Many thanks to Marina and Yuri for the warm welcome and advice. We drove in early in the morning and checked out in the afternoon. Marina helped us navigate in Sochi and offered many options for different types of recreation. A separate word about the house, it's just a paradise. Super views, very quiet and very close to the center of Sochi. Everything was just super, we are very happy that we chose this house and are infinitely glad to meet this wonderful couple! Thank you for our wonderful vacation and warm memories.

Incredible house, super kind and warm hosts. What more could you ask for? The house, located on top of a hill and surrounded by greenery offers an incredible view to the Black sea. It's spacious, well designed, tastily decorated and you feel at home at once. Marina and Iouri have been incredibly kind hosts, showing me places, markets and giving me lifts occasionally. I recommend their flat 200%!

Excellent location, away from the bustle of the city. The hosts are amazing people. They gave rest tips that were really valuable (thanks for the white rocks !!!). The house itself is made to last: nothing staggers, no backlash. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, even sharp knives, the only inconvenience is the lack of a dishwasher, but this did not affect our impressions. We were satisfied. One of the best places where we had to stay on vacation, and we visited many countries. Marina and Yuri, an amazingly good-natured and hospitable family, greeted us like relatives, told about local traditions, took us to the farmers market and recommended good restaurants. We received a lot of positive emotions and great pleasure from the stay. A trip to the beach by taxi cost 120-150 rubles. We all recommend this beautiful place!

We stayed in Sochi in early November together with my husband. Olga, a very open and friendly girl, met, introduced to the house. The apartments are fully consistent with the description and photo, and the stunning view from the window all the time forced to freeze with admiration! Having a heated pool with a lot! warm water - another fat plus! Among the other goodies for us were the availability of parking, silence, building security (access to all rooms with a key), and developed infrastructure. A 5-minute walk Magnet, dining room, 7-9 minutes to a stop, the road to the beach will take about 10 minutes (check with the hosts for the optimal path). Fans of hiking are advised not to deny themselves the pleasure of taking a walk around the city: in 7 hours of a leisurely step, we visited the Marine Station, Sochi embankment, Arboretum, breaking about 17 km. I highly recommend not to miss out on these apartments if they are available for your chosen dates!

I can also note the pool of the house where I went more than once, including after sunset (it is backlit), it is very convenient when you are tired after hiking and are reluctant to go to the beach, go to the pool, which you just need to take the elevator to. There is everything necessary for cooking, on the ground floor there is a small shop or 100 meters from the Magnit house, where you can already take what vacationers need. A stop is 200 meters away, transport runs almost every minute, there are 7 stops to the center. The nearest beach - the Metallurg resort, will be allowed, but there is no rental of sun loungers and an awning above your head, so this did not suit us. We went to the beach "Primorsky", which is 5 stops from the house. I recommend for a choice.

The platform is excellent, it will be interesting for both young children and older children. The apartment is very favorably located at the beginning of Adler. By car 15 minutes to the Adler embankment and the same to the Imereti embankment. It also turns out to be convenient to get to central Sochi, by car an average of 25 minutes to the Maritime Station. To stops 5 minutes on foot, at a calm pace. The first week we traveled by public transport. Buses run regularly, you do not have to wait long. Perhaps for someone it will be significant that the road is close enough. The noise personally did not bother us, but maybe this is important to someone. A separate plus is a beautiful view of the sea. I would have sat and watched all day. Ildar very quickly responded to all our requests, for which many thanks to him! Spacious, clean, newly renovated apartment in a newly built residential complex. There is everything necessary for life, including functional kitchen (if you eat only in dining rooms, cafes and restaurants - it comes out very expensive :) I especially liked the two full double beds, because I somehow did not want to sleep on sofas and single beds together on vacation. The stop is close - on the 105th bus you can get to almost all significant tourist places and thereby do without expensive taxis and "Swallows". Shop "Magnet" is also within walking distance. The only thing is, all sorts of interesting “cafes” are located mainly in other locations, so getting into them is either by car or by bus. But we tried to enter them in the evening on the way from excursions, so we did not experience any special problems. Have a nice rest!

I think the location is one of the strengths of this apartment. Regarding filling: the apartment has everything you need (if you suddenly decide to cook, then focus on the microwave ... but given the presence and variety of establishments at any price category in Sochi, I don’t even see the point of cooking in the apartment). The only thing: it is small enough, just small (for example, there is no sink in the shower room - but I used the one in the kitchen, so I didn’t see any problems) ... fortunately, I’m a miniature girl, so I felt quite comfortable, but if You like space and mega-comfort, either make an exception in your wishes, or watch something more expensive, because price-quality is another of their attractions in this location. To summarize, I affirm: I am satisfied with my stay in the apartment, I recommend it to everyone who comes to Sochi for a few days and wants to live in a center without big expenses.

Plus downhill climbing a very high staircase. The beach, which is accessible from this location near the construction site, by the railway. There is a Magnit store nearby. And also within walking distance (3 small stops) there is an excellent cafe and pastry shop Vanilla, where you can sit and eat delicious cakes or cakes filled with natural creams))) Special thanks to Vladimir, who went to meet my changed plans (at the last moment they added my niece to the trip) and added us a berth! Small and comfortable apartment, the bed is large, quite comfortable, the air conditioner works both for heating and cooling. All equipment works properly. Near the apartment there are shops with groceries. The only thing that was unexpected was the view from the windows - they look at the stairs to the courtyard, and the apartment is located in such a way that it is impossible to open the curtains, otherwise you’ll be in an aquarium, but this did not hinder us much, because the view from the terrace near the house the sea was beautiful. Also in the apartment there is enough cold floor and warm water in the shower, which is probably good in the summer, but not very pleasant in the winter. The house is located on a mountain, there is a one-way road nearby, for some it may seem like a minus, but we did not feel it at all. Walk to the promenade for 15-20 minutes. But you can take scooters on the resort avenue (very convenient). In summary, we recommend housing and stay here again.

We celebrated the New Year 2019/2020 in Sochi. Everything is clear. Igor quickly answers any questions. Always in touch. The location of the apartment is excellent. Quiet place. Near Pyaterochka. If you yourself will get to the apartment, then to the right of Pyaterochka you need to climb the stairs 2 tiers. We found the nearest way to the railway station (as you go down to Pyaterochka, to the right, walk along Tunnel Street a bit and on the left you will see a beautiful staircase down). If you walk a little further along Tunnel Street, there will be a Magnet on the right. Also across from the train station is the Crossroads. In general, there are a lot of supermarkets in the district. If possible, use the Swallow trains. They are rare, but go to / from the airport. This is a convenient way to travel along the coast.

Walking to the city center - five to ten minutes. The only thing worth considering is the relief terrain, the way home from the center (from the station) goes uphill almost the entire way, there are many steps. It was hard for a pregnant wife to get on foot. But since this is the very center of the city, a taxi costs completely symbolic money here. But if you are young and not pregnant, then this relief will not create any problems for you :)) I highly recommend the apartment, a great choice for great money.

Perfectly clean, beautiful. Svetlana is a wonderful hostess. We really enjoyed. A lot of different good dishes, plates, 2 TVs, even comfortable to sleep on the couch :) Bed linens in good condition, hairdryer, towels and all other amenities. Definitely recommend!)

The new house, the apartment is very small, but due to the fact that everything is very well placed and done, it is quite comfortable (we were at 4m). Far from the sea, the norms go down, but in the evening after a long day it is unlikely that you will have a pleasant climb, better transport (taxi, car sharing). The hostess is a pleasant woman, always in touch, will help / tell you where / how best to get.
