“ Bahía Tortuga o Tortuga Bay es como figura en los antiguos mapas de las islas. Allí, la arena de una pureza alabastrina, que se desintegra como un puñado de talco en las manos y pies de los caminantes, contrasta con el turquesa del mar. Varias rocas oscuras y porosas complementan el paisaje que ofrece un descanso lejos de cualquier intento de ruido. Tortuga Bay es una hermosa playa de arena blanca, lleva ese nombre por ser un sitio de anidación de la tortuga negra. Ubicación Bahía Tortuga se encuentra a unos 50 minutos de caminata desde Puerto Ayora. Clima Presenta 2 estaciones la estación seca y de garúa de junio a diciembre. Las temperaturas varían entre los 18 y 20º C. ”
