Comfortable 3 bedroom Apartment on one floor.

Older house but painted 2020. No pets. 3 bedrooms and a good size family bathroom with a new power shower, installed March 2020. Separate guest toilet. The entrance room is large with a seating area to put shoes on. Plenty of room. Workstation with printer/scanner The living room is spacious and child friendly. Seating group and 2 recliners. Big Family kitchen which seats 6 people comfortable with all the kitchen appliances that you would need. A house that makes you feel at home away from home.

This special place is right in the center of Sandefjord and is close to everything, making everything available. Small nice patio, but walk distance to cafes, restaurants, harbor, spas garden, etc. probably the very nicest. The apartment is about 40 sqm and consists of living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, and a sleeping alcove with a 90cm width bed. A kitchenette and a big great bathroom. The house is an older revered building from the end of the 1800s and neighbor to Hotel Kong Carl .

We rent out a basement apartment of about 40 m2 in our residence. The house is located in a quiet residential area, only about 500 meters from the city and the harbor. In the area behind the house is Hjertnesskogen, where there are nice views of the city and the fjord. There is private parking inside the plot, and there is access to a large garden in front of the house. The apartment has a separate entrance and there is a small patio available.
