Jane's place was conveniently located, clean and comfortable as well! My friends and I had a great stay during our trip.

This apartment is super clean and close enough to Legoland, hence suitable for a family. There is a night fun fair walking distance away which is good for your kids. Host was pretty responsive to some issues we faced. Do bring your own water and drinks, as well as some hand towels as these are not provided.

It was an awesome stay with Janes. A house with an excellent view, a host with an excellent service! Next time my to my JB trip I must prefer to stay with Jane’s home! Thank you Jane!

Such a great home

Eddie's house is truly one of a kind. It seems to enter a small temple, cared for in every small detail, in a quiet and peaceful residential area. The rooms are large (ours also had a small terrace with chairs, a table and a swing attached to the ceiling) and clean. The location is excellent on the one hand because it is a ten minute drive from the airport (with a Grab you get about 10 dollars), a little less to go to the center .. but the subway is very close (about 3/4 minutes to feet) and allows you to reach every point of the city!

The Private Sanctuary is lovely, everyone welcoming and helpful, plus its handy to the airport trains and attractions. The house is truly a sanctuary, situated in a lovely quiet street, beautiful water gardens and a clean, comfortable room with air con. Hope to visit again.

At Eddie's place you will get to stay in a lovely house with a nice and peaceful garden to enjoy, with fantastic hosts always happy to help. It was clean, cool, and a great bonus was that breakfast was included. Easy walk from bus and train stops, and convenient location to take the bus to Changi Beach Park area / Changi Point Ferry Terminal for a 10-min bumboat ride to Pulau Ubin if you want to go for a cycle or walk on the island for something different.

During our stay, Ate Susan the caretaker was on vacation but her sister Geraldine took over in welcoming guests like us and made sure we felt at home and comfortable. She was very polite cheeeful, helpful, and accommodating. The Private Sanctuary, as its name suggests, truly was a relaxing place we come home to after every tiring day of walking and exploring SG. I definitely made the right decision of choosing this over hotels. The common areas like the garden, dining, and living rooms were full of artworks. Our room was big enough, with a private toilet and bath and verandas overlooking the peaceful neighborhood. Simple breakfast was served every 7am- bread, spreads, boiled eggs cereals, fruits, coffee, milk, tea, orange juice. We were fueled every morning for lots of walking and sightseeing. I miss our room already. We will definitely book here again when we cone back to SG!

Lovely large room in a quiet neighborhood. Eddie and his son Edwin were both very helpful when arranging my arrival. Directions to the house were also very clear. I would definitely stay here again.

Home far away from home is what you should expect while staying at 57 Jalan Pargam. It’s a beautiful house and comfortably located near the blue and green line upper Changi mrt.

Amanda was very accommodating even when we arrived at their place at 2 in the morning due to our late flight. The room (and bath) was exactly as described -- like a hotel room! Amanda was even kind to provide extra mattresses since there are 5 of us in a room. The only cons I can see is that while the place is in a very clean and safe village, it is far from restaurants and even the MRT. A great experience nonetheless!

The place was just as pictured and easy to get to. The room is all the way on the top floor so be ready to walk a lot of stairs, though you get the room all to yourself, the windows on the back of the bed, though tinted, is viewable to the room below and sound travels. You'll have to follow the house rules and all the notes throughout the home/room closely. Room and common area had tons of nice touches, from bottled water in the mini fridge to curated furniture for nice photos!not to mention a mini fish pond. Host was attentive and answered questions quickly, will definitely stay again.

Shu's place was charming - the façade is stunning and bright, surrounded by greenery (as well as two neighbouring speciality coffee shops!) It's a short 15 minute walk to the closest MRT station as well as a ~20 minute walk to the Arab Quarter and Little India. The room was spacious for my partner and I with a queen size bed, small table, fridge and A/C. Although the room has no windows, natural light still floods the room through the sky lights, and never felt dark. There is a washing machine but it was always in use by other guests during our four day stay. There's also a kitchen but we didn't use it (Singapore's food scene is too good to miss!) We would recommend Shu's place for any traveller lookong for a comfortable place to stay in Singapore!

Shu’s place is very cozy and relaxing. And the location is very nice, a huge shopping mall nearby and lots of amazing food surrounded you.

This space is charming! Truly a unique experience. Shu and Dolly were very quick to respond to any questions or changes we had with our reservation. The space is clean and nicely decorated. The only thing missing would have been windows to be able to look out at the fun view but we knew what we were getting when we reserved the space. I would recommend staying here for a one-of-a-kind experience. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Clean and great location

Conveniently located big rooms in the big traditional house with a high ceiling sits near a station and some bus.

near place from Novena sta. need to cross trafic 1 time. middle of way in the station building , u can find song fa bakuteh restaurant. I felt good taste. house has cute dog n bird. if u love animals, u will be happy about it. 😃

It's a 5-10 minute walk from Novena Station, so once you transfer you can use MRT to almost all the sights. There are many stores in the station shopping mall such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Donkey Donkey, Smigle, and KK hospital. In particular, the host was able to spend five days with much consideration and guidance.

The landlord and the couple were very friendly and liked the breakfast. The traffic seemed a bit inconvenient. We returned from TAXI in the first two days. We later found that the subway bus station was very close, but we did n’t understand it carefully.

The owner spoke Korean so it was easy to communicate and the beds were spacious and kept clean all the time. Thank you so much for your breakfast.

It's clean and convenient, and it's easy to travel. The Filipino Maid and the host did not interfere with us, leaving us enough free space. Breakfast is rich in fruit. The puppies are cute, noisy, and friendly. It would be perfect if our English was better.

This apartment is new, and as expected very clean, with weekly housekeeping service. The location is excellent. Our host is responsive to requests, so no complaints. The double bed is firm and comfortable, but it's in the loft, and the space is small, and may not be suitable for older folks. But the stairs are broad enough and safe. Value is good, and worth the small compromise.

Perfect for a short stay in Singapore. Excellent location close to MRT and walking distance to many attractions. Check in was great we were met at our requested time by Mary who was super sweet. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free laundry was a very nice touch! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I ever came back.

Where to start, Excellent location, very clean, great communication with the host, also private and quite, all amenities were great, also free washer & dryer was a great unexpected gift :) and inside the flat plenty of items to use on your stay... Close to plenty of food choices and nightlife, and sightseeing also plenty of public transportation close by... don’t miss out, I even extended my stay just because how comfortable I was there... I haven’t nothing negative to say about the unit. Will always stay with Heritage future trips to Singapore, thank you for having me :)))

The location of this room is so convenient to get around Singapore. Right across the apartment is China Town. Down a few blocks is downtown. Within China Town there is the MRT (subway) that will get you anywhere in Singapore. Quick and easy cant get lost if you pay attention. There’s also a great milk tea shop in front of the apartment.

Probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, but overall was great. No windows, but I was out and about every day so nbd. Location can’t be beat and there is a washer and dryer! Yes, you read that correctly, a proper dryer...not that 2-in-1 bs that doesn’t work.

I read some reviews that said somethings about it not being clean or had a strange smell but when I arrived I didn’t notice that at all. Everything seemed very clean! There was not a bad smell at all! And they even offer free laundry service! This apartment was perfect for my solo trip to Singapore. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to extend my stay but this apartment is so popular that it was already booked. So make sure you book early and book for as many days as possible!

Nice clean room, with comfortable bed, big window and some facilities that you might need. It also had an AC which was definitely a huge plus! Also I really appreciated all the help of Damien and quick answers, in apartments you can find some tips of do and donts, so no problems may occur.

Room was same as the picture, although its a shared space common area is clean. Security it also top notch. Also check in and check out is without the hassle since you have your pincodes for the room. No need for keycards or keys to surrender. Will definitely recommend this place

Quiet and calm place but so close to so many food and attractions (just behind Orchard Rd). 24-hr Fair Price is 3 mins walk away. Place is very clean and nicely designed, washing machine came in very handy for us! The care taker, Arif is friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Pretty nice place - fully furnished with all the necessities of a serviced apartment. Blistering fast fibre WiFi and convenient location to Fort Canning (Downtown) and Somerset (North South) MRT lines which made it a breeze to get around. Discreet location so nice and quiet.

Nice bright apartment with great views. Tastefully furnished. Clean and comfortable. Nearby are two metro stations, a blue and a red line, as well as a bus stop. There were no problems with the check-in, nor with the check-out. A great option for a week-long stay in Singapore.

Marilyn’s place is functional and worth the money. My room with the double bed was spacious enough for four of us. 8 to 9 dollar ride by grab takes you to the happening places in the city. Lots of eating places around and we enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful, that is, the attic has no window ventilation, but there is air conditioning. The traffic is also very convenient. The 10-way bus downstairs can be found everywhere. Except for the occasional problems with the hair dryer, everything else is satisfactory.

The room we stayed looks exactly like in the picture, very spacious and clean. Though we had to wait to use the toilet late at night, it was clean most of the time. Marilyn is such a thoughtful host, it was very easy for us to get to her place and she responded quickly. All in all, we had a great time staying at her place and would definitely recommend anyone who are looking for a convenient location and a clean room. Thanks again Marilyn :)

Accessible place

The location is very good to find, the door is eaten a lot, the coconut milk rice queued by many people every day is really delicious, the experience is very good, the corridor is cleaned every day, other tourists are also very love, hahaha, like here, It’s a very cost-effective listing in Singapore.

A very convenient place to stay, clean and provides adequate amenities for your stay. There is a 7eleven across the building. The housekeeper is also very nice and helpful. Near to the bus stations, and most of the bus that passed by can bring you to tourists attractions sites without changing too many buses. Definitely, a worthy place to choose for your SG trip.

The apartment is located at Little India, about 5 minutes to go to Little India Station and extremely convenient to go to Bayfront Station anr Harbourfront Station or Clarke Quay Station. The room is very clean, quite and safe so I can feel like I’m at home.

Chi Wen's place is exactly as described. It is 5 minutes away from the mrt station. The area is nice, Little India offers a lot of places to eat out, shop etc. The flat is comfortable, spacious, clean, wifi works well, easy check in, and the host is kind. I would definitively recommend this place to anyone and I will surely stay agian at Chi Wen's place.

Damien was really nice person, replied to my message really quickly and made me feel relief since I was here by myself. The location was good, and the neighborhood was also really quiet. When I’m back in Singapore I’d book here again.

A bit small for 2 people but you don’t need more than that. After long day walking we just back home and sleep. Very valuable for a place to sleep in Singapore.

The room was much bigger than I expected. Justin gave clear directions to get to the airport to his and also how to check in. Very close to the MRT and there were many places to get a bite nearby. The only downside is at night you can hear the road traffic. I think there was a warning about it on the listing so I brought earplugs and everything was fine. Also Anabel is very kind and welcoming :)

Justin is a great host! He provided very detailed information about getting to the property and it was super easy to find it. His assistant Anabel is always available as well, and made check in and out very easy. The location is great - very close to downtown Singapore, a few minutes away from Little India where you can find very good Indian food restaurants, and right next to an MRT station which makes getting around and to/from the airport very easy. They let me store my suitcase until the end of my last day as my flight was late in the evening which was very helpful. Overall, great value for money!

This is fantastic Bnb. It is up a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. The neighbourhood is quiet yet we are close to China town and buses a nearby and cheap. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Diane was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and helped us extend our stay. If I’m back in Singapore we’ll stay here again.

Very good value compared to low cost hotels. Good space and facilities, comfy bed and good bathroom. Tiong Bahru is a stylish, quiet area, with three storey houses. Good options for western eating, and TB Market has an outstanding food court. Outram Park and TB MRT a 7min walk. Very helpful housekeeper. Good contact and directions from owner. We will use again on our next visit.

Check-in is very convenient. The house is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so friends with heavy luggage may have to climb downstairs. The house is nice, clean and tidy, and easy to enter and exit. There is a large stall downstairs very delicious!

Yuan was an amazing host. We were only there for one night, but she greeted us, and let us leave our luggage at her place before our flight. Everything was very clean and the amenities were great. She even left us water and snacks. Overall an amazing place and an amazing host.

Yuan’s house is pretty spacious and all so close to bus stations. The room, toilet and other common area are all kept clean and tidy. Yuan is also responding to my message very swiftly making my stay in Singapore without much trouble. In all, I will stay in Yuan’s house next time I travel to Singapore.

it’s worth the price, close to somerset mrt station

I highly recommend this place - room was exactly as was shown in the photos. The place was clean, safe, and check in and check out processes were quick. Nearest MRT Station was Somerset (North South Line), around about a 15-min walk from the place. Bus stops were just right outside the building too. Very convenient for tourists.

Good location and facilities

Situated right in the heart of Chinatown with the MRT station about 100 metres away, however the area is generally quiet at night and even with the proximity of other guests in their own pods there's very little disturbance. Never a problem to get straight into the showers/toilets. The single pods are comfortable and well-sized, can easily sit up in them, and lighting can be adjusted easily. Lockers are large enough for a good sized backpack (well over cabin bag size).

This was my first hostel and it was a unique experience. I was looking to save money in Singapore and I would definitely stay here again. The toilet and the shower in the same room is a bit unfortunate since it means the toilet and floor in the bathroom is regularly soaked, but overall I thought the hostel was very clean and comfortable!!

Our stay at the studios was great. Although small, it got everything you need and the bed is extra comfy. The apartment is located conveniently next to little India with all its great restaurants and to the MRT station from where you can take the train to the rest of the city.

Excellent location, near subway and bus stop (around 50 meters). It very convenient for shopping at Mustafa Center. There are many restaurants. The only disadvantage is no elevator, if you have large bags or heavy luggages will be difficult to get in and out.

This spot is great! Lynda is super hospitable. Yes, the place is fairly small but it’s also right next to the MRT. We were out most of the day so it was a great place to rest our heads.

Really lovely place. Clean, good AC(which is important in Singapore) and really nice staff that met us and gave us a few tips on where, when and what to go to. The room is excellent and we had a view over one of the bigger roads but no sound came into the room when the windows were closed. This place is also right across the street from a subway station that share line (blue) with pretty much every single sight to see in Singapore. Absolutely amazing place, especially so if you like Indian as this is right around the corner from Little India.

Very stylish place, very clean. Very convenient location, next to the Raffles hotel, about 650m from city hall station (and raffles city shopping centre), and 400m to Bugis station (and Bugis junction). Esplanade station is also very close (around 300m walk) as well as Marina square. Right outside the apartment complex are a few restaurants including a chicken rice and taco place. 7-11 is also located about 50m away. Like the other reviews have stated, the apartment is very small and the only problem for me with this space is that there was no rack/shelf to put my luggage. The staircase is very narrow, so I wouldn't recommend it for older people or those with difficulties walking or with balance. A cupboard (full length with drawers) is provided with about 10 coat hangers. There is also a keypad safe to store valuables (but not big enough to fit a laptop). Various cooking utensils are also provided such as pots and pans, cutlery and plates and bowls. The unit also contains a small portable electric stove and microwave. Dish washing detergent and sponge, laundry powder are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are located on the same floor and were also ready to be used during my stay. The bathroom is clean and is separated from the toilet via a curtain. What I also loved about the apartment was that it has apple TV and netflix. The TV is located at the end of the bed so its perfect for watching before bed. Ray (Heritage apartments agent) was fantastic - very quick replies and organisation to get things fixed. The air conditioner unit leaked twice during my stay but Ray was very quick to organise its repair with 1-2 hours. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The location of this place is amazing, with conveniences everywhere as well as the hottest areas of Singapore in walking distance. What a magnificent AirBNB. The panoramic windows looking straight across the river to Parliament Square are awesome, and dozens of great restaurants within two minutes walk. Double glazing also means complete silence inside the room. Will definitely book here again.

Very reasonably priced accommodation with free breakfast. Staffs are nice, friendly and the beds are comfy. Easily accessible to many restaurants and nearby public transport.

Amazing place for one person to stay. A little smaller than what you would expect, as accurately stated in the listing. Very clean place.

Good value for money. The place is small (as stated in the listing), but it is INDEED smaller than you expect it to be. Nevertheless, that does not mean that it is a bad room. The room is cozy, has the stuff you neat, and is affordable. The area is not far away from the city center, meaning that it is not noisy outside. The shower may be slightly small for some people, so be aware of that. The elevator is funny (you will understand once you see it), but it works well. There is not much more to say than that it is a good place.

The place is exactly what I expected, the location is good, and is enough for one person than just wants to use it for sleep. I had some WiFi and cleanliness issues, but probably is not normal and I had bad luck. It was a pleasure!

First of all, the language of this check-in is stress-free, and their equipment and facilities are very good. The rooms are as described in the picture, and they are super close to Clarke Quay, Orchard Road. Many Internet celebrities can be reached with their legs. I really feel like living in my own small home! !! !! However, I have to make a suggestion that if there is a range hood, it will be perfect. I am not used to eating outside food and I usually cook it myself! But it does not affect my praise for you

Yuans place is easy to get to, close to airport (20 mins by taxi S$18). And close to supermarket and bus stop. The dogs and Aiza are wonderful, making you feel very at home and welcome. Juan is a beautiful and kind person, a great host who helps in whatever way she can to make your stay comfortable and fun. She is an excellent communicator. The accommodation is clean and very reasonably priced. We loved our stay with Yuan and would definitely return.

The cleanest place i’ve ever seen! Also, Yuan helped us with the lost phone and a Grab driver, which was really nice.

Stayed at Yans place this past week. Place was perfect, walking distance to everything. His place was super clean and he was very easy to deal with and quick with the responses. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

We are a family of 4 who spent 2 weeks at Yan’s lovely apartment over CNY. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright & airy and highly liveable! The apartment has everything you could possibly need from the well appointed kitchen to loads of linen & towels to cleaning supplies & toilet tissue etc. Yan is very responsive, friendly and extremely thoughtful. The complex is clean, quiet & in a perfect location. Having a pool was an added bonus. Highly recommended!!!

The location of Yan's neighborhood is good, and shopping is convenient. The living room is also quite spacious. Not close to the road, very quiet at night. The landlord's communication is also very fast. Recommended for a family of 3.

Everything was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared. The location of the apartment is very good. Two underground stations are within walking distance. Little India chinatown and other districts are also within walking distance. I would come back at any time and heartily recommend Yan to everyone.

Kelvin is a great caring host . His home is very well located just 2 stops by train from airport. There are plenty of restaurants , bars and shop just walking distance. The home is simple with all one need to function with no stress. Kelvin gives us great tips to go around which we needed at the particular time we were in Singapore. He even help us with the diner we order in his work place restaurant bringing it home for us and helping us to warm it up . Thanks you Kelvin for making our short 24 hour transit stay in Singapore a relax time.

Good location and convenient transport link (2mins’walk to Tanah Merah MRT station). My daughter particularly liked the swimming pools including baby pool. Cooking is allowed in the flat. Both host and his wife are very nice and helpful to us. If u visit Singapore with a little kid, this flat would be recommended for the above considerations.

Kelen's place is super convenient to the airport and the train and bus system in Singapore. He was great arranging everything to make sure we got to his place easily even late at night. The air conditioner cooled the room down very nicely. Highly recommended.
