The place is really cool. Modern and clean style, I felt really good living in there for a few days. Also, the place has everything you need. Moreover it is close to the center, malls, central market, everything can be done by foot.

Very cozy and pleasant apartment. Shower with hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Close to Rua Agostina (exchange offices) and Metro station. It has two markets, one 24 hours below the building. Super comfortable bed. Only negative point is the air conditioning, which does not work very well and in January (summer) it is very hot.

We love our week in Santiago! The apartment is extremely cozy and comfortable! You can see the care with every detail. It is very well located, close (or with easy access) to many tourist chicks in the city. Maurício, our host, welcomed us with affection and attention since the first contacts, when we were still in Brazil. He was always helpful, with quick and precise answers and guidance! The apartment is as described, undoubtedly for a maximum of 2 adults, both for the physical space and the utensils. The region is very abandoned probably due to the protests (the streets are all painted and smell like pee). Many street vendors. The fit and the building is ok, the region that I would not stay in a next trip. Rose is a good hostess.

Everything was perfect. A very cozy and perfectly located place.

The kit is very clean and well cared for, very well located, close to the Santa Lúcia subway and bus stops (very close also to Cerro de Santa Lúcia). It is well equipped with kitchen utensils, electronics, towels, coverings and sheets. Wi-Fi works perfectly. It has a laundry (for washing and drying clothes) on the top floor of the building that works with coins, which was very useful for us. We recommend the stay!

A great place to stay

Ana's place is in a nice block in the centre of town. It is on the 8th floor so is away most of the time from the noise below. It is a comfortable apartment with the bits and pieces you might need to make breakfast. There is a concierge on the ground floor for security and self check-in. The shower was superb and the Wifi fast. With the political unrest several stations were closed or you could not change where required which it might have been good if Ana had mentioned it. But a great little studio in the centre of the action.

You are on the 20th floor over the river, Forestall Park and the historical center of Santiago and the view is amazing, day and night. Right between Recoleta and Lastarria, meaning the perfect location to apprehend Santiago. The building is super safe, very lively. Here, you are in the real Santiago.

What a view!! Especially when it gets dark. spectacular. The location is really downtown with the great Bellas Artes area and Bellavista at walking distance. Would stay here again! I do recommend bringing earplugs because the streets are pretty noisy. You do hear that in the apartment.

It's snug and I liked the bathroom (pretty big for a big city). The best part about this apartment (besides having a pool in this crazy hot summer) is that it's within walking distance of la moneda, plaza de armas, museo de arte precolombino, cerro santa Lúcia, Castillo Hidalgo, plaza Mackenzie, Avenida o'higgins, the subway station, and so much street commerce.

Fantastic apartment !! This is the best place I have rented through airbnb !! It is quiet, sparkling clean and the place is just beautiful. The size of the apartment is perfect for up to three persons comfortably and it has a great view of the city. The building is very safe and the neighbourhodd very quiet and safe too. There are also several cafes and restaurants in the area that you can easily walk to. Also, there are many touristic places around that you can visit with no need to take transportation. However, there is a main metro line a few meters away from the flat which connects with the rest of the city fastly. Nicolas was also very friendly and gave me many tips on places and recommendations. Another important thing is that you can cook in the flat as there are many pots and utensils together with salt, sugar, oil, tea and coffee. So you can have dinner and lunch at home. In addition, there is smat tv with netflix so you can watch your favourite serie. Finally, there is a big pool you can go in the garden of the building.

It was very nice, check in can be done late with the doorman who is 24 hours, I only had a difficulty with the shower water that did not know how it worked, they promptly helped her and her husband. The lodging of Carolina is excellent in relation to price-quality. She is very kind and willing. Upon arrival we had to wait several hours to enter and let us enter before to have empty the apartment, a genius! As far as the location is, it is a bit far from the most known tourist spots but having a subway station 2 blocks away and many micro bus stops nearby, mobility is very easy. It also has the Quinta Normal Park with many museums a few blocks away and the historic Yungay neighborhood. I recommend the lodging of Carolina and her as hostess, I felt very comfortable with her attention and in her apartment. I would go back without hesitation.

Had an excellent stay in this place. It is simply very cozy and the balcony is just great. Stayed for 3 weeks and it has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. I will probably be returning. Id recommend guests to introduce themselves to the doormen in the lobby as they will be buzzing you in the building (which is normal in Chile). Location is just outside the central area.

Comfortable, clean, super equipped and charming apartment in a quiet but safe neighborhood, close to the center. Very well located, with a beautiful view from the balcony, but mainly a rooftop that has a swimming pool where you can have a 360 degree view of Santiago. Claudio was very quick and attentive, we had a smooth check-in at the reception of the building itself and the staff were very polite. The gas shower is great and has a small bath to relax in. We love the hosting.

Our stay with Claudio was amazing. We actually arrived in Santiago with no place to stay due to a hiccup in a previous booking. We messaged Claudio while at a Starbucks, stuck with our luggages and he replied in no more than 1 minute and has us reserved for our 3 nights. We arrived at the apartment and we were very happy. It is very spacious and clean. To my surprise there was a washer in the apartment and a rack to dry the clothes on the patio. There is great wifi and the building has a pool on the rooftop. For those who like to keep in shape while travelling, there is a 24 hr gym across the street which I took advantage of and went two times for a workout. Also for those who prefer cooking while travelling, I can say with experience, that Claudio's kitchen is fully equipped. I have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and his has been the best I have experienced. We actually wanted to add in a couple of extra nights but is was not surprising that he was already fully booked. Thank you Claudio.

The location is perfect for investigating the centre of the. It’s. There are 2 security personel in reception 34 hours a day so you feel very safe. I visited during the time of protests and civil unrest and felt safe and really enjoyed my time in Santiago. The studio has everything you need for a City visit and there is a token operated laundry on the ground floor with a vending machine for tokens which is open 24 hours a day. There are eateries, bakeries, museums and public transport within a few metres and. Rust Ian is a lovely host. Communication was quick, informative and friendly and I’d stay here again if I am ever in Santiago again.

At Yasna's place I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Yasna's family was extremely kind and accommodating. We would often sit together, share meals and travelling stories together with the other guests or talk about politics. I had the chance to meet many other travelers of different backgrounds. The kitchen was very well equipped. There is lots of space in the living room or outside if you need to get some work done or just want to hang out and relax. Will definitely be back when I'm in Santiago again. Also check out the other rooms at Yasna's place if this one is not available!

A lovely oasis in the middle of a chaotic city! Had a nice time getting to know Yasna’s family, as well as others staying or living at the house! You feel right at home at Yasna’s place. I don't know how all the rooms are, but in which it was my turn, I had a balcony, a bed and a half, television and a desk (which for me was essential because I had to study). There was also a pool available for guests The kitchen was very well equipped and Yasna is very attentive.

Small but super comfortable apartment for three people. The view of the city of Santiago is incredible. We arrived and it was super quick to remove the keys and the apartment was all tidy. Nothing is missing, we have what is necessary for hosting. Great location!

The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. The house has everything you need, it is very well equipped. Very comfortable bed. It has air conditioning. Balcony and beautiful furniture. The view at dawn is very beautiful. It needs to improve in cleaning. The bathroom was very grimy, full of hair down the drain, and the kitchen was also in need of a good cleaning. Host left everything explained before we even arrived. It is not very close to shops, but it is worth it.

I had an amazing stay at Patricio’s flat and I can’t wait to return back to Santiago in order to stay here again .The place is located in the best area of Santiago ( Las Condes ) and it’s really close to the metro and downtown.The flat is exactly like in the pictures with a nice design with many amenities to make your stay memorable .On the top of everything the pool is the perfect place to swim and get a view of the skyline of Santiago .
