Had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was cute and in a great location close to town but still a bit removed so that you don’t have all the nightlife noises. Sheena and Luke were extremely responsive and I will stay here for future trips to Sayulita.

Perfect and lovely place!

We had a super pleasant week long stay in the upstairs Suite #6. Great private patio with hammock and outside bed for lounging, enough space to have a few folks over for drinks. The open bathroom to bedroom took a little getting used to but not a problem. Very well kept property in a charming residential area. Lots of life and sounds in the neighborhood: neighbors/local families socializing, dogs, birds, and maybe a burro too. It can be difficult to find parking, we ended up parking the rental car on Av Revolución, just a quick cobblestone walk away.

One of my favourite Airbnb stays ever!!! I didn’t get the chance to meet Sheena or Luke but I love them and their style. I would recommend Sayulita to everyone but staying at this place will make your stay even better. The spacious balcony is an awesome place to relax. Some reviews say the location is far and while it is down the road - sayulita is small so everything is close by. Be warned, there are 30+ steps up, but it’s worth it!

We loved our experience at this place. So close and convenient to town and very comfy to hang out in. It allows you to really experience the local culture.

We had such and amazing time at Sheena and Luke’s place. The apartment is beautiful and we particularly loved the outdoor area with the hammock and the day bed. The location was perfect, far enough from the village noise but still a very quick walk from anything you might need. We will definitely be back!

We loved this charming getaway pad! It was exactly as pictured and the thoughtful *go to favorites list* book was certainly helpful to navigate great eats. The hosts were very attentive, quick to respond and professional. Would certainly direct my friends here :) The space is so tastefully decorated, airy and open yet private and intimate- a lovely backdrop for a couple looking to spend some quality time together. Desirable location as it is a few quick blocks walk to get to the beach (and anywhere for that matter) yet not on the main shopping strip where a lot of tourism noises echo into the late night. Would not recommend getting a rental car as it is not necessary and the roads/parking in town are very limited. Make sure you ask for the complimentary earplugs and know that utilizing the A/C (shutting the windows) makes a huge difference if you stay during a busy season.

Excellent stay! Very centrally located but far enough off the main streets that the noise is generally not a problem. Indoors is well appointed and has a nice outdoor living space that fills out the suite very well. The only thing I could see adding would be an exposed closet (just a bar with hangers would suffice) so you can hang your clothes up. Would definitely stay here again!

My mom and I stayed a Los Nidos the last two nights of our trip in Sayulita. The room was clean and stylish. The bed was firm and comfortable. The terrace was our favorite part for sure! The AC worked well! There is also a refrigerator and sink on the floor below. The shower was not always consistent with the hot water/pressure, however I think that is more of an issue with the infrastructure of the town rather than the Air Bnb itself. I only wish there had been some sort of filtered water for drinking provided. Otherwise, this is a great spot for a stay in Sayulita as the location is close to restaurants and shops and the hosts provide details about where to eat and what to do in the area. It’s a bit noisy as others have said, but anywhere will be if you stay in the center of Sayulita. Would highly recommend for a short stay in the town 😊

Great location and beautiful space. To any guests staying here I would recommend you bring ear plugs. There are roosters in the town that start around 3 am. It wouldn’t deter me from coming back here and I’m sure it’s something everyone in the area deals with, but it something to be sure to pack!

Our stay here was great. A perfect location in a wonderful town. Simple and stylish. If we find ourselves in sayulita again we will look to stay here again.

This condo was great! We loved the location which was a quick and easy walk to all the action. Sayulita had great beaches, shops and food. We will be back!

Nice, clean, stylish space within a half block from the town square. Common fridge on 2nd level was nice to have access to. FWIW, stairs up to 3rd level relatively narrow. Also, given it's proximity to town square you'll hear late night noise from downtown clubs. All in all a nice, clean place to stay right downtown!

I had a great time staying at Laetitia’s place. The location is great - a little north of downtown so it’s quieter but in easy walking distance from everything and across the street from a path to the beach. Easy to check in and out. Really charming home to be in - loved having coffee on the patio and listening to the waves - and great guidebook from the host!

This spot is fantastic. Quiet zone very close to the action in Sayulita. Loved the view and the outdoor kitchen and decks!

This Airbnb is one of a kind. Beautifully styled and instantly relaxing. We had dinner on the gorgeous outdoor patio - sunset colors were stunning. Quiet retreat and still walkable to the bustling town. Cute bars and restaurants close as well. Every piece was perfectly curated and inviting. Thank you Laetitia. Hope to come back again soon!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The building seems quite new, the space is gorgeous. We really loved the floor to ceiling windows and being able to hear the ocean waves. The space is comfortable and cleaned daily. You are 2 minute walk from the beach and about 10 minute walk to town. The only thing to be aware of, is that the bathroom has no door, so make sure you are very close with your traveling partner :)

This was a perfect spot to spend our Christmas Holiday! We could hear the waves from the outdoor patio and were a short walk into town. Beach access is across the street which made for great sunsets walks. The unit was very clean and exactly what you see in the photos. Great spot I would stay in again!

We loved Sheena & Luke’s place. It is really close to the plaza and a short walk to the beach.

Our five days in Sayulita staying at sheena and Luke’s was perfect! We loved the location - 5 minutes to the town and 10 to the beach. The space was decorated in such an unique boho way. The bed was very big and comfy. The patio was our favourite part. Sunrise every morning that you can’t miss. Spent a lot of time lounging out on the bed outside reading. No better way to have a morning coffee. Daily cleaning made us feel like it was a hotel which is a nice touch for Airbnb. Ear plugs were supplied which happened to be essential for our stay. But hey - it’s mexico! If roosters aren’t squaking, dogs aren’t barking and horns aren’t honking... you’re in the wrong place. I don’t have anything bad to say about our time. Only that I wish we had more time! Highly recommended and wouldn’t think twice about staying there again!

Roosters, birds, dirt bikes and local noise are common at all hours. ( tip for future guests. -We found sleeping with the windows closed and the fan on was a massive improvement.) Sheena and Luke were quite transparent about this and provided noise cancelling earphones to sleep with. The view in the mornings is impossible to beat I love sunrise to wake up too. with glass sliding doors to the east and a big window to the south jungle views and sun are the best. Don’t miss the taco stand down the road! Would def recommend for a chill cozy stay, as long as you’re not a light sleeper! Would gladly be back :)

Great hosts! They made sure that I had everything I needed. Check in and check out was easy and I was really thankful to be able to store my luggage after I checked out since I couldn’t check into my next place til 3. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Sayulita!

Sheena and Luke provided an excellent,clean, friendly, and safe environment for us to come home to for five days in Sayulita. Sheena does a wonderful job at adding artistic and homey touches to each space; hanging pots, glass beads, macrame, and potted plants all over are but some of the ways she decorates the rooms. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Sayulita to come to Casa Caracol!! Also, Luke and Sheena provide earplugs for guests but if you have custom earplugs bring them as the music and roosters can be quite loud.

Easy walk to downtown and a beautiful patio to rise with the sun!

BEST. HOSTS. EVER. Not only were they fantastic at communication, they are 2 min from the best tacos in town, about 5 minutes from the beach and they have the BEST recommendations for where to go. The space is luxurious and clean and stylish and it was calming and wonderful. We slept both inside and outside on the deck (do it for an amazing sunrise!). I highly recommend staying in any of their suites, the shared patio is great too, but we loved our private deck with jungle views and the outdoor kitchen. Seriously it was perfect, romantic, and fun. MUST STAY.

We spent a great, relaxing 9 nights at Sheena & Luke's . The location is close walking to downtown or the beach. It's super clean, comfortable, and has all the basic needs. 10/10 would stay again.

The view from the treehouse was spectacular in the late afternoon as the sun was low in the sky, the location was far enough from town that you were away from the craziness and noise. Still close enough to be very accessible by foot. We felt the value was very good.

This was our second time staying at the treehouse. We love the views, waking up to the sound birds (roosters included) and its always nice to get back from the beach and take a dip in the pool. Octavia and her husband are always so quick to respond if you have any questions and they'll always go out of their way to help. When we arrived we were greeted by a clean room, flowers and a couple of cold beers (a returning customer bonus). Would recommend again and again to anyone. You must go!

The views are amazing! Bed is really comfortable and it is just such a unique place to stay! The kitchen is also well equipped if you want to cook simple meals or blend drinks.

Octavia and Rene were great hosts! Check in and communication were seamless. The tree house is truly a unique and cool experience! It was quiet, and a nice walk into town. The pool was nice at the end of a beach day. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This place is AWESOME! The photos are great, but in person: the bungalow itself and the views are spectacular. We stayed early December and there was absolutely no problem with mosquitos or bugs, and with the fans on we even got pretty cold most nights (despite the humid 85° days). I loved being able to look into the jungle from the shower! The walk to town was < 10 minutes. Well-lit (flashlight only needed when walking up the cobblestone street to the house), completely safe, and convenient. We accidentally walked up the dirt hill on the opposite side of the property our first time arriving and it was a pain... but if you actually follow Octavia’s directions and go up the correct cobblestone street, it is easily manageable. Not too steep or long, but could seem that way after a couple cerveza’s ;) We didn’t get to meet Octavia in person, though she did check in on us via phone throughout the weekend. The power and water went out in the middle of the night one night, but it was back on quickly after we woke up, so there was no inconvenience to us. This treehouse bungalow is a TREAT! If/when we are in Sayulita again, we will definitely try to grab this AirBNB again! Thanks so much to Octavia for helping make our trip such a pleasure!

We had an amazing stay!

Simple, Clean and tasteful. I loved the outdoor living space feeling. It was a secure and safe place to stay that was unique. Very Cool spot. I would stay here again.

The treehouse was amazing. The open air concept was fun but definitely warm and sticky, the bugs loved me more than my husband ( we already knew going into it considering it was a treehouse..lol) but it was a fun experience and we loved cooling off in the pool and the upstairs loft had a great breeze and shade. It was just a short walk to town. And Their restaurant el break is great place to grab drinks on the beach. All in all we will definitely be back

Summer was a great host, she was very attentive and welcoming! Her place was very nice and clean with a great walking location to the town. It was a bit noisy in the mornings (music/construction) which is to be expected with staying in an open room. Other than that, we loved everything!

Okay, just stop looking and book this already. If you're the kind of person that is going to Sayulita, then you're the kind of person that is going to LOVE this place. Location, accommodations, and hosts can't be beat - we will recommend it to all our friends!

This is a great space if you are open to staying in an open air palapa up a hill from town. We loved it! You will want ear plugs as Sayulita can party loudly long into the night.

I highly recommend staying at the Palapa. It’s such a stylish and cozy place. The current orientation of the furniture is different than the photos. The breakfast table is outside the palapa and the twin is turned into a daybed, very much loved it this way. I loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and showering outside. The nights were pretty chilly but I was provided a very cozy and warm blanket that made me want to get in bed every night. Such a great stay at a great location. Would absolutely come back!

Perfect place to enjoy Sayulita

Not much more I can say about this rooftop oasis, except that it was an incredible and unique experience for those looking for some adventure. We loved our coffee on the porch each morning, the hot showers and the location. Just far enough from town to stay out of the hustle, but within walking distance of everything. Summer and her family have a wealth of local knowledge - take them up on the recommendations in the guest book. Also, their doggies are an added bonus!

Such an absolute gem! Book this place, you won’t be sorry! It’s perfect, adorable and rustic, but it has all the amenities and comforts you’d ever need. Amazing location, 5 minute walk to everything! (Just bring good shoes, the cobblestone roads are tricky to navigate in flip flops). We loved Sayulita as a whole - great food, people, beaches. Summer offers a great book with recommendations and comments from previous guests - it was invaluable! We tried all the recommended places and they did not disappoint! We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place to stay in Sayulita! I loved the outdoor shower and the palapa offers a beautiful view to wake up to. I suggest bringing ear plugs as you will hear many noises and music from around town. Summer is quick to respond. Lovely!

Place was very clean, host was very friendly and helpful! Location was a bit far from amenities (10 min walk) if going back and forth throughout the day. Overall very good place, would comeback!

The place is very nice, good decoration and cleanliness. It has a refrigerator, and it was quite practical. The water in the shower was always hot! They make your stay easier with drinking water, coffee, shampoo & soap in bathrooms and bath and beach towels. If you request it, they also provide you with an umbrella and beach chairs. Very friendly and practical guides to know the place. The location is not the closest, but ideal if you want to sleep well; however, it is not far from the center / beach.

A pleasant and quiet place no noise outside the apartment is heard. You can walk without problem at night to downtown or Sayulita beach.

So many thoughtful touches at Mi Lugar that make your stay extra comfortable. Beautiful views from the terrace and rooftop pool and gorgeous decorating inside. Perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine provided during our stay. The kitchen is very well appointed (it’s always amazing to see sharp knives in a rental!) Great location right in the middle of Sayulita.

Mi Lugar is just as lovely as the pictures. The clean and modern aesthetic frame the gorgeous views. The outdoor living space is perfect. We appreciated the welcome and extra touches. Nicolas was great about responding to messages and had great suggestions for restaurants. Wonderful stay in a vibrant town. We’d love to return to mi lugar!

Place is like from a holiday ad - balcony was our favorite feature! Especially later at night - you lay in hammock listening to the street noise and live music along with hearing ocean waves crashing on the shore... It was movie-like! And the bed was super comfortable too! We stayed at two 5 star hotels during our stay, but neither compared to this place!

Nicolas and Atalia’s place was wonderful. Beautifully designed, very clean and right in the center of town. They even left us a lovely, complimentary beach bag, towel and bottle of wine (which we happily enjoyed by the rooftop pool). The outdoor kitchen was perfect to enjoy breakfast and more often than not, we found ourselves ending the day back out on the patio in the hammock. The location is very central, which does come with some noise, but we didn’t have trouble sleeping and only used the earplugs they provided one time. The bed was VERY comfortable. We enjoyed a nice tour with Ally Cat Sailing Adventures as well as deep tissue massages at Nirvana Spa. We definitely would recommend both as they were a great value and experience. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on our next visit!

Nico & Atalia's 'Mi Lugar' is an incredible spot in the core of Sayulita. My partner and I were absolutely blown away by the thought that went into every detail (from the champagne on new years to the beach towel and beach bag... the extra touches were non-stop). Sayulita is an awesome town that blends local flare with tourists, surfing and music. It's quite unique. In terms of the actual accommodations, Mi Lugar is as incredible as the photos look, with a modern and clean design. The bedroom's adjacent patio is a touch of class and an amazing place to start your day with a coffee or tea. The rooftop is incredible with views that span the Pacific Ocean. Marie-Cruz, an awesome employee of the facility, took incredible care of us. This was by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in.

This was an ideal stay!! Cute, stylish, comfortable, quiet and in the center of everything. We booked a cooking class and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great way to enjoy the liveliness of nightlife on the balcony, and the rooftop was a great great when we wanted to nap in the sun without carting everything to the beach! We had an amazing week at this Airbnb! Very comfortable room and veranda. The rooftop pool space was relaxing as well. A perfect oasis in the middle of busy Sayulita. The owners were so kind to provide baby items for our newborn. The daily cleaning was also a huge bonus. Can’t wait to return.

We were really happy with our stay at Sheena & Luke‘s. The room was beautiful and the house is located perfectly (far enough away from the busy streets but yet very close to city center) with locals living in the neighborhood sometimes playing Mexican music which we really enjoyed :)

This is a lovely space, close to town and the beach. Check in and out was really easy and simple. The room was clean and we loved having the daily maid service - that really was awesome. Best tacos just down the street! The shared space was great when one of us needed a bit more bathroom privacy. Bed was really comfortable too. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place to stay if you want a unique Sayulita experience. We felt very safe and comfortable. We absolutely LOVED the porch. It stays nice and cool with the ceiling fan. People with mobility issues would probably have issues climbing the stairs and walking around the Neighborhood. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. So if you are traveling with a companion you are not comfortable with, be aware there is no bathroom privacy. Overall AMAZING value, wonderful place, great host communication. Highly recommend!

The room we stayed was very stylish clean and comfortable. The location is only a 10 min walk to beach and the common area was very nice to meet other travellers. The check in process was seamless and excellent after having travelled far. The best part was how accomodating Sheena and Luke were. The fan in our room was very noisy and kept us awake our first night, they gave us comp air con. The electricity went out one day and they moved us to another room. While these were hiccups out of their control they ensured to make the stay as pleasant and Undisturbed as possible. We would have stayed on longer but they were booked out. Would recommend this place if you are in Sayulita.

This place in Sayulita is great, right in the heart of downtown. Tons to see and do just steps from the door. Patio is great, such great people-watching and views of downtown. We just played cards and watched! Stairs are difficult, which was fine with us, just watch your step! Very loud during the night time. If you are a night person this place is great!

A small spot in the absolute core of the town. Fantastic for a couple - would definitely stay again. Keys were left with a local store owner. Very easy and friendly pick up. A narrow metal staircase to enter the unit - 3rd floor.

I really liked the place, the view is beautiful, you are in the heart of sayulita❤️, very close to the beach. It is true that if you are going to rest it is not recommended because if there is a lot of noise around :(

Great casita! Super comfortable with a lot of amenities inside. Staying here will you put you closer to the cozy Playa Carricitos, which is much less crowded than Playa de Los Muertos and Playa Sayulita.

The stay was amazing, a little out of town so it was quiet but an easy walk. Yah yah coffee shop isn’t far and the best in town to start the day! Jamie was great and accommodating when I messed up on the booking.

We love staying here when in Sayulita. It's an awesome location--10 minute walk to town, 10 minute walk to Playa Los Muertos. Tony is great. Both Casita 1 and Casita 4 are great, and have different assets. We've now stayed here on two different trips, and will do so again.

We had a beautiful stay at this casita. AC unit cooled down the bedroom area quickly although temps in December were quite enjoyable all around. We liked the kitchen which was stocked with several appliances. Walk in and outdoor showers are gorgeous. Water pressure and temperature are a little bit or miss but to be expected. Overall we had a great stay, Tony was quick to respond to our questions and we would definitely come back!

This casa is situated perfectly between town and 2 other beaches. We couldn't have asked for a better space. Jamie and Tony were were communicative and we can't wait to come back to Sayulita!

This is a great deal for the price. Lots of space and a good location. The hammock space is a nice perk. Lucas is very friendly and welcoming. The internet was very hit or miss, and there is a tv but no service for it, if that matters to you. The bed is pretty hard. Ask for an extra blanket as it got a bit cold at night. You are far enough from town that it isn't very loud, but Saturday night i think everywhere in sayulita you can hear some music at all hours. Have fun!

Lucas's Surfer Shack was a great place to stay and an excellent value. It was clean and had a character. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Loved having an outdoor space with palapa and a hammock to chill in. The place is about about 5 minute walk from the town centre and 8 minutes from the beach. There's a convenience store around the corner and a couple great food vendors too. Lucas was a great host - pleasant and accommodating. He gave us lots of good tips about the area. 100% would stay there again.

Lots of space, theres a nice hammock and hangout area in the back, close to town but on a quiet street. Surfboards available to borrow and Lucas is super nice and helpful!

Our stay in the Surf Shack was really great, the house has everything that you might need. It's just a short walk into town and to the beach, so the location was perfect for us. Great value for money. If we could, we would have stayed longer and if we ever come back to Sayulita, we would definitely book here again!

Good location, you can walk everywhere

I had a wonderful time in Sayulita and Lucas was a great host! It was so nice to have a hot shower and space to spread out after a week in hostel! Lucas's place was exactlyas advertised and it was perfect for a solo traveler like myself! Thanks again Lucas!

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a side trip to Sayulita. I was on the third floor of the complex. It is a very clean, safe and comfortable small apartment, perfect for singles or a couple who want to be within short walking distance to the Town Center, many bars and restaurants in Sayulita and also the beach. Lucas is a great English speaking host, responsive to messages and provided detailed directions prior to my arrival, which made the apartment easy to find. The shower had lots of hot water, clean towels and the WIFI worked great. I would definitely stay here again. There’s an active nightlife in Sayulita so be prepared for some noise from the restaurants and bars at night but that is the price to be paid for being so close to the center of town. I would definitely stay here again! Great value! Thanks Lucas for a great place to stay.

Great place, great location, nice and clean.

The surf chateau was a great place to stay. The location is great, far enough away from the super loud bars to get a good night rest but close enough to get to the plaza within minutes. Lucas was super accommodating and awesome to allow us to check in early and check out late. The view was quiet nice. Our next spot was super close by but up a hill which we didn’t want to walk with our heavy luggage so he was kind enough to take us there. Such a great host, I really felt taken care of! Highly recommend.

We've stayed here three separate times. Love it. Small casitas around a lovely pool in a beautiful courtyard, equidistant from town and Playa Los Muertos. Tony is great. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment with lots of comfortable living space indoors & option of private patio or poolside. The host Jamie provided many local tips & we were welcomed by his manager Tony. Easy check-in & check-out; Tony made sure all our needs were met. Super safe set-up for those coming to Sayulita for the first time. Location central to plaza & beaches. We plan on returning!!

We appreciated the spacious bedrooms backing onto the jungle. It was a great place to land at the end of a day at the beach. The terrace was a lovely spot to eat and hang out. The neighbourhood felt safe and the walk to town was pleasant.

Modern looking place, with AC in two of the rooms makes it comfortable to stay in. It's a bit far from town and there are some street dogs that got a little aggressive late at night on our walk back. Best bet is to have a car and drive it to the outside of town to park at or rent a golf cart fo ~$65 a day. No ocean views and a lot of crowing roosters, but a great place, especially if you're with a bigger group.

This is the place if you are looking for an authentic Mexican neighborhood away from the bustle of town but still close enough that you can walk to town and the beaches. We loved sitting on the private back deck overlooking the jungle, seeing how many iguanas we could spot each day, and watching the birds.

It is a very nice house, one rests very well in the beds, the rooms are spacious. Highly recommended.

They have a unique touch, the place is very beautiful. It disconnects you from the hustle and bustle of the city to connect with nature. The area in which the house is located is not in the center of Sayulita but it is easy to reach. It is a safe area. The only drawback I find is that the house has a full bathroom and that can be a bit awkward. Thank you!

Excellent place for the family ...

Spent three nights in the casita and got to enjoy splendid views of the town. Great spot for birdwatching, even saw some whales. Very comfortable bed and the A/C was a nice bonus. Rocio and her family were wonderful hosts.

I feel so lucky to have found this place! It is an unbeatable location, just a few blocks from the main plaza. The views from the patio are incredible, and the amenities were comfortable, clean, and stylish, while feeling entirely authentic. Rocio is great to work with, and even scheduled our taxi back to the airport for us. Thank you, Rocio! If we ever make it back to Sayulita, this is where we'd like to stay again.

We loved our stay at Rocio's Rooftop Casita so much. The views are breathtaking, the kitchennette was well stocked, the bed was super comfy and the hammock - perfection. Rocio was very helpful and had great recommendations for Sayulita. What we especially loved was that this didn't end up being just somewhere to sleep at night, we loved having our own little place to chill outside and take in the beauty (and the breeze at the top of the hill is welcomed!). Would definitely recommend!!

We had a lovely time at Rocio's place. Her airbnb is beautifully designed and the view form the terrace is absolutely stunning -We could watch the whales from up there almost every day! The location of the airbnb was perfect for us. It's only a few walking minutes away from both downtown and the beach, yet it the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so that we felt we could always take a break from the colorful going-on in the city. Unfortunately, the bathtub of the airbnb is leaking, which is why we always tried to just take very quick showers and the apartment is generally not too well designed for heavy rain storms - it's a little tricky to use the outdoor kitchen when it's windy outside. We also didn't have electricity for one day, but Rocio was thoughtful and quick in bringing candles upstairs for us to have some lights at night. This being said, Rocio was very responsive over phone and she took care of all things around the airbnb as soon as possible (e.g replacing the water container/ bringing up fresh towels). She has some great advice in terms of restaurants and activities in and around Sayulita, too. All in all, a beautiful airbnb with a lovely host - we can definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay! Sayulita is a rad energetic town, having a great place to hang out and relax made our vacation perfect. Even saw some shooting stars on the amazing porch!

I recommend this condo for a group of 4 or fewer, ideally a family. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and enjoying meals. The entire place feels very comfortable and is unbelievably close to the quiet northern beach at Sayulita. It is tremendous!

This place has some amazing charm and character. It’s a great location and a quick walk in from the north side of town, with really great beach access a two minute walk away. Laetitia was great and super responsive when we had some ammenity issues and she worked with her maintenance team to solve our issues as soon as possible. I would definitely stay again

We really loved our stay! It was a great set up for us and our one year old daughter. We loved having access to the pool and being right across the street from the beach. Laetitia was very communicative and went above and beyond to answer our questions. We appreciated her restaurant and activity recommendations and the great cleaning service provided by Tere. Would definitely stay again.

This place was a 10/10 stay. The check in was easy, communication was prompt and pleasant, and the place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I feel like I was in a cool hip hotel. Laetitia was really great at texting back, recommending things for your trip, and designed her space beautifully. It’s a very short walk into town with the beach right across the street and a nice pool on the premises. I can’t wait to come back!

The condominium was beautiful and quiet. It is very close to the beach and near enough to the center of town to walk, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home! Everything was more than what we expected. Clean, cozy, stylish and we felt very safe. Tony (Maintence) was very helpful and always in the area in case we needed anything. It ought to be a wonderful base to a vacation experience.  We found it beautiful, restful and a charming contrast between nature and coastal.

Wow! What an amazing time we had. From the start of booking to the end of checkout we had a great experience. Both the owners and the host Tony are very responsive and prompt, as well as super friendly! The pictures of Casa Aurora are true to how it really is. The pool and backyard were a great place to relax. We traveled with our 2 year old and were worried about space logistics...no problem at all! They provided a pack and play which easily fit in the second room. It was a quick walk to the plaza and various beaches—about 10-15 mins with a stroller in tow. Yah-yah Café is a must stop along your morning walk for a delicious coffee and breakfast. HIGHLY recommend!

This is a great house with wonderful pool and outdoor space and a fantastic upper floor to view the jungle. We had a great time and enjoyed the house so much we cooked at home several night in spite of all of the great restaurants in the town. We intend to return in the next couple of years.

We enjoyed our stay at this very beautiful and comfortable space! The pool is great, and at least part of it is shaded for most of the day which is a big plus in the heat of Sayulita. I found the main bedroom's mattress pad to be super super confortable. It is a very soft pad, I slept so well. This place is definitely expensive but most things in Sayulita are. We felt like we made the right decision staying here!

Lovely oasis in Sayulita. We enjoyed our time in this house. It’s spacious, the outdoor with the private pool is a treat, and we had everything we needed. Water pressure in one of the bathrooms was low, otherwise everything great. Comfy beds, fans, air conditioning, we’ll equipped kitchen, ... Definitely recommend!

A very airy, spacious, private and serene oasis in an excellent location in Sayulita. There were two nesting doves right outside the window which we observed and photographed daily. I would highly recommend Brian’s Airbnb, over a hotel stay.

This is the best place to be in Sayulita! Steps from the beach and in a quieter section of town. Only a 5 minute walk to the towns square. Cute place, clean and has a homey feel to it. Highly recommend to a solo traveler or couple looking for a good place to be based in Sayulita for a weekend or even longer!

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary trip and absolutely loved it. You can see the beach from the property, a minute walk to the beach. If you head right on the beach it is quieter and less crowded. We were able to have a nice beach fire at sunset. The space had AC but we didn’t need it, both ceiling fans and keeping the windows open at night was cool enough. So lovely to hear the birds in the morning. Just across the street are cafes for coffee and breakfast as well as golf cart rental. It was a 5 minute walk to the main square with all the restaurants and bars. We loved eating on the cobble stoned streets. Local food was delicious, shrimp tacos are a must try. Street tacos for 15 pesos (less than an American dollar) available after sunset-late night. We would stay here again for sure

The accommodations are simple, clean and chic. Love the minimalist feel. I personally thought the location was great. Having been to Sayulita before, I wanted to stay a bit away from the main square and the location was just far enough away from the "hustle and bustle" but close enough so it's just quick 5 minutes stroll to the main plaza. There are great restaurants right across the street too!

Our abode for our stay in Sayulita lived up to every expectation. We had the large room, it was clean and I loved the minimalist decor, so much natural light as well. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft. We didn't need to contact Brian , but he was so accommodating with reminder emails in regards to directions/ instructions and things to do while in Sayulita. We were close walking distance to the centre of town/beach/amenities but far away from all the noise at night; which made for a peaceful sleep. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it. The cleanliness of the place and bathroom was spotless as well. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great apartment close to all that Sayulita has to offer. Easy to walk downtown and to the beach. Go have a margarita at Las Sirenas. I highly recommend this place for your Sayulita vacation.

Bella's place is in a perfect area if you love being right in the action. It had all of the amenities we needed, and Bella was super sweet to interact with. She recommended a few spots to eat at, and we saw her quite a bit around town. The space is loud at night time, so if you know you don't sleep well I'd suggest choosing a spot farther from the plaza. Besides that, the place is exactly as described and great value!

This is very clean and comfortable apartment. Super high-quality mattress. Good hot water. The wifi was a little slow, with the main problem for me that I could not make phone calls over wifi and instead rented a work space in town to do that. Be aware that you are on the property of Jessica's family and you walk through their yard to get to the apartment. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

There is a lot to say about this enchanting and magical place as well as about its wonderful host and her family. Jessica is an outstanding host, super responsive and attentive to your needs. She provided plenty of information about contacts and activities around town. She even went out of her way to introduce us and experience a Temazcalli at her place, an ancient native American traditional ceremony for spiritual and physical healing. This experience was the highlight of our stay. When we arrived, we were greeted by her dad Giuseppe, who showed us around and made us feel immediately at home. He is always happy to help with anything you might need during your stay. Like Jessica, he is very sweet and became good friends, also graciously helping us practice our Italian 😉. This place is truly amazing. You are surrounded by beautiful trees and exuberant vegetation, birds and iguanas. It truly reflects the work and care Jessica and her family have put to make this place extraordinary. Casita Makeba is a super comfy and well-designed apartment. It is nicely decorated and cute. Huge windows let plenty of light and air in. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Plenty of filtered water to drink, towels, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. We would love to be back and we highly recommend this place. Muchas Gracias!!

Jessica's Air BnB was wonderful. I loved the location, just out of town. Her property is immaculate. And, my favorite, her dogs were so sweet and loving as we came and went. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s together and even rent our house out on Airbnb and this is by far the BEST! Perfect location a little bit outside of the town so it’s quiet and peaceful, but close enough where it’s a short walk to town in the morning and night! The bed is more comfortable than our bed at home and we loved the way she decorated this inside. It was bright and clean! Jessica, her family, and their pups are what made our stay so special though. We couldn’t have had a better experience because of their kindness and generosity with us. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. We can’t wait to return! :-)

The apartment was very clean and was in a great location! Minutes from the beach and close to all the great bars and restaurants. Would definitely suggest this place!

The place was great, very clean, and well laid out. Being in the center of town, it can get quite noisy, the only negative thing was there is no wifi signal in the unit. We had to go outside to use the internet. The unit next to us had the same problem.

This apartment is in a great location, close to everything Sayulita has to offer. The downside of being so close to everything is that the music is quite loud all night long. Unfortunately there was also a big hotel construction directly behind during our stay (Jan 2020) which was very loud throughout the day. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated. It was great to have a fridge and small stove, but we would have liked a toaster. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. The hosts were always quick to respond to our requests and the cleaners were very thorough, although we chose not to have cleaning every day as we didn’t need it.

Sarah's place is amazing: private, sparkling clean, great for young kids, and close to the plaza but just far enough away (10 minute walk) to not hear the nightly hustle-and-bustle. Sarah is super sweet and so accommodating! She helped us when our baby rental gear didn't show up and gave us local recommendations for food and amenities! A thing to note is I rented a baby gate because I saw the balcony area led immediately to the stairs in the photos, but Sarah has installed locking baby gates on all of the apartments so if you bring your toddler, they can't escape the kitchen/dining area! Bonus! My personal recommendation is to follow Sarah's directions for parking provided in the check-in instructions! They're excellent! The hill the apartment is on is a dirt road that is impossible to get up if you don't have rear wheel drive. Don't be us and try to get up it in a rental, haha.

A beautiful place- as soon as we got to the apartment, we felt like we were on vacation. Loved the open air kitchen and dining area and geckos were fun to watch in the evenings/ they made short work of any bugs( of which there are very few considering you are in the tropics). We saw one mosquito and a few flies during our stay there. The hosts are friendly and helpful and satisfied every one of our requests( a larger pot, extra towels, etc). As others have mentioned, great location. Sayulita is a party place, and although Casa Tequila is not in its party epicenter, expect loud music until roosters start to crow their heads off! After the first couple of nights we got used to it and started waking up when there was an occasional moment of quiet. We had a great time and would stay there again.

The place is excellent, it has the kitchen outside with everything you need to cook and have a great time, walking is close to the center and the beach. You can arrive by car only that it has a slightly high climb which is preferable to arrive in a car that endures dirt or walking. The hostess is a very good person who is always aware of any questions or needs.

Our stay at Casa Tequila was wonderful, it's close to all local amenities. The space was light-filled, clean and well laid out. Sarah was extra helpful in helping us with the internet and nearby recommendations. Overall I would recommend the stay for anyone looking to take in Sayulita. The location is a bit of a climb uphill, so not for someone who might struggle with the additional walking/climb, but is great for young people, families, and those who have coordinated a golf cart or other forms of transportation. We had a great time, and Sarah was lovely and very helpful!

Jessica's house is the ideal place to spend amazing days in Sayulita. It is a cozy, rustic, bohemian space, it is much better than what is seen in photos and is about 10 or 12 minutes walk from the center. Jessica's help was present at all times, thanks to her we were able to specify a temazcal within the same property and we traveled to a tour of Marietas, she is the type of person you want to find on the trips to receive proper guidance and take advantage of the place to the fullest. My friends and I were very happy. I would go back without a doubt

Very nice stay at Casa Mangos, green area ideal for rest, the dogs are very nice and take care of the house. Its location is very good either to walk or drive to the center of Sayulita, and by car to all the towns near it (San Pancho, Punta de Mita, Bucerías and more). The only thing is that there is a little noise (music from some houses and animal noises from early on) in the mornings but they are alien to the Mango House and I suppose it is common in those places. If we come back Thank you very much Jessica for the recommendations.

Gacias, beautiful place

We spent a few very relaxed days. Eric was very nice and kept an eye on us all the time.

We stayed at Eric's casa with two small families, including 3 kids under 5. The yard and pool were ideal (the pool is nice and warm although not shallow enough for kids) and the large covered deck was really excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves siesta-ing in the shade. Super fast internet made the work we had to complete remotely 100% possible and we were very grateful for this. The casa is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, but a only a short walk from the town and beach and it was not an issue even for our kids. The location is the perfect distance from town, and very quiet. I would not classify the house as 'luxury' accommodation, but it is very clean and simply decorated, and comfortable. Same for the yard which is a work in progress, but perfectly adequate especially for families. The beds are perhaps the most comfortable I have ever slept in in Mexico. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked and enjoyed ourselves the whole time. The pictures make the space and yard seem larger than they are, but they are still very accommodating. Eric is by far the best asset to this place as he is an attentive host and resolved the minor issues we had almost instantly. He does live upstairs and passes through the property often, but he is always very respectful and this did not bother us. A note to future travellers; you must like dogs to enjoy your stay, as Pablo is around often and Eric also foster's puppies. Again, Eric was very forthright about this when we booked and the dogs were never an issue for us, but they do live upstairs and wander down to say hello. Thanks again for hosting us Eric, we really enjoyed our stay with you in Sayulita!

Absolutely perfect! Spent a week with four friends at Casa Tecolote and it was the best possible experience. The house is stylish, clean, spacious, and set with all of the amenities you could need. Perfect location off of the main drag but easily walkable within minutes to downtown and the beach. Hammocks and pool were perfect, beach chairs, towel and umbrella available for guest use. Eric was a great host and made himself available. Pleasantly surprised by a few mid week house cleanings. We hope to be back soon!

The house is in a great spot close to town and the beach. We loved the pool. Air conditioning and fans work well and kept the place cool. Eric was helpful with local tips and responsive when we needed help with things. Sayulita is a gorgeous spot, we would definitely go back.

This was such an amazing trip for our family - we have three kids under the age of 8 and Eric was so great with them. The house was perfect for us and he would periodically check in to make sure we had everything we needed. He’s also a gold mine for local knowledge and hooked us up with airport transportation and a golf cart, so we could get around town easily. Would stay at one of his properties again 100%!

The pool is very comfortable, the house is very clean, very close to the town and two blocks from the beach but you can see the bay from the house, we were very very comfortable and Erik very friendly always fully recommended.

Juan Manuel is a great host. The unit is close to some great coffee and breakfast spots and close to the beach and main square (but not so close that noise will keep you up). It is a simple set up but charming.

Great practical choice for those of us who want to spend our time around town or at the beach, and not hanging around in a hotel. Clean, functional rooms and a great location.

Stylish hotel. Perfectly located in a 3-minute walk to all the necessary places: beach, cafes and restaurants, bus station. The rooms are on the second floor, on the ground there is a coffee shop and a bar. On Fridays, a market with local products is nearby. Safe: combination lock at the entrance, security cameras. The room is stylishly decorated, the design is thought out to the smallest detail, including usb near the bed, we had a thatched roof, and there are ordinary ones. Comfortable bed, smart TV ... YouTube, Netflix and so on. The bathroom is beautiful and crystal clear. The pleasant smell of shampoo, shower gel, soap. For this, a separate plus to the hostess. There is a common terrace with plants and tables, chairs. In the evening you can watch the stars and relax. Mistress Alejandra very quickly responded to all our requests and was just a wonderful sociable girl. Book without hesitation! The best place in Sayulita.

This space was in such a great location. The WiFi was great and the walks Thru town to beach was the best. The one and only complaint I would have was the heavy smell of the concrete. Other than that this place is perfect and I would recommend it 100. I would stay again.

Casa Palapa is a sweet, clean centrally located spot perfect for the solo traveler! It’s beautiful, clean, and comfortable with great views of Sayulita. It can be a little loud at night due to the local nightlife but with a good set of earplugs or if you’re a night owl, you’ll love it! I’ll definitely recommend this spot to friends for the future!

This place is beautiful on the pictures and even more gorgeous in person! If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Very clean, cozy, bright and an excellent location. It is a block from the beach and downtown, easy to access from the bus and very friendly vibe. They have nice touches to make it more welcoming and special. I almost don’t want to rate it because I don’t want to share this gem ;) Kalle and Marie were excellent at communicating through the week and I am stoked to stay here longer thanks to their flexibility. 🙏

This was a lovely little spot in the center of town just steps from the beach and everything else... perfect for one person. Music plays late into the night, so expect that it won’t be quiet. I found it charming and I hope to return another time.

What an incredible property! It was in the middle of town but still private. Less than 1 min walk to the beach. The palapa was sparkling clean and was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for singles or a couple.

We had an excellent experience in L. Manuel’s suite. It is perfectly located and well laid out.

You go up the stairs a little, but you can go to the main immediately. The owner will tell you the recommended restaurant and breakfast, and the room is cute and lovely ^ ^

I stayed at Manuel’s place for one week as a solo female traveller. The location is excellent and felt super safe, I loved having the little kitchen. Manuel was super kind and responsive, I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for seeing Sayulita for two people! Extremely close to the heart of the village and a (very) short walk to the beach make this an ideal location. Plus it's very stylish with the modern art on the walls and seems to capture the essence of the quirky surf town that is Sayulita!

Manuel was an extremely accommodating host. Check in was seamless, and he was flexible on check out time when one member of our party became ill. The space was clean and in a great spot in town, a few blocks from the noisy partying scene but still very close to everything! One downside was local roosters which started crowing at around 5 am each morning. All in all a great stay, particularly if you most value location and price!

We really enjoyed staying here! A block away from the beautiful beach, right on top of great restaurants and places to get snacks. Very short walking distance to the main plaza. The place was spacious the decorations simple and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed hanging out on the open patio. Brian was super fast at communication with us and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this place.

Brian’s place is at a great location. Just a few steps from the beach and very close to great food in Sayulita’s North Beach. If you are looking for a place close to the beach and convenient access to eating out, search no more.

This Airbnb is amazingly located. It is beautiful!! The quieter (less busy) north side of Sayulita beach is literally a 3 minute walk! If you walk out to the right (then make a right) you can find super affordable golf carts. The home is super cozy- the living room and kitchen area is open space with no windows therefore the breeze is amazing. I’d stay here again and suggest this place to any and everyone. Our host also provided us with a sister company to hold our luggage considering we weren’t leaving immediately after check out. YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Excellent spot close to the beach!

The place is beautiful, comfortable in any area, with an excellent location since it is one block from the beach and approximately 4-5 blocks from the center of Sayulita, its decoration is very original and fresh; the beds and pillows very comfortable, one feels that one does rest. However, there is a lot of noise in the street since there is a bar-type restaurant on one side and at night (until 11-12 pm approx) it has a band playing live, its sound is very loud. There is no hot water in the 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, although there is a fan, one day was not enough.

This Airbnb was in a great location, close to the beach & town center but away from the noise. I felt very safe here as a female traveling by myself. I was pleasantly surprised that I had 2 rooms, a kitchen / lounge and also a bedroom. The communal space around the corner was also a nice touch. Housekeeping came in to tidy my space every day, which was a nice surprise for an Airbnb. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place just outside of the main area of town. Easy walking distance to town and the beach. Had everything we needed and more. Sheena was extremely quick to respond to any questions and we had a great time. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved staying at Sheena and Luke’s place! They’re so kind and always willing to help. The suite is really pretty and at a walking distance to downtown. Really felt like home! I wished I could’ve stayed a little longer, can’t wait to come back soon.
