“What can I say here... a Sarnia stonghold, and a local favourite for mostly everyone from the folks dressed in "blues" to the Folks dressed in "suits"- known mostly for fast and hearty breakfasts (and they do serve a mean lunch too). Family owned and operated since forever... Reasonable prices, generous portions and fast home cooked meals.”

Park
“The water is amazingly clean and refreshing. You can see freighters in the distance and it's not too crowded. It is friendly and there is no drinking. Seems like a great place for kids. There's the gravelly rock on the beach for the first few feet until you get into the water, then it's all sand, so some water shoes may be helpful for tender feet. However, it's not too deep, way out, so you can do a lot of swimming with ease. There is someone there renting floatable paddles and there is a concession stand with hot dogs and other food that is quite decent. Very nice place to go for a day.”

“The Huron Lady offers reasonably priced boat tours of the Port Huron/ Sarnia area. The cruise was fun and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a snack bar on board. Reservations are recommended. A good way to spend an afternoon in Port Huron.”

Meal Takeaway
“This is MUST DO while in Sarnia. This is a little Italian restaurant that serves family style meals. There is not a traditional menu, and the server inquires about your taste preferences, your choices of fresh pasta, sauces and you custom build the meal from there. The focaccia bread in dipped in infused oils is delicious! Be sure to make a reservation in advance to guarantee your spot and I believe they are closed on Sundays.”

Grocery or Supermarket
“Small town service. It will cost you a little more than grocery stores in Sarnia. . It is a great store. The cashiers take the time to chat at the register. How great is that.”

“The feel of this place is just marvelous. It really feels like a pub. It's spacious and I adore the atmosphere here. They have an interesting menu that makes genuine attempts to be Irish themed. They have a full list of specialty drinks and craft beers for the millennials among you. I'll always be game to go here with any friend or family member. ”
