If you do not stay with Coral, then you are not doing yourself service. Her place is just as the pictures show, has excellent amenities and a great location. My wife has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and was very impressed. Don’t miss out. Stay with Coral. You won’t be disappointed.

What a gorgeous view! We loved sitting out on the balcony eating at the cute table and chairs out there. The Apt. has everything you need. The bed was very comfy, nice kitchen and bathroom, lovely décor, with many special touches. We rented a car, and it was so nice to have a free parking spot in the garage. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and Isla Verde beach is so beautiful with nice sand, and it is a great beach to walk on. Pueblo supermarket and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Coral was great! Very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from her and we hope to again!

Everything clean and details that add up

Tastefully decorated. Well kept and very clean. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Beautiful ocean view room from the balcony. She provides a lot of amenities for your use. Responds to your messages. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and would definitely love to come back. The pool is very big, hot tub and friendly staff. Coral is a great host.

This was such a lovely little apartment. Location was great. It had everything we needed. Our host was responsive and gave us some really helpful tips.

Cora’s place was wonderful! The bed was ridiculously comfortable, view to the ocean was beautiful and everything was very clean. Only downside (which is in the listing) is that the building is going through renovations (carpet was stripped due to change in floors) and the hotel staff didn’t give us the card to get pool/hot tub towels when we checked in. Location is perfect. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants, fast food, pharmacy, and everything you need. I would definitely recommend. Check out the retro game room downstairs if you’re feeling nostalgic.

Very nice place. Outdoor shower, with warm, not hot water, but it was fine for my needs. The spiral staircase is narrow, so pack accordingly or you will have a hard time fitting. It was nice having breakfast in the mornings. I am already missing the coquoi frogs singing at night.

We had a wonderful stay here in San Juan! The place is very stylish and the area was great, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shops for exploring. The hosts were super accommodating and friendly. I would happily stay here again and recommend it for anyone going to San Juan.

Our stay in the treehouse was absolutely amazing! The space was beautifully curated, with thoughtful touches, and comfort in mind. Waking up every day was a dream. We enjoyed delicious coffee every morning on our private deck in the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a fun element. The treehouse is close to the beach, where we spent most of our time. The communal kitchen and outdoor space was gorgeous. Shout out to Jose who was super helpful and sweet, he made us truly feel at home. We loved it and can't wait to return!

This space was really relaxed and laid back. The room was adorable and the outdoor shower awesome. The downstairs garden / hang out space was beautiful and having access to the hotel for breakfast was amazing! Food incredible. So close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here if your comfortable with minimal and cozy amenities and are willing to be a bit adventurous getting around on foot. A car is an option but walking and getting to know the neighborhood is way more fun.

Sylvia’s place is a must-see! It was my favorite experience in my 8 days in Puerto Rico by far. She has amazing taste, amenities and recommendations. The outdoor space is so cool and welcoming. The hammocks, fountain, outdoor kitchen, and lights definitely exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the outdoor showers! It was in the middle of all of the action. Jose was very welcoming and attentive to our needs as well. We would highly recommend her place and can’t wait to check out her hotel, the Dreamcatcher, nearby. If you stay here you can enjoy the amenities of the hotel, which is less than a block from the beach and has yoga, delicious breakfast and massages available. Just make sure you sign up for yoga the night before. I can’t say enough good things about her place! Thanks again Sylvia and Jose!

Wish we could have stayed longer! This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and I'm so glad we found Sylvia's Guesthouse. The Treehouse was perfect, a cozy room with shared communal garden and kitchen-everything is just as described. The location is great- so close the Beach and plenty of bars, restaurants, & shops within easy walking distance, and still just a short ride to Old San Juan. We'll definitely be back!

Wow this place exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked through the doors I felt so comfortable there. I absolutely loved it; such a conveniently location as well near the airport and many tourists areas.

This place was perfect for the night. Khalil and Selma were very quick to answer any questions I had and were very accommodating with an early check in and letting us drop off our bags early. Their place was clean and in a great location super close to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying at one of their places if you have the opportunity to.

This place was everything I expected and more. The pictures does it no justice. It’s much nicer in person. The location was great... right on the beach and close to stores, airport and restaurants. George provides a lot of helpful equipment and other necessities. Worth every penny!

I had an amazing experience at this stay, I wish I could’ve even stood for longer. Walking distance to the beach and pool, even all the restaurants/fast foods. Everything was clean and we found lots of cool amenities in the closets for example the board games, sun block, beach chairs, towels, and the view from the balcony was awesome as well. The space is very modern and super clean! It is definitely as shown in pictures, but when you see it in person, it wows even more. The beach is right behind and there are many food options around. Having a free parking spot is great if you plan to rent a car. Check in instructions are clear. George had reached out when we booked to let us know about the earthquakes, which was a very nice thing of him to do.

George is an awesome and caring host. His apartment is very conveniently located, gorgeously renovated, very clean and has everything to feel like home. George was very quick to respond, help, answer questions, and provide guidance. We're feeling safe and supportive. Despite an unexpected events like earthquake and power outage during our stay we had fantastic experience in Puerto Rico. Feeing very happy and grateful for choosing his apartment!

Loved George’s place! It was clean, right on the beach, and easy access to great restaurants. We rented a car and the parking spot was perfect. Highly recommend! Also, George is super responsive and helpful.

This place was absolutely perfect for our NYE trip to Puerto Rico. It’s very close to the airport and only 10-15 minutes from Old San Juan. Having the direct access to the beach with all the beach accessories you’d need included (chairs, umbrella, coolers, even toys and life jackets for kids if you have them). The apartment looks just as pictured with really cool lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. There is a small grocery store as well as a CVS and a couple fast food options directly across the street. There is a larger grocery store about a 5 minute drive away if you are looking to buy a lot of food. We only planned to cook breakfast during our stay and was able to find everything we needed just from crossing the street! George was great with communication before and during our stay. He even went out of his way to have the apartment cleaned earlier to accommodate our early flight. I will definitely book this space again for future trips to Puerto Rico!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at George's property! The place is beautiful and he even had a welcoming present for us. The security, accessibility of the lobby to load and off-load luggage, and easy access to the private parking space was excellent. It's right next to several hotels (literally next to them) so we had quick access to uber and several places to eat. The CVS across the street is super convenient, as well as having a supermarket within a block. Having additional parking right across the building for a low price was also super convenient. The location and amenities where second-to-none, especially with children. He has beach chairs, towels and beach toys for the little ones. Lots of attention to detail, and even had a pack-n-play that we were able to use for our 9 month old to sleep in. Beach, park, pool all within just a few steps! He's thought of everything to make guests have a great care-free stay. We would recommend this property to everyone looking to visit beautiful San Juan, PR!

I stayed at Felix for 9 nights. The rooms are small but comfortable. Everything you need to live is available. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, souvenirs, used clothing stores, 99 cent shops and much more on the street. Neighbors are just good people. I didn't feel any danger at night. Felix is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries. And because Felix's home is on the other side, I was relieved! ! Thank you Felix! Very good memories in Puerto Rico! !

Economical & good neighborhood.

Felix is an outstanding host! The space is clean, comfortable, efficient, and most importantly - centrally located in an awesome, vibrant neighborhood right by the beach and plenty of great restaurants. I enjoyed my visit and I will be back. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for me and for my time in Puerto Rico. The studio is small as described, but had everything I needed: bed (sofa-bed), bathroom, shower, small table, fridge, etc. It can get a bit warm, but it is advertised that there is no AC. The ceiling fan worked just fine for me. There are plenty of places to eat at, grab some drinks, do some shopping, grab coffee at walking distance (calle Loíza). My trip to Puerto Rico was not to spend it in an air-conditioned hotel room or pool - so this was a great spot for me. Great value and you get to see more of the local environment instead of the touristy side. I would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, great location!

Well, this was actually my second time staying at Felix's studio, so I think that speaks for itself! I first stayed here in January 2017, enjoyed my stay, so I chose to stay here again for my second visit to San Juan. Felix is a fantastic host- quick to reply with any advice or questions, happy to offer any info you'd like about Puerto Rico. I have to say, I'd learned new things about Puerto Rico during both visits from Felix. The studio itself is small, ideal for one person or two people who don't mind being in very close quarters. The basics are there, the studio is clean. The beach is a short walk away, as well as some great restaurants. Check-in/check-out is about as easy as it gets. I love Old San Juan, but I much prefer the realness of staying in the residential areas, such as here. I'm a solo female traveler and have had no issues feeling unsafe there or walking down the street after dark. Also, if you are a cat lover like me, you will not be disappointed as there are a few who live around the property (outside). I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay more off the beaten path from the bustling tourists in OSJ. I will stay here again and I am already looking forward to the next time I am able to visit. Thanks a million, Felix!

Felix is a gracious host who went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate him. The space is exactly as described. It is small but it has all the basics that you’ll need. It is close to both restaurants and the beach which is lovely. Be aware that this is a densely packed neighborhood and some neighbors make more noise than others.

Félix is a great host. The house is what I expected, great value for the location. You're down the street from nightlife and food, and a couple blocks away from the beach. If you need anything, Félix is across the street or a text/phone call away. Thanks for everything, Félix! I had a great time.

Very thankful to had the chance to stay here. Not only that I I stayed just for a day but he let me check in 2 hours early. He had extra amenities that were so helpful when hitting the beach. Room was soo cold I slept as if I was in heaven!

Close to the airport, clean and roomy space. The living room area wasn't as inviting as we had hoped, but overall the space was good for what it was.

As always, Fernando's beachfront apartment feels like home. His apartment is well appointed, bright and airy, and has a terrace with both oceanfront and city views. Additionally, his apartment comes with a free parking spot, is on Isla Verde Beach which is one of the best beaches in San Juan, is near lots of restaurants, hotel casinos, and close to many San Juan attractions. My annual birthday vacation is always spent at Fernando's.

Wonderful apartment in Isla Verde. Location is extremely convenient to beaches, restaurants, etc. Apartment is very bright and spacious, with everything you need for a family visit to San Juan area. Kitchen is well stocked and great for meals when you don’t want to go out. Bedroom and bathroom are large and well laid out, with a VERY large walk in closet. Perfect space!

Ashley's place is a perfect spot if you want to be next to the beach, close to the airport, and with easy access to many amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, communication with Ashley was always quick and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is clean, conveniently located, has parking, and noise free. You don't need much more to enjoy the beach as towels, cooler, and chairs are provided as well. Being a few steps from the beach was a huge plus. I definitely recommend this place when visiting San Juan.

Jacqueline’s place is quite comfy and very clean. It has everything we needed. And checking in was simple. Jacqueline came to make sure we had everything we needed. She’s a very friendly host.

We are so grateful to have been able to stay here during our trip. Upon arrival, we found that my boyfriends luggage was a cloud of smoke when we opened it. Apparently when they checked our bags at the airport, they opened the supplements inside his bag and left the pre workout open. All his shoes, clothes and even laptop was covered in powder! Thankfully, Jacqueline helped us alleviate the situation by helping us wash and dry all his clothes. She was also very helpful in guiding us on local food spots and touristic areas to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues with bed bugs as mentioned in a previous review but we definitely got bitten by a Lot of mosquitos! Haha that was expected though. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much Jacqueline.

I recommend everyone to stay here but this place would be perfect for two or one travelers because the place is small. This place is walking distance to the beach and to other places. There are beach chairs available to be used when you are at the beach which comes in handy. You have La Placita right around the corner where you can go grab a delicious meal or have a night out. If you end up being there a weekend, you are in luck because that is when La Placita is the best time. The place is cozy and comfy. The building is a quiet residential building so just be mindful of the noise you make when you coming home late after a night out. There were a few hiccups but it was all resolved thank you to the amazing hosts. I would definitely would love to stay at this place again in the future!

This apartment is perfect for a stay in San Juan. It is walking distance to much of the city and only a short Uber anywhere else. The apartment has everything you will need for a fun week in PR, and the hosts are very responsive!

This studio was clean, perfect location for what we were looking for, bed was very comfortable and Host was very nice to leave us a couple of local beers in the fridge for our arrival. Received check in information a few hours prior to arrival. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Puerto Rico.

We were told by two uber drivers, to be careful because that area was dangerous specially at night but nothing happened.. although, we weren’t stupid enough to walk around at night. Everyone were so nice. Her place was outstanding! Ubers were cheap! Will definitely stay here again.

Let’s start with the neighborhood. It’s super safe and at night is pretty quiet. Everyone around there is really nice and helpful. Supermarket 2 mins away from the airbnb. Pool is a plus! We had our own parking spot in front of the house. 20 mins away from old San Juan. House was clean and bed was super comfortable! Will definitely come back to this Airbnb.

This place was amazing ! It over passed my expectations. Neighborhood was quiet and completely safe. A supermarket really close by an amazing breakfast / lunch place (panadería american) food was great & super affordable. Uber prices to San Juan, airport & Bacardi factory where super cheap. I have no complaints . The cute welcome set up of snacks and beer. & the pool was great!

It is very close to the airport and easy to get to. Great communication with easy access for late arrivals. My girlfriend dropped her lotion on the street the night before, the host found it and returned it to us the next day. Nice place to stay.

This place was so beautiful. The apartment has two bedrooms. Every room is spacious. When. You drive up to the block, the area seems sketchy but it is just because it is not a super wealthy part of pr. But the humility and kindness found from your neighbors is truly beautiful. And you feel safe. This bnb offers an entire private rooftop. Which includes a hose to wash off after long days at the beach and a washer and dryer.. The infinity pool is also located here. Inside you will find a cozy spot for you and your guest. I was not disappointed. If you are looking to stay close to everything..this is your spot. You get your own parking spot right outfront and it is easy to get back . I will be coming back soon!!!

This is within 5 min walk to the beach, and with several levels of security, we felt very safe. It is also close to the highway which was a plus as we took several trips outside of San Juan. We enjoyed breakfast in the cozy outdoor area. We did not mind the limited space as we were there to enjoy activities and the outdoors.

Amazing find! Less than 1 block from the beach and a 5 min walk to “restaurant row.” He made perfect recommendations for dinner and the ad doesn’t describe how close this place is to the beach. Love how secure it is too, that was a positive for us also. Definitely would stay here again.

Jorge's place is RIGHT on the beach. I would say maybe a 3 min walk total? The beach in that area is very nice and clean and the Kite surfers are out, making the people watching SO awesome! The studio apartment was a really great value. Check in was a breeze, we felt very safe, and there is even auto lights that light the way at night, which, as a cis woman - I found extremely priceless. The apartment has a good sized fridge, espresso maker, stove, A/C, and all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very nice as well. I felt safe walking after dark and there were a lot of places to eat within walking distance! Our favorite was the vegetarian cafe! All in all I would definitely recommend again!

Jorge's place is in a gated community, which makes you feel very safe. Plenty of street parking at all times and walkable to any location in Ocean Park. If you need an affordable place in the area for a night, a recommend staying here.

Great room! Great price! The building is under renovation so that wasn’t so great, but that is out of the hosts control. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and friendly. View was great, water and city view. Definitely would recommend.

Loved Paolo’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Paola was a great host as well. He even extended our check out so we could enjoy the place a little longer before heading to the airport (which is only a 5 minute Uber ride away). Would recommend!

Access was easy and the apartment was very clean. There was a cooler bag which was very useful for the beach. Only the beach chairs and parasol were missing. We could hear the planes a bit but it was very good despite that.

Beautiful spot in San Juan! It was wonderful to have beach access, a pool and check in was very easy. It is only about 8 minutes to the airport, and an easy uber ride to Old San Juan.

Paolo is a top notch host and very responsive! Property: Very secure building under remodel. There is a service road right next to the El San Juan/The Fairmont, when I put ESJ towers into to gps it took me right there. The security guard will greet you before opening the gate and another security guard at the entrance. As mentioned in other comments the Mare is under renovation with a beautiful lobby and pool and upgrades being performed between 8 and 5pm. Private, secure beach access with security band, pool towels with card provided at check in. Private adult hot tub, cabanas, the pool is great at night with music playing at the bar and pool lights that dance and change color with the beat. Secure parking on P1 in the “guest” spots and walk directly into the lobby/elevator banks. Room: VIEW, VIEW, VIEW! comfy bed, nice a/c, nice bedding, chair, comfy sheets and comforter, cute lamp. Lots of brochures and information available in the room and down at the lobby desk. Extra soap, sunblock, etc. and night light in the white cabinet by the bathroom sink. Bathroom and shower are behind an extra door allowing others to get ready in the sink area. **the airport is right in this area, know that you will hear planes at times but it didn’t bother us as they seem to stop by 8/9pm** Neighborhood: As Paolo mentioned Chili’s is right across the street. There is a restaurant downstairs at the hotel and you can eat poolside but $15/burger CVS within walking distance and many other stores close by. Carolina beaches are a 2-3 minute drive and $5/day for secure parking. The beach has bathrooms, public showers, covered patios with bbqs. We would stay again :)

STAY HERE! SKIP RESORTS AND HOTELS I booked three different venues while visiting San Juan. Some of which were the Water Beach Club Hotel, and other venues close to the beach. All of which were ehh and tourist traps for the price paid. Paolo’s air bnb was beyond further exceptional coming from a hospitality novice. His hospitality towards accommodating us a day earlier to the exceptional service you receive at the facility(beach towels, pool, private beach access, game rooms, pool bar, lobby bar, mini store) His room provides exceptional touches(sun block, towels, plenty full pots & pans, clean towels, microwave, full refrigerator, balcony, king size bed, pull out chair with a bed, and television with access to Netflix, Hulu, and cable to provide the comforts you would at your own home. THE PLACE UNLIKE A FEW I STAYED AT IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!! You will feel the comfort from the bed sheets to walking free barefoot on the floor. The grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk with two burners provided to make basic accommodating meals. His communication is great through out the stay and when I visit any future visits I will be sure to stay here. As I mentioned for the price of the “basic resorts” you are in better hands staying here! From someone who teaches hospitality and eye for detail, Paolo and his associates carry the attention needed for a pleasant stay.

Omara’s place is in a gated community super close to the beach and lots of cool restaurants and bars! The bed is big and comfy! We also appreciated having a fridge and beach supplies!

Excellent location, safe neighborhood. A lovely, cozy and warm studio with anything and everything you may need. The special touches and her sharing beach chairs, towels and cooler is just above and beyond. Walking distance to many restaurants and bakery and nevertheless the beach which is awesome. A place to come back anytime, fully recommended to all!

We really enjoyed the location of Omara’s place! It had a very authentic feel and gave us a safe place to rest on our adventures.

Great clean place, steps away from the beach. It’s a cute studio and is located in a safe gated area. I would absolutely recommend and if I’m ever back, I’d stay here again.

The place was perfect, in a cute little private neighborhood, right next to a bunch of really great restaurants. Omara was super nice and even let us keep our bags in her house after we checked out on our last day.

Great communication and place was easy to find and was super. clean. Close to ocean park and quick ride to airport and old San Juan. We stayed one night after cruise and had a great relax time. Thank you Omara for the host. We will be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Omara was right there when we checked in and our guest house was perfect for us. 2 blocks from the beach and right around some amazing restaurants as well. Omara was helpful when we wanted to put on the Super Bowl and gave us instructions instantly on how to navigate the TV to watch it. We couldn't have asked for more!

I highly recommend Omara's place. Beautiful room and very clean. The surrounding community is very nice. You can walk to some local restaurants and local bars. The beach area is just a short walk away and was beautiful. Omara also was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful with suggestions. If we're ever to visit San Juan again we would definite stay there.

I enjoyed my stay at Juan Carlos Appointment. It is in or close to a location I wanted to be while on a short weekend trip in Puerto Rico. Not too far from all the actions and still close enough to access Old San Juan. The appointment has many amenities. Please be aware the appointment is on three flights of stairs. It was no trouble since I packed light for all my travel. Valve: Great Amenities: Awesome Location: Good Gem: Rooftop Patio. 😍 I had rental car, so getting around was not an issue. You can walk or Uber to the Famous Bar Scenes La Placita. If want to visit Old San Juan Bus or Uber is doable as well. Only downside I experienced was the water situation—the water pressure and temperature could improve for shower. Other that, I had a wonderful time stay at Juan Carlos appointment. Would I stay here again or recommend a friend? Yes!!! Thank you for everything, Juan Carlos.

Such a great and comfortable space

It is an incredibly beautiful, comfortable and spacious place. It has a very nice terrace, everything you need is at your fingertips because it has a supermarket next door and many cafes and restaurants nearby. I didn't want to leave so when I can come back.

If this place is available stay here! I cannot stress that enough. My fiancé and I stayed for 3nights and loved every minute. The location is perfect for getting to know really local spots around Santurce. It’s also a quick uber ride to old San Juan. It was also very close to a supermarket. We also walked to a car rental place 10mins away and did a day trip to el yunque and some of the beaches near it. The apartment it self was so nice; air conditioning, tv, great shower, living room area, solid kitchen (though we ate out often), and amazing roof top! The checkin/check out and host communication were a breeze. We had a great time and would stay here again if it’s available. I highly recommend this spot.

Cristina’s place is a beautiful apartment. I felt in heaven for 13 great days, from waking up to the beautiful view of the sea to going sleeping with the enchanting sound of the sea. The apartment is sparkling clean in a really good location. I was able to walk to the beach and old San Juan. Across the street there is a great restaurant, Jose Enrique, the food is delicious. We loved our stay at Grace’s place! The bed is probably the most comfortable on the island! The hot water was also much needed after a busy week of hopping around Puerto Rico. The apartment is roomy and very modern. The proximity to the airport made this the perfect location for us to stay at before catching a flight home.

Though the neighborhood may not look amazing this house sure is. It is beautiful well kept and clean. The apartment is just what you need to chill while you maybe be busy with activities in San Juan.

A great, simple, and cheap option for a night or two. I had one night in SJ before flying home in the morning, and this place was perfect for that, can’t beat the price! Has everything you need for a night. Check in with lockbox was simple. Air conditioning worked well. Room was exceptionally dark for sleeping. I would say though that if you’re planning to stay and see San Juan, it isn’t the most centrally located - it’s about a 10 min Uber from the airport ($15-20) and 25 mins from old San Juan ($15ish). Not much is walkable from the Airbnb, and you might opt to spend a little more to find something closer to the beach or old San Juan or Condado. No fault of the hosts of course, the place was perfectly as described and such good value!

This was a quick stay for us. The host had a few thoughtful touches inside the residence, such as coffee, kitchen necessities, even a couple of bottles of beer and cold water. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but everything else was great!

It was nice to have KFC, McDonald's, and Bakery nearby. It's a bit far from downtown, but I've traveled by land and bus.

This house is very beautiful looks just like the pictures. The beds are soft and he is very good at giving suggestions and recommendations of clubs and restaurant. There is a long list of rules and you have to pay to do ur laundry didn’t like that. Also the kitchen isn’t in the main house you have to exit the house. Other then those two things my stay was great.

We stayed here for one week with 7 people and really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spacious and clean and there was plenty of space for each of us to spread out. The pool area is gorgeous and a great addition to the experience. Samuel was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay!

First of all. AMAZING VIEW of the beach and ocean. Very clean and comfortable space. The add of “homely touches” and toiletries were an added bonus. Quick prompt response from the hosts. Absolutely loved this hidden gem. Huge windows that open to allow in a breeze and sounds of the crashing waves. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was on point, which is a HUGE deal here with humidity. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again myself as well. Amaizing view close to the beach anairport and restaurants we have a great time .

We had 7 units for a family destination wedding, 22 people. Everything was fantastic and Cristina was very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. Everyone agreed that they would stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time with our stay. As listed in the other reviews, you are paying for the phenomenal view and close proximity to the beach. You just can't get any better. The beach is right outside your door and there are several great places to eat within that block. The building itself, and subsequently the condo, was a little run down but with all of the hurricanes, earthquakes, and other woes Puerto Rico has had to endure over the last few years, it wasn't a surprise. The place was clean, safe, and comfortable to stay. We would certainly stay again on our next visit to the San Juan area.

Such a great place to stay! Right on the water with a huge window that opens the living room up to almost be a patio. Cristina and Juan left lots of thoughtful tips and snacks around the place. Super close to restaurants and stores.

Polet’s condo was an amazing place to stay for our short stay in San Juan. Literally right on the beach! Also right down the street from all the great restaurants and bars. Stylish, great AC, and has everything you’d need for a great beach day. Polet gave us a long list of places to eat and things to do the day before we arrived. She was super quick to respond any time we had a question and always answered thoroughly. We will definitely stay here again.

Polet's place is wonderful! Located on Ashford Avenue in Condado the location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants or the beach. We spent most of our days by the pool which was very spacious and always had chairs available for sunbathing. The view from the unit over the water is incredible, and we felt very safe at the property with security guards monitoring access 24/7. We would absolutely stay at Polet's place again when we are back in San Juan!

This is an incredible apartment with a breath taking view. The place itself was very clean and also had a number of nice touches like beach chairs. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and of course the beach is accessible directly from the property. Great value for money - would definitely stay here again!

What a great location right in the heart of Ocean Park, close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants, very clean, great communication and will definitely book again the next time we visit Puerto Rico .

The place and location was perfect for my wife and I. It was as expected overall but the private outside space was over the top. Couches, grill outside bar private pool. About about a block and a half from the beach. Walking distance to the loaiza? Strip and 7 min drive to condado. Highly recommend

Vilmarie went out of her way to make sure we had everything we’d need for our stay. She provided us with coffee, brownies, waters, beach chairs, towels, games, and a cozy environment. The pool was clean and had jets. The outdoor area was gorgeous and had a shower. The tv has Netflix and Hulu if you’re looking to stay in and watch television. The place is very clean and less than a 4 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend it to anyone.

I hate to leave! If you’re coming to visit the island I recommend that you book at least 10 to 14 days. We stayed a week and it was not even close to enough time to explore everything. Vilmarie was kind and attentive. We spent much more time relaxing on the patio than expected as well. The outdoor kitchen was really nice. Perfect location, perfect everything else. The store is only a 10 minute walk and the beach is about a block. Absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at Nan’s place. She was very attentive and responsive. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a plus. The location was great and all of Condado, down to Santurce, and La Placita were within walking distance. The unit does get noisy at night with all the street noises so if you need quiet to sleep than you may need to look elsewhere, otherwise some earplugs will work. Overall we had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is truly incredible, and the view in the mornings is everything you could want from a stay in Old San Juan. We walked virtually everywhere in Old San Juan. Karla and Alejandro sent us fantastic local suggestions, which we really enjoyed! Definitely listen to them and go to La Factoria.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Old San Juan, I highly recommend Karla and Alejandro's place. Old San Juan is a very walkable area and you'll be in the middle of it! The space was clean and peaceful, despite the hustle and bustle outside. Both bedrooms lead out to the balcony which is a great spot for morning coffee and a great book. I loved this space and would absolutely stay there again. I also appreciate them being as flexible as they could allowing me to check out a bit later since my flight was later in the day.

When we arrived in San Juan we found out that our Airbnb host had cancelled we scrambled to find a place to stay that night! Every travelers nightmare we payed so much money for one night and we knew we needed to find another Airbnb - Alejandro to the rescue - we were so lucky his place was available. The location is amazing, the place is clean and super airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with posts and pans, dishes and cutlery even oil and basic spices. We could walk anywhere in old San Juan with lots of restaurants near by. I’m so grateful to Alejandro for letting us drop our bags off before checking in at 3 so we could enjoy our day after all the turmoil from the night before. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan!

We had a great stay at Roberto's. The photos are all very accurate. The balcony and view of the water are great. The unit was very clean and organized. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided along with a small cooler to take to the beach. Roberto had the fridge stocked with water and also left us a bottle of wine which was very nice. What a spot! The check-in process was seamless. It is a quick ride to and from the airport (12 minutes). The apartment is extremely clean, the views spectacular and all the amenities were in great condition. The key less fabs are also a great addition! I look forward to staying here again in the future as it is in close proximity to everything needed on Ashford Avenue and is extremely close to Old San Juan and all other destinations in the area.

Just stop your search right now and stay at Roberto’s place. From communication with our host to the proximity of the apartment to the beach, an all round 5 star experience. It was exactly what we were looking for in an Airbnb for a long weekend without breaking the bank. Condado is full of restaurants, bars, and of course, beautiful beaches (which is a 2 minute walk away). Roberto also gave us a bunch of recommendations on where to go. The space itself is a studio on the 20th FL with everything you need, although we didn’t spend much time there. The AC works great, water gets hot, and just made for a comfortable place to rest before we were off to the next spot. Will definitely be back in PR and will definitely be booking this place again. Yvette's place is clean and comfortable. If you want easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the highway then this is the perfect place. We would definitely stay again.

I love the studio and I've been there before - as always very clean, comfy with amazing view. the only tip which I would like to give for the future visitors - don't forget a shampoo and conditioner, like I did. there is none in the apartment. overall, I enjoyed staying and I highly recommend Yvett's studio.

We loved our stay. The location is great, and the beach towels and chairs were awesome for a relaxing time on the beach. There was a power outage in the area on our final day there, and Yvette took care of us by setting us up at a nearby hotel. Definitely recommend!

Our first time in Puerto Rico and Yvette's place was ideal for us...we like to be independent and prefer to cook for ourselves. Loved hearing the crashing waves from the ocean at night. We walked to the Supermarket, Isla Verde Beach and Condado Beach. FYI...We took the bus for 75cents each into Old San Juan and back (it was easy for us but make sure you have change as they don't accept dollar bills???). We did take Uber to the airport and apparently they will pick you up from the airport as well (wish we knew that in advance).

This place is amazing and easy to get around to different cities. This place had cool beach chairs to use at the beach and having a beach right across made it easy to have fun and not worry about travel. Host was really good with responses.

This location can not be beat! It’s on a gorgeous street nearby some of the best restaurants in Old San Juan. You can get anywhere in Old San Juan in about ten minutes. The space itself was absolutely perfect for one person. It does get a bit loud as it is on a busy street and above a garage door, but the hosts offer earplugs and a sound machine to make the stay more peaceful. It was great and I hope to return someday!

Alexis was very helpful when it came to recommending things to do locally. The space was clean and spacious. We loved that it was keyless entry and that we were right in the middle of old San Juan. There were so many restaurants/bars as well as local shops that we easily walked to. We also walked to the beach and Castillo de San Cristóbal fort in less than 10 minutes! There were plenty of extra towels and toiletries if we needed them. There was a sound machine and ear plugs to drown out the street noise and we slept like babies! We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Great location right in the center of Old San Juan. Everything was in walking distance. Alexis was great with communication and recommendations. When there was an issue with water being turned off in the area Alexis was prompt with his response on how to help and explained the situation. It was fixed right away but it was great to feel like he cared. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The loft is a great place from which to explore Old San Juan. The location could not be better for sights, food nearby and shopping (supermarket and gifts). The air conditioning was great, the bed comfortable and the space was well designed as a studio. There is street noise in the studio, Old San Juan has a vibrant nightlife which is part of the fun. The white noise machine and ear plugs allowed us to sleep soundly on New Year's Eve. We appreciated the keyless entry and Alexis' quick responses to any and all questions. Lidy’s apartment is in walking distance from everything Old San Juan. The high ceilings and open air hallways wrap around the Spanish courtyard below. Palm trees and tiled flooring remind you you’re in the colonial heart of the city. Lidy was a helpful host and quite responsive over text. We didn’t see much of one another during my four-night stay. I felt as if the immense apartment was mine alone. Though it’s a block from the docks and near restaurants and nightlife, it was quiet and serene inside on the second floor. Highly recommended!

Lidy's place is in the perfect spot for exploring Old San Juan. From the very beginning Lidy gave me tips on where to park, and he was quick to respond to questions. For lunch he gave a great recommendation for food close to the apartment as well as where to go for groceries. The actual place is cozy, clean and has everything you need. It made me very nostalgic of visits to other tropical countries as a child. Our only regret is we stayed 1 night and wish we had stayed longer to explore the rest of Old San Juan (and San Juan in general) and to get to know Lidy more!

Perfect location for exploring old San Juan. Many shops, restaurants and near cruise terminals 1-4. This particular lodging is however not suitable if there is mobility issues as there are numerous stairs to enter. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of our host. The fan in the room was an extra special touch!

This place is a very good value, offered by an excellent host. We stayed while we vacationed in San Juan. No the house isn’t smack in the middle of everything but it’s 12 minutes to 99% of what you’ll want to do. The space could use a deep clean but it was tidy. Huge shower, wifi, smart TV, AC. Finally, Rafael is a very responsive and helpful host. He answered our messages immediately. He also recommended our favorite activity of the week and allowed us to use the garage for our rental car when we were away for 2 days. Would recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed for a short stay very good value.
