My sister and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this little Siesta Key bungalow cottage. It met our needs perfectly. located in a residential area not far from the Siesta Key Village, this property has two nice bedrooms, well-supplied kitchen, living room with TV, porch furniture and grill, a little front patio and laundry facilities. It is also handicapped accessible with wide room entrances and grab bars in the bath tub (no walk-in shower). Parking is on premises. There are extra linens and plenty of storage. Our hosts have done a thoughtful and meticulous job of providing for guest comfort. The decor is attractive and the beds and living room seating comfortable. Wish we could return to enjoy it soon! Thanks for making our stay memorable!

I can recommend this place to anyone visiting sarasota. Its convenient located near to downtown and siesta key beach. This house provides all the necessities to have a lovey stay. Only one comment on the cleanliness, there were some hairs on the couch and in the bathroom.

Great place with great hosts! Very comfortable, the condo had everything you needed to stay with your family. A large area with a pool and a fishing pier, about 900 meters to the beach, then fish restaurants and shops. Only fond memories remained.

We loved our vacation time spent at siesta someday!! The condo was cute, only negative thing I'd say if I had to pick one, the bathroom and kitchen are smaller than what I expected them to be but absolutely loved the walk in shower. Melissa and Brandon were quick with responding which was a huge plus for me. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Over all we highly recommend this condo. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We just returned home from Melissa and Brandon's and we just couldn't be happier. This place is a home away from home. We traveled with our two young children and we all slept comfortably. We took advantage of the outdoor closet which included a great beach wagon and fishing poles, among other things. The ONLY thing that was a slight inconvenience was that we didn't realize the dryer needed to be cooled down before it would open. But once realized, we just planned better. It's great having washer and dryer in the unit! The place is clean and well maintained. The pool is great and the free trolley stop is right out front. We used it to get to the beach, the village, grocery, etc. We had a couple questions/super minor issues upon arrival and Melissa and Brandon responded to me and assisted us immediately. The place is really great! I highly recommend it and cannot wait to stay again on our next trip to Siesta Key!

Brandon and Melissa were some of the best hosts we could ask for! from their speedy responses to their little personal touches - toiletries, easily accessible WiFi password, beach towels/cooler, they made our stay better than we could have imagined! if we come back to Siesta Key, we will certainly stay here again!

I was looking for a place in Sarasota that was close to everything the city had to offer and Arty’s place was perfect for that. You can be to Siesta Key in less than 5 minutes. His house is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. You have your own private entrance and even get your own lanai- filled with bikes to borrow, games to play and chairs to drink your morning coffee while looking out over the yard. He includes about every bathroom amenity you could need so if you forget something - no worries.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice personal touches and great location. We walked to the local farmer's market. Just a short drive to Siesta Key beach.

Arty was so welcoming and pleasant, we wanted to take him and Blue home with us! Seriously, he went above and beyond and made us literally feel like we were at home. I would easily rent this place again. The location to the pool and the beach are amazing. The cute little village with shops and restaurants was a mile down the road, a free trolley will take you there. The apartment itself was extremely clean, had all the comforts of home, and was decorated in an adorable beach theme. The community of people were so friendly as well. Check in and instructions were easy to use as well. This place is easily a 10/10. It is exactly as it is pictured, and our trip was perfect! The hosts were also easy to reach and had great communication.

The beds where incredibly comfortable, large amount of towels provided. Location is great, the condo is very sound proof. Charcoal BBQ at our disposal was a great treat. I would definitely recommend Maureen & David’s place! It was clean, we had a parking space right out front, it was modern and the beach access was the best part! It was quiet at night and the beds were perfect! The bathroom was a good size and so was the kitchen! They had thoughtful touches inside the condo like a guide book, beach amenities, and a sign with the wifi information! They always responded quickly and made it easy to book! I would definitely stay there again!

Natalie is a perfect host and has gone the extra mile to ensure her guests comfort. Her loft is pristine. The extra touches are endless. The vaulted ceilings, marble bathroom, bathroom towels that are just as soft as the sheets and pillows. The extras of having beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes make this a top notch location. Kudos to you Natalie well done absolutely beautiful.

Natalie's place is spacious and cozy, which was just right for our week's stay in Sarasota. She was extremely responsive when we had questions, and it was great to have towels and dishwater provided with the room. Natalie's place is exactly as it appears in the pictures, which is great! It's a spacious studio with all of the amenities you need, plus beach bags, beach towels, and bikes to ride to the beach! That touch was super helpful. She gave us a TON of local recommendations and the ones we tried did not disappoint. I would definitely come back!

Pavan & Tracy are super hosts!Communication with them concerning every aspect of the rental is great. The view from the condo of the beach is spectacular! The condo is also centrally located. We were able to easily catch the tram to downtown Siesta Key Village; we rented bikes as well as kayaks. This is a great spot for a relaxing get away from the cold weather up north. Tracy and Pavan truly lived up to their SuperHost status! Their communication with us, both before and during our stay, was beyond compare, while not at all intrusive. The condo was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had an incredible view of the beach and water. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms had nice dressers and ample closet room. The building was well-managed and it was about 50 steps directly onto the absolutely gorgeous beach. It was simply a perfect vacation and I can't speak more highly of Tracy and Pavan's condo and their hosting! Elle

You will not find a better view than the one from Pavan and Tracy’s condo. Our favorite is having breakfast at the table with a full fabulous view of the sugar white sand and tropical blue water. They have thought of everything to make the stay amazing, starting with the beautiful beach decor and furnishings. But their thoughtfulness and hospitality are the best!!! They definitely have an A+++++ in our book.

The place is really across the street from the beach, which really qualifies as the #1 bach in America. Thee are public tennis courts along the way to the beach, and we tried pickleball a few times when there were open. There is also a small swimming pool in the condominium complex with warm water, nice for a dip after exercising. Jean was available to take care of any problem but the truth is that we actually did not needed as she had thought of every detail. We spent there a month and plan to return.

My husband and I booked our stay at the condo for our beach wedding. We absolutely loved it there the week was above expectations for the stay, ease of getting to and from the beach as well as the main strip, restaurants, and some great tourist shopping. Jene and her husband are extremely great hosts and have thought of everything to make your stay at their condo comfortable. We found the condo amazing. Way above our expectations and it was really equipes. From kitchen appliances, food basics-coffee, salt, etc- to beach stuff- umbrella, chairs and even kids beach toys. Jean was super nice and we had a great time. Location is exquisit and also the facilities around.

And after 7 glorious days, it became one of the best birthday trips I ever had, mainly due to Jean's incredible service and accommodations. She was so incredibly friendly and helpful regarding the check-in details and tips, and places where to visit (restaurants and fun sight-seeing locations). She is so knowledgeable of the area, and she shares her words of wisdom with an infectious enthusiasm. And the condo is deluxe: clean, spacious, and plenty of amenities. It became a second home to me; I will be returning. I strongly recommend her and the place(s) she offers to vacationers like me. :)))

We had the best week at Jean’s place. The location was perfect and so close to everything. She had great suggestions of things to do in the area, and communicating with her was a breeze. She will always get back to you right away if you ever have any questions. Everything you will need is in the condo...just like home! This Airbnb is as nice as described. The location is excellent. The beach is right across the street and easily accessible. Jean has made it very homey, her personal touches are everywhere. It's apparent she wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. You really don't need to bring much other than your clothes. It is furnished very well, including soaps and lotions. It was also nice having all your beach items; towels, chairs, bags etc. right there for you to use. We made use of the grills and the pool, which was very clean and nice. She has a journal on the coffee table giving you ideas for your stay as well as places for the guests to share their favorite experiences. We were so very fortunate to meet Jean on our last day in Florida. She was in town and we had the pleasure of spending time chatting with her. She is a delight! She is warm and giving and truly wants her guests to feel welcome and relaxed. It definitely became our home away from home. Many recommendations for Jean and her Airbnb.

This villa has everything you may need at your home away from home. The villa is in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, local trolley, etc. and having a private garage is great! The villa is nicely furnished. The king bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The villa was very clean and well-organized.

Our experience was at villa 4 and siesta key beach was amazing! Joe was great as he answered all of our questions we had prior to coming down to Siesta. The villa was clean and stylish. We appreciated the computer and WiFi as one of our crew was taking an online college class while we were there. All appliances worked great. I would of liked it if they raked the beach everyday but I guess they don’t. We did experience some issues with red tide while we were there but you can’t control Mother Nature. The sunsets are beautiful every night! We went to St. Armand’s circle 1 night and also spent a day on the beach at bean point on Anna Maria Island. Overall, great trip! Thx Joe!

This villa has everything you need for a weeks stay at Siesta Key. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 and there is room for 2 more. The location is great with walking distance to nice restaurants and very close to the beach. The private laundry is very helpful and beach toys and chairs are all available. The owners were also very helpful with answering any questions I had prior to my stay. I would definitely recommend this villa for potential renters.

Everything was as we expected. We get good instruction and maps all surrounding area. 5 minutes walk to entry beach. Beach furniture was when you enter to the beach. He was all the time our stay available. When we get same issue he try to fix it. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! Super close to the beach, definitely walking distance. The home was super clean. It's perfect for a couple and maybe a child. I reccomend if you get a rental car try to get something little as the parking can be a little tight with large vehicles but still manageable with larger cars and suvs. Joe was super helpful when with the check in process. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The room was very clean when we arrived. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Maintenance was very friendly and arrive quickly! We watched fireworks on the beach July 4th and didn’t have to worry about fighting all the traffic to get back to our room! Everything we needed was right around us! We couldn’t have asked for a better 1st anniversary trip!

This is an incredible value for the location and amenities offered. You are truly right across the street from the beach, and about a 15-20 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella in the closet were so clutch since we had flown in and could not bring these items. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to Siesta!

This was the perfect place to spend my first ever solo retreat! Everything was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The area also felt safe and quiet at night since it’s a bit tucked away from Siesta Village, which was a huge plus. The glass shower was a nice touch & felt great to step into after a long day on the beach. As far as location, the beach is practically right outside your front door and Siesta Village is just a 10 min walk away — most of which I spent admiring the gorgeous beach properties, flowers, and palm trees lining the street. I loved walking into town to grab coffee at Lelu’s in the mornings. There’s also a great little grocery store called Morton’s that’s stocked with just about everything you could need. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

The condo is an efficiency-style unit with all basics included. Kitchen has what you need to prepare easy meals or reheat leftovers. The location is perfect. It is just across the street from the beach, and the Siesta Key shops/restaurants are about a mile away (a super-easy walk). Parking is a bit tricky (especially if you and everyone at the other rear units have larger vehicles), but manageable as long as you are considerate to each other. I'd highly recommend the condo if you are looking for a good place to stay near the beach.

Great place! Loved the location for the sunsets and having two different pools to go to was great (one bayside to watch all the boats to go by). The beach was also so clean. Loved how all the chairs were picked up/organized at night.

Our stay was amazing at this wonderful Condo!!! We spent 6 days of relaxation. The bed was comfortable! There was room to relax on the loveseat. There are many channel options with a smart tv so you can watch Netflix or get Redbox! We didn’t watch much tv because we were very busy staring at the gorgeous ocean 20 steps away!!! I highly recommend staying at this AirB&B. The host were amazing, and answered any questions we had if needed. Also we LOVED how close we were to everything, including the ocean! Everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfy! We literally have nothing bad to say. Everything was all that we wanted and more! My family and I had an amazing stay! Everything was clean, thought out & quaint. I loved how charming it was & central to everything. We had amazing breakfast at station400 & w/Publix bear by we didn’t miss a kitchen (I def didn’t) Dr. Sera responded and really takes care in details. It’s not like a hotel, it’s like you’re staying in your families guest house.

Overall this is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, it is a very short walk to the beach and short walk to "downtown". Easy drives to other key locations in the surrounding area. The rental was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could need. Check in and check out was very easy.

The 3rd floor condo is a great place to stay. It has great views and it is in the perfect location. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts were great to work with!

This deck and sunset view cannot be beat. Almost the entire wall facing the ocean/deck is glass so even when you're not on the beach you still feel like you're in the sand! We were traveling with a 3-year-old and a 9-month-old and the short walk to the beach (no road to cross), a collection of sand toys, and a beach full of tide pools made this a vacation where my husband and I were actually able to sit for a few minutes! Additionally, the location is a great mix of being a (just less than) 10 minute stroll to the 'downtown' restaurants and a 5- minute walk (either on the beach or on the road) to the incredibly cute sand castle playground. Additionally, the hosts were amazing. They actually went out and purchased a travel crib for us the day we arrived. Let us check-in a touch early because we had a "potty emergency", and responded back almost immediately with the few questions we had. One other great note, that's very minor, but they had a separate shower and big jacuzzi-style bathtub that worked out incredibly well to give two actual baths. Would highly recommend this place. My husband and I are already talking about when we can go back and maybe actually make it a romantic trip :)

This place is a gem! Wish I could have stayed more than 1 night. Communication was quick, room super comfy and location was perfect. Didn’t get to meet the girls or their sweet dog, but they left all the information I needed to easily check in and feel comfortable immediately. Couldn’t have been easier. Perfect for the solo traveler. Comfortable, clean, and convenient! Perfect location just a few minute walk to the village and short walk to the beach. Also, Breezy’s dog is the best. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent room, excellent hosts, even closer to the main area and beach than written. Very clean, with an adorable dog. Hosts are extremely accommodating and easy to chat with as well. If we come again to Siesta Key, we will stay with Breezy and Justin.

Excellent hosts. Doc was awesome, and the location was perfect for our trip. Walking distance to everything you need, and there are several forms of free transportation which included trolleys and etc. Clean house, and Breezy was very quick in response which made things great. We'd definitely stay here again.

Staying with a “Super-Host” is always a wonderful experience. Breezy and Lisa’s place is right around the corner (very walkable) from the Siesta Village restaurants, shops and beach. The house is well-lit and easy to find, as we arrived after dark. Check-in with the key-pad was fast and we were greeted by their friendly, happy and well-mannered pooch. The house is super-clean, lots of maps, brochures and helpful information were in our room. We felt safe walking around the area at night, (we went to dinner a bit late) and there were so many places to eat, lots of live music too! The hot-tub was a welcome sight after our long day and there were lots of towels for us in our room. Checkout was quick, just press the “lock” icon on the keypad and the door locks! As a fellow Super-Host, I highly recommend Lisa and Breezy’s home in Siesta Key!

This place is all about location, location and location! It is cosy, clean and their family dog has the sweetest personality. If you want to spend a night or longer this place works beautifully. The price is right, the location is right and did I mention there is a hottub :)

Jayme's place is centrally located in Siesta Key, really easy to get to, and very clean. Loved our stay here. Jayme was super easy to communicate with, too.

Sparkling clean space on Siesta Key. 10 min walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and local watering holes. Pool at the condo was great if you want to take a dip without having to pack up and head to the beach. Nice spot!

Wonderful experience overall. You can feel comfortable booking with Jayme. She responds quickly and helps in any way she can. The bed is so wonderful it made it hard to get up early and head to the beach.

Jayme’s was true to the pictures on Airbnb. It was very clean and conveniently located to everything, from the beach to all the restaurants and shops. She was such a great communicator and responded to our questions promptly. She was also very flexible with our check in/ check out process and made our entire stay very easy. We highly recommend Jayme’s and would definitely stay with her again!

This location is wonderful! It was perfect for our family size and there were some really great extra touches such as a nice stock of beach towels, extra toothbrushes in case we forgot some, a fabulous selection of heavy duty beach toys and a beach cart! There was no vacuum unfortunately, as it would have been nice to feel we could clean up after ourselves each day a little better; but the beds and massive couch were sooo comfortable and soo much more than we expected! The kitchen had a great supply of dishes and pans and the dishwasher was very user friendly and even had pods there for us so we didn’t have to provide our own! We were very happy, comfortable, and just completely relaxed and able to enjoy our time without any unnecessary stress or worries! Beautiful and perfect in every way! We will definitely stay again!!!

Cute little cottage! It was perfect for our little family of 3. Short walk to the beach which was fabulous! It was just a little too far to walk to the village with a 2 1/2 year old, but it was never hard to find a parking spot. It had a great outdoor area to relax and a kitchen with all the essentials for eating in. The only downfall was some noise from the road and there was a huge party next door with live music which wasn't a big deal for us, but putting our toddler to bed was a bit difficult. We would definitely stay again!!

Fresh, pretty, with everything we beach-lovers needed. Fancy, full-service hotels are not our thing; we enjoy the quiet, cooking some meals at home. The well-shaded front and back yards provide outside tables and secluded feeling despite being on the main street, close to several access paths to the beach, and all the best cafes and shops on Siesta Key. Liked that the washer and dryer were steps away. The Management was terrific: responsive, helpful whenever we had a concern.

Loved how close it was to the beach. It was just the two of us staying so a good fit, if more then two people staying, the cottage would feel cramped.

What a great space in a perfect location! Wonderful out door shower and the pool is beautiful. Our hosts even allowed our family to stop by for an afternoon swim And visit. From plastic forks and paper plates to paddle boards and beach chairs, Susan had it all!! It was a very short drive to the beach each day and an easy walk to Siesta Key Village. We could have walked to the beach (or ridden the bikes Susan provided) but we had a ton of stuff with us! We would definitely stay again!

What can I say. Susan's place was magical. So much detail in the garden surrounding the delightful pool. Paddleboarding for the first time and in a beautiful lagoon. Location was perfect being able to bike to the ocean and Siesta Key Village in less than 5 minutes.

This place is amazing, Susan & his husband are great people. The house is pretty, organized and very clean. I loved all the details in the house and around the pool. They have everything you need to enjoy your days in Siesta Key.

You get a clean. Private home with everything you need for your vacation we rode bikes. Paddle boarded. And swam a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay at Evelyn’s! The house was just what we needed- it was cute and clean! Great proximity to everything!

Evelyn was super helpful from the time of booking to the day we left. She welcomed us at the door and provided us with tips and suggestions on our stay in Siesta. We walked every where and the location was great! A mile walk to the beach and a little less to town, but easy to uber or rent bikes/scooters if needed. She provided a mini fridge and coffee and other necessities which was beneficial to our stay. The space was perfect for my boyfriend and I who were there for a long weekend and would recommend. Every was very thoughtful and made our stay so nice.

Evelyn and Rigos place was the perfect location for our Siesta Key 3 day stay! It was within minutes from the village and Siesta Key beach. We rented bikes so it only took about 5 min to get to village and about 7 min to get to beach (highly recommend). If you dont want to get bikes, its an easy walk to the village and beach. The studio is in a very safe neighborhood. Very clean and had all the amenities that were mentioned - Even beach bag, cooler and beach chairs (major plus). Evelyn and Rigo were very very responsive when we needed them (we locked the keys in the house and Evelyn came to the rescue with in minutes). We will definitely be back!!

Evelyn’s place was in a perfect location. About 10-15 min walk to tons of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. It’s in a very safe little neighborhood, perfect for 1-2 people.

Evelyn’s cottage was just as advertised, clean and full of thoughtful touches and she’s a great communicator.

We really enjoyed our stay with Evelyn in Siesta Key! We had everything we needed for a successful trip, even beach towels, chairs and a cooler! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway in an excellent neighborhood and only a quick 15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in the village.

Jen's place is great, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the heated pool in the complex is a bonus. We would definitely be back.

This place is smack dab in the middle of everything you'd want from a beach town getaway. Even though you'll likely spend your time at the beach or wandering the bars, food and festivities of Siesta Key... this place fills in all the gaps. Very clean, plenty of room to lounge and a great host! It's perfect!

The place was great, the private beach was beautiful, and the trolley stop is steps away for free access to Siesta Key Village. Both Jen and Rae were incredibly responsive. If we needed anything they were immediately on top of it. Plus the value was a huge bonus!

Siesta Key is great!

This was an amazing property nestle back in a private little Drive. Very beautiful mature trees and foliage. And an amazing hostess. And the house is as shown very beautiful.

Accommodation is excellent, is well equipped. Unfortunately, the pool does not only belong to this property, but is shared with 3 houses and also has only one access via a separate door outside the villa.

This is a lovely 2 bed condo right on crescent beach. It’s well presented and clean on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. All in all a very comfortable place to stay. I thoroughly recommend it

If you’re looking at this spot then just stop looking because you’ve found it. Pavan & Tracy are quick to communicate before the trip and during if needed which is always a plus. The location is amazing and feels insanely safe. Literal steps from the softest sand ever and the most beautiful sunsets. I stayed in this condo during November so I could not have asked for better weather to enjoy the patio. Rest assured that what you see in the photos is what you get and it’s more than enough for an enjoyable and comfortable stay for both solo and family trips.

Look no further! This condo has it all! Myself, husband, mother and two small children rented this clean refreshing home in October. It is steps from the pristine white sandy beach of Siesta Keys. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room, and the condo is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your de-stressing vacation! Sitting on the screened in porch was awesome. We stayed on the beach most of the time enjoying the wildlife. We were able to see porpoises every day (most days on several occasions), we saw a manatee and lots of small fish while swimming. The ocean is extremely clean. You can walk out forever and still touch the bottom! I can go on and on about the location of this condo! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! Thanks to Pavan & Tracy for such a wonderful vacation!

Amazing experience! The place is exactly how it is shown in the post/pictures. Everything was great, location was perfect & hosts were wonderful! Super attentive and great at communicating. Directions were communicated extremely clear and easy to follow. Super clean and love that the beach is just steps away! Pool area is also very nice! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Pavan and Tracy’s condo in Siesta Key. Everything was as described and location was perfect (right on the beach). Pavan and Tracy were super responsive hosts and offered local suggestions on things to do. Overall great experience.

Very nice location between the intercoastal and the beach . Close to the village . The condo was comfortable, clean and very quiet, neighbors were friendly . Anne was available for questions . You do have to supply your own dish soap and paper towels otherwise the kitchen is well stocked .

Anne and Thomas’s place was truly a home away from home! They had the kitchen stocked with all the tools we needed to make meals. They also had beach amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mats, football, sand tools, etc (you just have to bring your own beach towels though). It was so clean and the decorations and the vibe really fit the siesta key vibe. The beds are comfortable and had plenty of closet space. The private beach access they have is so close to the Airbnb (about 2 minute walk) and the pool area that overlooked the bay was beautiful. My boyfriend and I were able to just walk a few hundred feet from the building to sit in a hammock and watch the sunrise. It’s so close to everything from shops to restaurants. Highly recommend renting out bikes to bike around everywhere and to ride on the beach. Ride & Paddle delivers the bikes to you. We honestly had an amazing time for our first time in Siesta Key and we’ll definitely be staying at Anne and Thomas’s place the next time we come down!

This is the third time I've stayed here and I enjoy this condominium. A "heads-up" to all future tenants, toilet paper and other paper products are not provided. When I asked about toilet paper I was told, "It’s an airbnb, not a hotel- refill on toilet paper is on the guest". So, I would like to thank the previous guest for leaving us toilet paper, some paper towels, kleenex and a few napkins. I appreciate your thoughtfulness!

Paula was welcoming, the bedroom and adjoining bath are very comfortable and nicely appointed, and I loved stepping out into that Florida air, straight from my room. The pool water was a tad chilly (February), but it was very tempting to jump right in. I enjoyed having my AM coffee next to the pool. It was quick and easy to get to the beautiful beaches, but I would recommend having a car. If you like dogs, Gracie is generous with kisses.

Paula is a wonderful hostess, she was thoughtful and great to talk with. Her place is beautiful with great light and spectacular backyard. We truly enjoyed sitting watching the sun rise and sunset. It is super quiet and the location is close to everything one might desire. If we weren’t moving to the area we would surely stay with her again.

A really fantastic room. Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is a desk with a folder where tips are included, as well as small things such as samples or a television with DVDs to watch or books. You also have direct access to the incredibly beautiful pool. Paula is also really nice. I can really 100% recommend icj would come back anytime. PS: cute dog!

We really enjoyed Paula's place. The room and bathroom are very spacious and there is lots of natural light. As noted in Paula's description her home is very convenient to a grocery store and several restaurants.

The stay at Paula's was good. The bed was very confortable and the bathroom was huge. Paula is really nice. Bonus: the little dog was a cutie.

My fiance and I enjoyed a 3 night weekend here. Perfect location to get to the beach and other areas with local attractions. Paula is a superb host welcoming us into her home making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

Lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to stores and restaurants. Only a short drive, maybe ten minutes, to the amazing Siesta beach. Paula was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home from the start. If we could we would’ve stayed much longer! Separate bathroom was a big plus, and the pool was really nice!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Great views. We took advantage of the awesome kitchen and cooked in every night instead of dealing with the crowd this time of year. The perfect space to relax.

Beautiful sunset views from the bedroom and balcony. Beach equipment in the closet was a huge plus. We didn't have to buy chairs or a cooler or an umbrella. Located in a great spot. Just off the Stickney Point Rd. bridge, on a free trolley stop. You can take it to anywhere on the island for free! The pool was beautiful even though we were too busy to use it. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

This place is exactly as pictured and even better in person. Truly a very clean place with modern decor and spacious areas. The bed was very comfortable. Having beach chairs, towels and even a couple of beach wagons available for use was great since we went to the beach every day to enjoy beautiful Siesta Key Beach and the great weather we had while there! Be sure to bring your own toiletries and hair dryer which aren’t provided and is stated in the listing. I really couldn’t find any negatives, but if I had to it would be the water pressure isn’t the best for washing longer hair but it worked out. You have your own washer and dryer conveniently outside your door. Market to buy just about anything is just a 2 minute walk at the end of the street. Restaurants and shops of Siesta Key Village is right around the corner literally when you get to the end of the street. The beach is about a 10 minute easy walk a couple blocks away. I’d definitely stay at this place again! Beach with restrooms and concessions is just a mile or so drive south and lots of free parking. Wonderful clean beach and the softest white sand you’ll ever feel on your feet.

Nice place, quick walk out the back door to the pool. Tennis rackets provided for tennis court a few yards away. Host left us snacks, much appreciated. We got a little unlucky, there were a few people staying above us and they were not light-footed. Recommend having a car. Free parking at unit, lots of placing a few minutes drive away, including free parking at the main beach. Trolley only comes every 30 mins, I think the novelty will wear off quick.

Debbie is a fantastic, accommodating, and generous host. This condo is accurately described. The outside property is beautiful with a pier to relax on and enjoy watching the boats drift by. It is a major blessing to be able to walk 10 minutes to the #1 beach in the world! Siesta Key is a paradise!!!

This is a small, no frills place to stay for your trip to Siesta Key. Given the winter prices of hotels in SRQ, this spot is an exceptional value. If you're used to staying at the Ritz, this isn't your ideal rental. If you're a practical type who wants to maximize your vacation dollar, this is an ideal place.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Prior to arrival communication was very good and Debbie was at the condominium to greet us. A very clean and deceptively spacious condo with lots a little extra touches. The location is great just a short walk to the wonderful Crescent Beach. Would recommend staying, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Debbie was a great host. Thank you. Pete & Simon.
