It is an 80 m ² attic apartment on 2 levels (1 floor: hallway, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, shower room/toilet, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch, desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom/toilet/tub/washing machine). The apartment is newly renovated. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 8 minutes walk or 1 minute bus. 15 minutes journey time to Marienplatz.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

In-law in the new wooden house with terrace

Our wooden house was completed in the summer 21st. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood sprouts you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house way, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the warmth out and in winter it is nice and warm. Enter and breathe deeply in this quiet location.
