Trinh’s place is very clean and comfortable. I felt at home, would definitely recommend!

Our stay was short but it was wonderful very clean small space with all you need. Great for two people. Maybe three if they don’t mind sleeping on a futon. Close to the SJC airport and the zoo.

Stayed here for a night after a Tahoe trip to be close to the airport on our last day. It was a good stay at a solid price. It's also very conveniently located with food places and the airport just a short drive away. We'll be keeping an eye out for this one next time we're in town.

For the price, it was a nice getaway from my normal routine. I was able to Netflix and chill with the heater on and got a good nights sleep. Everything was where it needed to be and the host was very helpful throughout my stay =)

Quiet and safe, but a little cold in January even the room equipped with AC. Anyway, thanks so much the owner contact us actively about the detailed address and the point to par the car and how the house looks like, which maked us easy to check in. I'll no doubt recommend this place if your next destination is San Francisco.

Dimitri’s place was lovely, it is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. There was plenty of nice amenities e.g. Alexa, water filtration, Netflix, and Hulu. Although we had an issue with our check in, Dimitri helped us resolve it and made for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Though the space is small it’s decorated very nicely & gives off a cozy environment! Had no issues & felt safe/welcome with the house. The free parking is definitely helpful since streets are a bit narrow. Would definitely book again!!:)

This place was a great weekend getaway! The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and the space was very modern. It had everything we needed, and it was very clean. The photos provide an accurate depiction of the space. It is small, but we were aware of it from the beginning and didn’t need much space anyway. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, which is always a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to lay our head. We were just there to sleep one night, in and out, and it was perfect. Wouldn’t be a place I would stay long term since it’s small and no cooking ability. But for a nice clean affordable place to crash it was awesome.

Crystal's place was perfect! She responded super quick and I loved the fact that they provide a key for the deadbolt lock in addition to the keypad and code. It was also very clean and bright which i loved!

Great space for families or large groups. I only had a few hours in between arriving and check out but this rental was perfect for me to get some sleep and a shower before heading out. Everything you would need for a stress free stay. A Lyft from the airport was $22.

This Airbnb housed six of us well and the check-in process was simple. Street parking was a little difficult but that wasn’t a huge deal. Would stay again!

I loved my stay at Daniel & Grace! I didn’t get a chance to meet them but my room was nice and clean. They had snacks in the room which were a great touch. A great option for a place to rest your head in San Jose.

A very good value for the location and the quality of the room. Floors and interior decor was excellent. Being able to walk to Bill's breakfast place and the Rose Garden made for a good morning before my midday flight.

I would recommend staying with Daniel and Grace. The location was nice. I was able to find parking very easily. The room itself is very nice and clean. Nice little touches too. Only small downside was the shared bath between 2 other AirBnB rooms. I knew I was going to be sharing a bathroom but didn’t realize how many people I’d compete with to share the bath. I had to wait a while in the morning to be able to use it. Otherwise, it was great and I would stay again.

Spacious, stylish room. Easy check-in and great communication with the host. The room is located in a portion of a divided house, with the other part of the house also being rented as an airbnb. Completely dependent on the other guests who might stay there with you, but the space isn't sound proof. I was able to reach Ed and he was able to remind the other guests of the quiet policy, but something to keep in mind. Other than that, a great place to stay!

This place is clean and spacious! The location is a little further away from downtown than expected. The room was cold as we were unable to get access to the thermostat. This was unfortunate but a plus if you have a cuddle buddy! Overall, the the room feels like your own place so I would recommend it to anyone! Check in and check out was easy with no issues

Beautiful casita with big style! This was exactly what we needed during our short stay in San Jose. The indoor and outdoor spaces were exactly as pictured, very thoughtfully designed and comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor space but loved its charm. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was surprisingly big! Had 5 people total, there were 2 beds, one being more comfortable than the other. It was a good stay, great for the value! Lots of privacy, only contacted Olivia once and that was to confirm the parking space. Place was clean, no fridge or stove, so keep that in mind. The space was good for a party of 5 like us, it was comfortable and only 5 minutes away from the event we were attending.

A good place to stay for a great price. It was clean, easy to access, and it had a decent amount of space. Parking on property which is great as well! Overall, for the price, this is a great place to stay. No complaints!

Hung is hand's down the most easy-to-work-with host and the care put into his guests' happiness is evident. I visit the city each year for a conference and will begin my hunt next year by checking if this one is available. Well-situated and I left feeling well cared for, but not overwhelmed. Attentive, but not overbearing. The place is as it appears in the images and offers a great value.

For any couple that wants a quick getaway and explore Downtown San Jose are in a perfect spot!!! Its a perfect little space that is very accompanying with the host being very easy to contact and has great hospitality. Would stay here again for future trips.

Corporate Inn provided a great accommodation - clean, stylish and comfortable. The only downside that I want to mention is that airbnb quotes the room at $109 and the bottom line cost is $190. For administration and cleaning service, in my opnion, is over the top!

Initially concerned because I didn't notice in the description that the rental sat behind another house. As a female traveling solo, I try to be cautious. But I felt safe, and privacy was not compromised. Loved seeing the kitty cats outside. Clean inside with all amenities that you need, including all the fixins for coffee and tea. Bed was comfy. Great value. Would recommend.

Trinh's place was great for a weekend trip to San Jose for my family of four. We found the space accommodating enough to sleep in and get energized to explore the area during the day. Trinh is very responsive in case you run into issues as well through the Airbnb app and through text. We checked out a couple of Trinh's recommendations and they were truly wonderful! The location is close enough to visit wonderful hiking areas and to drive down to Downtown SJ. Would definitely recommend for a group of 4 if you are interested in being in and out on your adventures!

This tiny home had everything I needed for an overnight business trip. So much better than staying in an overpriced Silicon Valley hotel or budget motel. Kitchen is well equipped for a tiny home and the bed is super comfortable. The quiet neighborhood is a bonus.

Moon’s place was the perfect spot for a solo traveller like myself. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to many shops and transport. The room was neat and tidy, and moon provided things like instant noodles and cereal which Was very thoughtful.

Great stay. Was there pretty much to just shower and sleep after a late flight in with an early start for work in the morning. Easy self check in. My room was clean and tidy, with a towel and water bottle waiting for me. The place smelled clean and fresh. Parking was the only downside, as my gps brought me to the wrong side of the complex initially, and because it was so late the (correct) street parking was full. I found one spot about a quarter mile away. Would stay again!

Nice and clean

Jacintos place is a nice and quiet stay. Like others mentioned, he has a friendly German shepard that greets you. The bed is very soft and he has all the amnesties that were mentioned.

Clean place with a nicely set up backyard/walkway that leads to the air bnb. Very friendly German Shepard that greets you at the backyard entrance. We were pleasantly surprised and did not expect the additional amenities provided, such as an iron, toothbrush, hairdryer, body wash/shampoo, coat hangers, and etc. Overall, very homey and welcoming vibe that we would consider visiting again.

A value for the cost, I will stay again probably when I come back to town.

Tiger was great! He was fast to accommodate me at the last minute late at night when I was just getting off of work. Keeps a clean place with a comfortable bed. Only downside to this stay is that apparently on the house rules as you walk in, you needed to stay 2 nights in order to utilize the washer and dryer. I would have been more than happy to pay an extra fee to be able to use this amenity. Other than that, if you don’t need a washer or dryer this place is great. Thanks again Tiger!

Joy is a very kind person! Me and my family Liked Spending time in her house. She cares about her guests and does not hesitate to support if need be. The house is near many restaurants and shops! Do not hesitate to book a date at her house !

Unfortunately we had to leave early before we could actually spend the night here, but the actual place was awesome and Joy was super understanding of our circumstances! Would definitely book this again!

Bonus points for off street parking and a super comfy bed!! Check in was a breeze. This cozy place was very fresh and clean. Peaceful setting and I felt secure. Will be checking this place 1st for availability!!

Very clean, neat, and spacious. If you want to get work done there is a table with two tables that are great for that. It was the perfect size for me and my girlfriend to work tandem. Comfortable weather control, water temp was quickly hot. Very very very comfortable bed! One of the best nights rest both of us have ever had period. Worth the money. Willow Glen was really festive with their arch’s of lights and dwarf Christmas trees lit up all around the neighborhoods. Super close to Santana Row and other great areas nearby such as Cambell, Los Gatos, and downtown San Jose.

Angelina place hosted for nearly 2 weeks. My stay was amazing. Angelina made me feel welcome with all attention to details ( bed well made , bottle of water , coffee and green tea. ) Towel for showering. Overall my stay was amazing. Checking was easy , just follow instructions she gave. Did not had any parking issue. Location is very convenient to local stores , Mall and entertainment. Only few minutes away from the Airport which was very convenient for me.

Angelina was a fantastic host. The rooms were beautiful and self check in with the key-pad was a breeze. The complimentary bottled water and tea was also a very welcoming touch.

If i come back to San Jose, I will visit again there.

Quinn’s guest house is a great place to call home for any business travelers or recreational travelers. The house has one dedicated parking spot and in this town that is a wonderful service. The house looks brand spankin’ new inside with a lot of straight lines/Asian design. Keyless entry is superb. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with whatever you would need to cook a full meal. Fridge was stocked with cool drinks and snacks and that’s always appreciated. The bathroom/shower is well stocked. The unit has a full washer/dryer with soap, bleach, and fabric softener. Rules were easy to follow and everything is labeled for easy access. I will be back!

This is a lovely cottage in a quite and friendly neighborhood. The house is beautifully done with the finest possible furnishings and some of the best equipment I have seen in most Airbnb (s). The electronics such as washing machine, microwave, refrigerator were sparkling clean and the best of models available in the market. The house was bright, warm, cozy and super clean. I am extremely crazy about hygiene when traveling with my two year old but the house was cleaner than my own expectations level that I wasn't running around after my daughter with with a bottle of sanitizer :) Hosts were prompt with replies and the house had everything one needs to feel at home away from home. Would love to come back whenever in SJ. Thank you for everything.

For the price, it's perfect. Kids are there and you'll hear them if you go to bed early so bring earplugs, (which are also provided by the way). It's small....but come on, look at the price. If you're in town to work, eat and then go home and sleep, repeat.... it's perfect.

Great place. Neighborhood is safe so you don't have to worry about valuables in your car. Bed is super comfy and the place overall has good energy. Definitely recommend this spot.

I recommend Trinh’s place. It was near by many restaurants and shopping malls. Her neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Her hosting was excellent, great communication at all times my family and I needed her. Thank again for the great hospitality!

For the value, it was worth it to stay here. Trinh was quick to respond and fix any issue that arise during my stay. The neighborhood was safe but it is quite loud from the passing cars and airplanes during rush hours (carry ear plugs). Overall I had a pleasant experience.

Trinh’s place is of great value! If you have 6+ guests this is a great stay for you in the NorCal area. Central/not too far from other amazing cities like Santa Cruz. Definitely recommend Alumn Rock Park that’s only 15 minutes. The only thing I can think of that lacked was the noise from the street outside, but the value, amenities,& comfort are definitely worth it. I’d also like to thank Trinh for responding so quickly to our questions! Would stay again.
