The host made reservations at the farm up the street our first night. Great experience. There was an opportunity to get some foods stocked which was a great idea. Very helpful!

This remodeled barn is an amazing place to spend you vacation. The rooms were big for everyone to have their own space The views are absolutely breathtaking. We had Alessandro prepare a meal for us on our arrival night. It was the perfect addition to our stay. He allowed my son to participate in the cooking. We booked a wine tour which allowed us a memorable glimpse into this amazing organic winery.

Wonderful house, surrounded by greenery, spacious and with breathtaking views. Thanks to Alessandro for putting up with our "last minute" additions and thanks to Eugenia and Francesco for the wonderful welcome. A special thanks also to Signora Beppina for having prepared an incredible dinner for us! What to say?! We will be back soon!

Beautiful site for our family’s week-long Tuscan holiday at a gorgeous family-owned wine estate.

The location is amazing, the house if what you dream and expect, the sunset is magic and Alessandro is a discrete host who respect your privacy but always available for advice and great tips. If you are looking for the real Tuscan experience then look no further. Greatly suggested!

What a beautiful place!!

The house exceeded our expectations, stunning property and views. Alessandro and Eugenia couldn't do enough for you. Fantastic communication from start to finish. We sat out on the terrace in the morning with the local cats and sounds of the insects and cockerel for company which was wonderful then on an evening the lizards came out and the bats too, and we watched the sun go down, absolutely amazing. We enjoyed one of Nonnas meals which was so tasty, and also the beautiful welcome basket full of goodies. They even supplied milk tea coffee butter for the next morning, which is a lovely personal touch. We are definitely coming back, and I would recommend to anyone.

What can I say, beautiful stay! We thank Maria Claudia for the wonderful hospitality, the jam?!? From store shelf with label and price tag, exquisite! It was what I expected from photos and reviews of other guests ... enchanted place, lucky to have it and very good at managing it in the best possible way! The wood stove ... a gem! :)

We had a very good stay in Siena. The small house is well located, Google has the right location not waze, quiet. The equipment is rudimentary but good. We enjoyed the wood heating even if we sometimes smoked smoke;)

A wonderful home

Wonderful stay in the heart of the vineyards, not far from Siena and Florence (we even went to Pisa and Lucca). And always the pleasure of returning "home" to this charming village! The apartment conforms to the photos, very well decorated and equipped! Guaranteed quiet holidays!

We had a wonderful time at Liza's place in Tuscany. It was everything we expected and more! Beautiful setting, great accommodations, and helpful communication with Liza and Daniela. We would love to stay again!

What an extraordinary space! Our window was overlooking the most spectacular view, especially the sunset. It looked like a painting. The entire property is picturesque and cozy. Liza e Filippo were quick to respond to any questions we had. We did have trouble finding this location as both Apple and Google maps were incorrect, we had to reach out for more specific directions. Once we found the place, we could not have been happier! Great stay!

This beautiful cottage was more than I could have hoped for and exceeded all my expectations. As a woman travelling alone, I could not have felt more safe. But far beyond safety, I could not have asked for more comfort or a more marvelous view. The location is also perfect and close to everything. The suggestions provided by the host are all good ones. Do not hesitate to book. You will be so happy!

I cannot extoll enough on how advantageous I found the location of this 'cottage' to be! One only had to take the escalators that lead into the city of Siena, and - less than 20 steps later - encounter the lush gardens and high green gate of this lodging. The Piazza Del Campo, other main sights/museums and arteries of the city are all within walking distance ... extremely convenient! Besides that, it really is cute, spotless and well-decorated - with every conceivable amenity and piles of clean towels. The owners live nearby, thus making the guest feel safe and secure. The restaurant recommendations are spot-on, and a special comment must be made of Alberto, the friendly local grocer, whose store stocks almost everything food and drink-wise. For this review to be an honest one, I have to mention an unpleasant experience late one Saturday evening (I stayed for 8 nights): there was live music that blared from a nightclub nearby. So, if you're a light sleeper, please remember to bring ear plugs. However, Mariele, the host's mother, later told me that this wasn't a common occurrence. To conclude, I would stay here again if/when visiting Siena and its surrounding towns.

This is a beautiful place to stay with easy access to museums, restaurants, and shops.

The location of the little house is unique in the center of the old town. Only few minutes walk to the cathedral and piazza del campo. We enjoyed to sit on the little terrasse and in the garden with bautifull view . Very peacefull away from the tourist. FRancescas fatter was very helpfull when there was problem with the waterpump to the shower and toilet. Uffe and Helle, Denmark

We especially enjoyed the view at Francesca’s place. It was so nice to have a quiet spot to sit in the garden and look at the view. Even though we felt secluded from lots of tourist traffic we were still very conveniently located to everything to see and do. And the place was very clean.

Francesca’s place is simply stunning. The apartment is beautiful, with a fantastic garden and view, and well equipped. It is ideally located, situated very centrally and 5 minute walk from the cathedral and square. There is also a lovely local grocers just outside the house. We were well received by Francesca’s dad, who was very helpful. Would definitely love to come back!

We completely enjoyed our stay! Our family of 6 had the best time and enjoyed every detail. The house had more than enough space and exceeded our expectations in every way. We had dinner with Lucia, which we will remember always. She was instantly like part of the family. Highly recommend this location and plan to be back!

Our trip to Sienna was exceptional thanks to our hosts at Montechiaro. The home was perfect for our group and well located for exploring Sienna, Tuscany, and Umbria. Our hosts’ recommendations made the trip even more special. Hopefully we will have the chance to visit again soon.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location for exploring Siena and Tuscany. Accommodated 8 of us comfortably but could have easily have fit another couple - we were there for Christmas and made fabulous memories... Euginia and Alessandro were so friendly and accommodating. Set us up for a wonderful,truly rustic Tuscan dinner at Mario’s who was very close to the villa. Amazing food especially if you are a meat-lover, in a cozy setting. Had Svetlana cook a dinner for us at the villa one night and it was delicious, and so nice to be able to stay in one evening for a home made dinner with some of Alessandro’s fantastic wine! Fireplace was a great touch, and the villa was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful views of Siena as well from the front of the villa. 20 minutes from Siena and large grocery store (coop). Would stay there again in a heartbeat... my family made fond memories in this truely charming, warm, comfortable and roomy villa!

What a beautiful place and location and Alessandro and his family are just wonderful! The house is lovely and we toured their winery and partook in a traditional Tuscan Thanksgiving dinner, which Alessandro cooked right in our kitchen. Both were incredible and I highly recommend a stay here as well as the excursions! Grazie mille, Ale!

Montechiaro - a truly unique experience If you want to experience Tuscany in a Villa setting - Montechiaro is a good choice. The house sits on a large estate owned by the family for hundreds of years. It has numerous rooms, all en-suite. The downstairs has a lovely sitting room with a wood burning fire place. There is an amazing outdoor patio area with a huge table and a wood burning bbq. We were there in mid November so we did not use the pool. Alessandro was very attentive and communicative.  we had full use if the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal with a modern large refrigerator and freezer. We did decide to have the wine tasting option as well as having Alessandro prepare an authentic Italian meal for us. The wine tasting was done by Juliette, A young Lady from France Who is very knowledgeable about wine and the history of Montechiaro, the family and winery. She did a lovely job and it was a very nice addition to our stay. Alessandro and his sous chef prepared homemade pasta right before eyes as well as homemade pesto with black cabbage grown on the property. It was to die for. They also prepared potatoes and turkey stuffed with prosciutto. A flourless chocolate cake completed the meal. We drank wine from Alessandro‘s private collection. It was divine. The whole evening was an amazing experience that I would highly suggest. We were able to take day trips to Pisa, Lucca, as well as Florence. We had dinner in town in Siena one night as well. Initially we had some trouble finding the Villa. But we were able to call and get better directions. Overall it was a lovely experience and we would absolutely recommend it to others.

We had an amazing time at Alessandro's villa. The space was so beautiful and peaceful. While visiting, we enjoyed a meal cooked and served by Alessandro and Lucia that was amazing. Between the lovely setting, the incredible welcome basket and massages we can't rate our stay high enough. Looking forward to our next visit to Italy and Montechiaro.

Alessandro is a great host and provides a great experience. His property is breath-taking and his wines are fabulous! The location was perfect for day trips around the Tuscany region allowing us to explore at our leisure. Highly recommended!

Apartment 100% corresponds to the pictures online. Location is very good, if you don’t mind walking to city center (including up and down hill for 30 minutes) and would prefer to save some money on parking (Siena parking is 2€ per hour). Kitchen had all the necessary supplies. Washing machine is a huge bonus too. I believe it’s worth the price and is the most affordable accommodation around Siena, that is again worth paying for. Thank you Marcello for a pleasant stay at your wonderful house. We were pleasantly surprised how much thought was put into organizing it and making it user-friendly. Thank you!

Nice one bedroom apartment slightly out of the chaos of tourist destinations, but close enough to the city, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. Quiet, clean. Excellent welcome. Recommended.

Delightful one bedroom apartment 2 km from the center of Siena. Perfect if you travel by car, considering that the center is all a limited traffic area. Clean, welcoming, warm. Nice back yard, for guests use. Suitable for couples and families with one child.

Everything was great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Raffaella. To begin with, the host is prompt with her responses and she even accommodated a later check in than scheduled. The apartment is located in a beautiful scenic locale with an amazing view of the vineyards and the Tuscan greenery. One can wake up to an enthralling view of the sunrise from the bedroom everyday! The apartment was clean and equipped with all the requisite amenities. Our host even gave us a bottle of chianti wine!! Raffaella made us breakfast and hosted us at her house on all the days of our stay. A simple Italian breakfast with yummy bruscettas, juice and coffee and a fun chat with her getting to know more about the Tuscan countryside lifestyle and some valuable insights on how to plan our day was a perfect start for the day! All in all, Casa Raffaella is definitely a great place to stay if you want to have a peaceful and refreshing retreat in the Tuscan countryside :)

Duccio was the best airbnb host we have ever had. He offered to transport us to and from the train station and gave us great insight on the city and its neighborhoods. All of his restaurant recommendations were great. We hope to return to Siena someday and will absolutely be staying with Duccio again. He made our trip that much more memorable.

Nice stay, Duccio was very nice and helpful and we really appreciated him picking us up. I was having difficulty parallel parking and he was nice enough to help me out (not something that he should be expected to do... just an example of how he went above and beyond). The space was very nice and we loved the location. It’s a short walk from everything but also feels very private and safe. Overall a very nice stay.

The house is in a great location, surrounded by greenery and very quiet, but still close to the center. Duccio recommended a parking space for our car outside the center and picked us up from there. We really enjoyed our stay in Duccio's apartment.

This was a fantastic stay. As the description suggests, the place is really peaceful and quiet with a lovely garden and view, while also being located right in the centre of the old town, a short walk to the sights of Siena. All amenities were provided, including a comfortable bed. Duccio was very helpful and very quick in communication. We'd definitely stay again and recommend the place to others, thanks!

Doccio’s airbnb was extremely close to everything but it felt secluded in that you were on an actual plot of land that had a backyard. The home was very nice and had an AMAZING view. Doccio offered to pick us up from the train station and drop us off and was quick with his responses. Next time I am in Siena, I’ll be sure to stay with Doccio again!!

Duccio is the best host. The best hostel is a bonus. I rented a scooter when I was in Siena, but I returned with Duccio because I was not good at Italian. Duccio has helped me a lot and is a thoughtful host. The view of the hostel is awesome and an unforgettable sight.

The place was very close to the Duomo and other great restaurants. The room was clean, the shower had nice hot water (very important to to me!), and it was perfect for the two of us and our one night stay in Siena.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabio's place. We were sent clear instructions on the location and the check in procedure. The unit is so close to the square, shopping and wonderful restaurants. We would definitely book here again!!!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Marco can give you really good tips and he is always there for you if you need any recommendations, tips or help. My room was really big and comfortable. The view from the balcony in the kitchen is stunning. It was a pleasure to stay at Marcos house.

Marco is very attentive and kind, he welcomes his guests very well and is always ready to give information and advice on tours, restaurants, etc. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the historic center and the main attractions of the city. Marco’s place is lovely. The room is gorgeous and bigger than I thought it would be. The bed is super comfortable. The five nights I stayed there were the most restful I experienced in my month of traveling. He’s helpful with everything - things to do, places to eat, and he even helped me with my luggage on the stairs! I would love to stay there again. Marco is an excellent host. Communicative and outgoing, it made the trip to Siena even more special. The Chianti tour was wonderful and even took us to visit a beautiful winery. We love staying in your apartment. I highly recommend it.

Right off the bat, Marco was a terrific host who warmly welcomed us into his home and offered great tips on the local area. We spent an entire day at the Christmas Markets located in the town centre, which was only a light 20 minute walk from the apartment. The local grocery store is literally 10 steps from the front doorstep, making cooking very convenient!

Marco is an awesome host! He is very knowledgeable about Siena and was super helpful with providing information about the city in regards to where to visit and etc. The apartment is 10-min -15min away from downtown Siena and it’s quite & feels safe. I recommend Marco’s place for a good stay in Siena.

This is the PERFECT place to stay in Siena!! Although it’s a bit of an uphill walk from the train station (I would recommend a cab if you have a suitcase, I was sweating), it’s very close to all the main sights in Siena. The location is perfect with an amazing view from the dining room and pink and green rooms as other guests mentioned. I was in the orange room, so the bathroom was not entirely private, but I had no issues with this during my stay. The breakfast is such a nice amenity with fresh fruit and the croissants and espresso are great! Stefano and Piero are wonderful hosts, very friendly, great communication, and accommodated a late check-in and baggage storage. Piero helped answer my questions and gave me some tips on what to see and where to eat. You could not find a better value or place to stay to experience Siena! Highly highly recommend!

Stefano's place is inside the old town, within walking distance to the famous square, the biggest church (there are three big ones in town) and every other things in Siena. It's a small B&B with in total six rooms. Staying here gave me a sense of what it might be like living in Siena in the 16th century when it was a rival to Florence... Stefano is very accommodating to my needs, and my 2-night stay was very pleasant. I totally recommend this place to anyone who likes travel.

Stefano's apartment is extremely pleasant and welcoming. It is also very well located for visiting this beautiful city. The breakfast was nice too with a fresh biscuit cooked the day before. I was also able to take advantage of the valuable information about which restaurants to choose. Last but not least, it is very popular to travel with a dog. Very recommended!

Stefano and Piero's Casa Centi is the perfect place in Siena -- It's close to everything in Old Town! Piero makes a great cup of coffee in the morning and the croissants are "eccelente" as well. You couldn't ask for nicer hosts or a nicer spot to retire to in the evening after scaling the hilly streets of Siena! Molto Bene!

Stefano’s place was perfect for me, right in the heart of Siena. A beautifully decorated spacious room and lovely breakfast with homemade cake. Would definitely recommend.

I loved Staying at Stefano's place in the heart of historic Siena. It is a short walk from the Duomo, El Campo and many other sights and restaurants. The room was beautiful and very clean with a window overlooking the street below, which was filled with the festivities for celebrating the district's winning of this year's Palio. What a delight to watch a tiny parade from above! After the parade, the room was wonderfully quiet. The entire apartment is decorated with original paintings by Stefano's brother. gorgeous!! Stefano offers so many wonderful things for breakfast and both he and his son were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. Grazie

Location one minute walk from piazza del campo, easily accessible by bus 52. The host Enzo is always available and his answers are quick. Furthermore, the apartment is characteristic because of its red brick floor.

Enzo’s apartment was amazing!! Just steps from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very very comfortable and clean! The loft was a nice added bonus with amazing views!! I would highly recommend staying here!

Apartment a few meters from Piazza del Campo and still super quiet, given that it is located in a side street. Tastefully decorated: modern furniture that meet centuries-old beams. Perfect for two people who want to visit the city and have every comfort.

Biggest strength of Piegaetano's apartament is it's location: it's a 5 minute walk from Piazza del Campo. The host provided everything you might need during your stay and is very responsive to messages. I would pick this listing again if I were to visit Siena in the future!

Location can’t be beat. Literally behind the duomo and in the very heart of Siena’s old town. But, it wasn’t noisy at all and all around quite peaceful. View from the window is beautiful. Piergaetano couldn’t meet me for check in, but he gave a very comprehensive check in instructions and was easy to follow. His responses are also really quick and prompt, overall very pleasant to deal with. The only negative to my stay was my room smells a bit of smoke, which despite my opening the window constantly was still smell I couldn’t get rid of.

Words cannot express how thrilled we were with Ayako's apartment! My purse was stolen while in Rome and we were pretty shaken up and feeling down when we arrived. Ayako met us at the apartment and was so welcoming and comforting. The apartment was sparkling clean and a very short walk into Siena. Ayako also gave us a lot of great recommendations for where to eat and kept in contact with us the entire time we stayed helping us to sort out logistics and offering support. We can't say enough how wonderful our stay was because of our great hosts. If you are traveling to Siena we would absolutely recommend Ayako's apartment. Great location, modern and clean apartment and absolutely wonderful hospitality!

Very modern apartment and close to old city wall. The location is very convenient and easy to find. The restaurants around the apartment are much more good value than the one you find in most places inside the wall. Nothing negative to say about the apartment. Ayako is responsive and the only delay in communication is due to connection around the area. Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay in Ayako’s apartment was very comfortable. It is extremely spacious and very tidy. There wasn’t air conditioning, but the weather was quite cooling at this time of the year. Checking in was smooth, with Ayako’s meticulous guidance. She is welcoming and eager to share insights on how to explore the city. The location of the apartment is near the train station, but due to the roads, it is actually harder than expected if you plan to walk from the station to the apartment. It is a stroll away from the city centre.

This is a very nice apartment ! It takes 20 minutes by the bus to the city central but the location is also beautiful and quiet. The owner is very kind and she always helped me. I hope I can come back to Siena and stay at this apartment again!!!

Loved my 2 week stay! The entire apartment is nice and clean. It has modern and stylish touches. I stayed in the room with a private bathroom. It’s a great room with lots of space for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is nice and spacious. There is even a supermarket downstairs with everything you would need. The historic city center is reachable by walking or by taking the bus. It will take 30 minutes to reach by walking and 15 minutes via the bus. The good thing is that the bus stop is across the street from the apartment. There is a washer inside the apartment. Communication with the owner is great. She even picked me up from the train station the day I arrived and helped me take my luggage up the stairs to the apartment. She is very thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again!

3 MONTH STAY. I had a wonderful time living here for my extended stay in Siena and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Tatiana (the property manager) replies very fast and is willing to help wherever she can. The best things about this place for me: AIR CONDITIONING and the sun terrace. Trust me, if you are visiting Siena in summer, the air con will be your best friend! Also, the apartment is literally above a small grocery store (closed Sundays). It’s not noisy and is very convenient. There’s also a bakery downstairs, open 7 days. I chose to live here because it’s a great price and not inside the busy, noisy city centre (that’s not for me). I walked into town for school every day (40mins) or caught the bus (15mins) from the front door (S9) or Uncinello 4mins walk (many buses). You can buy bus tickets from the cafe at Uncinello (currently €1.50 one way). There are two rooms in the apartment and both have a private bathroom (great!). The beds and bedrooms are very large and have lots of storage space (photos need updating). The bathrooms are modern and the three air conditioning units are very welcome in summer! Enjoy the shared sun terrace with your housemate/s or a quiet walk around the suburb. I highly recommend this place because of its modern comforts, convenience and the hospitality I received from Tatiana. Grazie mille! :)

The house is beautiful and has everything you need, the thing that I loved most is the terrace. With sunny days it was really nice to take a break in the open air. The area is full of everything, pizzeria, hairdresser, bus stop and Coop just below the house! To get to the center it takes really a few minutes by bus, recommended for both tourists and students.

It's a good choice for staying in Siena. The apartment is above a supermarket. There's a bus stop in front of the house, three stops away from the train station. Also, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and cozy. I have a great housing experience.

Large apartment, well furnished, functional and clean, even with private laundry space. One minute from the center of Siena. Reachable by car by parking at 10 minutes on foot in a free parking which has been kindly reported to us by the hotel. We didn't miss anything! Highly recommended!

Our stay here was our favorite in Italy so far. The appartement was perfect, very comfortable and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the garden was perfect for a morning tea. Make sure to follow the hotel’s instruction if you are getting there by car ! We had no problem at all but we read all the instructions carefully before getting there.

My stay at Anna‘s place was very nice! The place is very inviting and a comfortable place to have breakfast outside in the foryard:) I did a language course next to the central station, and it only took 20 min by food to get there. The center of Siena is a bit further away then I expected, like 30 min. Still I enjoyed the non-touristic calm place as well as my funny roomates...

I stayed in Siena for two months and it was the most comfortable and personal space. I stayed in a more expensive place, anyway ... I expect the share room to be uncomfortable, and each room has plenty of personal work space (I think it's important), and basic necessities like laundry detergents, towels and shampoos are provided. You will be impressed with the size of the room and the atmosphere of the house. The kitchen was also easy to use, and most of all, it was best to have a small garden and a nice garden, unlike the high-rise quarters in Siena. (It's my personal preference.) Anna is a comfortable place to stay if you keep the basics well without having to be conscious of the host. There are small supermarkets and pizzerias nearby. It may be uncomfortable for me to walk 30 minutes to Centro, which is a tourist attraction, but I also liked it. It was because the crowd was always noisy after 12 pm due to the busy tourists and festivals. I would recommend a little expensive hotel in Centro in a day or two, but I recommend Anna's accommodation in the long run. It takes 17 minutes by bus to get to Centro .... If you understand the route with Google Maps a day or two, you can walk on foot. If you stay for a long time, it will cost you a lot of money. Avoid the sun, low heat ... Siena is relatively safe. If I go again I will go straight to Anna's hostel. This place is good for the travlers want to stay a long time in Siena! Also it's perfect for me !! I really loved a small garden, THANK YOU!

it was a pleasure to sleep here, very good position to visit the center, just 10 minutes walk from Piazza del Campo. Bathroom equipped with everything, clean room, two water bottles are also available. They gave us a map of the city indicating the main things to see and giving us advice on where to eat (definitely hit the spot!). There is also an outdoor garden to enjoy the cool of the evening. Definitely approved!

Nice room with a great view from the top of a building. Comfortable private room in a small flat where the host also lives. Keys provided to enter at your convenience, including one to lock the bedroom. Bathroom is small, typical style. We did not use the kitchen or common areas. Free parking is an 8 minute walk to outside the city wall, if you're lucky to find a spot. Walk to town is 5-10 minutes and a nice location. No elevator, steps only to the fourth floor. Keep in mind if you have trouble climbing stairs. Would recommend for an affordable spot with nice location.

Daniel’s flat is very centrally located, a five minutes walk to the Duomo and the Piazza del campo. The check in and the communication were no problem and the room was spacious. Though it was very centrally located it was very quiet and one could get a good night’s rest (especially since the bed is extraordinarily comfortable). There is a little grocery store on the street and a very good pizza place at the end of that street. We only stayed at Daniel’s place for one night but can definitely recommend it for everyone wanting to experience this awesome city.

The room is located in an apartment on the top floor of an ancient building in the historic center of Siena, very close to the Duomo. I only stayed one night with my partner and we had a great time: check in without problems, clean room, comfortable and spacious bed, Daniel available and discreet. There is the possibility to park the car in non-paying places not far from the house but one must be lucky: in general Siena is a complex city as regards the availability of parking.

Perfect accommodation for the center of Siena

I stayed in the small room for 3 nights in January. It was really very warm and spotlessly clean, space organized very well. The host is very kind and helpful, responds to messages quickly. There is a bus stop a few steps from the house, there are buses that reach Piazza Gramsci on 3 and 6. The 6 reaches it in just 5 minutes, at least the morning I took it.

The appartament Is ecxatly the way the host describe at the announce. It is tiny but very very clean! It is a room (sofa that becomesa bed, but comfortable) and a bathroom. Doesn't has kitchen but there is a small table and the host lend us wine glasses and plates. So it's ok to do something fast there. It's close to the city center but isn't at the old City. You should walk around ten minutes to go there. But it definitely isn't a problem. Besides that, a high point is that the host are incredibly kind and always ready to help!

We stayed in Pasquale's house from 27 to 30 December. Pasquale was immediately available from the first contact by sms. The location of the house is excellent not far from the center and all easily accessible on foot, this for a center like that of Siena where most of the roads are limited traffic areas, it is ideal. Impeccable cleanliness.

I really enjoyed this space. The location is excellent- it's right underneath an escalator to the old city so you have immediate access. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Tthe loft is great and its location too. It is located at the entrance to the city center, with a small private parking just outside. We left the car and were able to visit Siena on foot! Cristina made us very welcome. She gave us a map of Siena and indicated these favorites. She left us business cards for different restaurants and places. The loft is very beautiful, classy, clean, comfortable. We came with our two children and we felt very good in four in this space. We will come back with pleasure

As a regular user of Airbnb I would definitely define this as one of my best experiences in the platform. The flat was outstanding! Walking distance to everywhere in Sienna. Everything was impecable. I stayed for a weekend with my fiancée and we had a great time. The house is located 10 minutes from the center in an excellent, not too chaotic place with lots of free parking included in front of the house itself. The house is beautiful, you can see the attention to detail in the furnishings and cleanliness. The bed is fantastic and very comfortable. We really appreciated the advice of Cristina that we followed and we had a great time. We can't wait to go back!

Cristina's house is made by a full of modern art decoration which gave us Cristina's art sense and precious experience for the stay. The accommodation is located near Portages Pispini only 2-3 mins by walk. To get center of Siena Piazza del Campo it takes about 10-15mins by walk (we had a 7 years old daughter) and there are many shops, lovely restaurants/bars/cafes and tourist spots on the way. Cristina gave us lots advice how to explore Siena and many recommendations of the restaurants where we really enjoyed the food and vine (though some restaurants were closed due to winter season). We were also impressed many detailed tools including warm blanket to seat outside poach, nice sound system through bluetooth as well as many kitchen tools. We would fully recommend Cristina's house and definitely want to get back in another high season!

The geographical environment is very good. Great value for money, and the host provided a lot of great suggestions. The house is very beautiful and tidy, the balcony can see the beautiful scenery of Siena, especially at night, very romantic. I was with my girlfriend in this beautiful soft for 2 days, the welcome was impeccable, Cristina showed us in a few minutes all the best places to visit and attend for an aperitif, a dinner, a moment of leisure. The house is simply perfect, very clean, well-kept, furnished with extreme taste, the location is exceptional and enjoys a beautiful view. The loft is very bright, has two smart TVs with which we could relax watching a movie on Netflix or a documentary on YouTube, thanks also to the wifi worthy of the name. The kitchen has everything you need, the house is warm, the super comfortable King size bed and the cozy, spacious bathroom, complete with every detail. Thanks Cristina, we have already recommended your home to our friends and we will do it again!

Perfectly situated right in the centre, between Il Campo and the Duomo. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet, being on the top floor of an old palazzo. A warm welcome from Fabiola. I shall definitely try to stay here again next time I visit Siena.

The only detail to take into account for the elderly or with reduced mobility, is that access is by stairs and there is an elevator. If you have no problem climbing stairs, the apartment is beautiful and its location is excellent. Fabiola is very attentive!

We loved staying at Fabiola’s place. It’s very central to all the main sites of Siena so ideal for a short stay. Fabiola’s place is located perfectly in relation to the historical heart of Siena - it takes 1 minute to get to Piazza del Campo and 5 minutes to the Duomo. Despite its central location, the flat is quiet, with all the windows pointing away from the main street. The flat is clean, has a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Last but not least, Fabiola made us feel at home by being helpful and very responsive at all times.

A true gem amongst AirBandB’s, thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Modern kitchen and bath (with a square rainfall shower head). Just steps from Il Campo and the Duomo. Some with walking difficulties would probably find the walk up to the third story a bit of a challenge, but most would just see it as part of their daily exercise.

Located in the historic center of Siena, with an unbeatable location. A great spot to walk to everything in Siena. Near the Main Street, restaurants, bakeries, shopping. We spent one month here and enjoyed the stay. The courtyard was nice for hanging laundry and sitting outside though it was too cold for long sitting in February. Make sure to pack walking shoes as Siena is very hilly and this apartment is at the bottom of a steep hill. Good for exercising! WiFi was available, though we used all the data, Adamo quickly notified us before and after of our levels and let us upgrade our plan immediately. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking utensils, and we were able to make many meals including our own pasta. Well done, would recommend to a friend or family member.

The accommodation is cozy, has air conditioning in all rooms. Adamo left us everything we needed for breakfast the days we were there. The only thing I missed, because of its speed, is a microwave, otherwise everything very well equipped. I would return without hesitation.

Apparently cozy, comfortable, very well equipped (HDMI cable for example) and really well located. Adamo is a caring host and very responsive. In short this apartment is an ideal base to shine in Siena and enjoy this beautiful city.

Adamo’s apartment was in a great location in Siena, a perfect distance to walk anywhere in the walled city yet was quiet. The apartment itself was awesome, very clean, roomy and enjoyable to stay in. I’d recommend staying here to anyone visiting Siena.

We were guests in Mr. Adam's apartment in mid-October. We found a fabulous apartment, cared for down to the last detail, tasteful, clean, bright, quiet and equipped with all comforts. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it
