her house.

  • Thank you Ate Gemma for a wonderful stay at your place! Overall a good stay despite experiencing 2 black outs (due to some electric repair around the area). The place comes with free towels, water, toiletries and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. They also have a sari-sari store nearby so you no longer need to go to a convenience store. Miss Gemma and her companions are not very reachable and replies immediately. Wet and dry market is only 5-10 minutes away by tricycle. Thanks Ate Gemma for letting us stay in your home!

It is located in a quiet residential area and close to Pundaquit beach, the jump off to the picturesque islands of Nagsasa, Anawangin, Capones and Camara. This beautiful and spacious modern home is located in a secluded area of the province of Zambales. There are many local attractions located close by that you can take advantage of. And then come back to a quiet and peaceful rest. Mabuhay!
Full two bedroom home in San Antonio, Zambales, fully airconditioned and very comfortable. Situated on a rice farm it is far away from big cities, yet close to Subic and Olongapo City. Near the South China Sea, western coast line of the island of Luzon. It has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nearby farms. These farms are active and you will see farmers using carabao to do their farming. Our next door neighbor has a mango tree that is at least 100 years old. Our property has about 25 young fruit trees and some of them are producing. There is a small creek that runs through our property and you can see the carabao lounging in the water. Because it is near the ocean there is usually a nice breeze blowing to mitigate the heat. There is an outdoor BBQ pit that you can cook your pork or beef or turkey or chicken. The caretaker can help arrange for you to do many of the things that will be fun.
I love the view from the house, and the quiet. You can hear the birds singing from time to time. There are also beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
  • Very easy to coordinate with and had no problems at all with the place. The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular! There is a small basketball court within the grounds that you can use as well. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

  • I believe that Analyn and her husband Nel deserves a superb review. Our group of 7 friends arrived in Manila airport and we received super warm welcome from Nel and his driver. Analyn arranged a 10 seater to pick us up and drove us to their house with a reasonable price (5 hour drive!). When we arrived at their house, we were greeted by Analyn. Their house is EXACTLY what she described at the airbnb profile page, immaculate and there is everything you needed. Open kitchen and master bedroom with an AMAZING view of the mountains and fields. Although we arrived in the monsoon season, the weather was not so bad ( I guess we were really lucky). Analyn and Nel were extremely helpful, they gave us a number for the tricycle driver and we basically called the tric driver to take us to Pundaquit (10 mins drive away) and the town for groceries (5 mins drive away). Nel even offered to drive us to and back from Pundaquit on sunday (and lent us salt when we forgotten to buy any in town!) We were planning to go to Anawangin Cove but we were very unlucky as the waves were too big that no boats can sail out :( but I guess that's alright because i believe that we will definitely come back when it's not monsoon season! Thank you Analyn and Nel, we had a great time at your place !

  • The house is beautiful and the location is so ideal (at least for us!). All of the pictures presented are 100% accurate. It's a little tricky though in finding the house as the road from the highway is narrow. But as long as you follow the owner's instruction there will be no problem. The house is complete with everything that we needed. Abundant water supply. Very near to the public market where you can buy fresh produce. It is also near to the now-famous Anawangin Cove which is about 15 minutes from the house. The caretakers (kuya Neil and ate Analyn) were very kind and are easy to talk to. They will let you feel at home once you arrive at the place. Over-all experience is beyond words. Thank you Nene for the very warm reception. We will definitely come back to your beautiful home.

  • The Male Caretaker was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was friendly and gave us a tour of the house and explained the facilities and nearby attraction. The environment is a perfect getaway from the concrete jungle. If you want to revive, retreat and relax this is "the place". Waking up with the panoramic view of the mountains makes you feel close to nature!

  • We enjoyed our stay here! It was very relaxing and we all felt very comfortable. The house was spacious for our group of 12pax and it included everything you'd need in a house like wifi, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, stove, utensils, aircon, hot water, etc. The host, Analyn, was very helpful and accomodating as well. There were just a few minor things that needed fixing: lock of sliding door and one of the main door and some lights were not working.

  • Analyn and her husband were wonderful hosts. She answered questions promptly before we arrived and then made sure we had everything we needed once we were there, and took care of anything that was lacking or we needed help with. Analyn and her husband were particularly helpful in planning what we would do each day and took us to the market to get our picnic food and then onto their friend's beach resort to get us situated with a boat rental for the day. They were also great when the whole town experienced a power cut on one of the evenings there and they promptly started the house's generator for us and made sure we were ok and comfortable, a few times during the evening. Analyn and her husband felt like friendly neighbors, there when you needed them, but not so there that it felt like we didn't have any privacy. It was really neat to stay in this house and experience what "provincial" life is like since it is on a farm in the middle of a countryside neighborhood. The house itself is well-equipped which made our stay very comfortable, smooth and enjoyable.

    Alma2016-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Ms. Analyn was a wonderful host. She made sure that we will be able to reach their house and she was also very helpful with everything that we needed. The house was wonderful; it has a view of the mountains and was spacious enough for 10 people. If you're planning to have island hopping, this place is advisable as it is only 20 - 30 minutes away from Pundaquit (depending on the traffic esp during the holidays).

  • Great family owned small resort, very homey. Rooms were quite large and very authentic, using mostly wood even for the floors. Most of the furniture are antiques or at least wooden originals, a lot of stairs though so guests with seniors need to request for ground level rooms. Resort facilities were very good, like a 5 star boutique hotel. A lot of other activities for the kids, sunca tables, board games and billiards. They have a carabao sled, fishing(Have to stop the kids after a few catches though, it won't stop and you have to pay for the fish caught lol). Beach was ok but surf was a little rough as we went on a June date(start of rainy season), but my kids enjoyed it anyways calling the surf an enlarged wave pool. Non swimmers and small kids need to be careful though. Food was excellent, we stayed 2 nights and that was 6 main meals plus meriendas, no dishes were repeated! Compliments to the chef! This was a review I'm actually reluctant to give as it will probably motivate more people to visit and making it harder to book again! Anyway, whoever ends up going will enjoy it!

Marion's mother was the one who welcome us since she can't be at the listing due to her schedule and made sure everything is fine. Her staff were very nice and helpful. Looking forward to stay again at Lookleft.

  • We found our home away from home in Zambales in Ms Gloria's place. All the amenities and luxury of a 5-star hotel villa. The place is even better than the pictures posted. Ms. Gloria and her staff delivered on service right from booking to check out. It's easy to find. It's a few minutes drive to San Narciso for the beach. There is a superb restaurant walking distance from the place. Security was great! It's quiet in the area and peaceful in the residential village where it is located. There is a 7-11 and an ATM available in San Antonio and in San Narciso. The house was brand new. The furnishings were also brand new. All the rooms had new inverter air conditioners and the main living area, kitchen and dining area was air conditioned as well. It was a great relief to come home from the heat of the beach. And, the mattresses were like sleeping on a cloud. There is a covered outdoor patio for smoking and drinking. The kitchen was state of the art. Induction stove top and a new oven. Microwave, toaster, rice cooker and water kettle were also available. Cleaning implements, toiletries and towels were also generously provided. You literally have nothing to bring but your change of clothes! Cheers to your wonderful hospitality! We will definitely come back.

Enjoy our cool and comfy room. The place is within our compound and surrounded by trees! Just minutes away from popular Zambales tourist spots, beaches, hidden coves, islands and mountains!
Clean and safe vacant room with view of the South China Sea. The place is surrounded by trees that is within the compound of a university. The location is in the Municipality of Botolan, which is the center of coastal municipals of the Province of Zambales. You can get here in 1hour 30minutes from Subic, Olongapo and from here you can go to Anawangin beach cove at around 30mins, Crystal Beach and High 5 Lahar in 25 minutes, Potipot island at about 45mins or you may also also enjoy the nearby beach in just 3 minutes trip by a local trike. We can also assist you in arranging trips to the Pinatubo crater. Foods and drinks may also be arranged depending on the its availability and your preferences.
We don't have a lot of neighbor. So it's quite peaceful in here.

  • Just what we needed for the weekend. A quiet, secluded, comfortable place we could come home to after a day at the beach. The rooms are located at the back of the main house. It has a large terrace in front and a cover of trees. The place is great for relaxing in the afternoon when the wind from the sea nearby cools you down. The rooms has two double beds and one single bed and clean linens. The place is clean too. Ms Ado, Sir Bon and Lieffen and his family are wonderful hosts. Making sure we were checked in properly and had everything we needed. Great conversation too. Even went the extra mile to guide us to a nearby public beach for sunset. We will definitely come back.

    JC2017-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in Lieffen's house was a truly great and different experience. In fact, we never felt that we were staying at a hotel but living with a Filipino family. They were really nice and welcoming during our entire stay. They helped us to find the best plans around Zambales and gave us local advice that made us find our way much easier. The room was spacious enough for the 5 of us and clean. The AC was not working (which they kindly notified to us beforehand) but the weather was so comfortable, that just with a couple of fans, we could sleep perfectly. If we ever come again to Zambales, we will definitely stay with them, to experience again the real Filipino way of life

  • I like that Ms Zusie's place is away from the hustle and bustle of Subic/Olongapo's busy tourist places. This is a good place to stay for married couples like us. Also wonderful to be about 12min drive to a Catholic church that has daily mass. The staff and Ms Zusie were very maalaga and warm. Beautiful view. Quiet place to regain energy after a fun day. • Pros: from the elevated hillside location of the property, you will enjoy a lush green view of subic bay and surroundings. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kinilaw prepared by Zusie herself was incredibly delicious. Speaking of Zusie as a host, she goes above and beyond to make sure your experience far exceed your expectations. Thank you for making my birthday extra special by preparing dinner and shopping for the birthday cake as a favor for my husband. 5 stars to the staff for their friendly attention to details and friendliness. Cons: the place was a little out of the way and difficult to find. Intermittent wifi connection and no swimming pool in the property but located within walking distance though we didn't get to experience it. We will come back for sure...

  • Zusie is a vivacious, charming and generous host. She gave us great directions and even came to pick us up from the township. She made us very welcome and made our stay with her very special even to setting up romantic candle lit dinners. Her food is to die for every night there was a gastronomic adventure. The breakfasts and her Swiss coffe were delicious too. The massage lady is highly recommended . The views were magical even though we struck an extended rainy period. Zusie and her staff could not do enough for us. Thank you Zusie for a wonderfully magical experience and sharing your amazing experiences from Europe and your travels.

  • Thanks, Nigel! We enjoyed our stay. Location. Though remote and secluded, was easily tracked by Waze (from Club Morocco Clubhouse, the guards were kind enough to lead the way to Nigel's place at Costa Malaga). House. Exactly how it's seen on photos; it was spacious and homey. Quiet and relaxing. Facilities were complete. Ample and strong water supply. White warm towels were even provided. Swimming Pool. Not (child) friendly at all. 5.5 ft was too deep for a toddler, and for those who aren't accustomed to swimming. The pool design needs improvement -- the stairs has sharp edges which are superfluous, and the chipped off tiles must be replaced. Caretaker. Mel was courteous and accommodating as he attended to our needs. Supplied us charcoal for our grilled dinner (thank you!). Beach. A few stones throw away was Subic Bay. Though the view of the range of mountains were breathtaking, it was disappointing to see how rubbish and dingy the area is. Water was swampy. Sad that the developers neglected to care and improve the area. This place is recommended to families, who would want some quiet time together, enjoying each other's company, away from all the hustle and bustle in the metro.

  • Hi Nigel it was nice to stay at your house. The place is quiet nice and Brian your caretaker is very nice. The only downfall of the house is not properly maintain. It needs to regularly upkeep. A lot light that to be replace, toilet downstairs not flushing no pressure and the taps for sink not working . The oven in kitchen gave out a electric shock so we couldn't use it . Also the basics are needed soap to wash hands in toilet . Kitchen utensils .

    Adam2017-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Nigel's place is a great value for money for big groups. Kitchen is very well equipped and bedrooms are spacious. Pool is good too, approximately 5 feet deep! The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. We did enjoy staying in Nigel's place and will surely go back if given opportunity to do so.

Just don't forget to bring all you need because it's far away from the centro and bring water too This place is perfect getaway for relaxation. We love his house too and it's really quiet and peaceful and all. The only downside us the pool. It was dark and creepy that none of us even tried to swim. I guess

Subic is one of the best tourist destination here in the Philippines where you can find wide range of beach resorts and several tourists spot to choose from. The property is 20-30minutes away from SBMA which you can visit like Ocean Adventure, Zoobic Zafari, Harborpoint, DutyFree Subic and more.
New open townhouse in Subic! The property is around 50sqm. The space is simple and clean, it offers comfortability during your stay. Personal necessities are already provided like towel, shampoos, soaps and tissues. The house has two bedroom and both are airconditioned. Water and electric consumption included. The property also has parking/garage.
The property is a minute away from the clubhouse located uphill which gives you an overview of the astonishing town in Subic, Zambales. Swimming pool and basketball court for leisure are now available for use
  • To start with, the place is actually cozy & sound because its located inside a community. Beside the place are actually neighbors, therefore the place promotes security. The place is pet friendly and pets are free to walk around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is also quite spacious. However, the neighbor's dogs are quite annoying because of nonstop barking during the night and early morning. Some flaws with regard to the location is its accessibility. Without a GPS, we wouldn't have reached the place because there will be some slight lefts and rights before reaching the location. Also, I believe this place is only recently built, given the ongoing construction of the place. With regard to rooms, only one room is air conditioned, while the other room has only 1 fan. The air conditioned room is actually tightly packed, therefore hard to move around. Kitchen appliances and equipments, on the other hand, are surprisingly complete with utensils and plates. Only downside are ants roaming around food placed outside the dining table. I am amazed that they have cable channels that our family was able to enjoy during our stay, however, the absence of Wi-Fi/internet connection and cellphone signal definitely took its downside. It is very hard to communicate with the host especially during checkout because of the lack of cellphone reception around the place. Overall, the stay was ok for our family vacation!

It's not your 5 star kind of accommodation but it serves you well when you want to take your group or family for a time of aloneness and for retreat. We loved the place.

  • The house is situated in a gated residential subdivision near the sea with no ready access to public transportation. Great for family bonding and relaxation. The air is clean/fresh. The house provides the comforts of home and is tastefully decorated. Bryan. the caretaker, is very helpful and has a pleasant disposition. People living in the place are friendly. The beach though was not good for swimming because of the mud from soil erosion during the rainy season and as a result of development. We were informed that the mud is dredged in February and will be ready for swimming during the summer. If you love seafood, you can buy directly from fishermen when their catch is aplenty. We plan to go back to the place during the summer.

  • The place is ideal for relaxation and nature tripping because of the quiet neighborhood and scenic view of the beach and the trees. Dr. Robert's place is clean (except for the lone small cockroach which I found crawling in one of the pillows) and offers basic amenities. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the house having only 1 airconditioning unit because of the hot weather, but turned out that the temperature was not an even an issue because of the cool air from the outside. The pillows and beddings might need to be replaced though since they are already worn and dated. Access to and from commercial establishments proved quite a challenge because of its secluded location. Although the way to the house is not for

  • Upon arrival we were transferred to a much lovely house which was great. The place is away from the city as expected, we loved the area because it is secluded and serene. So its best to buy everything you need when u go there. There is so much space for us 9, though the bed is not enough, the owner offered his other bedroom from another house so we can be accommodated. Everything went well and the caretaker is as nice as the owner. Thanks for letting us stay for 2 nights Bobby. We hope to be back soon

My place is close to The beach.. You’ll love it because of the coziness, private, peaceful and quietness.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. It's around 2200 square feet.
It's has full kitchen, two full bath, a den/family room with a mini bar(for a price). Easy access to the beach with a 5 min walk/1 min drive. 2 bedrooms one is a suite.
Love my neighbors, they are very kind and helpful.
  • Everybody had a great time in Ms Rhea's lovely home. She well coordinated our use of the place and answered to every questions and requests. Mr Edwin, his brother, showed us where the place is and answered/attended to our whims. The house is near the beach and Manang, the caretaker was so accommodating and readily assisted us in everything that we need. They brought chairs and umbrellas to the beach so we have something we can use. It was a short walk to the beach and is not crowded. The kids love the water and the neighbors were all friendly. It was more than we expected. There was welcome fruits on the table and eggs on the fridge. Manang even gave us indian mangoes and pabaon mangoes when we left. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next time.

  • Me and my family really had a wonderful vacation staying at this cozy but very comfy house. It is very near the beach and has everything you need. My favorite part of the house is the airconditioned family/TV room with a big screen TV and a mini bar, where our family relaxed and watched movies after a tiring and enjoyable picnic at the beach. Special mention to the very friendly and helpful caretaker couple who were always there to attend to our needs. Thanks also the owner who was very responsive to our questions and was very accommodating, particularly to our special request. We hope we have another opportunity to come back to this place.

Note: We have a mandatory food cost of P1,500/adult & P1,000/child aged 5-10 years old for 3 meals & 2 snacks buffet style. All food is organic & farm-to-table. Our all-natural farm is set on the sandy shores of Zambales–a peaceful oasis for eco-tourists, organic enthusiasts, environmental advocates, & guests looking for health & healing. As an additional attraction, the farm is set right on the shores of the West Philippine Sea, & therefore the beach is a popular attraction for farm guests.
Sambali Beach Farm features a spacious beach house fronting the West Philippine Sea (formerly China Sea), set amidst an 8-hectare property with an organic vegetable farm, and nearby a Catholic hermitage and chapel, and a minor seminary. The house is made of native "sawali" material and Philippine hardwood but has the comforts of a city house. The beach is suitable and safe for even young children from October to May and rough when storms are approaching and in the rainy season (June to September). During the rainy season, body and surf boarding can be safely enjoyed by adults. Our rooms are clean and oh-so-comfortable, and bathrooms are modern, complete with hot showers. The total number of guests that can be accommodated is strictly 25 at the most to ensure everyone is comfortable. THE GRAND- accommodates 3 in 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, a/c, en suite toilet and bath. Located on the 2nd floor. GARDEN ROOM #1 - accommodates 9 in 3 bunk beds, a/c, en suite toilet and bath. Located on the ground floor. GARDEN ROOM #2 - accommodates 9 in 3 bunk beds, a/c, en suite toilet and bath. Located on the ground floor. THE GAZEBO - a stand-alone structure facing the beach. It accommodates 8 in single beds, a/c, with adjacent toilet and bath. Throughout the house are many seating areas and spaces to wander through. The Gazebo and Veranda have lounge chairs to your further relaxation. We grow most of our own fruits and vegetables here on the property. There are household staff to cook native delicacies, clean, and do laundry. Tours of the province are available on request.
The property is nestled in a typical Philippine rural community of fisherfolk families and therefore rural sounds of barking dogs and the distant drone of motorized bancas are part of the landscape. Also the farm has two resident friendly dogs. Local women regularly bring fresh fish and seafood that are part of the daily catch. A traditional salt-making community lives within the property and can be visited. Within close proximity are conveniences such as grocery stores and the local market.
  • The property more than met my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional and served amazing meals. The kids were in heaven with much to occupy them from chess, checking out the animals, swimming at the beach and playing chasey. I would recommend to everyone. It was a great place to relax and escape bustling Manila.

  • The place was awesome! Beyond our expectations! My team had a great time. We got the beach to ourselves most of the time. Perfect for our team building activities. Adding to our pleasant stay was the staff, they were all so attentive to our needs, they made sure we were comfortable. Room was airconditioned (which is great!) Has Clean bedsheet, comfy mattress and pillows! The organic foods prepared were so yummy. Lastly, the bonfire was a great way to capped our team activities. It was really a memorable experience. Thanks SMB family!

  • Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The communication was good even before we booked because they were transparent on what areas would be inaccessible in case of bad weather. Thankfully, the weather was fine. The place is exactly how the pictures in the listing show. The bedrooms were comfortable and airconditioned. The bathrooms were clean and had toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towels, tissue). The living room was a nice place to just laze around, watch tv, and play with the puzzle set (they also had a few other boardgames). There is also a bookshelf of cookbooks, gardening, and other topics. The frog decorations were also fun to absentmindedly play with hahaha. The beach was ok. It was clean and we had it all to ourselves. The waves are kind of strong and big around this time of the year I guess best to take note of that but it was still safe to swim in. Ching gave us a menu list to choose from days before our trip. She was accommodating of food allergies people in our group had. The quality of the food was just wow. I can't help but love everything they served. It's buffet type so you don't really have to worry about running out. Even when there's still some food left, you don't have to worry about it going to waste because they just keep it nicely covered and you can take food whenever. I think for most of our group, our personal favorite was the homemade ice cream. They also have coffee and an assortment of tea that you can get whenever. I can safely say you won't go hungry during your stay here. The most shocking thing about this place is the service of the staff. They were just so attentive. We arrived late so we had to adjust our meal times and they were absolutely fine with it. Ate Lyn and the rest of the staff were very attentive to our needs and were so easy to talk to. It's like they can read your mind haha. They will refill your water, get your empty plates so you have room on the table for dessert, turn on/off the fans when needed, and honestly everything so you wont have to worry about anything. They even got us a karaoke machine and a ice for our alcohol. The tour Lyn gave was informative and she explained things quite well. When we were at the beach, we were just shocked that they set up chairs and umbrellas. They also provided us with a basket for our gadgets, beach towels, and bottled water. In the evening, Lyn gave us her number in case we needed anything and some of the staff stayed in the area with us. We even had an incident where one of us drunkenly locked himself in the bathroom and they were still there to help (really sorry about that). Will definitely suggest this place to other people and for future outings.

  • Sambali Beach Farm is about 4.5 hrs drive from Manila. The property is huge, covering several hectares. The house is traditional Filipino/eclectic, giving it a cozy, provincial vibe. And it is surrounded by nature. The house is clean; they provide everything you need: towels, linens, shampoo, soap, toothpaste. They spoil you with food: they serve breakfast, lunch, & dinner with 2 meriendas (snacks). You will certainly not grow hungry! The food was scrumptious and loved that everything was sourced from their farm. The beach is about a 4 minute walk from the house and was clean. We had it all to ourselves most of the time (it is part of a long stretch of public beach). Enjoyed the nearby inlet/river we discovered and staff arranged a bangka ride going there for a reasonable fee. Or you can get some exercise and walk on the beach for 20 mins to get there. As for communication - I didn't get to message or communicate with Ching directly - I did so with Mersi. And she was responsive and accommodating of my questions and requests. Learning how the farm is run is a reason to visit in itself. How wonderful that they practice sustainable farming, nothing is wasted and all is organic! Thank you Sambali Beach Farm for a wonderful vacation for my family!!!

  • 房子在半山上,海景房;在阳台和主卧看海景很漂亮,非常安静。我们去两天,吃不惯到底餐,自己带了食材去做饭,很方便。时候自驾去,没有车的话就会不太方便。
