“Never had a bad meal, always excellent. Service can be iffy but holler their name and they come running. We had excellent service the last several times we were there. I recommend the Seafood Skillet for seafood lovers. Huge and delicious! The mixed ceviche is very good also. A very cool setting and atmosphere. ”

“Carambola is a labor of love of Irma and Bill Brady, working to preserve and display the fantastic ecology of this island paradise. Carambola is beautiful, the guides are wonderful, hike up the trail to the top and be rewarded by spectacular views of the ocean. If you are lucky, you might catch Bill or Irma there and be treated to two of the most amazing ecologists you will ever meet.”
