Apartamento 100% reformado. Cuenta con salón-cocina, dos dormitorios (uno con cama de 1,50m y el segundo con cama de 1,35m) y un baño. Luminoso y ubicado en zona muy tranquila. Incluye Wifi. Cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, lavadora, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. A 18 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, a 20 minutos a pie de la playa de la Zurriola y 25 minutos a pie del casco viejo. ¡Tambien se puede coger el autobus n. 9 cada 15 minutos en frente del apartamento que lleva al centro!

Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. The apartment is conveniently located in the center of the village. Communications are excellent. Bus stop 20 metres in both directions to San Sebastian and Irun. Line of "mole” (similar to the metro) at 100 meters, towards San Sebastian and Endaia (France). Renfe station for any railway connection. Errenteria is a village with a lot of social and cultural life. The tourist office is 50 meters away. We have no beach, you have to take a bus and travel 6 km. for 20 minutes and that's it.

You'll love my place because it's in the same mall as the city, the glass windows let you see a street full of life, and being quiet pedestrian at night. The kitchen is very practical and beautiful, and is in the same space as the dining room and living room. Each room has its own bathroom, and the beds are spacious and comfortable. The beach and markets are within walking distance. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families
