A wonderful, stylish and comfortable place. It is conveniently located. We did not rent a car so we really liked that we were right across street from Sprouts grocery store and several restaurants. We r also a host, so we picked up a couple of tips that we will apply to our vacation rental. We enjoyed our stay completely.

This location can’t be beat - you are staying right off of the Entertainment District. Bars in baby Vegas are less than a 5 minute walk, the Montauk/Diego Pops/Fashion Central is about a 10 minute walk, and historic Old Town is around 20 minutes walk. Another bonus is a great grocery store right across the street. We rented a car that sat parked the entire time. Highly recommend!

Matt’s place was just as advertised, and the photos show exactly what you get. Directions and check-in were easy, and Matt communicated in a very timely manner. The condo is in an older complex, but inside it was updated and clean! (Very nice kitchen especially!) And the location is great - close to Fashion Square Mall, restaurants and highways to get you anywhere you want in the Phoenix area. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a one-bedroom in Scottsdale.

Matt’s place is super clean and very cute! I felt comfortable in the apartment the entire time. He has everything you need for your stay: cooking gear, coffee maker, TV with Netflix, pool, towels, extra blankets, etc. Plus! The location is amazing. Super close to all the great things that Scottsdale has to offer. I would definitely come and stay here again.

The location was great! We were right across the street from the grocery store as well as walking distance to restaurants and bars. The laundry room was on the same floor only a few doors down which made washing clothes easy and accessible. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and check in was easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

I would give the hosts a plus 1 star because I forgot my some items which they were kind enough to message me about and keep. I was able to pick it up without any issues the same day. I felt safe and welcome here! The home was clean and the owner gave me prompt responses to my check-in questions. They also were able to let me stay with only a few hours notice! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 There are other people staying in the home with kids, so if perfect quiet is what you’re looking for this might not be the ticket for you.

Very clean very close to airport and downtown is a plus! We we were only there a short time one night but the host and house were good, quiet neighborhood easy to find and the cutest little dog . Everything was decorated so nice and clean .. the bedroom and bathroom are small but great for one person maybe two.

Ms.Baerbel is the most gracious hostess I have encountered in my Airbnb experience. The property is beyond a 5 Star...it was so clean I didnt want to touch anything. I knew the host cared about your comfort when I noticed the cushion hangar, very classy. "Cozy" is an understatement when describing the room i stayed in. I highly recommend this hostess and property.

Baerbel’s home was inviting and very clean. She was happy to help in any way. The bed was very comfortable and the full bath was perfect. The description is accurate and it was helpful to have a separate entrance, use of the pool area, and access to the free local shuttle. I was able to use the kitchen and she appreciated the respect of keeping the area clean. I would definitely be a guest in Baer’s home again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was everything we wanted! Very clean and nice. The building has nice amenities including pool and hot tub (though we ran out of time to use either). The parking garage was also great for our rental car. We were very satisfied!

This is a wonderful apartment and a quick walk from Old Town Scottsdale with all its museums and shops. The apartment is spotless and modern and the hosts were excellent with communication. Highly recommended!

Location. Location. Location. This apartment was 15 mins from the airport, blocks away from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 mins from Scottsdale Quarters. With the electronic-key entrance doors, we felt very safe during our stay. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was well furnished and the washer and dryer were a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was easily reachable via texts and very helpful with any of our needs. We will stay with Frontdesk again on our next Scottsdale visit.

This place is an absolute gem! Such a peaceful and relaxing retreat close to the town center of cave creek and carefree. We saw javelinas, coyotes, deer, hummingbirds from our patio. Would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking Views

Kris’s guest house was better than depicted in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the delightful views of the mountains, saguaros and wildlife. We were thrilled to watch the hummingbirds and a Gambel Quail stopped by! We even heard the coyotes in the night! The views from the comfortable suite were complemented by equally lovely views from outside sitting areas - lounge chairs in the shade, Adirondack chairs near a fire pit and the lovely porch swing. So many choices, it was hard to decide where to relax! This home earned its 5 rating as we felt comfortable from the first moment we arrived until we departed this morning. We did chose to eat out (other than great coffee in the morning) and recommend Tonto Bar & Grill and El Encanto for dinners. And, the Grotto Cafe was a super recommendation and a pleasant surprise for great coffee and breakfast on our way out. We hiked at Spur Cross Conservation Area, exploring the rustic trails and landscapes. Overall, a lovely stay, and we will return when we are out this way again.

This is is the perfect setup for a solo traveler or couple visiting Scottsdale. Minutes to Old Town, great neighborhood, super clean and chic space and lovely little outdoor space with a giant private hot tub! This was the perfect little holiday retreat, and I’ll stay here again!

Amazing comfy bed, super well stocked kitchen if you like to cook even on vacation, lots of hot water in shower, washer and dryer, fabulous big TV with every station imaginable, super comfy gigantic sofa, very clean, great communication. The having to park away from the unit kind of weirded us out at first, but we found an uncovered spot really close by, so not a problem. A bit of a long walk to town and the ball park for Spring training games, but doable. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay in Scottsdale.

The apartment is right close to anything in Scottsdale. The loops make it close to anything else. There are two or three pool areas, heated. The photos make it look a little more sparse than what you get. A first class space in a great community.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. Her home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. I was taking a workshop at Scottsdale Artists’ School which is just 3 short miles away, straight down Scottsdale Rd. A comfortable space, it provided everything I needed. Nicole has created a hospitable, cozy home-away-from-home that warmly greeted me in the evening where it was easy to relax.

Nicole’s place was absolutely fantastic. It was very easy to check in and she was great to communicate with. Her place was central to every where we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

We loved loved our stay at Nicole's Cozy desert oasis! It is in a perfect location, close to so many cool things like papago park, Desert Botanical gardens and old town scottsdale. We loved how cute the space was decorated and it was even a bit bigger then we had expected. The only thing is I wish there was a little bit more light in the corner of the room where the shelves for clothes are because it was hard to see even with all the lights on to unpack over there and hang up clothes! but obviously, a small thing and over all it was 10/10 and we will be back some winter in the future we loved it so much and would recommend it to family & friends!

Place was good for what we needed. Only there to sleep ....location is good and beds were comfortable. We arrived at night and was alittle confused. Contacted Sam and he took our call right away. Would not get off the phone till we were in the suit. Called to check on us two days in making sure we didn’t need any supplies. Will return. Thxs Sam

This place was amazing! It more than met my expectations and it was in the perfect place for my Mom and I. Nothing is too far to walk to and there are amazing places to visit (if you’re not a local). The room itself lends itself akin to a very modest hotel room with a lovely balcony and walk-in closet. For the amount that you’re paying, it is well worth it. For those who do not like stairs, there is an elevator option. Overall, five out of five. I would definitely stay there again!!

This was a pretty charming apartment off a very busy area in North Scottsdale. The area is great with lots of commercial shopping and is close to dang near everything you would want to do. The apartment was a perfect base camp space for my busy week in Scottsdale. The apartment is right by a busy road. So, you will get some road noise that may be bothersome if you are a light sleeper. The owners give great communication and were quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this Airbnb for the weekend when we were in town for a wedding at Gainey Ranch. The directions were very accurate and the hosts were very nice and responsive! About a 10 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale. The place was quiet and felt safe. It’s a small carpeted room with a bathroom, very similar to a hotel room. It was also clean. King size bed was comfortable, but we thought the pillows left a little to be desired! Overall we thought it was pretty good for the value.

I’m originally from Phoenix, and when I stayed at Heather’s place I felt right at home! The sleep space was cozy and comfortable, and everything was clean and Heather was super hospitable. It’s in a great location especially if you’re wanting to spend time between Scottsdale and Tempe. Heather was helpful thorough my trip and was respectful, especially since I was working and coming in at odd hours. Would recommend to anyone

Heather's place is exactly what she says - quiet, clean, comfortable. It's located just a couple miles from local attractions, easily within walking or Uber range (bus stops are also close). Heather is wonderfully communicative and quick to respond to messages.

My first time staying in an airbnb. It was the perfect place for my husband and I for the week. Close to so many things. Close to the 101 and 202 for easy expressway access. Alex, the host, was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Nice apartment with everything you need

This place was very close to Old Town Scottsdale. We were able to easily take an Uber anywhere. The murphy bed was so comfy! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans making it easy to cook. Loved having coffee on the patio, saw so many hummingbirds. The hot tub was a short walk and super relaxing. Would stay again!

Catherine's place was perfect for what we needed. I would describe the stay like being at a family member's house. You'll have next what you need: towels, tv, fans, tissues, etc. She keeps her house clean and her home has lots of character and charm. Catherine will engage as much as you would like and she is super sweet. The only thing to keep in mind is that she does have other rooms that are also bookings, so there is common shared spaces. We had no issues with this because you do get your own space. I'm picky about pillows, so I would suggest bringing your own that you are comfortable with.

Catherine is a very welcoming host. Her place was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. My husband is 6'2, and I am 5'2. I was very comfortable in her bed, but, my husband had to sleep at an angle because it was not a true King. If you do not mind that you will enjoy your stay.

Great place to stay, especially when what your looking for is a place to stay! We had a great time with this stay as a base for our hiking nearby and found it a very relaxing place to retire to at the end of our busy day. Close to groceries, dining, and more... The coolest thing we heard was the pack of coyotes howling at night.

Jennifer & Jeremy have a lovely casita and home. The location was much better than expected with beautiful scenery and a private feel. The casita itself was adorable and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts accommodated every need and made the stay feel very private. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was top notch.

Loved the casita. Great location. Walking distance to grocery store. Down the road from the boulders resort where you would spend 5 times the amount. Having coffee by the pool was a dream. Hope to come back sometime soon.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Communication with Jennifer and Jeremy was very easy. Check in could not have been smoother. The casita is warm and inviting. Everything was in great condition, clean and comfortable. Plus the location for my purposes was excellent. Their casita will be my first choice for future stays in Carefree.

This house was awesome. Great look and feel. Great bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. Very open and spacious, so great for a larger group. Great lounge area in the backyard, great grills.....just can't say enough. Crysta was super responsive and we had 0 issues. I rented this for a business trip and it was so convenient. Much better than a hotel.

The place was great and the hosts were fantastic. They were very responsive and gave us everything we needed to know prior and during the trip. We had 10 guys staying with us and everybody was comfortable!

A nice, basic apartment well set up for a stay for a night or couple of days. Great location--close to downtown Scottsdale. Ample parking and easy check-in.

Very clean, great communication and if you’re going for spring training to the Scottsdale ballpark it’s perfect! Only a short 5 minute walk. It’s still very close to downtown Scottsdale and it’s still a short nice walk. I would for sure come back here again.

Michael was a great host! His place is super clean, bedding very comfortable (I may have slept too much!) and he welcomes you with so many amenities, even asking if you may need anything else. Personable, respectful and easy to talk with. Totally see how he has earned his Superhost status! Location is also safe and convenient for any areas you may need to get to. Perfect for the single traveler!

Michael’s home is in a nice neighborhood. It’s easy to get to destinations and is close to old town. He provides thorough instructions to access the home at any time. Room was clean, has plenty of space and includes a key.

An amazing value, and conveniently located within 30 minutes of nearly everything worth seeing in Scottsdale! I certainly recommend it for short or long stays, and if you have the option to stay in the Master bedroom - do so!

Nice little place. Not as big as the pictures look, but great location, well-designed, and overall really nice space.

Great location with short walk (0.30 miles) to Old Scottsdale on sidewalks. Clean one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Balcony for outside seating and internet TV. New building with secure covered parking and several restaurants in vicinity. The owners were really great with directions and instructions on entry, etc. Had a wonderful stay!

This is a very nice apartment in a great location. Everything needed was in the apartment. Shopping and dining in easy walking distance. Instructions were perfect, and Michael was very responsive. I highly recommend his place.
