This is an absolutely beautiful home to stay in. You'll feel like you stepped out of a wardrobe into another world. I really enjoyed hanging out on the spacious first floor and meeting the other guests. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful centrally located Victorian home.

This place is spectacular. The house is charming and the hosts are amazing. It was a really sweet touch when cookies were brought to the house on Valentine's Day.

I absolutely adored this place! There were so many lovely little touches throughout the entire house that really added to the experience. I loved that there was a little mailbox to send off postcards right in the kitchen, and a little free library out front! Having some breakfast foods included (cereal, bagels, juices, coffee, tea) was much appreciated, as was the water in the room. Having access to a private porch was also wonderful. While it was a little cold during my stay, I imagine use of the porch during the morning/evening would be especially lovely in slightly warmer months.

This is a dreamy house in a great neighbourhood. The place is stylish and welcoming with great design details and personal touches everywhere. A little out of the way for some perhaps, but what you get are some great coffee, food and beer spots that would be great finds anywhere, and there's a great vibe around - do check out the brewery just up the street! Its on a tree-lined street and totally sets the tone for a stay in Savannah.

Welcoming hosts. They even invited me out for a ride in their 1980s, French-built, 2CV car. Comfortable house, good location, and includes a continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

Loved this place. It was as pictured. Great location, easy to walk everywhere from the river to Forsyth Park. We parked and never used the car. As others have stated, you can download the app for parking in front of the house. But we parked for free about 3 blocks away. Comfy bed, decent shower, and Roku! You are on the middle floor so you can hear footsteps overhead when people are walking around. It wasn't annoying but it was noticeable.

Great location. Very walkable to locations and if not walking ubers are cheap and quick. The spot is perfect for 2-4 people and the porch is super cute. Very clean and convenient.

The apartment was an ideal location to all of what Savannah has to offer. It was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home while away. Our only small hiccup was a heavy footed guest staying in the apartment above us the first night. They came in after we were asleep and pounded around for a while before settling down. This was in no way the hosts fault, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to consider taking the top floor apartment. Overall it was wonderful!

Our stay at Diedrich’s was amazing. The listing described the apartment perfectly. Location was close to the Riverwalk and plenty of close restaurants within a few blocks. Parking is paid during 8 Am - 8 PM, but as described in the listing and check-in directions - downloading the Park Savannah app made it super easy. It is an older townhome that is sandwiched between other townhomes so you do get some ambient noise because of that but a sound machine, ear plugs and a box fan is provided in case the noise is bothersome. The hosts are responsive at all times very quickly and want to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. I would love to stay here again if we visit Savannah in the future.

What a lovely spot in the heart of everything Savannah! Everything was in walking distance or a quick drive. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would recommend this stay to friends in the future!

Diedrich's place was fantastic. The location was perfect, we were able to walk all around Savannah and back to our apartment, because it was close to everything. The apartment was very clean and the codes to enter in and out of the apartments were much more convenient than having to worry about a key. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend.

Adriana is a great host! It's a new place and Adriana keeps it very clean. Location is a few blocks from south of Forsyth Park. Keep in mind you may be sharing the house with a few others, my room and the one next to mine had walls that were a bit thin, but still a good experience! Quiet hours are 9pm-6am so a good place for young adults/professionals.

Highly recommend for long term stays. Very clean and great location! Forsyth Park, local restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Adriana has the amenities, kitchen supplies, etc you may need for a comfortable adjustment to AirBnB living.

Adriana is an amazing host! She is very sweet and kind! I stayed at Adriana’s place during my senior year at Scad. She helps me so much on everything and I feel like she becomes my sister. She always keeps the house very clean and make sure that everyone feel comfortable living at this place. I live in Savannah for 4years and this is place is definitely located in the best part of Savannah. The house location is a walk distance to the Forsyth Park, grocery stores, and yoga center! The neighborhood is nice and close to the coffee shop and one of Scad building so It’s very safe! Adriana always cares about guests and pays attention on making the room better and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

The place was equipped for people like us who don’t like to eat out for every meal, but also close enough to downtown to go out for a nice dinner, drinks or just enjoy Savanna’s nightlife. Chad’s place was nothing short of amazing! The house was not only stunning but also artfully curated. The area was a short Uber to downtown but had its own charm as well. On my next trip through Savannah I will be sure to stay at Chad’s again!

Everything about this magical home is masterfully designed. From the treehouse, to the record players-from the book swap tower to the wine swap rack- Chad and his co-hosts (kitties included) go above and beyond to make sure you feel completely relaxed and entertained. We stayed in the skylight suite and found it very cozy, comfortable and clean! We appreciated that we could opt to use modern conveniences like wifi and a smart TV or simply unplug to take in the nostalgic atmosphere. Teeming with eclectic Southern charm and poetic, lovely clutter --this home is so much more than a place to rest your head. Consider it a destination in and of itself within your Savannah itinerary!!

Incredibly eclectic place with a masterful touch. You just might have to drag yourself out of this cozy space in order to explore the city!

An amazing place! The quick responses and hospitality were unbeatable. We stayed in the upstairs loft area and it was perfect. I propose to my girlfriend in the treehouse and it was exactly what you would expect, amazing! Downtown Savannah is 10 minutes away and Tybee Island is a half hour away. There’s always something to do if you find some time in between playing with the extremely friendly cats. Me and my better half will absolutely be coming back!

Jordan is quick to respond and the home is awesome. It has a great southern charm that I couldn't get over. It was a quick drive from downtown, but close to everything.

Jordan’s home was extremely lovely, well decorated and clean. Having been my first stay in an AIRBNB, it went above and beyond what I expected. You can immediately tell the amount of care and effort that Jordan has put into her home, even within the small details. In the room you’ll find everything you’ll ever need during your stay from a Keurig, bandaids, and even maps with suggestions on what to do in Savannah. The bathroom isn’t attached to the room but was also clean and only used by my girlfriend and I. Since we only stayed a night, we decided to just Uber the Historic District to be able to have advantage of the open container policy; both to and from each Uber was only ~$7 and it was better than having to search for parking.

The guest room is spacious and inviting, amenities are perfect for the stay. Easy, peasy check-in and check-out instructions. Felt safe in a quiet city neighborhood. You will enjoy some city sounds including a distant morning train whistle, as well as some road noise. Foxy Loxy (an artisan Coffee and Tex-Mex Cantina) prepares beautiful and delicious coffee and Kolache pastry within a 10-20 min walkable distance.

This place was literally perfect! It was close enough to walk to all the best bars and events but far enough to not have to deal with the noise from the streets. I saw a lot of reviews saying they could hear the basement bar below the building but we didn’t hear it at all even without the earplugs. The stairs aren’t TERRIBLE but they can be exhausting when you forget something or just wanna run some leftovers or souvenirs to your room. The check in and check out process was so super easy which is always a relief when traveling. My best friend absolutely LOVED the sound machine they provided.

Overall a GREAT stay! The best part about it was the location. Literally close to everything!!! Also it’s above a bar and I heard nothing at night. It was amazing!! Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in town!!!! :)

This is a beautifully renovated unit in a historic building that also houses Victoria’s Secret! If you have no problem with stairs, it is a great value and convenient to everything from Broughton St to the river.

Paul is an attentive and kind host with an extremely interesting background. He made me feel very welcome. If you’re able I recommend booking the Queen Retreat as it appeared much bigger than the other airbnb listing in the house. The other people who live in the house were nice and so there is so interaction with others which may not be for everyone but suited me fine. The price point reflects this and also the fact that the house is not entirely finished yet (though the room appeared entirely complete). There is some slight noise overhead coming from the owners and their pets which is again reflected in the very reasonable price point. Overall I would recommend to those with a sense of adventure and curiosity.

Had a good stay at Jennifer's. Is a room in a large floor of a house, a couple of the other rooms also have guests and the bathroom is shared with them. But everything was very clean, the room and bed were comfortable, the house is pretty, I liked the neighborhood and parking was easy. Jennifer was very nice. A good value.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for our Savannah trip! All of the Victorian details were fantastic and Joyce was great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit.

The Miss Rose Cottage is very cozy and sleeps two people comfortably. We were able to walk to historic downtown and all attractions in 15-20 minutes, so the cottage is situated very conveniently. Check-in was very easy, and Joyce provided a very helpful binder full of great local recommendations.

Joyce’s place was perfect. It is so cute, cozy, and in a great location. My boyfriend and I walked everywhere during our stay and also enjoyed being at the apartment and watching TV or sitting on the porch. Joyce left us a bottle of champagne and every amenity you would need, including snacks. She also provided lots of local recommendations. The only thing I would note is it can get a little hot and stuffy at night since the space is small, but Joyce turned on the air conditioning for us when I asked. Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

A wonderful, cozy, private carriage house that is smartly laid out and supplied for a long (or short) stay that’s located a block from the cool, trendy Starland neighborhood. I had my pup with me, and the place was great for him with many windows and a queen bed that he could perch himself on with the perfect vantage point keeping watch out a window. Next time I’m in Savannah, I hope this place is available. The hosts were wonderful and attentive. Cheers!

Jill & her husband Ben were great! They were very easy to communicate with and if there were an issues regarding the unit they were on top of it immediately to get it resolved. The place was really cute and just perfect for me and my 10 week stay. The location was really great as well because it was in walking distance of many great parks, sights, restaurants, downtown, and stores. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy the true Savannah life during their stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Carriage House this past week. The space was comfortable and inviting, and allowed us the ability to relax after a long day of walking and biking downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here; we will be returning to the Carriage House next time we visit Savannah!

This was a lovely, simple room for my boyfriend and me to use as a homebase on our trip to Savannah. It's a short Uber from the busy downtown area, with a few wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Very easy check in, a full kitchen available for sharing, and a comfortable, clean room. Highly recommended!

Jason's Air B and B is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The map room was uber cute, fellow messages from previous travelers which was a special touch and gave it that, “good vibe” feel. One map in particular showed the very early early stages of the making of Savannah, which later we saw at the Savannah History Museum. Enough room for me to do yoga and tons of books to choose from to read. Hearing the rain pour down through the windows was that old house vibe. When I come back to Savannah I know where I will be going!

Jasons home was beautiful and clean. He was very quick to respond to my questions about cool places to go. His instructions for checking in where simple and accurate. Would for sure stay in one of his suites again.

Jason’s place was in a nice location, short ride to major spots. You can park on the street close to Forsyth Square for free and walk if you like walking. It is a perfect city for walking. I never got to meet Jason but he communicated quickly when I contacted him.

You will love this place. I was visiting Savannah alone and wanted to feel safe in a space around other people instead of being alone until my partner came down to join me. You can have tons of privacy or connect with others. Loved having a private bathroom and sleeping quarters. The home decor is eclectic and you could spend a lot of time just looking around it’s so interesting. The location is close to so much. Check in is a breeze! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great spot for a quick trip to Savannah! My mom and I had no problem walking to local places from the house. The room was great - especially with the private bath. Getting in and out was easy and would definitely recommend.

Right across from one of the lovely squares Savannah is known for our penthouse suite was lovely. So clean, stylishly appointed, and very convenient to many restaurants. We didn’t get in the car once we arrived. I knew we didn’t have an elevator but I forgot we should have packed an overnight bag for the four flights of stairs. Response to my questions was almost immediate, keyless entry worked out great, and it felt like we were in a treehouse up in the fourth floor.

My husband and I just loved our stay here and we highly recommend Emily’s bungalow. Here are just a couple things to consider not meant to discourage only to inform. The neighborhood is made up of young people and so there is a lot going on, even into the night. You will hear some music and voices outside. Also, the kitchen is really only set up for minimal cooking... which for us was fine because we like to experience the local cuisine when we travel... there is a small vintage fridge, which was fine for our needs. Everything was very clean and Emily has gone out of her way to make her guests feel both welcome and comfortable. She has made a binder full of suggestions for your visit to Savannah. All in all a great place to stay.

This cute bungalow is great for a quick getaway. Everything you need and parking too. Not to far from stores and restaurants. The train does come early but right back to sleep..a non issue. We love Savannah and this bungalow

Emily’s place was an adorable and cozy cottage perfect for couples! I loved the homey feel & vintage decor. It had everything you needed & was right in the middle of everything. Most things were walkable & if Uber was necessary it was only a few dollars. She was always quick to respond and gave amazing recommendations to all the best spots. I didn’t want to leave!

Emily’s place is adorable. Definitely a lively community at night but It didn’t bother me. All the houses on the street were so cute! I really enjoyed my stay.

We spent two nights here, and loved our stay. The space is comfortable and clean. And, it's just minutes away from downtown. I will suggest that you try Tricks, across the street. Its a little mom and pop place that smokes chicken and ribs. They are fantastic and affordable. Get a couple dinners and bring it back to the house and enjoy. Emily was in prompt contact with us but our privacy was respected as well. There is private parking around the back of the house under a streetlight. This was nice to have. All in all it is a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back.

Great location! We loved being near all the funky shops and fun bar spots like the Lone Wolf Lounge. Plenty to do and see within walking distance.

Wonderful stay before our adventures in Savannah.

Location location location!! As others have stated the neighborhood can seem a little sketchy but we had no issues and everyone was friendly. If you are the upscale snooty kinda folks this may not be the place for you. However if you are just normal everyday people this place is great!! We only had a few days to spend for my wife's birthday so location was everything for us. About any kind of restaurant you could want is within a 5 mile radius. We did the hop on hop off trolley thing and were there in under 10 minutes. The next day we went to Tybee Island to check out a dolphin tour and the beaches and we were there in 20 minutes. So as I said the location is perfect for getting around without spending half the day driving to get there. The house has everything you need, is neat clean and tidy. Michelle is a wonderful host glad to help with any questions you may have. We loved Savannah and will definitely be back at the little charmer for our next trip most likely in the fall.

We spent two nights around New Year’s Eve. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essential cooking utensils and pots and pans. Very clean and all you need in a nice little AirBNB.

Richard’s place is wondrous; the overall aesthetic and cleanliness floored me. It has enough creature comforts to make one feel considered and well cared for. His communication was fast and friendly. Overall, Richard is a stellar host with an equally stellar home; I could not ask for more.

We really loved staying here for the weekend. The space was beautiful and unique. Especially liked the claw foot tub and sipping on tea that was provided in the house. It was about a mile and a half walk to the downtown district, so my husband and I decided to walk instead of worry about parking downtown. Richard and his sister made us feel very welcome.

We felt so well taken care of in a space that was very well appointed and thoughtfully arranged. The tall windows and lovely light, together with a well stocked kitchen made our stay magical. The fireplace was also a cozy bonus, and we would return to this place in a heartbeat! Richard is a wonderful and attentive host with great communication. Cannot recommend more highly!!

A warm, delightful little retreat in the heart of Savannah. Beautiful place, lovely hosts and great area. The host even brought me Tylenol when I was battling a bad cold. We loved the heaters and the old fashioned bathtub. Romantic and relaxing, love it here. We’ll be back! :)

This place was great for a stay in Downtown Savannah. We were able to walk most places. The hosts had little essentials and everything easy to access.

This property is gorgeous! It has been tastefully decorated and it felt like we were in Europe! The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts was outstanding. We have stayed at many different places and this property was by far one of the best! The location is great and the bed was comfortable. For those who love a good, no frills breakfast, we highly recommend Clary’s on Abercorn St. It was good food and only a ten minute walk from the property. We were only in Savannah one night but would definitely book this apartment again!

Our stay in Savannah was just what we had hoped! The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hosts were also very helpful in giving us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. They were always very quick to respond to questions. We also loved the self check-in option.

This is our second time staying here at Michael and Sarah’s beautiful home. Savannah is already beautiful and this space captures the town’s charm very well. It is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or just a fun weekend in Savannah. 10/10 again and again.

The place was spotless! Nice welcome snacks and wine! The place had an awesome feel to it. I felt like it was the W hotel in 1800’s if that makes any sense!? Everything was extremely clean and smelled like it too. Not the old house smell that you would expect in a house built in 1890.

Loved the history of the home, the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. Loved the location and the ease of check in and check out.

This was a great place for my daughters and I to stay for our weekend together. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit and easy walk everywhere. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable too. We loved the authentic nature of the home yet it has been restored with modern amenities. We love Savannah and will definitely be back!

This is an excellent home base for visiting Savannah. It has high end hotel cleanliness and style in an authentic and historic structure. Sarah was super accommodating.

This is a home from the past with modern amenities. Kitchen is beautiful and home is very comfortable. We were located within walking distance of many historical sights and district. There is a bit of traffic noise with passing cars in front if you are a light sleeper. It is a charming home and host is great.

Pictures are accurate! This quaint historic home is a duplex style nicely appointed and a clean space. Kitchen has outstanding appliances! It could use some extra dishes/utensils if you are cooking for the group but all essentials are there including basic seasonings and evoo. My girlfriends and I were celebrating a get together and it was a comfortable space and we love historic buildings, this one is honored well. Especially nice having the half bath downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs with the full bath. Convenient walking distance and we felt safe here, I could easily spend several days here and feel at home.

Sarah's place was beautiful and the location exceptional! We were able to walk everywhere. Communication was also above and beyond. We were there during the MLK, Jr holiday and they sent us a map of road closures that would go into effect for the parade on MLK day. It was so helpful!

We were very pleased with both our accommodations and the centralized location that this Airbnb offered. It was a nice surprise to have a sitting room on the second floor between the 2 bedrooms. Sarah was an excellent communicator.

This place is a very cozy, clean home with great amenities. Everything we needed was available to us. We were traveling with my in-laws so most of our evenings were spent at the house after a busy day in Savannah. It was a perfect place to come back to have a home cooked meal. The house is stylishly designed with comfortable sheets and modern appliances. I cannot emphasize how clean the home is. Josh has been a great host - attentive and responds very quickly. I would definitely return to this place if we’re back in the area.

Janine's home is just minutes away from the free city shuttle into historic downtown Savannah. She provides notes of local recommendations and her accommodations are clean. I was in town for a family wedding. Staying at Janine's made it easy to enjoy the party & partake in tourist activities knowing I had a quiet space to rest when I needed to-- Thank you, Janine, would visit again!

Great uncomplicated stay! Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect - close enough to downtown but not too close to hear the loud downtown noise. Would recommend!

This was a perfect place to stay in Savannah. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and we easily (and safely) biked to Forsythe Park the river area. The apartment was delightful with many vintage machines like typewriters, adding machines, etc. Sarah was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Sarah's place was just the cutest living space. It fit right in with Savannah's style. We were only there for a brief time but it was enjoyable. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside space, but our time was limited.

Great location and great home

We had a wonderful stay! The apartement is huge for 2 people, there is enough parking in front of the house (there is a reserved parking spot behind the house as well) and the location is great!

We loved our stay at this charming AirBnB. Michael and Sarah are so thoughtful and attentive. There was a little “hiccup” with our checkin and they went above and beyond to make things right. That is when you know you picked the right place. They want their guests to truly be happy and enjoy their stay. The place was perfect, especially the his and her sofas lol! The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. I actually purchased them through Amazon before I left lol! They even had a blow dryer with a diffuser. Big plus for this curly haired gal! And a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which is a must have for “glass” wearers! The locations was perfect and quiet. We could walk everywhere within minutes. There was a Kroger nearby too. The coffee machine is a Keurig and they supply the pods. We cannot wait to come back to Savannah and we know where we will be staying.....right here! Thanks Michael and Sarah!

Michael and Sarah’s place was so clean and perfect for just the two of us. The private parking was definitely a plus especially in the city. Check in was easy and the location was great!

Wonderful condo & locale.

This place is amazing! Very close to downtown and pretty much anywhere you need to go. The beds and the couch are very comfortable. The little instruction notes around the house made it seamless to settle in. Overall truly enjoyed the hosts and the space. Would highly recommend.

Awesome in every aspect and there is a reason for all of the five star reviews. I would say five stars does not even do justice to the complete package of the house, style, communication, amenities, and comfort. This is an old house that still has so much of the charm that makes Savannah what it is. It is truly appreciated to stay in a house that retains the original look so much while also having the updated kitchen and bathroom. It is the best of both worlds. The floors, fireplaces, windows, and all of the decorative molding are beautiful. Little details like having a bottle of wine, coffee k-cups, and Q-tips shows how much thought Michael and Sarah put into everything. There are a bunch of games and books so if you do want to relax and take a break from walking around Savannah, there are options available. It was too chilly and breezy during our stay to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine, but that is also an added bonus at other times of the year. The house is very clean and well maintained. Street noise is definitely not a problem here and we never heard any noise during the time we were sleeping or anywhere in the unit. If you want to be within steps of Forsyth Park and enjoy staying in a beautiful house that the owners have put thought into the details to make it a wonderful stay, this is the perfect place. Sarah was always very quick with responding prior to booking and throughout the process. Thank you also for letting us drop off our luggage after an early flight in the lobby/walkway area. The coded locks makes is convenient for going in and out also. My overall impression is even with all of the five star reviews, everything was even better than that. It is tough to impress with high expectations, but Michael and Sarah have accomplished that. Thank you!

Adriana’s place was great! I stayed there for a month while on a work stay. There’s a kitchenette upstairs that’s really awesome and provides you with privacy without having to go downstairs. Place was really clean. The only issue I ran into was with the temperature in the house. I usually sleep in temps around 74 and sometimes the house got to around 77. I believe Adriana will be getting a standing fan for guests if they need air circulation. I discussed this with her and she allowed me to turn the air down to sleep better! She was extremely quick at communicating and helping me out! Definitely felt at home here and would return if my work offers me work stays!! Super close to Forsyth Park and downtown. Thank you Adriana for providing a great house!

It was very clean and quaint. The bed was extremely comfortable! The attention to the detail of the champagne on the table in ice was a thoughtful touch. We celebrated our 30th anniversary and enjoyed exploring Savannah!

This one bedroom is an ideal location for walking all around the historic district and also down to the river district. There is also a DOT stop about a block away. ( DOT is the free bus service around the downtown area). We have stayed here twice and look forward to returning to Diedrich’s place!
