Waterfall
“A waterfall as magnificent and memorable as any in the country is located just a 30- minute drive outside of Portland. Visiting Multnomah Falls, a 611-foot-tall roaring, awe-inspiring cascade of icy water, lets you experience the power and beauty of nature up close and with ease. From the parking area off of I-84, a 5-minute walk is all that separates you from the exhilarating spray at the base of the falls.”

Café
“Local eatery/tavern. Wraps, burger, fries, etc. Local brews, decent coffee. I am allergic to gluten so there is not much I can eat here except the corn tortillas, but they are pretty good and very cheap so I have been happy to come back a couple of times. Laid-back causal place, nice outside area with picnic tables, grass, cornholes, and horseshoe games.”

Outlet Store
“Not covered, outlet mall. Adidas, Gap, Tommy and many others. Not too far from Portland airport and a logical stop on the way back from Multnomah Falls. Not worth going all the way just for this. If you want to go outlet shopping only, then go to Woodburn Factory Outlets. ”

Park
“Excellent trail system about 8 miles from cabin down Barlow Trail Road. To access the main trailhead, you have to pedal about 3 miles up a paved logging road climbing approximately 2,000'. If you are a beginner or novice, there is a loop around the parking lot and an entry point to Lower Hide and Seek about 1.5 miles up the logging road. Laura's Loop about .5 mile up is nice for beginners, and at .75 TNT/Little Monkey has slopestyle jumps for those wanting to air it out. For more advanced riders there are few options at the top, including my favorite: Communication Breakdown (flow)-Quid Pro Flow (flow)-338(XC)-Two Turntables (fast and tight), Lower Hide and Seek (flow).”
